        굴과 새우를 이용한 새싹삼 페이스트의 품질특성

        Sprout ginseng paste were prepared with pine nut, dry oyster and dry shrimp to examine the antioxidant properties(total polyphenols, total flavonoids, and electron donating ability) and sensory test(attribute difference and acceptance). Sprout ginseng paste were measured based on color value, pH, viscosity, total bacteria cell numbers for 0 and 20 days at 4℃. The higher total polyphenol and total flavonoid content of sprout ginseng paste added with pine nuts, dry oyster, and dry shrimp were higher antioxidant capacity. DPPH radical scavenging activity was increased from 52.2% (SGP0) to 79.5.0 % with SGP5. The attribute test results reveal that the color intensity, bitter taste, and oily taste were decreased in SGP3 to SGP6. Taste, flavor, and coarseness did not show significant difference in SGP0 to SGP6. Thickness and After taste were increased in SGP4 to SGP6. The preference test results reveal that the appearance, flavor, and texture level did not show significant difference in SGP0 to SGP6. Taste and overall preference were increased in SGP4 to SGP6. L value, pH, decrease while a value and b value show no change in sprout ginseng paste with pine nut, dry oyster and dry shrimp. Total cell number was not detected during storage.

        TeakLite DSP를 이용한 적응형 다중 비트율 광대역 (AMR-WB) 음성부호화기의 실시간 구현

        적응형 다중 비트율 광대역 (AMR-WB) 음성부호화기는 50∼7000 Hz의 오디오 신호를 압축/복원하는 3GPP의 가장 최근의 음성 부호화 표준으로써 23.85 kbit/s에서 6.60 kbit/s까지 9가지의 다중 비트율을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 16비트 고정 소수점형 TeakLite DSP를 이용하여 AMR WB 음성부호화기를 실시간 구현한 결과에 대해 기술하였다. 구현된 AMR-WB 보코더는 가장 높은 비트율인 23.85 kbit/s모드에서 52.2 MIPS의 복잡도를 가지고 있으며, 사용된 프로그램 메모리는 약 17.9 kwords 이고, 데이터 RAM 메모리는 11.8 kwords, 데이터 ROM 메모리는 약 10.1 kwords 이다. 구현된 AMR-WB 프로그램은 3GPP의 표준시험 벡터 23개를 9개 모드에 대해 비트 단위로 일치시켜 검증을 완료하고, 실시간 보드 시험에서도 오디오 신호의 입출력이 왜곡되지 않고 실시간 지연없이 안정적으로 동작하는 것을 확인하였다. AMR-WB (Adaptive Multi Rate Wideband) speech codec, the most recent voice codec standardized by 3GPP, has the wider audio bandwidth of 50∼7000 Hz and operates on nine speech coding bit rates between 6.60 and 23.85 kbit/s. This Paper presents the real-time implementation of AMR-WB speech codec by using a 16 bit fixed-point TeakLite DSP. The implemented AMR-WB codec requires the complexity of 52.2 MIPS at 23.85 kbit/s mode and also needs the program memory of 17.9 kwords, data RAM of 11.8 kwords, and data ROM of 10.1kwords. It was verified through passing the all test vectors provided by 3GPP with maintaining bit exactness. Stable operations on the real-time testing board were also proved without any distortions and delays for the audio in/out.

        In this study, the synthesis of three-element PID controller for an open-loop unstable plant with time delay is proposed. Control problem such as stabilizing an open-loop unstable plant, servo-tracking, and disturbance rejection can be treated independently by each element of the controller. Tuning rules for each element of the controller are based on the loop gain and phase criterion of root loci, the internal model controller, and feed forward controller design method. The performance of the proposed controller was presented by computer simulations of example problems.

        공급망에서의 ESG 실천 사례 연구: 국내 상장 기업을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to assess the level of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) practices in the supply chain through a case analysis of selected domestic companies. The study aims to identify the major directions of ESG implementation in supply chain management (SCM). We selected four companies and a comparative analysis of their ESG practices in the supply chain in terms of environmental and social perspectives. The analysis was based on the 2021 Sustainable Management Reports of the four selected companies, using the ‘K-ESG Guidelines’ criteria. The study findings revealed that sustainable environmental management activities and energy consumption analysis were common practices in the environmental dimension. In the social dimension, efforts to create social value, activities for mutual growth, developing safe work environments, and digital transformations were common practices. Although differences were observed based on industry characteristics, the fundamental direction of ESG practices in the supply chain was found to be similar. In addition, while ESG practices should be implemented without discrimination across industries, it is also necessary to improve the evaluation criteria according to the characteristics of industry type. The results of this study provide theoretical and practical implications that can shed important insights for the planning and implementation of ESG in supply chain management. 본 연구는 공급망에서의 ESG 실천정도를 파악하고자 사례기업을 선정하여 ESG 실천에 대한 현 상황을 검토하고, ESG 실천 방향을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 2022년도 4분기 한국 ESG 평가원에서 실시한 국내 상장 100대 기업 중 4개 기업을 선정하였다. 서비스분야에서는 리테일산업인 GS리테일과 BGF리테일(CU 편의점)을, 제조분야에서는 전자산업인 삼성전자와 LG전자를 선정하였다. 선정된 기업의 2021년도 지속가능경영보고서를 기반으로 ‘K-ESG 가이드라인’ 기준에 따라 환경과 사회 부문에 대해 공급망에서의 ESG 실천사례를 비교 분석하였다. 각각 선정된 기업과 산업별로 구분하여 분석한 결과, 환경적(E) 측면에서 지속가능한 환경구축을 위한 실천활동과 에너지 사용량 분석이 공통점으로 도출되었으며, 사회적(S) 측면에서는 사회적 가치창출 노력, 공동성장을 위한 활동, 안전한 작업 환경 구축 그리고 디지털 전환 등이 공통점으로 도출되었다. 비록 산업의 특징에 따라 차이점은 있지만 공급망에서 요구되는 ESG 실천의 원론적인 방향성은 같고, ESG 실천은 산업의 구분 없이 실천해야 하는 항목이지만, 산업별 특징에 맞는 평가항목 도출이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 ESG 실천은 공급망 내에 있는 관련 협력사까지 포함하여 실천해야 진정한 ESG 실천이므로 이를 위해 정부의 정책에도 변화가 필요하다. 이러한 연구결과는 공급망에서 ESG의 기획과 실행을 고려하고자 할 때 학문적 관점뿐만 아니라 실무적 관점에서도 기초자료로 활용될 것이다.

        어린인삼 첨가 굴죽통조림의 제조 및 품질특성

        This study was carried out to investigate the quality characteristics of four types of canned oyster Crassostrea gigas porridge [canned oyster porridge (Control), canned oyster porridge added young ginseng (Sample-1), canned oyster porridge added young ginseng powder (Sample-2), canned oyster porridge added young ginseng extracts (Sample-3)], The results were summarized as follows; As a result of cultured bacteria test, all samples were normal in appearance and not detected microorganisms after sterilization by heating at 118℃ (F0 value 12 min). There was no significant difference in moisture, crude lipid, ash and VBN content between samples except the control for crude protein was the highest and TBA value was the lowest in Sample-2. Amino nitrogen content were 31.5, 32.5, 31.5 and 35.0 mg/100 g, respectively. For color values of canned oyster porridge, Control, Sample-1, Sample-2 and Sample-3 were 59.5, 62.7, 57.8 and 55.8 for the lightness (L-value), 5.7, -5.2, -4.5 and –4.7 for redness (a-value), 14.4, 12.0, 15.3 and 12.6 for the yellowness (b-value) and 41.1, 32.5, 35.5 and 31.7 for the color difference (⊿E), respectively. The total amino acids content was the highest in the Control and the major amino acids were proline and cysteine in all samples. In addition, the mineral content of Na, K and Ca were high in all samples. In the sensory evaluation of the canned oyster porridge, Sample-3 had the highest values of overall acceptance.

        In the study, the path search problem for obstacle avoidance in three dimensional workspace has been solved by computer simulation. The paths of the moving object are determined on placement of obstacles in the workspace, and both side-tracking and over-tracking methods are investigated. In applying each tracking method, expand the obstacles by appropriate dimensions of the moving object and thus replace the moving object to one point, reduce the dimension of the configuration space by projecting the expanded obstcles into the 2-dimensional orthogonal coordinates, and use the visibility graph to generate the successors of the ?? algorithm and determine the shortest path.
