전정감각 자극훈련이 뇌졸중 환자의 균형과 보행에 미치는 영향

Purpose: The aim of this study is to examine the effects of training in vestibular sensory stimulation on balance and gait of stroke patients. Methods: Twenty patients were randomly assigned to either the experimental group (n=10) or the control group (n=10). Patients in the experimental group received rotational stimulation training, vertical-horizontal stimulation training, gait training on a flat surface with vestibular sensory stimulation, and gait training on soft ground with vestibular sensory stimulation. Patients in the control group received general treadmill gait training. The intervention was applied four times per week, 25 minutes each time, for a period of four weeks. We measured Berg Balance Scale (BBS), Biodex Balance System, Timed up to Go (TUG) test and Dynamic Gait Index (DGI) to evaluate balance and gait ability. Results: BBS differed significantly in both groups between before and after the intervention (p<0.05) and changes in BBS after the intervention differed between the two groups (p<0.05). According to the Biodex Balance System test result, only the experimental group showed significant changes in balance in the conditions of static eyes open (SEC), dynamic eyes open (DEO), and dynamic eyes closed (DEC) (p<0.05). TUG test results differed significantly between prior to and after the training in both the experimental group and the control group (p<0.05) and changes in TUG after the intervention differed significantly between the two groups (p<0.05). DGI results showed significant change after the intervention in the experimental group only (P<0.05). Conclusion: Training in vestibular sensory stimulation was effective in improving static-dynamic balance and gait ability of stroke patients.

A 3-year-old boy with purulent otitis media received a chest radiograph as the part of a routine work up. The patient was normal appearing, in no acute distress. The patient's lung and heart sounds were clear and normal. The patient's abdomen was soft, non-distended, and non-tender. An anterior cardiophrenic mass was incidentally identified on the lateral chest radiograph. A computed tomography scan demonstrated a diaphragmatic hernia with bowel loops in the retrosternal space. An exploratory operation revealed a diaphragmatic defect (4 cm in diameter) on the left side of the falciform ligament, through which transverse colon was protruded. There was no hernia sac, and the defect was closed with interrupted No. 2 silk sutures. The child was discharged on the 8th postoperative day without any complications. During 6 months of follow-up period, recurrence was not noticed.

The modern fashion was developed the basis on the western dress structure and its historical flow was continued until today. Particular, the Britain has coexised the unique cultural identity in the aristocratic high culture and rebellious tendency of the subculture so it is necessary to the consideration about whole culture in order to grasp the British fashion identity. The purpose of this study was shown the methodological framework of the culture identity research of one country through the background of this formation of culture and process high culture and subculture study by analysis the culture identity in the today`s Britain. Also, the purpose of this study that it draws whether the feature of the British fashion shows up as any aspect in this culture identity. The range of this study subdivides and considers with the imperialism, industrial revolution, aristocratism, union nations, and geographical aspect as the island country into the economy, society, and natural characteristic about the Englishness and the notion of British culture then it draws the dichotomy of the British fashion through the culture identity formed in this society cultural background with both sides in the high culture and subculture aspect.

With the changes in the industrial structure of modern society and the neglect of industrial heritage that cannot perform its original functions, the impact of the public space formed through cultural regeneration on the local community is studied through pre-research and case analysis. The case selection is the method of preserving the existing space when the facilities were opened in the past 5 years, and used these cases as public spaces in the area. The results of the study found that industrial heritage, as a cultural basic space, can cause the exchange of local residents and the formation of community awareness, which is contributing to the vitality of the community and the establishment of a unique unique identity area.

In order to analyze the relationship between environmentally conscious logistics activities and logistics performance, this study has analyzed which influence is made on the logistics performance of business when the environmentally conscious logistics activities are carried out while basing on the business characteristics. In order to accomplish the goal of this study, we have drawn a hypothesis through the existing studies and then, have conducted a survey of exporting manufacturing companies in the Chungbuk region to prove the hypothesis. As the result, we could see that the environmentally conscious logistics activities have a significant difference by the scale of business. Also by adding a factor to the business characteristics of corporation according to the business size, this study has analyzed the impact made on the logistics performance by the environmentally conscious logistics activities. This study has analyzed which factor of environmentally conscious logistics activities demonstrates the greatest logistics performance by the size of exporting manufacturing companies and furthermore, has tried to suggest the possibility of selecting more effective factor for businesses.

As the problems and limitations of maintenance projects focusing on the physical development of reconstruction and redevelopment projects were revealed, the legal basis for urban regeneration projects was laid as the need for urban regeneration emerged. In addition, as part of the urban revitalization policy, urban marketing, which forms a positive image by marketing unique characteristics and resources of the region, began to be recognized as important. Among these urban marketing strategies, the image strategy emerged to revitalize the local economy, secure identity, and achieve community integration by rebuilding the city image, and research on the characteristics of the image strategy of urban regeneration projects is needed. In this study, general neighborhood urban regeneration projects that have a direct relationship with the living environment of city members are investigated and analyzed based on the characteristics of each marketing type according to image strategy elements. Through the analysis, the characteristics of the image strategy of the general neighborhood urban regeneration project are derived, and the direction for setting the image strategy is proposed when establishing the future urban regeneration project plan.
럭셔리 패션브랜드의 친환경 활동에 대한 메시지 측면성이 브랜드 태도에 미치는 영향 연구: 조절초점의 역할을 중심으로

Abstract: This study identified the structural impact relationships, mediated by information reliability and brand authenticity, of different types of environmental messages from the perspective of luxury fashion brands, leading to formation of brand attitudes. Additionally, the study investigated how the impact of message sidedness on the formation of information reliability and brand authenticity varies according to consumers’ regulatory focus tendencies. Data were collected through online surveys targeting individuals from Generation MZ, utilizing a professional research firm. A total of 300 respondents (150 for one-sided scenarios and 150 for two-sided scenarios) were selected. The collected data were validated using SPSS and AMOS. The following results were obtained. First, message sidedness influenced information reliability and brand authenticity, both of which demonstrated positive effects on brand attitude as mediating factors. However, message sidedness did not directly affect brand attitude. Second, consumers with both promotion and prevention focus tendencies perceived higher information reliability in two-sided message scenarios, and the perception difference in information reliability based on message sidedness was more pronounced among consumers with a prevention focus. Additionally, consumers with a prevention focus did not show a significant difference in brand authenticity between one- and two-sided message scenarios, while consumers with a promotion focus demonstrated an increase in brand authenticity in two-sided message scenarios compared to one-sided ones.
