        원산의 골프 도입과 발달에 관한 사회시적 연구

        The purpose of this study was to re-establish the introduction and development on the history of Wonsan`s` golf course by Socio-historical method. The results of the study were as bellow: The golf course of Wonsan customs which is the origin of Korean golf was made after opening customs by foreign customers as they settled with their culture. Japan got the Korean customs by force in 1905. Thus foreign customers left customs and it was close after 1905. Songdowon golf course was opened at July, 1924 and foreign village course in Galmabando on July, 1925. Both courses were located in nearby beach and additional facilities of resort. It was rarecase to exist in same time and area. It is indisputable fact that the Golf course in Wonsan has a significant role in the introduction and development of Korean golf history. The introduction and development of Wonsan` golf course has been introduced and deployed by foreign customs officials, missionaries, and Japanese in the region maintain.

        인위적 복압상승이 골프 선수의 드라이버 비거리 및 근 활성도에 미치는 영향

        This study drew a following conclusion after comparing the difference of driving distance and muscular activity between 80% common driver swing and 100% swing with subsequent swing to artificial complex increase, targeting 5 professional golfers of Korean Professional Golf Association members. 1. There was no statistical significant difference while there was an average increase at driving distance of 80% %100% common driver swing and that of artificial complex increase. 2. As for muscular activity of 80% common driver swing and artificial complex increase, an average increase was revealed from right biceps brachii, right triceps brachii, and right rectus abdominis. As right biceps brachii, and left erector spinae muscle showed a statistically significant difference, change of muscular activity was revealed according to artificial complex increase. 3. While an average increase was revealed from right biceps brachii, right triceps brachii, right rectus abdominis, and left gastrocnemius as for muscular activity of 100% common driver swing and artificial complex increase, any statistically significant difference was not disclosed. In conclusion, this study can provide every beginning or training golfer with a preliminary data they can use to estimate intensity and distance of their swing and strength of their muscle. Though there is a doubtful point that this conclusion is available for all golfers, it can be a foundation for developing a reliable swing measurement equipment like a physiological exercise intensity measurement. In the future, it is considered that it is necessary to set up more scientific swing intensity together with studying on female golfers.

        대한민국 정부 수립 후 정권별 골프정책

        This study involves golf policies for each regime after a government of Republic of Korea has being established. The following essay is achieved by analysing primary and secondary information of articles, government documents, photographs and boooks. First of all, a purpose of developing a golf course in Lee, Seung-Man and Park, Jung-Hee"s regime stages were to emphasize national security and diplomatic policy. Hence, a series of process made initial stage of Korean golf. Second, Jeon, Doo-Hwan regime supplied golf courses within the area of military camp and these courses were a part of the military physical fitness centre. This policy helped developing a golf nationally as well as spreading of golf access to military sites as increase in usages of golf courses for soldiers and people. Also, the policy for Noh, Tae-Woo regime was to ease regulations and scheme and this policy led a geometrical increase in the number of golf courses. Third, Kim, Young-Sam"s golf prohibition order was a part of his political control measures. This plan influenced politic changes as well as economic changes and recession period of golf progress had met. However, an announcement of Kim, Dae-Joong"s golf popularization have prepared competitiveness of Korean golf to reach the world class level. In conclusion, Korean golf came across both developing and cooling period depend on different regime. While the Korean golf growing, golf was one of the ways to influence national security, politic and foreign relations and it is now on a global scale. In addition, new golf policy and plan should come up with follow-up measures within Noh, Moo-Hyun and Lee, Myung-Bak"s sports policy in the future.

        골프 아이언 스윙 시 어드레스 자세에서 볼 시선 위치에 따른 구질 및 근 활성도 분석

        This study was carried out to identify the relationship of ball quality, dynamic factors and muscle activity, according to the change of gaze position of the golf ball in case of iron shot, targeting 10 golfers of KPGA(Korea Professional Golf Association) as subjects and reached the following conclusions. First, the change of gaze position of the golf ball on address posture in iron swing affected the distance, head speed, ball speed and smash factor, but there were no statistically significant difference. Second, for all subjects except subject E and J, the change of gaze position of the golf ball on address posture in iron swing affected the change of ball quality. Third, the change of target position of the golf ball on address posture in iron swing affected the change of activity of brachioradial muscle, muscle flexor carpi radialis, biceps brachii, and triceps brachii, but there was no statistically significant difference. The swing for the intended change of ball quality during the golf game can give mental effect which may cause good results but may produce the contrary results. Thus, the results from this study that the change of gaze position focusing on the golf ball leads to the change of ball quality and affects the dynamic data of distance and the ball, will be able to be basic data for the easy change of ball quality as necessary during the game and later, the study for the difference of muscle and nerve coordination according to the change of gaze position of golf ball seems to be required.

        장기 복무 중년 남성 공무원의 신체구성 및 건강체력에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to observe the assessment of body composition(body weight, % body fat, WHR) and physical fitness(grip strength, sit-up, VO2max, sergeant jump, side step, and sit and reach) in public servant of middle-aged men. Subjects of this study were public servant 660 males who were 40’s and 50’s. Statical analysis were performed using analysis of t-test and correlation analysis. The significance was p<.05. The results of this study were as follows: There were significant difference between 40’ and 50’ for WHR(P<.05), FVC(P<.001), sit-up(P<.001), VO₂max(P<.01), and sit and reach(p<.05). In correlation analysis, age were negatively associated with body weight(p<.05), and positively associated with WHR(P<.001), FVC(P<.001), sit-up(P<.001), VO₂max(p<.01), and sit and reach(p<.05).

        우드볼(Woodball)의 활성화 방안

        Woodball is one of new sports that was introduced in 2000 in Korea. But woodball has been popularized nowadays. But there has some problems to popularize that are lake of public relations, playground, related associations. professional instructors, program and developing equipment. The purpose of this study is to investigate the present conditions of domestic woodball and to promote the solution about them. 1 suggest the followings to promote woodball in Korea. First, there should be an active public relations as well as an inform woodball widely. Second, there should be built woodball courses in riverside parks and parks. Third, there should be established woodball association in each province. Fourth, professional instructors should be cultivated. Fifth, there should be prepared systemic educational programs from beginner to expert. Sixth, woodball equipments should be developed for children and older.

        The Effect of Drinking Habits on Body Composition and Physical Fitness in Middle-Aged Male Workers

        본 연구는 음주습관에 따른 사무직 중년 남성들의 신체구성과 기초체력의 차이를 비교 분석하여 건강관리 증진에 효과적인 운동처방 기초자료를 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 대상자는 40세 이상의 사무직 중년 남성 249명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 본 연구의 자료처리는 SPSS Ver 18.0을 사용하여 비음주집단, 주 1-2회 음주집단과 주 3회 이상 음주집단의 신체구성과 기초체력 요인에 대한 평균 및 표준편차를 구하였고, 집단 간의 차이 검증을 위해 일원배치 분산분석(One-way ANOVA)을 이용하여 검증하였으며, 집단간 차이에 대한 사후검증은 Tukey의 방법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그리고 음주횟수와 신체구성 및 기초체력과의 상관분석은 Pearson의 상관관계로 분석하였다. 통계적 유의 수준은 α=.05 수준으로 하였다. 신체구성에 있어서 비음주집단은 주 1-2회 음주집단과 주 3회 이상 음주집단 간에 체중(p<.001), 체지방률(p<.001), 복부지방률(p<.001)에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 그리고 주당 음주횟수에 따라 체중(p<.01), 체지방률(p<.01), 복부지방률(p<.01)에서 양적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 기초체력에 있어서 비음주집단은 주 1-2회 음주집단과 주 3회 이상 음주집단 간에 근력, 근지구력, 순발력, 민첩성, 유연성에서는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으나 심폐지구력에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p<.01). 그리고 주당 음주횟수에 따라 심폐지구력에서는 부적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다(p<.01). 본 연구를 통하여 음주습관에 따라 체중, 체지방률, 복부지방률과 심폐지구력에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 음주습관을 개선한다면 신체구성과 심폐지구력에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 사료되며, 추후 연구에서는 음주습관 뿐만 아니라 흡연실태가 신체구성과 체력요이에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구도 이루어진다면 건강관리 유지 개선에 유용한 기초 자료를 제공할 것이다.

        공공데이터 개방 평가지표 개발을 통한 현황분석 및 가시화

        Data of central government and local government was collected automatically from the public data portal. And we did the multidimensional analysis based on various perspective like file format and present condition of public data. To complete this work, we constructed Data Warehouse based on the other countries' evaluation index case. Finally, the result from service level evaluation by using multidimensional analysis was used to display each area, establishment, fields. 공공데이터 포털에 공개된 지자체 데이터와 공공기관 데이터를 자동으로 수집한 후, 공공 데이터의 개방현황 및 다양한 영역별 데이터 제공여부, 파일 형식 등 다양한 기준으로 다차원 분석하여 서비스 수준 평가를 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 해외 평가지표 사례를 바탕으로 평가지표 내용을 설정한 후 이를 기준으로 데이터웨어하우스(DW)를 구축하였으며, 다차원 분석 기법을 사용한 서비스 수준평가 결과를 지역별로, 기관별로, 분야별로 시각화한다.

        연구논문 : 심전도 모니터링 스마트 의류 디자인을 위한 바디매핑 기반 전극 위치 연구

        The increase in the need for a 24 hour monitoring of biological signals has been accompanied by an increasing interest in wearable systems that can register ECG at any time and place. ECG-monitoring clothing is a wearable system that records heart function continuously, but there have been difficulties in making accurate measurements due to motion artifacts. Although various factors may cause noise in measurements due to motion, the variations in the body surface and clothing during movements that cause eventual the shifting and displacement of the electrodes is particularly noteworthy. Therefore, this study used biomedical body mapping and a motion-capture system to measure and analyze the changes in the body surface and garment during movements. It was deduced that the area where the friction and separation between the garment and skin is the lowest would be the appropriate location to place the ECG electrodes. For this study, 5 male and 5 female in their 20s were selected as subjects, and through their selected body movements, the changes in the garment and skin were analyzed using the motion-capture system. As a result, the area below the chest circumference and the area below the shoulder blades were proposed as the optimal location of electrode for ECG monitoring.
