        부평초약침이 지방세포 대사에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of Spirodelae Herba pharmacopuncture(SHP) on the adipogenesis in 3T3 cells, lipolysis in rat epididymal adipocytes and histological changes in porcine adipose tissue. Methods : Inhibition of preadipocyte differentiation and/or stimulation of lipolysis play important roles in reducing obesity. 3T3 preadipocytes were differentiated with adipogenic reagents by incubating for 3 days in the absence or presence of SHP ranging from 0.01 to $1.0mg/m{\ell}$. The effect of SHP on adipogenesis was examined by measuring glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase(GPDH) activity and by Oil Red O staining. Mature adipocytes from rat epididymal fat pad was incubated with SHP ranging from 0.01 to $1.0mg/m{\ell}$ for 3 days. The effect of SHP on lipolysis was examined by measuring free glycerol released. Fat tissue from porcine skin was injected with SHP ranging from 0.1 to $10.0mg/m{\ell}$ to examine the effect of SHP onhistological changes under light microscopy. Results : Following results were obtained from the preadipocyte proliferation and lipolysis adipocyte and histologic investigation of fat tissue 1. SHP showed the effect of decreased preadipocyte proliferation on the high dosage($1mg/m{\ell}$). 2. SHP showed the effect of decreased the activity of glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GPDH) on the high dosage($1mg/m{\ell}$). 3. Investigated the changes in lipolysis of differentiated adipocyte after treated SHP, we knew that these pharmacopuncture showed increasing the effect of lipolysis in all concentration significantly. 4. Investigated the histological changes in porcine fat tissue after treated SHP, we knew that these pharmacopuncture showed significant activity to the lysis of extensive cell membranes on high dosage($10.0mg/m{\ell}$). Conclusions : These results suggest that SHP efficiently induces diminishing proliferation of preadipocyte and lipolysis in adipose tissue.

        3-상태 육상이동위성 페이딩 채널에서 DS/CDMA-BPSK 시스템의 오율 성능

        이동통신 시스템을 사용하는 이용자의 증가와 이에 따른 시스템 용량 증대의 필요성은 전력과 스펙트럼 측면에서 효율적인 변조 기법의 사용을 요구한다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 페이딩 채널(레일리, 라이시안, Shadow 라이시안)에서 DS/CDMA-BPSK 시스템의 BER 성능을 구하였다. 또한 3-상태 페이딩 채널에서 진폭이 거의 일정한 DS/CDMA-BPSK 시스템의 BER 성능과 채널 용량을 수치 계산하였다. 본 논문에서 적용한 Shadow 라이시안 페이딩 모델은 Canadian Mobile Satellite (MSAT)채널에서 사용되는 파라미터 값을 적용하였고, 3-상태 페이딩 채널 모델은 레일리 페이딩 상태, 라이시안 페이딩 상태, Shadow 라이시안 페이딩 상태로 구성하였다. 그리고 이 모델은 다양하게 변화하는 육상이동위성 채널의 시뮬레이션을 위한 기본 모델로써 적용이 가능함을 확인하였다. 또한 본 논문에서 제시한 동적인 3-상태 페이딩 채널 모델은 다양한 무선 환경에서의 디지털 전송을 표현하는데 적절함을 알 수 있었다. 수치 계산한 결과로부터 light, average, heavy Shadow 라이시안 페이딩 채널에서 DS/CDMA-BPSK 시스템은 동시 사용자가 20명이고 처리이득이 511인 환경에서 $P_b\leq10^{-5}$이하의 BER 성능을 얻을 수 없었다. 또한 채널 용량면에서도 요구조건을 만족하지 못하였다. 또한 3-상태 페이딩 채널에서는 무선 채널의 점유 확률과 Shadow의 정도에 따라서 BER 성능이 지배됨을 알 수 있었다. 결과로부터 Shadow 시간 구간이 포함된 무선채널에서는 신뢰성있는 데이터 통신을 지원하기 위한 강력한 에러 제어 부호나 수신기 다이버시티를 사용하는 것이 필요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. The increasing number of users of mobile communication systems and the corresponding need for increased system capacity require the use of a modulation scheme which is both power and spectrally efficient. In this paper, we numerically calculate the BER performance of DS/CDMA-BPSK system in different fading channel (Rayleigh, Rician, Shadow Rician). Also, we calculate BER performance and the channel capacity of DS/CDMA-BPSK system which is constant or nearly constant envelopes in 3-state fading channel model. The Shadow Rician fading model described in this paper apply the parameters of the Canadian Mobile Satellite (MSAT). And we assume that the 3-state fading channel model is consist of Rayleigh fading state, Rician fading state, and shadow Rician fading state. This model can be used as a basis for the simulation of the land mobile satellite channel. The dynamic 3-state fading channel model is considered corresponding to different environments and the transitions between these environments. From the numerically calculate results, the DS/CDMA-BPSK system with MUI-20, PG-511 can not achieve the BER performance ($P_b\leq10^{-5}$). And the channel capacity did not meet the system requirement. Also, we know that the BER performance is depend m the occupancy probability of radio channel and the degree of shadow. From the results, we how that during shadowed time intervals it is necessary to use some form of error control coding and receiver diversity in order to support reliable data communication.

        해운대 센텀지역 아파트 및 오피스텔 매매가격 영향요인 분석

        The purpose of this study is to verify factors affecting apartment sales and office sales prices in the Centum City district, which is the central administrative district of Centum City, through actual transaction price data. In addition, the distance from Shinsegae Department Store was reflected in the analysis to see if it affected apartment sales prices. A PLS regression analysis was performed on factors affecting the change in the selling price of Centum City apartments for apartment complexes located in the Centum area (right 2nd, right 3rd, and again 1st Dong) within Haeundae District, which is subject to the analysis.The analysis showed that the public land price fluctuates, apartment transactions, distance to subway stations, distance from industrial complexes, number of houses, and land transactions affect changes in apartment sales prices. In the case of apartments in Centum City, it was analyzed that the increase in the rate of change in the public land price and the increase in the volume of transactions of apartments increased, and that the distance to the subway station was closer or the distance from the Centum general industrial complex also affected the selling price. Next, the analysis of factors that determine the change in the sales price of the officetel in the Centum area showed that the factors that affect the price of the officetel include apartment transaction volume, urbanization rate, number of new apartments, total number of households, distance to subway station, and the rate of change in the official land price. It was confirmed that the higher the volume of apartment transactions, the higher the number of households transferred, the higher the rate of urbanization, and the more the number of apartments that are close to subway stations, or the higher the total number of apartments, had a valid effect on the increase of the sales price in the market for officetel.

        Embedded System Assurance in Security Level 1st

        Because embedded software is a core component controlling systems, the codes or control flows should be protected from being opened to the public or modified maliciously. Embedded software security can be divided into 2 parts: first is the unauthorized access to development site and embedded software, second is the unauthorized disclosure or modification. And this research is related to the second aspect of them. As though embedded systems have become more useful and powerful, unfortunately, the researches for the embedded systems are focused on the ‘performance’ or ‘efficiency’. It is critical to note that a weakness (or security hole) in any component of embedded system may comprise whole system. This paper proposes a method for securing the embedded systems by evaluating security functions of embedded system component. This paper proposes embedded system security evaluation and certification for achieving some level of assurance.

        Cu/Ni<SUB>80</SUB>Fe<SUB>20</SUB> 코어/쉘 복합 와이어에서 대각(Diagnonal) 자기임피던스

        The Cu(radius r<SUB>a</SUB> = 95 μm)/Ni<SUB>80</SUB>Fe<SUB>20</SUB>(outer radius r<SUB>b</SUB> = 120 μm) core/shell composite wire is fabricated by electrodeposition. The two diagonal components of impedance tensor for the Cu/Ni<SUB>80</SUB>Fe<SUB>20</SUB> core/shell composite wire in cylindrical coordinates, Z<SUB>zz</SUB> and Z<SUB>θθ</SUB>, are measured as a function of frequency in 10 kHz~10 MHz and external static magnetic field in 0 Oe~200 Oe. The equations expressing the diagonal Z<SUB>zz</SUB> and Z<SUB>θθ</SUB> in terms of diagonal components of complex permeability tensor, μ*<SUB>zz</SUB> and μ*<SUB>θθ</SUB><SUB></SUB>, are derived from Maxwell’s equations. The real and imaginary parts of μ*<SUB>zz</SUB>(f) and μ*<SUB>θθ</SUB>(f) spectra are extracted from the measured Z<SUB>zz</SUB>(f) and Z<SUB>θθ</SUB>(f) spectra, respectively. It is presened that the extraction of μ*<SUB>zz</SUB>(f) and μ*<SUB>θθ</SUB>(f) spectra from the diagonal impedance spectra can be a versatile tool to investigate dymanic magnetization process in the core/shell composite wire.

        UWB-TH PPM 다중 통신시스템의 정확한 비트 오율의 계산

        대량의 데이터를 빠르게 전송할 수 있는 UWB(Ultra-widebandwidth) 시간 도약(time hopping : TH) 펄스 위치 변조(pulse position modulation : PPM) 다중 통신 시스템의 비트 오율을 정확히 계산할 수 있는 방법을 소개한다. 본 논문에서 다중 접근 간섭(multiple access interference : MAI)의 통계적 성질을 특성함수 기법을 이용하여 정확히 모델링 하였고 이를 바탕으로 TH-PPM 시스템의 비트 오율을 정확하게 계산할 수 있는 해석 식을 제시하였다. 또한, 기존의 MAI에 대한 가우시안 근사에 비하여 상당히 개선된 정확성을 갖는 근사식을 함께 소개하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 모델에 의해서 계산된 비트 오율을 Monte-Carlo 시뮬레이션 한 결과와 비교함으로써 제안한 BER 식의 정확성 및 타당성을 검증하였다. The exact bit error rate(BER) calculation of an UWB-TH PPM multiple access communication system, which is known to be suitable for the fast transmission of massive information data, is introduced. The statistic feature of the multiple access intereference (MAI) of the system is precisely modeled by the characteristic function technique. The concrete expression for the MAI allows the exact expression for BER to be derived. In addition, we propose the approximate expression for the BER which reveals superior accuracy to the expression from the previous Gaussian approximation of the MAI. The validity of the proposed expressions is confirmed from the comparison of proposed results with the results from Monte-Carlo simulation.
