        코치의 지도행동유형이 대학 태권도선수의 만족도에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 인구사회학적 변인에 따른 대학태권도 코치의 지도행동유형과 선수만족도의 차이를 알아보고, 지도행동유형이 선수만족도에 미치는 영향을 조사해 보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 전라북도에 소재한 대학교 태권도 선수들을 모집단으로 선정하여 200명을 대상으로 표본을 추출하였으며, 이 중 응답의 일관성이 결여되는 4부의 자료를 제외한 총 196명의 자료를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료 처리는 가설을 검증하기 위해 SPSS 21.0 통계프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 독립 t-검증, 일원분산분석(one-way ANOVA), 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 인구사회학적 변인(성별, 선수경력)에 따라 지도행동유형은 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 인구사회학적 변인(성별, 입상경험, 선수경력)에 따라 선수만족도는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지도행동유형은 선수만족도에 부분적으로 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference of leadership type and player satisfaction of university Taekwondo coaches according to demographic variables and to investigate the effect of leadership type on player satisfaction. For this purpose, a sample of 200 Taekwondo University athletes from Jeollabuk-do province was selected for this study, and a total of 196 data were used for the final analysis, except for the four sections lacking consistency of responses. The collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 21.0 statistical program to verify hypotheses. The following results were obtained. First, there was a difference in the types of leadership according to demographic variables (gender, athlete career). Second, there was a difference in player satisfaction according to demographic variables (gender, experience of winning price, athlete career). Third, the type of leadership partially showed a positive (+) effect on player satisfaction.

        CO2 지중저장 주입정에서의 CO2-H2O-시멘트 반응 운송 모델링

        CO2 leakage from a geological formation utilized for CO2 storage could result in failure of the facility and threaten the environment, as well as human safety and health. A reactive transport model of a CO2-H2O-cement reaction was constructed to understand chemical changes in the case of CO2 leakage through a cement crack in an injection well, which is the most probable leakage pathway during geological storage. The model results showed the dissolution of portlandite and CSH (calcium silicate hydrate) within the cement paste, and the precipitation of secondary CSH and calcite as the CO2 plume migrated along the crack. Calcite occupied most of the crack after 3 year of reaction, which could be maintained until 30 years after crack development. The present results could be applied in the development of technology to prevent CO2 leakage and to enhance the integrity of wells constructed for CO2 geological storage.

        Experimental research has been observed to investigate stall inception characteristics in 4 stage axial compressor. To analyze instantaneous static pressure signal which was measured using a fast response pressure sensor, the signal was decomposed into shaft resolved component, periodic and aperiodic revolution components for two kinds of flow rates. In both flow rates, shaft order periodicity was confirmed by signal decomposition. However, at low flow rate, the amplitude of aperiodic revolution component was 50 percent bigger than that of high flow rate. It means that at high flow rate, circumferential static pressure field is more stable than low flow rate condition. The compressor performance test was performed in no-stall, stall onset and fully developed stall conditions. Even in stall condition, dimensionless performances of three different shaft speeds were corresponded well. The frequency of shaft order perturbation, mode and fully developed stall were analyzed by frequency analysis methods.
