농업인 교육훈련이 직무만족에 미치는 영향: 심리적 자본의 조절효과를 중심으로

Recently, farmers' training has been expanding to ensure the competitiveness of agriculture and enhance their expertise in the agricultural workforce. The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of farmers' training on job satisfaction. In addition, this study aimed to verify the moderating effect of psychological capital being to be a major variable factor in the educational effect. Therefore, a survey was distributed to 250 farmers in Ulsan area. From April 1, 2015 the survey was conducted up to 14 days. Excluding defective data, 155 copies were used for final analysis. The training were divided into six groups, such as crops (animal feeding) technology, agricultural products processing, technical experts, agricultural management, information, and culture training. The study results are as follows: First, Cultural training has significant positive effects on job satisfaction. In Previous studies, either educational participation or training expenses of employees have a significant relationship between positive effects on job satisfaction. But in this case, crops (animal feeding) technology, agricultural products processing, technical experts, agricultural management, and information training do not affect on job satisfaction. However cultural training is satisfied cultural needs and assists founding of female farmers. And an intensive cultural training program increases intimacy among students. These things can be considered for such a reason. Second, psychological capital such as self-efficacy, hope, resilience ,and optimism has a positive effect on job satisfaction. It means that running a course or program to improve the psychological capital of the farmers improve the job satisfaction of farmers. Third, psychological capital plays the moderating role on the agricultural technical training between job satisfaction. The technical training is similar to that on the type of hands-on training of enterprise. Farmers believed in themselves and looked to the future with a view to positive are the more educational participation, the higher job satisfaction. In conclusion, farmers' training with the process of improving psychological capital are able to increase job satisfaction of farmers.

지구과학 수업에서 MBL이 중학생들의 그래프 능력과 과학탐구능력에 미치는 효과

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Microcomputer Based Laboratory (MBL) on the middle school students’ graphing skill and science process skill in Earth Science classes. MBL teaching materials for inquiry-based instructions were developed to teach five experimental topics related to the middle school ‘Earth Science.’Thirty three middles school students participated in this study, and the pre- and post-tests were conducted. Results indicated as follow: First, MBL classes were effective in developing the graphing skill of middle school students. They were efficient both in graph construction and graph interpretation, especially in data transformation. Second, MBL classes were effective in helping participants to use science process skills, especially, in the subordinate areas including formulating hypotheses, making operational definition, graphing, and interpreting data. 이 연구의 목적은 지구과학 수업에 적용한 MBL(Microcomputer Based Laboratory, 이하 MBL)이 중학생의 그래프 능력, 과학탐구능력에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 중학교 지구과학 내용 중 5개의 실험 주제에 대하여 MBL 활용 탐구 활동 자료를 개발하였다. 이 MBL 수업자료를 33명의 중학생들에게 적용하고 사전 검사와 사후 검사를 실시하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, MBL 수업은 중학생의 그래프 능력 향상에 유의미한 효과가 있었다. 그래프 능력의 하위 영역인 그래프 작성, 그래프 해석 능력 모두에서 유의미한 향상을 보였다. 특히 자료 변환하기영역에서 유의미한 효과가 크게 나타났다. 둘째, MBL 수업은 중학생의 과학탐구능력 향상에 유의미한 효과가 있었다. 특히 가설설정, 조작적 정의, 그래프화/자료해석 영역에서 유의미한 향상을 보였다.

The Moderating Effects of Retailers’ Green Practices upon Customer Environmental Values and Organic Food Purchasing Intention

Purpose – The purpose of this study is to understand how retailers’ green practices influence customer environmental values and their organic food purchasing intention. Research design, data, and methodology – Data were collected from randomly intercepting retail shoppers (n=719) departing from 33 retail stores selling organic food products located in Florida, USA. U.S. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, CFA and Hierarchical regression analyses. Results – Results documented that customer environmental values (social-altruistic values and biospheric values) were determinants of organic food purchasing intention. Retailers’ green practices representing‘green self-governance’were found to significantly enhance the effects of customer environmental values upon organic food purchasing intention. Conclusions – This study successfully demonstrated that customers’willingness to purchase eco-friendly products can be greatly increased when having a positive perceptions toward retailers’green practices such as environmental friendly waste management, environmental improvement of packaging, taking back packaging and recovery of the company’s end-of-life products.

일회용 마스크 다(多) 회 사용에 따른 성능 변화 평가

Many people have often reused their disposable respirator multiple times due to reasons of economy and purchasing inconvenience. However, multiple use of a disposable respirator may lead to an adverse effect of its protection performance. In this study, we aimed to determine changes in the protection performance of disposable respirators related to multiple use and to suggest the appropriate number of times of use. The masks of the brands T and Y were selected in this study, respectively. A mask of each brand was used for testing at the same time and place for two hours per day. The protection performance of each disposable mask was tested after consecutive use on days two, three, and four. The protection performance tests for each used mask following wear on a mannequin were performed in the laboratory using GRIMM’s fine dust monitoring device and TSI’s nebulizer. The concentration of PM10, PM2.5, and PM1.0 inside and outside the mask was measured. The filtration rate was calculated and the results were analyzed using the SAS statistical program. The protection rates of the brandnew masks of T and Y brands (blank test) were 80% and 60%, respectively. After one-day usage, the protection rates of the brand-new T and Y branded masks significantly decreased from 80% to 60% and from 60% to 50%, respectively. Rather, the slight drops of protection rate were observed after two or more days of respirator use. Our findings indicate that the change of protection performance could occur after one-time use. It would not be recommended to use disposable respirators several times in terms of in terms of protecting human health from environmental hazards.

순수한 사랑을 위한 공백의 열망 -염상섭의 소설 ≪사랑과 죄≫를 중심으로-

This study is an article that examines the void and pure love composed by the narrative of love centered on the work in “Love and Sin”. The superficial narrative of “love and sin” is that Yi Hae Chun and Ji Soon Yong overcome and finally combine all obstacles to complete love. This study, however, explores how the artist’s thesis, which is the pursuit of blankness for pure love, escapes from following the existing studies and reveals in the works. The love of Soon Yong and Haechun resembles the love of courtly style. Purity is the existence beyond the barrier that can not be reached by Haechun and becomes the object of despised desire. Therefore, as the situation of Soon Yong becomes miserable, the body and mind of Soon Yong become more conspicuous and in a position that can not be reached. The relationship between Haechun and Soon Yong and Haechun and Maria is divided into the relationship between Haechun’s love and Maria’s sexual desire As a result, they become shameful and self-defeating about physical relationships and promote mental relations, mystification of pure love. The mystification of pure love works as a fantasy, which gives practical meaning to the gap and the mechanism of creation. Spaces have spatial characteristics that include the possibility of not being absolutely perfect non - space. The desire for a blank that enables pure love preaches that the impure desire is part of the void in the imperative that all impure desires must be eliminated. The novel is composed of characters who are full of passion and doubtful doubts rather than intense desire and fateful attraction for a loved one. The characters represented by Yeom Sang-Seop do not fall into a hot romance or the passion of love while they consider themselves to be an intelligent and calm personality. Because enthusiasm and desire are not real love but a desire to be abandoned, and only the innocence that emanates from the space of pure neutrality is the love, which puts a rational and critical distance to desire. However, excessive fantasies about innocence can encourage mystification of love and disturb the love of reality by raising love from the domain of love to the noble. Thus, the characters of Yeom Sang-Seop keep their cynical attitudes in a cold-hearted and idiosyncratic nature by excluding passion to support reality. 본 연구는 염상섭의 작품 ≪사랑과 죄≫를 중심으로 순수한 사랑을 위한 공백이 무엇인지에 대해 고찰하는 글이다. ≪사랑과 죄≫의 표면적인 서사는 이해춘과 지순영이 사랑을 완성하기 위해 온갖 장애를 극복하고 결국에는 결합한다는 혼사장애의 관련성안에서 해석되어 왔다. 그러나 본 연구는 기존의 연구를 답습하는 데에서 벗어나 순수한 사랑을 위한 공백의 추구라는 작가의 테제가 작품 속에서 어떻게 드러나는지에 대해 주력하였다. 순영과 해춘의 사랑은 궁정풍 사랑의 현대적 변주의 양상을 보인다. 순수한 순영은 해춘이 도달할 수 없는 장벽 너머의 존재이며 억제된 욕망의 대상이 된다. 그렇기 때문에 순영의 상황이 비참해질수록 순영의 몸과 정신은 더욱 고결해 지며 닿을 수 없는 위치에 놓이게 된다, 해춘과 순영, 해춘과 마리아의 관계는 해춘의 사랑인 순영과 해춘의 성욕인 마리아로 분리되면서 육체적인 관계에 대한 부끄러움을 갖게 되고 정신적인 관계, 순수한 사랑에 대해 열망하게 된다. 순영의 순수한 삶에 대한 신비화는 표면적으로는 순영의 존재자체가 환상이며 해춘과의 사랑의 결합을 방해하는 장애물로 보인다. 그러나 순영과 해춘의 사랑은 이루어질 수 없는 내재적 불가능성이 잠재하고 있다. 해춘이 순영을 향한 사랑을 지속하게 하는 것은 장애물의 유무이며 이 장애물만이 사랑을 유지할 수 있게 하기 때문이다. 순영의 숭고함은 타락한 현실에 저항하는 순수함에 있다. 이 순수함은 해춘과 결합하는 순간 매혹의 힘을 잃게 되고 순영은 아편쟁이의 사생아 딸로 되돌아가게 된다. 현재의 순영이 온전하게 살아남은 것은 과거에서부터 지켜온 순수한 삶의 결과이었고, 반대로 마리아의 범죄와 구속은 과거의 타락한 삶이 이어져 온 것이라고 정리할 수 있다. 소급적으로 적용된 삶의 상반된 궤적은 순영의 운명이 어떻게 될 수밖에 없는지에 대한 예시를 보여준다. 순영은 끝까지 순수한 영혼으로 남아야 한다는 것이다. 공백에 대한 사유는 사랑을 향한 강렬한 충동이나 극대화된 낭만성의 배제에서 비롯된다. 대신에 이지적이고 냉정한 성격의 인물들이 번민과 회의, 자기반성을 통해 소급적으로 구성된 사랑의 방식에 대해 논한다. 이들은 뜨거운 연애에 빠지거나 사랑의 열정으로 파괴되지 않지만 오히려 자기의식으로 지나치게 함몰되어 스스로 오류에 빠지게 된다. 열정이나 욕망을 꿈꾸지만 이러한 사랑은 불가능한 환상 속에 존재한다는 냉철한 현실인식이 충동적이고 정열적인 사랑에 대해 이성적이고 비판적인 거리를 두게 한다.

Gas Mixture Dependence of the Performance for Multigap Resistive Plate Chambers in the Avalanche Mode

We have investigated the performance of prototype multigap resistive plate chambers in the avalanche mode using cosmic ray muons for various gas mixtures. In the operational high-voltage plateau region, the efficiency is larger than 90%, the best time resolution is 123 ps, and the fraction of the non-Gaussian tail in the time spectrum is about 15%. The slewing corrections significantly improve the time resolution by about 40% at 6.4 kV, which is the operational high voltage. Although the addition of SF₆ to the gas mixture is necessary for avalanche mode operation, a relatively small fraction is preferrable for a better time resolution. The present results demonstrate that the current multigap resistive plate chambers can be used for charged particle identification at high momentum in real collision experiments.
