문서 영상 전송에 있어서의 효과적인 오류 정정방법에 관한 연구

The document image quality depends on transmission characteristics. The Error Correction Mode to be used to normal error correction, in the improvement of document image quality which was damaged by electrically poor line characteristics and noise, is powerful to the single error pattern but weak to burst error pattern. Here Forward Error Correction, that is very strong to random error pattern, is applied to burst error with converting it into random pattern to improve the document image quality. This suggest the possibility of error correction to the burst error pattern and the confirmation of the error fixing process thru experiment.

Code-division multiple access has been widely accepted as the major multiple access scheme in mobile communication systems. Wide-band CDMA and its hybrid associate time-division CDMA are key elements in the mobile communication. Since 10 years ago, there has been enormous research activity in analysis of the capacity of these CDMA-based systems. Recently, upgrading service, high quality and the different service classes in radio resource allocation has recently increased. This paper presents an overview of Radio Resource Allocation on the CDMA-based systems that are flexible, support traffic services, minimize call blocking rate and have acceptable radio resource utilization.

각기 다른 크기를 가진 셀 들을 결합하여 동일한 지역을 담당하도록 구성한 다중 결합 망은 서비스의 고품질을 유지하기 위한 방법으로 높은 통화밀도를 수용하는데 있어서 매우 유용하다. 본 논문에서는 이 부분에 대해서 최근에 분포되어 있는 전 부분을 검토하고 주파수분할 다중 접근 및 시분할 다중 접근 시스템에서의 서로 다른 계층과 다중 결합 망에서의 핸드오버처리에서 예측되는 통화량 처리 성능에 따른 바람직한 스팩트럼 분배에 관한 것을 제시한다. Multi-cell combined networks that provide coverage to the same areas by several cells of different sizes are useful to accommodate high traffic density while keeping high quality of service. This gives an overview of recent contributions on this subject, Two main issues are considered: spectrum sharing between different layers with a focus on F/TDMA systems and teletraffic performance of multi-cell combined networks given different handover policies

This paper suggests the IP mobility which is independent with Mobile Terminal. A similar architecture had been ever proposed at other study group like IETF. Here, it applies IP mobility in accordance with macromobility procedure so that the terminals with legacy IP stacks have the same degree of mobility as a terminals with mobility aware IP stacks. This suggests the terminal mobility with using context transfer mechanism in discussion at the IETF and a new architecture for terminal mobility in wireless access networks.

본 논문은 다중 전송 비-블록킹 다단계 네트워크구성에 관한 방안을 검토하고 네트워크 확장으로 인하여 발생되는 문제점을 도출하여 바람직한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 다단계 네트워크 노드의 확장은 단계가 증가할수록 그 교차점은 지수함수 적으로 증가한다. 따라서 이에 따른 비용대비 최적값을 찾아 다중 전송에 적용하고 접속 알고리즘의 속도개선에 대한 개선안을 마련코자 한다. 특별히 다단계 네트워크의 반복적인 확장에 초점을 맞추어 최신 정보에 대한 검토 및 몇 가지의 주제를 단순화하고 명확화 하는 것에 연구의 초점을 맞추었다.

A study on the quality of bi-level image data transmisson

Bi-level Image Quality측정을 위해 ITU-TS표준 시험도표를 실제 선로에서 전송한후 설문지를 통해 응답자의 Image Quality평가를 계량화하는 주관적인 평가인 MOS방법이용. logit모형을 이용하여 Image quality에 영향을 미친다고 고려된 link수에 따른 통화량의 효과를 검정하였고 누적% 곡선을 이용하여 Image Quality를 추정하는 분석방법제시. Two statistical approaches are proposed to test effects on the image quality of document bi-level image data transmission which would be evaluated by subjective opinion scores, and to derive percentage curves of cumulative subjects at an mean opinion score value for estimating the image quality. a ITU-TS test chart NO.2 has been transmitted among some selected site and evaluated by users. The effects of the number of links and transmission time zone that is split into a busy/non-busy periods are tested by using a modified logit model. and there is no significant difference in the image quality. The score histogram that can be formed from sample is represented by a normal density curve. The method of deriving percentage curves of cumulative as a function of the mean of the normal curve is developed to estimate the quality of document bi-level image data transmission "fair, good or excellent".

비동기 전송모드 다중화기의 효과적인 통신정보량 제어에 관한 연구

The transmission services satisfying characteristics of each traffic should be supported in the data communication networks. Existing packet multiplexing technique was difficult to serve real-time service due to delay. But Asynchronous Transfer Mode using cell can provide high-speed cell transmission and flexible bandwidth allocations. This paper propose the scheme and the management algorithm of the cell-based multiplexer The proposed multiplexer model is composed of two buffers which can store cells with two characteristics that is, delay sensitivity and loss sensitivity. Also threshold is set to protect high priority cell in each buffer and when the input traffics are unbalanced, variable service time period is operated to satisfy the characteristics of each input traffics. We analyze the performance of the proposed multiplexer model using queueing theory and present transmission parameters which satisfy high quality of services.
