          간호대학생의 기본간호학실습 경험 : 투약간호를 중심으로

          The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for improving the quality of fundamental nursing by analyzing experiences of medication nursing practice of nursing college students using the reflective Journal. The data collection period was September to December 2017. The research data consisted of interviews with 7 students and a reflection journal submitted by 40 students who took fundamental nursing practice Ⅱ course at a university. As a result of analyzing the contents of experiences, there are three sets of themes: 'sense of achievement and pride', 'burden and regret', 'expansion of nursing capacity' and seven subtopics: 'learning effect is enhanced by theory and practice', 'good to go to nursing school', 'as a nurse, i feel less confident about my growth', 'insufficient equipment and consumables, '(I want to) practice directly on the human body rather than the model', 'recognize patient-centered care', 'draw my future nursing ideas' were derived. Therefore, the practitioner should focus on improving the students 'nursing skills during medication nursing practice, while also seeking supportive activities and various teaching methods to promote the students' internal growth. 본 연구는 성찰저널을 이용하여 간호대학생의 투약간호 실습 경험을 분석하여 기본간호학 실습 수업의 질적 개선을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 수행되었다. 자료수집 기간은 2017년 9월부터 12월까지였다. 연구자료는 일개 대학교의 기본간호학 실습 Ⅱ과목을 수강한 40명의 학생들이 제출한 성찰저널과 7명의 학생에 대한 면담내용이었다. 경험의 내용을 분석한 결과 ‘성취감과 자부심', ‘부담감과 아쉬움', ‘간호 역량의 확장'의 3개의 주제 모음과 ‘이론과 실습병행으로 학습효과가 증진됨', ‘간호학과에 진학하기를 잘함', ‘간호사로서 성장에 대한 자신감이 떨어짐', ‘부족한 실습기자재와 소모품', ‘모형보다는 사람 몸에 직접 실습하고 싶음', ‘환자중심의 간호를 인식함' ,‘미래의 나의 간호사상을 그려봄'의 7개의 하위주제가 도출되었다. 따라서 실습 교육자는 투약간호 실습 시 학생의 간호술기 향상에 초점을 맞추는 동시에 학생들의 내적 성장을 촉진할 수 있는 지지활동 및 다양한 수업방법 개발을 모색해야겠다.

          간호학생을 대상으로 한 시뮬레이션기반 전문심장소생술 교육의 효과

          Objectives : This study is a quasi-experiment with a pre-post design and a nonequivalent control group performed from May 1 to June 2, 2013 to verify the effects of a simulation based education program on nursing students' self-confidence, and clinical performance ability. Methods : The subjects of the study were a total of 60 students in their fourth year of a nursing program at a university located in G city and they were assigned to an experimental group of 30 students and a control group of 30 students by convenience sampling. Results : After being offered education, self-confidence, and clinical performance ability were significantly more improved than before in each group. In the comparison of the two groups, the self-confidence (t=3.00, p=.004) and clinical performance ability(t=3.14, p=.003) of the experiment group were significantly higher than those of the control group. Conclusions : The results indicated that instructional methods using a simulation-based emergency care program should be adopted maximize the effects of advanced cardiopulmonary life support education.

          임상실습 중 간호대학생이 경험한 언어폭력과정서적 반응 및 대처 행동

          Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate verbal abuse experiences, emotional reactions to verbal abuse and coping behaviors of nursing students when they were doing clinical practice. Methods: Data were collected from 370 nursing students from 26th of July to 5th of August in 2013 using revised versions of the verbal abuse scale for operating room nurses, the Assault Response Questionnaire (ARQ), and the coping behavior scale. 361 questionnaires were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, and one-way AVOVA. Results: Most frequently mentioned settings where verbal abuse was experienced were general surgery units (42.9%), abusers were nurses (74.0%), and type of verbal abuse was talking down. Female (t=-3.54, p=.001),senior grade (t=-5.34, p=<.001), no school affiliation with hospital (t=11.51, p=<.001) were associated with more verbal abuse experiences. Most frequent emotional reactions were feeling angry (4.01±1.07) followed by feeling withdrawn (3.32±1.36). Most frequent coping behaviors were enduring (83.7%) followed by ignoring (68.4%). Conclusion: The level of verbal abuse experiences and negative emotional reactions of nursing students were high, but their coping behaviors were passive. There need various active efforts and programs to prevent verbal abuses and to help students cope more actively against verbal abuse in their clinical practice.

          가상현실을 활용한 간호대학생의 핵심 기본간호술 실습 경험

          The purpose of this study is to provide basic data to help nursing college students explore the meaning of practical experience in core fundamental nursing skills using VR, and to find an effective direction for future VR basic nursing education. Participants in the study were 30 second grade nursing students attending a university in G-city. The data collection period is from Dec. 1, 2019 to Dec. 15, 2019, and data was collected through a reflection journal prepared by the student and analyzed according to the qualitative content analysis method. As a result of analyzing the meaning of the experience, three categories and seven subcategories of ‘positive experience of VR class', ‘negative experience of VR class', and ‘two-sided value of VR practice' were identified. This study is meaningful in that it suggested the possibility of VR based training class by presenting VR training experience of nursing students, and provided the basic data necessary for designing VR applied classes. 본 연구는 간호대학생의 VR를 활용한 핵심 기본간호술 실습 경험의 의미를 탐색하여 향후 VR 핵심 기본간호술 교육의 효과적인 운영 방향을 모색하는 데 도움이 되는 기초자료를 제공하는 데 있다. 연구 참여자는 G광역시 일개 대학에 재학 중인 2학년 간호대학생 30명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료수집 기간은 2019년 12월 1일부터 12월 15일까지이며, 학생이 작성한 성찰일지를 통해 자료를 수집하였고, 질적 내용 분석 방법에 따라 분석하였다. 경험의 의미를 분석한 결과 ‘VR 수업의 긍정적 경험', ‘VR 수업의 부정적 경험', ‘VR 실습의 양면가치'라는 3개의 범주 및 7개의 하위범주가 확인되었다. 본 연구는 간호대학생의 VR 실습 경험을 제시함으로써 VR 기반 실습수업의 가능성을 알려주고, VR 적용 수업 설계 시 필요한 기초 자료를 제공했다는 점에 의의가 있다.

          간호대학생의 지역 중소병원 선택 예측요인

          본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 취업선호도, 중소병원에 대한 인지도를 파악하여 지역 중소병원 선택의 예측요인을 파악하기 위하여 시도되었다. 광주광역시와 전라남도 소재 4개 대학교에 재학 중인 간호대학생을 대상으로 2018년 9월부터 2018년 10월까지 자료를 수집하였으며, 부적절한 응답지를 제외한 476명의 설문지를 SPSS/WIN 24.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 간호대학생이 지역 중소병원을 선택한 경우는 66.0%였고, 중소병원 선택의 예측요인은 고등학교 졸업지역, 학업성취도, 중소병원에 대한 인지도였다. 본 연구결과를 통해 간호대학생이 지역 중소병원으로의 취업률을 높이기 위해서는 간호교육자들은 중소병원 취업을 희망하는 학생들에게는 역량을 고려한 맞춤형 진로지도 및 상담을 해야겠으며, 병원 관계자들은 중소병원에 대한 인지도를 높이기 위한 다양한 홍보활동 및 마케팅 전략을 수립해야겠다. This study was conducted to identify the predictors of the choice of regional small and medium hospitals by identifying the job preference, recognition of small and medium hospitals. For this purpose, data were collected from September 2018 to October 2018 for nursing students attending 4 universities in Gwangju and Jeollanam - do, and total of 476 questionnaires were analyzed using the SPSS / WIN 24.0 program. The results showed that 66.0% of nursing students selected region local small and medium hospitals. The factors influencing the choice of region small and medium hospitals were high school region, nursing school performance and recognition of small and medium hospitals. In order to increase the employment rate of nursing students to the region small and medium hospitals, nursing educators should provide personalized career guidance to students who want to work in small and medium hospitals and hospital personnel should establish various public relations activities and marketing strategies to raise recognition of small and medium hospitals.

          간호 · 간병통합서비스 병동에 입원한 근골격계 수술 환자가 지각한 간호서비스 질에 영향을 미치는 요인

          Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors that affect the quality of nursing services, as perceived by musculoskeletal surgical patients who are hospitalized in comprehensive nursing care wards. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted, with 152 musculoskeletal surgical patients hospitalized of I hospital and K hospital of B City in South Korea. The data were collected from July 26 to October 15, 2019. Analysis of the data used real numbers, percentages, means and standard deviation, minimums, maximums, mean ratings and standard deviations, a t-test, ANOVA and the Scheffétest, Pearson's Correlation Coefficients, and Stepwise Multiple Regression using the SPSS/WIN 23.0 statistical program. Results: The factors that had the greatest effect on patients' perceived quality of nursing services were nurses' friendly communication types (β=.25, p=.012), followed by education level (β=.49, p<.001), and the level of satisfaction with nurses' pain management performance (β=.39, p=.001). The total explanatory power was 30.4%. Conclusion: In order to improve the quality of nursing services as perceived by patients, it is necessary to provide customized nursing interventions taking patients' education levels into consideration and to develop programs to improve pain management and friendly communication by nurses.

          남자 간호대학생의 전공만족도와 셀프리더십이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향

          The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of nursing satisfaction in major and self-leadership on male nursing student career preparation behavior. Data was collected from 527 students by means of self-reported questionnaires on the topic of satisfaction in major, self-leadership, career preparation behavior among nursing students from July 1 to August 31, 2016. The SPSS WIN/PC 19.0 program was used for descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlational coefficient and multiple regression. The conclusion from the results and discussions are as follows. The average score of satisfaction in major, self-leadership, career preparation behavior was 2.51, 3.80 and 3,89 respectively There were positive correlations among satisfaction in major, self-leadership, and career preparation behavior. Fourth, major satisfaction and self-leadership effect on career preparation behavior. It is necessary to provide career educational programs according to the grades of nursing students, and to developed educational programs to improve self-leadership of male nursing students 본 연구는 남자간호대학생의 전공만족도와 셀프리더십이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 연구 참여에 동의한 G시와 J도에 위치한 8개의 간호대학에 재학중인 1-4학년 학생이며, 자료 수집은 2016년 7월 1일부터 8월 31일 까지 실시되었다. 측정도구는 전공만족도, 셀프리더십, 진로준비행동 측정도구를 사용하였으며, 자료분석은 SPSS 19.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 본 연구결과 남자 간호대학생의 전공만족도 평균은 3.91±.54점, 셀프리더십 3.65±.49점, 진로준비행동 2.40±.50점으로 나타났으며, 전공만족도와 셀프리더십 수준이 높을수록 진로준비행동을 잘하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구 결과를 바탕으로 전공만족도와 셀프리더십은 남자간호대학생의 진로준비해동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 알 수 있으며 진로준비행동 향상을 위해 학년을 고려한 진로교육과 셀프리더십 향상을 위한 다양한 교육프로그램 개발 및 증진이 요구된다.

          중국인 학습자의 한국어 비음화 발음 오류 양상

          This study examined the aspects of beginning and intermediate Chinese learners' errors of nasalization through experiments of pronunciations. The study employed twenty beginning learners and twenty intermediate learners. The experiment results were evaluated by three experienced Korean language instructors. The test results were analyzed in three environments in which nasalization occurs. The aspects of the errors mainly included omissions, the incomplete applications of rules, the impacts of the native language and the errors due to pronunciations by spelling. Especially there was not a big difference of the error ratios between beginning learners and intermediate learners, especially in environment 3. It meant that environment 3 was the most difficult to realize nasalization. The study mainly proved that learners had a difficulty in the realization of nasalization regardless of their proficiency.

          간호대학생의 아동 간호학실습 경험

          Nursing Students' Experience on Child Health Nursing PracticeHyoju Jung & Sujin Kim Abstract: The purpose of this study was to find out the experiences of nursing students in child health nursing clinical practice, and then to seek specific ways to develop child health nursing practice in the future and to prepare basic data for improving clinical practice. Participants in the study were 10 students who were enrolled in the 3rd grade of nursing at one university in N city, who had clinical practical experience in child health nursing and wished to voluntarily participate in the study. The data collection period is from Jan. 1 to Jan. 30, 2020, and data were collected through individual in-depth interviews and analyzed according to the content analysis method. As a result of analyzing the meaning of the experience, three thematic collections were composed: 'Discovering differences from adult clinical practice', The image of small and medium hospitals has declined', and 'A new perception of the role of nurses'.This study is meaningful in that it provided basic data to improve the quality of child health nursing education by revealing the difficulties and attitudes of nursing students in child health nursing clinical practice that they directly experience and feel. These basic data can be used as a reference material for the contents of consultations at the industry-academic cooperation meetings, as well as the production of guidelines for child health nursing clinical practice by instructors.
