영성 프로그램이 대학생의 영성에 미치는 효과: - 대학생의 정신건강에서의 영성 -

이 연구의 목적은 영성프로그램이 대학생의 영성에 미치는 효과를 알아보는 것이었다. 본 연구에서는 영성 프로그램은 12개의 회기로 구성되었고, 한 회당 120분이었다. 이 연구의 참가자들은 36명의 대학생들로 구성되었다. 그리고 그들은 무작위로 12명의 학생들로 구성된 3개의 그룹으로 나뉘었다. 영성은 대학생의 영적 척도에 의해 평가된 세 가지 요소의 총 점수로 정의되었다. 세 가지 요소는영성인지, 영성정서, 영성행동이었다. 프로그램의 효과를 확인하기 위해 분산 분석을 사용하였다. 데이터 분석에 사용된 프로그램은 Windows SPSS 18.0이었고 가설 검증의 유의 수준은 0.05로 설정되었다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 실험집단은 통제집단이나 비교집단보다 유의하게 높은 점수를 얻었다. 둘째, 실험집단은 영성인지, 영성정서, 영성행동으로 구성된 3개 하위 요소에서 통제집단 및 비교집단보다 유의하게 높은 점수를 받았다. 이 러한 결과는 대학생들을 위한 영성 프로그램이 대학생의 영성에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 대학생들에게 영성수준을 잘 유지하고 높여 주는 훈련은 대학생의 비행을 예방할 수 있는 중요한 전략이 될 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study was to research the effect of spirituality program on the spirituality of university students. In this study, the spirituality program for university students was made up of 12 sessions, 120 minutes per session. Also, the spirituality program was administered to students of K university in Daegu. participants for the study consisted of 36 students. They were then randomly split into 3 groups of 12 students. In the program evaluation, the Spirituality Scale for university students(Cho & Kim, 2012) was used as a measuring instrument to test the effects of the spirituality program and participants satisfaction was evaluated based on the questionnaire designed in this study. To verify the effects of the program, a variance analysis was used. The program used for data analysis was SPSS 18.0 for Windows and the significance level for hypothesis testing was set at .05. The results were as follows: First, the treatment group obtained significantly higher scores than the control group and the comparative group. Second, the treatment group had significantly higher scores than the control group and the comparative group in 3 sub-factors which consist of spirituality cognition, spirituality emotion, spirituality behavior. These results proved that the spirituality program was effective on the spirituality of university students. This study examined the Group Counseling Techniques of Jesus. First, I described Jesus as a counselor, the concept of the Group Counseling, the Group Counseling in the Old Testament, and the Group Counseling in the New Testament. Then I closely inspected the Group Counseling Techniques used by Jesus in the New Testament. I eliminated the 8cases that are a type of the Group Counseling in the New Testament. Then, I analyzed Jesus interviews from the point of view of counseling techniques. I found that Jesus usually used the counseling techniques of attending behavior, active listening, clarification, self-disclosure, empathy and confrontation. Jesus solved many people s difficulties through these techniques. Sometimes Jesus trained his disciples With small groups. In the Group Counseling he focused on here and now and also used modeling Jesus discharged all his duties very well. Through this study We found the core techniques of Jesus counseling to be attending behavior, active listening, clarification, self-disclosure, empathy and confrontation. Therefore we have to endeavor to practice these counseling techniques as an expert. Church is a kind of a group. If we can use the Group Counseling Techniques of Jesus well, it ll be helpful to the church. It is meaningful that this study examined the Group Counseling Techniques of Jesus.
