The cluster head of LEACH(Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy) is randomly selected. The cluster head is needed for gathering reliable data. So, we propose the method to elect the cluster head based on sensing value. It can receive reliable sensing value and have the function of tracing event because cluster head is elected per period.

국제비즈니스계약에서 수출보험과 이행보증의 활용에 관한 개괄적 고찰

무역은 계약이 체결되면서부터 종료되기까지 거래의 전과정에 예측할 수 없는 다양한 위험을 수반한다. 특히 거래에서 일방당사자의 의무 불이행 위험은 상대방의 정당한 권리, 즉 무역을 통해 기대하는 이익 실현을 불가능하게 할 수도 있다는 점에서 사전에 계약 이행을 담보하는 것은 매우 중요한 문제이다. 이를 위하여 실무에서 수출보험과 이행보증이 활용되고 있으며 기본적으로 수출보험은 채권자가 자신이 갖는 위험에 대한 안전장치로, 이행보증은 채무자가 채권자에게 자신의 의무 이행을 담보하는 장치로 활용된다. 다만 각각이 담보하는 위험, 당사자 및 메커니즘 등이 상이하므로 양 제도의 개괄적 기초 위에 다양한 국제비즈니스계약에서의 활용 가능성을 살펴보고자 한다. Trade parties are exposed to various and unpredictable risks from the conclusion of the contract to its termination. In particular, non-performance of obligations by the parties will not be able to achieve profit to each other, which ultimately expected by the transaction. Export credit insurance and performance guarantee are systems that cover to the risk of non-performance of obligations between the contracting parties in advance. Export credit insurance covers the buyer"s credit risk and performance guarantee covers the debtor"s default. First, The Export credit insurance is a system that pay for unforeseen losses incurred by exporters, producers, or financial institutions that lend export funds. It is a non-profit policy insurance for export promotion and promotion. Export insurance is a two-party contract between the exporter and the insurer. Second, The performance guarantee is a system in which a guarantor pays the beneficiary(the creditor) the amount specified in the guarantee if the applicant(the debtor) does not perform its obligations. On the other hand, export insurance and performance guarantees differ in the character of the system, mechanisms and parties. Therefore, this study is to examine the utilization of both systems in International business Agreement.

협동 릴레이와 다중 사용자 다이버시티를 이용하는 무선 통신 네크워크의 용량 분석

본 논문은 다중 사용자 다이버시티를 운용하는 무선 네트워크에서 협동 다이버시티를 사용할 경우, 하향링크 채널에서 다중사용자 다이버시티와 협동 다이버시티 사이의 상호작용을 분석한다. 협동 다이버시티 링크의 수신 신호 대 잡음비 분포를 감마 분포로 근사한 후, 다수의 협동 다이버시티 링크들이 fair-access 스케줄링 되는 단일 셀에서의 평균 용량을 해석적으로 구한다. 제안하는 해석방법을 시뮬레이션 결과와 비교하여 검증하였으며, 각 링크에서 수신 신호 대 잡음비의 변동을 줄여주는 협동 다이버시티가 다수 링크들의 수신 신호 대 잡음비의 변동성을 이용하는 다중 사용자 다이버시티의 성능을 저하시킴을 용량 분석을 통하여 보여준다. We consider the use of cooperative diversity in a multiuser wireless data network. This paper provides an analysis of the interaction between cooperative diversity and multiuser diversity on downlink channels. By using approximation of the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) distribution of each cooperative diversity link by Gamma distribution, an analytic expression is derived for the average throughput of a single-cell wireless system with multiple cooperative diversity links combined with a fair-access scheduler. The proposed analytic approach is verified through comparisons with simulated results and shows that cooperative diversity makes the detrimental impacts on multiuser diversity.
