교정용 미니 임플랜트 고정원과 SWA on masse sliding retraction 시 전치부 치축 조절 요인에 관한 유한요소해석

교정용 미니 임플랜트 고정원을 이용한 교정 치료가 보편화되며, SWA와 이를 이용한 on masse sliding retraction 은 임상에서 흔히 사용하는 치료법이 되었다. 그러나 고정원을 성공적으로 보존하려는 노력에 비해, 발치 공간 폐쇄시 전치부 치축 조절에 관여하는 요인에 대한 보고는 아직까지 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 제1소구치를 제거한 상악 치아와 치주 인대 그리고 치조골에 대한 3차원 유한요소 기준모델을 제작하였고, 제1대구치와 제2소구치 사이 주호선 10 mm 상방에 식립된 교정용 미니 임플랜트를 고정원으로 사용할 경우, 측절치-견치 사이의 견인 훅의 높이를 변화시키며 후상방 견인력을 가하거나, 주호선에 보상 만곡을 부여하는 것이 전치부 치축 조절에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 시뮬레이션 하였다. 또한 전치부 치축이 설측 경사된 모델을 같은 실험 조건으로 시뮬레이션 하여 발치 공간 페쇄 시 설측 경사된 전치부 치축을 유지하거나 개선할 수 있는 요인을 검토하였고, 다음과 같은 연구 결과를 얻었다. 2 mm 높이의 견인 훅에 대하여 후상방으로 견인력을 가할 경우 발생하는 함입력으로 인하여 전치부 설측 경사가 더 감소되지는 않았다. 견인 훅의 높이가 5 mm인 경우 후상방 견인력을 가하면, 측절치의 치관 순측 및 치근 설측 이동이 일어나고, 견치의 비조절성 후방 경사 이동이 심화되었다. 4 mm의 보상 만곡은 측절치의 치관 순측 및 치근 설측 이동을 일으키고, 견치의 비조절성 후방 경사 이동을 감소시켰다. 또한 전치부가 설측 경사된 모델을 기준모델과 같은 실험 조건으로 시뮬레이션 한 경우 치근면의 응력 분포와 25000배 확대된 그래프 상에서의 치아 이동 양상은 매우 유사하였다 이상의 결과는 미니 임플랜트-SWA sliding 생역학을 구사 시 견인 훅의 위치와 와이어 상의 보상 만곡의 유무에 의해 전치부의 치축 조절이 달라지며 실제 임상에서 가이드라인으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. Objective: With development of the skeletal anchorage system, orthodontic mini-implant (OMI) assisted on masse sliding retraction has become part of general orthodontic treatment. But compared to the emphasis on successful anchorage preparation, the control of anterior teeth axis has not been emphasized enough.<br> Methods: A 3-D finite element Base model of maxillary dental arch and a Lingual tipping model with lingually inclined anterior teeth were constructed. To evaluate factors influencing the axis of anterior teeth when OMI was used as anchorage, models were simulated with 2 mm or 5 mm retraction hooks and/or by the addition of 4 mm of compensating curve (CC) on the main archwire. The stress distribution on the roots and a 25000 times enlarged axis graph were evaluated.<br> Results: Intrusive component of retraction force directed postero-superiorly from the 2 mm height hook did not reduce the lingual tipping of anterior teeth. When hook height was increased to 5 mm, lateral incisor showed crown-labial and root-lingual torque and uncontrolled tipping of the canine was increased.4 mm of CC added to the main archwire also induced crown-labial and root-lingual torque of the lateral incisor but uncontrolled tipping of the canine was decreased. Lingual tipping model showed very similar results compared with the Base model.<br> Conclusion: The results of this study showed that height of the hook and compensating curve on the main archwire can influence the axis of anterior teeth. These data can be used as guidelines for clinical application.

본 논문은 기존의 단순 감지 센서형 양식장 관리 시스템을 벗어나기 위해 IoT와 AI기술을 이용한 무인 양식장 관리 시스템 개발에 관한 것이다. 국내 양식장 상황에 맞는 유해 조류와 한국형 어선 이미지를 학습시켜 실시간 카메라 영상을 통해 유해 및 무해 물체를 판단하도록 하였으며 이에 따라 적절한 퇴치 기능을 수행하도록 하였다. 또한 현존하는 양식장 관리 시스템이 환경 관리 시스템과 감시 및 퇴치 시스템으로 이분화 된 경향을 보여 하나로 통합하는 과정의 필요성이 대두되었다. 따라서 감시 및 퇴치 기능 수행뿐만 아니라 양식장 내 환경 데이터를 실시간으로 받아오고 사용자가 단말기를 통해 양식장 상황을 확인 및 관리가 가능하도록 구현하고자 하였다.

중앙아시아 민족의 공통된 생활관습 중 하나로 차문화를 들 수 있다. 중앙아시아의 차문화는 기본적으로 유목민족의 특성과 고대에서부터 활발하게 이루어진 교역, 몽골제국의 영향을 받았을 것임을 짐작할 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라 150여년간 지배체제 하에 있던 러시아제국의 영향 또한 지대하다. 러시아제국 시기에 시행한 식민도시 건설의 구축은 식민국가의 민족들이 인식하지 못한 상태에서 문화의 영향력이 은연중에 스며들게 되는 일련의 방식이다. 실질적으로 중앙아시아에 나타난 러시아의 차문화의 상징인 사모바르의 확산과 유사한 음다문화와 유통방식을 통해 식민시대의 러시아제국의 영향이 미쳤음을 알 수 있다. Tea culture is one of the common lifestyle practices of Central Asian nations. The tea culture in Central Asia can be assumed to have been influenced by the characteristics of the nomadic people and the Mongol empire, which spread customs through trade with. In addition, the influence of the Russian Empire which governed for 150 years is also significant. The construction of a colonial city during the Russian empire period is a series of ways in which the influence of culture is implicitly implied in the unrecognized peoples of the colonial nations. It can be seen that the influence of the Russian Empire in the colonial period was influenced by multiculturalism and the distribution method. This is similar to the spread of the samovar, which is a symbol of the Russian tea culture which is prominent in Central Asia.

The purpose of this study was to examine effects of regular exercise on dementia prevention and improvement through each literature to provide information about importance of exercise and its effectiveness to demented patients. Regular exercise reportedly has positive effects on physical functions among demented elders, improving all of such fundamental physical capacities as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and obesity, and apoplexy, and thus preventing dementia in its early stages and delaying it. Its importance is being emphasized because it not only prevents mental and physical functions from lowering and enables an independent life but also provides patients with a sense of confidence and achievement. In addition, regular exercise also has positive effects on cognitive functions of demented elders ; effectiveness of regular exercise in improving performance of cognitive tasks and preventing cognitive functions from lowering is proven through various researches. In conclusion, regular exercise was found to improve physical and cognitive functions among demented elders ; on this ground, more various researches are necessary in the future, considering that the use of an exercise program as treatment for demented patients in clinical environment will help improve the quality of their living.

패스워드 매니저의 패스워드 저장소 보안 취약점 분석

웹사이트 이용이 증가하면서, 패스워드들을 암호화하여 데이터베이스에 저장 관리해주는 패스워드 매니저의 사용이 증가하고 있다. 브라우저 기반 패스워드 매니저와 로컬 기반 패스워드 매니저는 암호화된 데이터베이스를 로컬컴퓨터에 저장한다. 웹 기반 패스워드 매니저는 암호화된 데이터베이스를 클라우드 서버에 저장하지만 사용자는 클라우드 서버에 접속하는데 사용하는 마스터 패스워드를 로컬 컴퓨터에 저장할 수 있다. 공격자가 사용자의 컴퓨터에서 패스워드 데이터베이스를 훔쳐 복호화에 성공한다면, 사용자의 모든 패스워드들이 노출되는 심각한 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 로컬 컴퓨터에 저장된 패스워드 저장소의 보안 취약점을 분석하는 절차를 제시하고, 패스워드 저장소를 공격하는 시나리오를 제시하며, 공격 프로그램을 개발하여 패스워드 저장소를 공격함으로써 패스워드 저장소의 보안 취약점을 확인한다. As the number of services offered on the Internet exponentially increases, password managers are increasing popular applications that store several passwords in an encrypted database (or password vault). Browser-integrated password managers or locally-installed password managers store the password vault on the user’s device. Although a web-based password manager stores the password vault on the cloud server, a user can store the master password used to sign in the cloud server on her device. An attacker that steals a user’s encrypted vault stored in the victim’s device can make an offline attack and, if successful, all the passwords in the vault will be exposed to the attacker. This paper investigates the vulnerability of the password vault stored in the device and develops attack programs to verify the vulnerability of the password vault.
