        장기간 규칙적인 복합운동이 중고령 고혈압 여성의 자립생활체력 및 혈압에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to self-reliance fitness, body composition and blood pressure in elderly women. Twenty-two females over the age of 60 years, who did not exercise regularly, were chosen as test subjects. All subjects were evaluated pre- and post-test. The results of this study were as follows; Results related to the exercise group revealed that there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores pre- and post-test in self-reliance fitness. Results related to the experimental group revealed that there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores pre- and post-test in blood pressure. Overall, participation in a 12-week combined exercise program had a positive impact on the self-reliance fitness, body composition and blood pressure in the elderly women. Based on the results of this study, elderly women are encouraged to participate in a combined exercises program on a regular basis.

        일상생활에서의 인터넷 사용이 운동선수들의 스트레스에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of daily internet usage on athletes’ stress. We recruited 181(male; 150, female; 31) athletes. According to the results of this study, it was revealed that there are differences in stress depending on the internet using characteristics. The result of investigating the impact of BEPSI the socio-demographic shows that the level of Internet usage levels is high on athletes using the Internet, their BEPSI affect significantly. The result of investigating the impact of BEPSI on using the Internet, Higher usage of the Internet is small, stress index is low, the probability stress is less on group of less than 21 points has become significantly form 71%. Thus, policy suggestions to prevent stress according to using the Internet were presented dividing the role of physical director and university, and athletes.

        BUFFUP 밸런스 운동이 중고령 여성의 신체조성과 자립생활체력 및 혈청지질에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to Blance Exercise on Body composition and Serum Lipid in Older Women. Twenty females over the age of 60 years, who did not exercise regularly, were chosen as test subjects. All subjects were evaluated pre- and post-test. The results of this study were as follows; Results related to the Blance Exercise group revealed that there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores pre- and post-test in Blance Exercise. Results related to the experimental group revealed that there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores pre- and post-test in Basal Metabolic Rate and weight. Overall, participation in a 8-week Blance Exercise program had a positive impact on the Body composition, Body Basal Metabolic Rate, Serum Lipid and Self-reliance Fitness in the Older women. Based on the results of this study, Older women are encouraged to participate in a Blance Exercise program on a regular basis.

        장기간 복합운동이 여대생의 신체조성과 건강체력 및 IFG에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to effects of combined exercise for 12 weeks on body composition, health-related physical fitness and IFG in female university students. The subject for the study were twenty female university students volunteer, aged 20 years, composed of aerobic exercise program group (n=10), anaerobic exercise group(n=10). All subjects were evaluated pre- and post-test. Combined exercise was performed 4 times per week for 12 weeks. The test data were analyzed by paired t-test and two-way ANOVA, and the alpha level of p<.5 was set for all tests of significance. The result of combined exercise improved the Standing jump and Closed eyes on legged standing, with prevented the increase in body weight, %body, female university students. Combined exercise had a positive effect on IFG. Therefore, the 12 weeks of combined exercise could be beneficial to improve body composition, health-related physical fitness and IFG in female university students.

        복합운동이 중년여성의 건강관련체력 및 혈액변인에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of combined exercise for 12 weeks on health related physical fitness, blood factors in middle aged women. The subject for the study were 26 middle aged women with volunteer, over 42 years old, divided into the exercise program group (n=13) and control group (n=13). All subjects were evaluated pre and post-test. Combined exercise was performed 60 minutes a day, 3 times per week for 12 weeks. The test data were analyzed by paired t-test and two-way ANOVA, and the alpha level of p<.05 was set for all tests of significance. The result of combined exercise improved the left·right hand grip strength, curl ups, 20m PACER, Sit and reach, 10m shuttle run and Stand long jump, with prevented the decrease in body weight, BMI, SBP and increase in BMR at middle aged women. Combined exercise also have a positive effects in all the blood factors. Therefore, the 12 weeks of combined exercise could be beneficial to improve body composition, health-related physical fitness and blood variables in middle aged women.

        복합운동이 고혈압 전단계 고령여성의 자립건강체력 및 심혈관계 인자에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to effects of combined exercise on self-reliance health fitness and cardiovascular risk factor in prehypertension elderly women. The subject for the study were 20 elderly women volunteer, over 65 years old, composed of exercise program group (n=10), anexercise group (n=10). All subjects were evaluated pre- and post-test. Combined exercise was performed 3 times per week for 12 weeks. The test data were analyzed by paired t-test and two-way ANOVA, and the alpha level of p<.5 was set for all tests of significance. The results of this study were as follow: In body composition, Weight(p=.000), Body mass index(p=.000) had a statistically significant. In self-reliance health fitness, Left Grip strength(p=.044), Rightt Grip strength(p=.040), Time up & go(p=.006), Figure of 8 walk test(p=.002) and 2 minute step(p=.013) had a statistically significant. In cardiovascular risk factor, SBP(p=.000), DBP(p=.001), TC(p=.000), TG(p=.007), Glucose(p=.002) had a statistically significant. These findings suggest that prevalence of prehypertension in elderly women, it is considered that the exercise program has a positive effect on the self-sustaining health fitness and the cardiovascular factors, thus positively affecting the elderly"s health.

        장기간의 복합운동이 비만 중년남성의 신체조성 및 건강체력과 심혈관위험인자에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of 12 weeks combined exercise on body composition, health related physical fitness, blood lipid and C-reactive protein(CRP), IL-6(Interleukin-6), IL-10(Interleukin-10) in obese middle aged men and the form of effective exercise for obesity. 7 participants among 14 (percentage of body fat {BF %} 25) were randomly allocated to a combined exercise group (n=7) and the other 7 participants to a control group (n=7). 70 minutes combined exercise was executed respectively 3 times a week for 12 weeks. We can consider that 12 weeks combined exercise are helpful to increase Peak VO₂, to reduce the percentage of body fat and to improve blood lipids and that combined exercise is quite useful for obesity. Furthermore, the increase for HDL-C, IL-10 and the decrease of CRP and IL-6 in the combined exercise group showed that combined exercise can improve health related physical fitness and be efficient for Cardiovascular disease risk factors.

        에너지 저감 및 막 오염 제어를 위한 공기세정 일체형 중공사막 모듈 연구

        목적: MBR (Membrane BioRactor)은 생물반응조와 분리막을 결합하여 하·폐수를 처리하는 기술로, 고품질 처리수생산이 가능하여 각광 받는 기술이다. 본 연구 목적은 막 오염을 제어를 위해 효율적인 구조로 개선된 모듈을 개발하고, 개발된 세정공기 일체형 침지식 중공사막 모듈을 활용하는 것이다. 또한, 에너지 저감을 위한 세정공기 공급량의 최적화 방안에 대해 연구하였다. 방법: 본 연구에서는 세정공기 일체형 침지식 중공사막 모듈을 이용하여 40.0~140.0 m³ air/m² projected area·hr까지 세정공기의 단계별 공급에 따른 막 오염 현상을 실험하고, 추가로 처리수의 수질분석을 실시하였다. 결과 및 토의: 세정공기 공급량을 단계적으로 조절하여 실험한 결과, 80 m³ air/m² projected area·hr까지의 공급량으로 효율적인 막 오염 제어가 가능하였으며, 60 m³ air/m² projected area・hr이하부터 투과압력이 점진적으로 증가하여 막 오염 현상이 가속화되었다. 기존 100~140 m³ air/m² projected area・hr의 일반적인 세정공기 공급량과 비교시 20% 이상의 공급량을 저감함으로써 송풍기 조절에 따른 전기·유지비 저감이 가능하였다. 이와 동시에 투과성능 또한 기존과 동등한 것으로 확인됐다. 개발된 모듈을 적용한 SJMBR의 pilot test 실험결과, 처리수질은 BOD 1.4 mg/L, COD 4.2 mg/L, SS 0.7 mg/L, T-N 5.56 mg/L, T-P 0.56 mg/L, 총대장균군 0 ea/mL, 생태독성 0 TU 등이었다. 결론: 결과들을 종합하면 공기세정 일체형 중공사막 모듈 이용할 시, 세정공기 공급량을 최적화하여 기존 대비 20% 이상 세정 공기량을 저감 효과를 기대할 수 있으며, 기존과 동등한 투과성능 및 처리수질 만족에 부합하는 기술로 판단할 수 있다. Objectives : MBR (Membrane BioReactor) is well established wastewater treatment that combines biological and physical method with high quality effluent. The purpose of this study is to utilize an air scouring integral immersed hollow fiber membrane module through efficient structural improvement developed to reduce membrane fouling. In addition, the scouring aeration was optimized to determine the energy savings. Methods : In this study, membrane fouling test was evaluated in various of scouring aeration flow with range of 40 to 140 m³ air/m² projected area·hr and influent and effluent was analyzed by water quality standard. Results and Discussion : In scouring aeration test, effective membrane contamination control was possible with supplying 80 m³ air/m² projected area·hr, scouring aeration rate gradually increased the differential pressure from below 60 m³ air/m² projected area·hr, which accelerates the membrane contamination phenomenon. By reducing more than 20% of the existing general scouring aeration rate of 100~140 m³ air/m² projected area·hr, electricity and maintenance costs can be reduced due to aeration control, and at the same time, it is confirmed that the technology has the same performance. The pilot test results of SJMBR with the developed module showed that the effluent was BOD of 1.4 mg/L, COD of 4.2 mg/L, SS of 0.7 mg/L, T-N of 5.56 mg/L, T-P of 0.56 mg/L, total coliform group of 0 ea/mL, and ecotoxicity of 0 TU, respectively. Conclusions : These results are combined, when using an air scouring integral immersed hollow fiber membrane module, it is expected to reduce the amount of scouring air by more than 20% by optimizing the supply of scouring air. In addition, it can also be determined by technology that satisfy the same permeability and treated water quality as existing technologies.

        12주간의 복합운동이 대사증후군 중년여성들의 신체조성과 건강체력 및 동맥경화지수에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of combined exercise on body composition, health-related physical fitness and atherogenic index in middle-aged women with metabolic syndrome. The combined exercise consisted of aerobic and resistance exercise program 70min/session, 3 days each per week for 12 weeks. The results were as follows. First, in body composition, Weight(p<.001), BMI(p<.001), % Fat(p<.05), and BMR(p<.05) had a statistically significant. Second, health-related physical fitness, Left grip strength(p<.01), Right grip strength(p<.01), 20m run(p<.05), Sit and reach(p<.01), 10m run(p<.05), and Standing jump(p<.01) had a statistically significant. Third, atherogenic risk factor, SBP(p<.01), DBP(p<.05), TC(p<.01), AI(p<.001), Waist circumference(p<.01), HDL-C(p<.01), TG(p<.001), and Glucose(p<.01) had a statistically significant. In conclusion, these findings suggest that combined exercise may represent an effective intervention strategy for body composition and health-related physical fitness and atherogenic index in middle-aged women with metabolic syndrome.

        활성견운모를 이용한 방사성 Cs(1)의 측정용 센서 개발

        Cesium is considered as the most abundant and hazardous radio toxic pollutant in liquid radioactive waste. The aim of the present investigation is to utilize the activated sericite in the attenuation of radio toxic cesium from aqueous solutions. Further, the material is assessed for its suitability in the modification of carbon paste electrode and employed as working electrode in cyclic voltammetry (CV) for the determination of trace level of radio toxic cesium in the aqueous media. Electrochemical behaviour of Cs(I) is obtained for a wide range of applied potential ±1.5 V against the standard Ag/AgCl reference electrode. The activated sericite carbon paste electrode (AS-CPE) showed a good tendency to Cs(I) ions and the presence of same amount of other metal ions could not hamper the detection of Cs(I). The presence of Na+ ions upto 5 mg/L could not significantly affect the determination of Cs(I), however the presence of excess Na+ ions in solution inhibit the detection of Cs(I) completely. Under the optimum conditions, a linear relationship is obtained between the scan rate and the cathodic peak current and moreover, fairly linear correlation was obtained in the concentration range of 10 ug/L to 50 ug/L with the correlation coefficients of 0.99 in the cathodic potential with the scan rate 200 mV/sec.
