액체 밸브는 실린더 부분과 액체부분으로 분리 또는 일체형 구조로 되어 있으며, 불소수지 Packing에 STS(stainless) 축을 삽입하여 실린더 머리에 연결된 구조로 되어있어 액체를 주입과 차단시 상하왕복 작동으로 인해 불소수지 패킹과 STS 축 사이에 마찰로 인해 액체의 누설로 인해 작업 환경 저하와 각 부품교체로 인한 작업능률의 저하로 생산성이 목표치에 이르지 못하고 있다. 이에 따라 액체밸브 설계에서부터 재질, 구조변경 등의 필요성이 있으며, 설계, 재질선택, 구조변경 등을 연구하였다. 본 논문은 기존의 문제점을 근본적으로 해소하고자, 피스톤과 연동되는 진동의 개발로 피스톤이 쉽게 마모되는 것을 방지하여 장 수명을 충족시키고 누설방지를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 액체 토출후 노즐 팁에 액체가 잔류하는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 피스톤이 후퇴 시 이를 흡입시킬 수 있는 기능을 부가하여 방울 맺힘을 방지함을 목적으로 하고 있다. Liquid valve is divided into cylinder and liquid part or composed of a single body structure. It becomes a connected structure to cylinder head after inserting stainless(STS) shaft to Teflon packing. In injecting and intercepting fluid, working efficiency becomes low because of the top and bottom round trip operation the friction between Teflon packing and STS shaft fluid leakage, decline of working environment, and each part replacement. And so target value is unattainable in productivity liquid valve design, quality, and structure change are studied. In this paper, designed to solve the existing problems basically, to prevent friction of Piston by developing diaphragm linked with piston, to satisfy long life, and to provide the prevention of leakage. The objective of the study is also to prevent remains fluid at nozzle tip after dispensing fluid, and bell close with the suction function in piston retreating.

초고속 광통신을 위한 16-Channel AWG 파장다중화기의 설계에 관한 연구

- Various methods for analyze optical components which are necessary before the fabrication of optical circuitcomponent and as its applications, designing method of Wavelength Division filter using arrayed-waveguide grating(AWG) is paper. In the case of analyzing uniform optical waveguide, effective index method(EIM), harmonic expansion method are used, and in the case of non-uniform optical waveguide, beam propagation method(BPM) are used. In this paper, to use arrayed-waveguide grating as WDM filter of centered wavelength of 1.55㎛ and wavelength spacing of 0.8㎚, all of the parameter of AWG is calculated by the HEM and the BPM using EIM. As a of calculation, free spectral range is 12.8㎚, focal length 9336.55㎛, path difference 129.36㎛ and the number of slab waveguide 91 when the distance of core center to center on row land circle is 20㎛.

감정표현불능증과 우울의 관계에서 성격 5요인의 조절효과 탐색

기존의 정서연구들에서는 감정표현불능증이 우울의 중요한 예측변인이라는 점을 반복적으로 제시하고 있다. 이에본 연구에서는 이러한 두 변인의 관계가 성격요인에 의해 조절될 수 있는지를 성격 5요인을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 312명의 대학생을 대상으로 감정표현불능증, 우울, 성격 5요인을 포함한 온라인 설문을 실시하고 조절효과를 확인해보았다. 분석 결과, 감정표현불능증은 우울을 예측하여 기존 연구 흐름과 맥을 같이 하였다. 또한, 조절효과를 검증한결과, 우호성, 정서적 안정성, 개방성은 감정표현불능증과 우울 간의 관계를 조절한 반면, 외향성과 성실성은 조절하지 않았다. 본 연구의 결과는 자신의 감정을 제대로 인지하지 못하고 표현하지 못하는 것이 우울을 높일 수 있는데, 이를 완화하는 데는 우호적이고 정서적으로 안정적이며 개방적인 성격이 도움이 된다는 점을 제시하였다. 본 연구는감정표현불능증에 의해 우울이 증가하는 과정에서 어떤 구체적인 성격특질이 조절변인으로 기능하는지를 변별적으로 제시하였다는 중요한 함의를 갖고 있다.

청소년의 샤덴프로이데가 사이버불링 가해행동에 미치는 영향: 자기인식의 조절효과

본 연구에서는 타인의 불행을 보고 즐거워하는 정서인 샤덴프로이데가 청소년의 사이버불링 가해행동을예측하며, 이를 내적, 대인관계적, 환경적 자기인식이 조절할 것임을 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 중·고등학생 300명을 대상으로 샤덴프로이데, 사이버불링 가해행동, 자기인식(내적, 대인관계적, 환경적), 우울, 불안에 대한 자료를 수집하고 변인 간의 관계를 상관분석과 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 확인해보았다. 통제변인으로 우울과 불안을 투입한 후 분석한그 결과, 첫째, 샤덴프로이데는 사이버불링 가해행동을 예측하여, 샤덴프로이데 경향이 높은 사람들이 온라인상에서 사이버불링 가해행동을 더 많이 하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자기인식의 조절효과를 검증한 결과, 내적 자기인식과 대인관계적 자기인식이 평균 이상인 경우 사이버불링 가해행동을 강화하는 방향으로 조절효과를 보인 반면, 평균 미만인 경우는 조절효과를 보이지 않았다. 셋째, 환경적 자기인식은 조절효과를 보이지 않았다. 본 연구에서는 타인의 불행을 기대하는정서이자 반사회적 특성이 잠재할 가능성이 있는 샤덴프로이데 경향이 청소년들의 실제적인 사이버불링가해행동으로 이어진다는 점을 확인하면서, 일정 수준 이상 자신의 생각과 감정을 알아차리는 것과 대인관계 상에서 자신의 모습을 파악하는 것이 두 변인의 관계를 강화시킨다는 점을 발견하였다. 끝으로, 본연구의 함의와 제한점에 대한 논의가 함께 이루어졌다.

2009 개정 수학과 교육과정에 따른 중학교 수학 교과서의 기하영역 분석

본 연구는 2009 개 정수학과 교육과정에 따른 중학교 교과서 12종의 기하영역을 이전 교육과정에 따른 교과서와 구성 방식과 순서, 내용 서술의 변화된 내용을 중심으로 비교 분석하였다. 그리고 2009 개 정수학과 교육과정에서 강조하고 있는 학생의 이해 수준에 따른 정당화와 수학적 과정(수학적 추론, 수학 문제 해결, 수학적 의사 소통)이 교과서에서 어떻게 구현되었는지를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째 삼각형의 결정 조건에 대한 교육과정의도 해석의 차이로 인하여 교과서 서술에서 차이가 나타났다. 또한 삼각형의 무게중심, 각의 이등분선, 할선, 수직이등분선, 원주 각의 성질, 닮음의 중심, 닮음의 위치, 삼각형의 중선 연결정리 등에 대한 제시 순서와 내용 서술은 교과서마다 차이가 있었다. 둘째 정당화에 대한 교과서 분석 결과, 2009 개 정수학과 교육과정에 따른 교과서 12 종 모두 가정, 결론, 증명의 용어를 사용하지 않을 뿐 2007개 정수학과 교육과정에 따른 교과서의 증명서술 방식과 차이가 거의 나타나지 않았다. 셋째,2009 개 정수학과 교육과정에 제시된 수학적 과정의 특징에 따라 중학교 수학② 교과서 12종의 기하영역을 분석한 결과, 수학적 문제 해결, 수학적 추론, 수학적 의사 소통의 문항수와 문항의 적합도 여부에 차이가 있었다 This study analysed the changes in the geometry area between the junior high school mathematics textbooks based on the 2009 Revised Mathematics Curriculum and those based on the 2007 Revised Mathematics Curriculum. This study also analysed how junior high school textbook authors and teachers understand ‘mathematical justification’ and ‘improvement of students’ creativity through mathematical processes’ in the revised content of the 2009 Revised Mathematics Curriculum. The results indicate that, in the twelve mathematics textbooks, the introduction to timing, and the existence or nonexistence of a definition of a vertical bisector of a line segment, the bisector of an angle, and a chord differ between the 2009 Revised Mathematics Curriculum and the 2007 Revised Mathematics Curriculum. Regarding the content of the section dealing with ‘triangle-determining conditions’ and ‘understanding the congruence conditions of a triangle by construction’, nine textbooks show triangle congruence by specific conditions(SSS, SAS, and ASA) in the main text with examples and questions. Three textbooks do not deal with congruence conditions using construction in the introductory part of the chapter sections: ‘exploratory activity’ or ‘open thinking’. According to an analysis of the twelve junior high school third grade textbooks, all twelve integrated the achievement standard of the ‘circumference angle’ in the ‘application of circumference angle’ section. In addition, the textbook authors and teachers do not seem to understand ‘mathematical justification’ in the 2009 Revised Mathematics Curriculum. In the interpretation of the mathematical processes, each textbook exhibited significant differences.

Robot technology, one of the representative technologies of the 4th industrial technology, is being used in various fields in the industry and daily life. In this study, we implement an object-following mobile robot system using an Open CV library and an ultrasonic sensor based on a color conversion deep learning algorithm. The purpose of the study is to develop a cart that maximizes the convenience of transporting and moving heavy goods by combining an automated lift function using a scissor structure and a lead screw with the cart. As a result, a cart that follows and drives objects with 5kg of weight loaded in a cart made of 1/8 size was implemented. This work is expected to be used not only in daily life but also in various fields such as agriculture, logistics industry, and leisure sports industry.
