This collection of works handles musical pieces of , Wildhorn(Frank Wildhorn, 1959-), Yoon(Il Sang Yoon, 1974-), Kander(John Harold Kander, 1927-), Lauper(Cyndi Lauper, 1953-) and vocal music of Mozart(Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, 1756-1791). This study aims to help in playing more deeply by concentrating on composers' entire lives, the original works, characters of the works, situations to sing the songs and the relationship between the songs and the lyrics. Wildhorn is Musical 《Jekyll & Hyde, 1990》's composer. <Take me as I am> & <Dangerous Game> is duet. two songs by undeniable basic instinct toward Jekyll and inside desire of Jekyll. Il Sang Yoon’s who is Korean popular song composer has made first musical named 《Suh Pyun Je》. This musical is telling very sad story about a daughter's eye being blinded by her own father to solve father's unfulfilled wish of completing a south western typical Korean song. The music bares well daughter's deep resentment and sorrow toward her own heartless father and outside world. Kander’s 《Cabaret, 1966》 was created, the lyrics of the song <Cabaret>, <I don't care much > can be interpreted to have a double meaning, and the chromatic upward development of the melody and the rhythm of the lyrics give emotions to the words. Cyndi Lauper is very famous pop artist singer in 1970’s. The Musical <The Hitory of Wrong Guys> is made like repeated everyday conversation but it has quite interesting and touchable melodies. Mozart's opera 《Le Nozze di Figaro, 1786》 was created, <Voi che sapete che cosa e amor> and <Abendempfindung : KV 523> melody and the rhythm of the lyrics give emotions to the words. 본인은 석사과정 졸업 리사이틀 곡과 최근 뮤지컬 작품을 포함하여 작곡가 5명과 그들의 작품을 다루었다. 이 작품집을 통해서 작곡가의 생애와 작품해석 그리고 곡의 분석 및 음악적 특징을 연구하여 무대에서 곡을 연주할 때 더 깊이 있게 연주할 수 있도록 했다. 프랭크 와일드 혼(Frank Wildhorn, 1959-)은 미국의 뮤지컬 작곡가이다. 그의 생애와 뮤지컬 <지킬 앤 하이드: Musical Jekyll & Hyde, 1990>의 시대적 배경 및 노래 Take Me as I Am(당신이 나를 받아준다면)과 Dangerous Game(위험한 게임)을 통해 나타나는 캐릭터의 이중성이 가사내용과 노래 선율을 통해 인간의 양면성을 자세히 드러내주고 있었다. 윤 일 상(Il Sang Yoon, 1974-)은 한국의 대중가요 작곡가로서, 뮤지컬 <서편제>를 통해 그의 생애와 시대적 배경 및 노래 원망(Resentment)을 통해 나타나는 작품 구성과 음악적 특징은 눈을 멀게 한 아버지에 대한 恨과 그 아버지를 용서하는 情이 드러남으로써 한국 특유의 정서가 보여 졌다. 존 해롤드 칸더(John Harold Kander, 1927-)는 미국을 대표하는 뮤지컬 작곡가이다. 그의 생애와 뮤지컬 <캬바레: Cabaret>의 시대적 배경 및 노래 cabaret(캬바레)와 I don't care much(나는 별로 상관없어)을 통해 나타나는 인간의 내면세계를 리듬과 멜로디의 반대적 분위기로 캐릭터의 상황을 더욱 더 강조했다. 신디 로퍼(Cyndi Lauper, 1953-)는 미국의 대중 팝가수이자 작곡가이다. 뮤지컬 <킹키부츠>를 통해 처음으로 뮤지컬 곡을 작곡하였다. 그 중 노래 The History of Wrong Guys(내 연애의 흑역사)는 반복되는 리듬과 멜로디, 스타카도 반주 기법으로 가사의 운율을 통해 단어에 감정을 실을 수 있는 것이 특징이었다. 모차르트(Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, 1756-1791)는 오스트리아를 대표하는 작곡가이다. 그의 생애와 오페라 <피가로의 결혼: Le Nozze di Figaro, 1786> 중 아리아 Voi che sapete che cosa é amor(당신은 아시나요 사랑이 무엇인지)와 그의 가곡 Abendempfindun(황혼의 느낌), KV 523를 통해 나타나는 작품구성과 음악적 특징이 선율과 도약을 통해 가사를 부각시켜 주었다.
스마트 홈트레이닝이 농촌 노인의 하지근력과 우울감에 미치는 영향
본 연구는 농촌 노인을 대상으로 10주간의 하지운동을 실시하고 스마트 홈트레이닝군(실험군)과 그룹 운동군(대조군)의 운동 효과를 비교하여, 근력과 우울감에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구의 대상자는 충청북도 G 군에 소재한 J 진료소를 이용하는 60세 이상 여성 노인을 대상으로 하였다. 매주 1회 진료소에서 운동하는 그룹 운동군 10명과, 앱을 설치하고 각자 집에서 스마트 홈트레이닝을 하는 스마트 홈트레이닝군 10명을 나누어 실시하였다. 그룹 운동군은 주 1회 집합 운동을 하고, 각자 집에서는 배운 동작을 운동하도록 하였다. 스마트 홈트레이닝군은 처음 시작할 때 올바른 운동 자세를 가르치고 앱 사용법을 설명하기 위해 2회 집합교육을 실시하고, 매일 각자 집에서 스마트폰을 이용하여 운동하도록 하였다. 운동 동작은 앉아서 무릎 펴기, 제자리 걷기, 미니스쿼트, 옆으로 걷기 등 4가지를 선정하여 대상자들에게 올바른 동작을 가르치고, 점검하며 진행하였다. 프로그램 전후 2분 걷기 검사, 간편 신체기능 검사, 근력 측정, 벡 불안 우울 척도 검사를 시행하였으며, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 신체기능 검사 결과 balance는 실험군에서 대조군에 비해 유의하게 증가하였다. (P<.029). 둘째, 등척성 근력 측정 검사 결과 strength knee extension은 실험군에서 대조군에 비해 유의하게 증가하였다. (P<.001). 셋째, 2분 걷기 검사 결과는 실험군과 대조군의 차이가 보이지 않았다. 넷째, 불안 우울 검사에서는 실험군과 대조군의 차이가 보이지 않았다. 이상의 연구 결과 스마트 홈트레이닝은 농촌 노인의 하지 근력을 향상시켜 줄 수 있다고 본다. 또한 balance와 strength knee extension에서 유의한 증가를 나타낸 것으로 볼 때 스마트 홈트레이닝 운동이 노인의 낙상 예방에 효과적인 중재 방안으로 볼 수 있을 것이다. In this study, 10 weeks of lower extremity exercise was conducted for rural elderly people, and the effect of exercise between the smart home training group ( experimental group ) and the group exercise group ( control group ) was compared to analyze the effect on muscle strength and depression. did The subjects of this study were elderly women aged 60 years or older who used J clinic located in G-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do. Ten people in the group exercise group who exercised once a week at the clinic and 10 people in the smart home training group who installed the app and did smart home training at home were divided and conducted. The group exercise group did a collective exercise once a week, and each exercised the learned movements at home. When the smart home training group first started, they were instructed to teach the correct exercise posture and explain how to use the app. Four exercises were selected, including sitting, knee extension, walking in place, mini squat, and sideways walking, and the subjects were taught the correct movements, checked, and proceeded. Before and after the program, a 2m step test, Short Physical Performance Battery, strength measurement, and Beck Anxiety Inventory, Beck Depression Inventory were conducted, and the following conclusions were obtained. First, as a result of the Short Physical Performance Battery, balance was significantly increased in the experimental group compared to the control group ( P<.029 ). Second, as a result of the strength measurement, strength knee extension significantly increased in the experimental group compared to the control group ( P<.001 ). Third, the results of the 2m step test showed no difference between the experimental group and the control group. Fourth, in the anxiety and depression test, there was no difference between the experimental group and the control group. As a result of the above study, it is believed that smart home training can improve the strength of the lower limbs of the elderly in rural areas. In addition, considering the significant increase in balance and strength knee extension, smart home training exercise can be seen as an effective intervention method for preventing falls in the elderly.
Lactococcus lactis ssp. lactis 7962 β-galactosidase의 site-directed mutagenesis (Cys-472, His-509)
β-Galactosidase is one of the better defined enzyme in the literature today. This enzyme is widely distributed in nature and can be found in plants, animal organs, yeast, bacteria, and fungi. The enzyme typically catalyzed the hydrolysis β-D-galactosides and α -L-arabinosides. The enzyme is also capable of catalyzing synthesis of certain allolactose via the galactosyl transfer occurs. The three dimensional structure of β -galactosidase shows that the active site is in a deep pocket. Cys-472 and His-509 are located in t h e wall of the active site cavity. Three-dimensional structure of β -galactosidase from L. lactis 7962 was designed by using Sybyl Ver 6.3. To elucidate the function of one sulfhydryl group in Cys-472 and one imidazole group in His-509, Cys-472 of the β-galactosidase was replaced with Ser, Ala, Thr, Met and His-509 was replaced with Asn, Phe using Exsite PCR-based site-directed mutagenesis. Enzyme activity is reduced to less than 10% of native type by substitution at Cys-472-Ala and to less than 0.1% native type by substitutions at Cys-472-Thr and His-509-Phe. The substitutions for Cys-472 and His-509 had some effects on the binding of substrate. The greatest differences in properties from the native type enzyme were found for the His-509-Phe enzyme. The Ki values for substrate analog inhibitors were affected much more by the substitutions if a C6 hydroxyl was present than if i t was not present. The differences were usually greater His-509-Phe than other mutants. The results support that Cys-472 and His-509 are essential for catalysis and one sulfhydryl group in Cys-472 and one imidazol group in His-509 are very important in substrate binding.
It is Jangsung that has the most Seowon in Honam area. It is not only because the scholars in the area wanted to succeed to a scholastic mantle, to respect their ancestors and intended to confirm a base of their factional authority but also because they wanted to be in line with the tendency of building Seowon in different other areas after the death of one of the famous Confucian scholar in Honam, Haseo, In-Hu Kim. Bongam temple, built in 1696 during Sookjung dynasty, played its faithful role in the basis of both ancestral rites and learning purpose. However, it ended up being completely damaged according to Daewongun's policy: to demolish Seowon. The financial situation of building Bongam temple cannot be estimated since all related documents were burned and removed, yet it's clear that it must have been founded under progressive much support of the local Confucianism. It had remained in the form of only ritual place named 'Sa-U' after the demolition but it reconstructed as late as 1984, returning its original structure. Although the Bongam temple's finances of management are not known in detail by the lack of materials, it seems that the temple was managed by selected officials as did other common private Seowon and it was not exception compared with other cases. There were no particular qualifications to enter the temple and it was opened to whomever wanted to study. The coverage of education text reached 'Saseo, Okyung' as well as 'Keunsarok, Gare, Simkyung, Jujadaejun' and the method of education followed the studystyle of Juja. Similarly, we can guess that their lifestyle might be those of habitual practices. Unlike other Seowon, Bongam temple was designated as local treasure No. 54 in October 1981 and it is thought that it was thank to the achievement of Mangam, I-Jung Byen, in Imjin war. Mangam made contributions by producing freight cars during Imjin war in Seonjo dynasty and by acting as a government position called 'Somosa' and 'Docunsa'. Especially, the freight cars and firearms made by him played important roles when people were defeated in war continuously. The victory of Haengju war, one of the three biggest battles in Imjin war, owed to his large amount of meritorious service. The freight cars were displayed in the rebuilt Bongam temple named 'Sijingdang', bearing special meaning in commemorating him and the war though it's made by descendants. Furthermore the Bongam temple was used an assembly place of Jangsung Hangyak, established by I-Jung spending his old lifetimes in there for making forthright of the towns' morale, while officials conflicted a lot and town people's antagonism deepened since Jangsung Hyun and Jinwon Hyun incorporated in 1600. Jangsung Hangyak peformed by Bongam temple was realistic, concrete and attached importance to social purpose rather than political and economical intentions in confusion times after Imjin war. Mangam, I-jung Byun, posted as a traditional official scholar before and after Imjin war, contributed in conquering national crisis by inventing weaponry and well versed in scholarism and manner of Confucian theory. He was assorted in the side of West club by scholastic mantle and faction, though it didn't have big meaning in his lifetime, above all we can put importance his achievements in that one realistic government scholar invented practical-based scientific freight cars and contributed for overcoming peril.
失業者 再就業 프로그램에 관한 硏究 : 노동부 성취프로그램을 중심으로

After IMF crisis, companies have been experiencing a long-term depression and they had to suspend and close the operation or reorganize their organizations. It made large-scale unemployment. Especially, youth unemployment emerged as a political issue and new terminologies such as 'Saojeong (45 is the legal retirement age)' and 'Oryukdo (If not leaving the company till 56, he would not have conscience.') were made. It is a new risk in Korean society. The social status after foreign currency risk worsened the biased wealth distribution. Job loss intervention programs to help the unemployed to reduced mental, physical and behavioral stresses resulted from unemployment should be performed for the unemployed caused by reorganization, downsizing and merging of the companies. As the concept of life-long job disappears, we need to help them to find a new job by increasing the desire and skills to find a new job. In this study, the efficacy of the programs focusing on the achievement program out of the Job Finding Program for the Unemployed hosted by the Ministry of Labor was reviewed, and the activation method of the program was investigated. The concrete purposes are as follows; First, the characteristics of the unemployed and the effects of the unemployment were reviewed. Second, the Achievement Program of the Ministry of Labor was introduced so that the unemployed could respond to the labor market actively. Third, the efficacy of the Achievement Program was reviewed and Job Loss Intervention Program activation methods were searched for. For the purpose of this study, previous studies, Internet materials, reports and literatures were reviewed and the content and efficacy of Job finding programs were investigated focusing on 'Achievement Program' by Ministry of Labor Additionally the methods to activate the job finding programs were researched. Followings are the activation methods obtained from this study. First, it needs to fulfill the original objects as public job stabilization organization by enforcing job finding support services, collecting labor market information systematically, and providing them to the unemployed. Second, it is desirable if it allows more people who will be retired to participate in the effects proven 'Achievement Program' by connecting other Job finding support programs with Achievement Program. Finally, it proposed the necessity to develop Job Finding Programs for candidates considering youth unemployment and long-term unemployment, which became serious social problems. This study has a limitation that it did not deal with overall problems of Job Finding Support Programs in Korea but was limited to Achievement Program by Ministry of Labor. Further studies are needed to develop Post-Achievement programs and contents for the programs through surveys to the participants in Achievement Program.

The purpose of this study is to help Pre-school students who have had no previous piano education so that they can easily adapt to the piano keyboard at the first stage of their class piano lessons. In addition, this study aims to provide fundamental data for developing curricula well-suited for on-the-spot education in pre-school. Piano education for students who are majoring in early childhood education should be converted into a comprehensive keyboard education on the basis of general music concepts, as opposed to the "cramming education for entering college which stresses only playing techniques on the piano. The methods which this study suggests can contribute to a sense of achievement and rapid acquisition of music. for example, musical scales and harmony should be taught on the basis of the tetrachord pattern in both major and minor keys. It is also desirable for students to apply the practiced harmony process to children's songs and Korean classical songs after practicing them in terms of the actual piano keyboard for playing such piano music. In this study, the general aims and contents of pre-school music education and the issues of music education in the Department of Early Childhood Education have been reviewed. For more effective piano guidance, the definition of class piano has also been reviewed, inculding its historical background and characteristics, in particular the advantages and basic concepts of group guidance which cannot be learned in private lessons. Those for which this curriculum of class piano are intended include beginners as well a s college students not-majoring in music. In this study a sixteen-week teaching plan was constructed so as to cover a one-semester course. By the time the course is completed music notes can be read well and singing accompaniment can be well utilized through the three major harmonies. Thus students will have gained a sense of accemplishment. The efficient teaching of class piano in terms of the findings of this study, together with continuous research in effective piano guidance methods which are suitable to our situation, will be of great help for the development of teaching materials in our country. The importance of early childhood children education for who are at the beginning stage cannot be too much emphasized. For their successful learning, the teacher's role is considered to be most important. It is hoped that this study will contribute to equipping teachers with qualifications as well as providing a successful music education for young pre-schoolers.
都市地域에 居住하는 成長期 兒童의 營養實態調査 : 新盤浦 地域과 洗劒亭 地域을 中心으로
With the purpose of survey the influence of living cirumstances and daily food intake to growth rate of growing children, the author distributed question aries through 549 children of 7 to 9 years old, in the primary School in Seoul. S school, noted the children of this school as group A, was located in relatively higher earning, and K school, noted those of this school as group B, was located in middle classes in income area. Factors of living cirumstances such as income and food cost per a household, mother's educational level, etc. and daily food intake and food habit were surveyed. The physical growth index as a representative of growth rate of growing children was calculated by means of weight and height of subject. In the statistical analysis of the data, percentage calculation, test of independence (x^(2) score test) and analysis of variance were used. The results of the study can be summarized as follows ; 1) physical growth of children in group A is superior to that in group B in height and weight as well as physical growth index. 2) Income and food cost per a household and mother's educational level are higher in group A than in group B, and Engel's index of a household in group A, most frequently 31-40, is lower than that of a house hold in group B, most frequently 51-60. 3) All nutrients except calcium were suffciently in food intake for most children in both group A and B. 4) Viewed from physical growth index 17.18% of children are rice, meat, icecream, and egg, while those by thin children are vegetables. The se\tatistical sighificant nutrients of the two groups are calory, protein, fat and carboxylate intake and the physical gorwth index is increasing amounts of an above nutrients intake. 5) The statistical analysis of percent work shows significant dependence of physocal growth index on income of a household, mother's educational level, Engle's index of a household, number of taking snacks in a day, amount of dairy nutrients intake. This physical growth index increased with decreasing Engle's index of a household and increasing the other factors mentioned above.
학습자의 자기주도성 강화를 위한 자기조절학습 프로그램 개발 및 적용에 관한 사례연구

본 연구는 학습자의 자기주도성 강화를 위한 자기조절학습 프로그램을 개발하 여 실행한 과정을 담고 있다. 연구의 목적은 학습자 개인의 특성에 맞는 자기조 절학습 프로그램을 개발하고 적용하는 데 있어 교사와 학생의 생생한 경험이 무 엇인지를 살펴보고 이를 학교 현장에서 실천하는 방안을 도출하는 데 있다. 이와 같은 연구 목적에 따라 다음의 연구 문제를 설정하였다. 첫째, 자기조절학습 프로그램의 개발 과정은 어떠한가? 둘째, 자기조절학습 프로그램 적용의 과정에서 학생들은 어떤 경험을 갖게 되는가? 셋째, 자기조절 학습 프로그램 개발 및 적용 과정에서의 성찰을 통한 학교 적용 방안 및 시사 점은 무엇인가? 설정한 연구 문제를 해결하기 위하여 다음의 연구를 수행하였다. 첫째, <연 구문제 1>에서 다루고 있는 자기조절학습 프로그램 개발을 위해 초등학교 5학 년 3명의 학생들을 목적표집하여 자기조절학습 사전 검사, 사전 면담 및 관찰 을 통해 실태 파악을 하였다. 자기조절학습 프로그램에 대한 구체적인 사전 지 도를 실시하여 자기조절학습 전략을 제시하였고 초등학교 5학년 2학기 영어과 단원 분석을 통해 학생 개별 자기조절학습 프로그램을 개발하였다. 둘째, <연 구문제 2>를 해결하기 위해 개발한 프로그램을 총 3회기에 걸쳐 실행하였고 성찰과 반성을 통해 수정하고 재적용하는 과정을 자세히 기술하였다. 그리고 그 과정에서 교사와 학생의 경험을 상세하게 드러내어 학교 현장 적용에 도움 이 되는 부분을 탐구하였다. 셋째, <연구문제 3>과 관련하여 자기조절학습 프 로그램을 적용한 연구 결과를 분석한 것을 토대로 학교 현장 적용 방안과 교육 적 시사점을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사 주도의 전통적인 학습 방식에서 벗어나 학생들이 주도권을 갖고 자신의 학습을 스스로 선택하여 계획하고 실행 하는 프로그램을 개발하고 적용했을 때 학습에 대한 내적 동기 강화와 학업성 취도 향상에 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 자기조절학습 프로그램의 개발과 적용 과정 에서 학생들은 부모, 형제 등의 가족 인적자원을 활발히 활용하였다. ‘도움구하 기’, ‘가족 가르치기’의 전략으로 학습을 계획하고 실행하는 경험을 통해 자율성 을 표현하였다. 셋째, 연구에 참여한 학생들은 자기평가 및 동료평가를 통해 반 성적 사고와 성찰을 하며 능동적으로 자기조절학습을 진행하였다. 학습자가 스 스로 자신의 학습 계획 및 내용, 학습 전략, 결과 등을 파악하고 평가하면서 학 습에 대한 동기 및 자기효능감을 향상시켰다. 연구에 함께 참여한 학생들끼리 상호작용 하면서 피드백과 모델링을 서로 주고 받기도 하였다. 넷째, 학교 현장 에서 성공적으로 적용하기 위해 학생 개개인의 특성에 맞는 개별 맞춤형 프로 그램을 개발하고 실행하였다. 학습자중심교육 패러다임 실천을 위해 꼭 필요한 개별화 교수는 소수의 학생을 대상으로 한 본 연구에서도 쉽지 않았지만 개별 대화 면담을 통한 피드백과 모델링으로 다가가려 노력했다. 이를 바탕으로 연구자는 자기조절학습 프로그램을 학교에 적용할 수 있는 방안 및 시사점을 5가지로 제시하였다. 첫째, 학습자의 자기조절학습을 촉진시키는 역 할을 하는 멘토로서의 교사는 학생 개별 맞춤형 프로그램을 진행할 수 있도록 지 원해야 한다. 둘째, 교사의 직접 시범 및 모델링은 물론이고 학생들끼리 상호작용 하는 기회를 많이 주어 서로의 모델링이 되고 피드백을 주고 받을 수 있도록 해 야 한다. 셋째, 디지털 기기 활용을 통한 도움으로 교사의 일을 손쉽게 해야한다. 넷째, 가정과의 연계과정을 프로그램에 포함시켜 학부모와의 긴밀한 관계 유지 속에서 역할 분담이 될 수 있게 한다. 다섯째, 동료 교사와 함께 연구하며 프로젝 트 학습, 블렌디드 학습 등에 추가적으로 자기조절학습 프로그램을 투입하여 적 용해 볼 수 있다. 본 연구는 자기조절학습의 높은 학업 성취 효과와 구체적인 전략 지도에 대한 연구에서 벗어나 학교 현장에 적용하기 위한 방안과 시사점 도출을 위하여 자기 조절학습 프로그램을 개발하고 적용한 구체적인 사례를 통해 분석하였다. 연구에 참여한 학생들과 연구자 본인의 경험을 상세하게 기술하였고 자세한 분석을 통해 현장의 많은 교사들이 적용할 수 있는 방안과 시사점을 도출하였다. 이는 학습자 중심교육 패러다임을 실천하고자 하는 교사들에게 한 가지 사례를 제공하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
