임피던스 센서 제작을 위한 잉크젯 기반 IDE 패턴적층공정 최적화 연구

At present, it is possible to manufacture electrodes down to several micrometers (~ μm) using inkjet printingtechnology owing to the development of precision ejection heads. Inkjet printing technology is also used in themanufacturing of bio-sensors, electronic sensors, and flexible displays. To reduce the difference between theelectrode design/simulation performance and actual printing pattern performance, it is necessary to analyze andoptimize the processable area of the ink material, which is a fluid. In this study, process optimization wasconducted to manufacture an IDE pattern and fabricate an impedance sensor. A total of 25 IDE patterns wereproduced, with five for each lamination process. Electrode line width and height changes were measured bystacking the designed IDE pattern with a nanoparticle-based conductive ink multilayer. Furthermore, the optimalprocess area for securing a performance close to the design result was analyzed through impedance andcapacitance. It was observed that the increase in the height of stack layer 4 was the lowest at 4.106%, and theincrease in capacitance was measured to be the highest at 44.08%. The proposed stacking process pattern, whichis optimized in terms of uniformity, reproducibility, and performance, can be efficiently applied tobio-applications such as biomaterial sensing with an impedance sensor.
어머니 역할지능에 대한 남녀 유아의 기질과 어머니 정서지능의 상호작용 효과

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between child’s temperament, mother’s emotional intelligence and parenting intelligence depending on the child’s gender and investigate the effects of the interaction between child’s temperament and mother’s emotional intelligence on the mother’s parenting intelligence. The study was conducted with 269 children between the ages of 3 and 5 years and their mothers living in Busan. The data from the survey were analyzed using SPSS Version 21.0. The results of study can be summarized as follows. First, the relationship between sub-factors of child’s temperament and mother’s parenting intelligence indicated that adaptability, physiological regularity and reactivity of child’s temperament had a positive correlation with mother’s parenting intelligence. However, the temperament of activity had no significant correlation with mother’s parenting intelligence. In addition, the relationship between mother’s emotional intelligence and parenting intelligence showed a positive correlation regardless of the child’s gender. Second, the interactions between adaptive temperament for mother’s parenting intelligence and mother’s emotional intelligence, and reactive temperament for mother’s parenting intelligence and mother’s emotional intelligence was significant in case of male children, but the effect of the interaction between mother’s emotional intelligence and physiological regularity temperament on mother’s parenting intelligence was not significant. In case of female children, the interactions among adaptive temperament, physiological regularity temperament, reactivity temperament, and mother’s emotional intelligence on mother’s parenting intelligence were found to significant. 본 연구의 목적은 남녀 유아의 기질 및 어머니 정서지능과 어머니 역할지능 간의 관계를 살펴보고, 유아의 기질과 어머니 정서지능이 어떻게 상호작용하여 어머니 역할지능에 영향을 미치는지를 밝히는 것이다. 연구대상 표집을 위해 부산광역시에 거주하는 만 3, 4, 5세의 남녀 유아 269명과 그의 어머니를 대상으로 조사하였으며 회수된 자료는 SPSS Statistics 21.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 분석되었다. 본 연구의 주요결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 남녀 유아의 기질 하위요인과 어머니 역할지능 간의 관계를 살펴 본 결과 남녀 유아의 기질 중 적응성, 생리적 규칙성, 반응성은 어머니 역할지능과 유의한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났고, 활동성 기질은 어머니 역할지능과 유의한 관계가 나타지 않았다. 또한, 남녀 유아의 어머니 정서지능과 어머니 역할지능 간의 관계를 살펴본 결과, 유아의 성별에 상관없이 어머니 정서지능은 어머니 역할지능과 유의한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 남아의 경우, 어머니 역할지능에 대한 적응성 기질과 어머니 정서지능의 상호작용 효과가 유의하였고, 어머니 역할지능에 대한 반응성 기질과 어머니 정서지능의 상호작용 효과도 유의하였으나, 어머니 역할지능에 대한 생리적 규칙성 기질과 어머니 정서지능의 상호작용 효과는 유의하지 않았다. 여아의 경우, 어머니 역할지능에 대한 적응성 기질, 생리적 규칙성 기질, 반응성 기질 각각과 어머니 정서지능의 상호작용 효과 모두 유의한 것으로 나타났다.
In Cabin Sensing 활용을 위한 멀티 어레이 기반 온∙습도 통합 측정 시스템 연구

자율주행 시대에 대응하기 위한 인캐빈 센싱 기술 개발이 지속적으로 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 탑승자의 생체정보 데이터 수집 체계를 구축하기 위해 차량 시트에 멀티 어레이 기반 온∙습도 통합 측정 시스템을 구현하고, 차량 공조 동작 제어에 따른 성능 평가 연구를 수행하였다. 탑승자의 시트 접촉 위치를 고려하여 상부, 중부, 하부 세 가지 영역에 센서를 배치하였으며, 차량 공조 동작을 제어하여 실시간으로 탑승자의 생체정보 데이터를 측정 및 수집하였다. 통합 데이터 분석 결과, 시트 내에 적용된 온∙습도 센서가 상용 센서들보다 가혹한 차량 환경에서 안정적으로 동작하였으며, 우수한 응답성 및 높은 신뢰성을 나타냈다. 또한, 차량 공조 동작 제어에 따른 탑승자의 생체정보 데이터를 정량화하였으며, 이를 기반으로 차량 공조 동작 제어 기술의 개선 및 개발 방향성을 확인하였다. In response to the era of autonomous driving, the continuous development of in cabin sensing technology is required. In cabin sensing technology must be applicable to harsh driving environments such as extreme temperature, humidity, vibration, and power supply fluctuations, and reliable data acquisition is necessary. Therefore, in this study, a multi-array based temperature and humidity integrated measurement system was implemented in the vehicle seat to establish a system for collecting passengers’ biometric data, and a performance evaluation was conducted based on the control of the vehicle’s air conditioning operation. Sensors were placed in three areas-upper, middle, and lower-considering the contact points of the passenger’s seat, and the passenger’s biometric data was measured and collected in real time by adjusting the vehicle’s air conditioning operation. As a result of integrated data analysis, the temperature and humidity sensors embedded in the seat operated stably in harsh vehicle environments compared to commercial sensors, demonstrating excellent responsiveness and high reliability. In addition, the biometric data of passengers according to the control of the vehicle’s air conditioning operation was quantified, and based on this, improvements and development directions for vehicle air conditioning control technology were identified. Therefore, this technology is expected to be applicable to various next-generation mobility solutions.
MWCNT/PEDOT:PSS 기반 습도센서 제작을 위한 EHD 패터닝 공정 연구

Currently, the EHD patterning technology is applied to a wide range of sensor applications, such as temperature and humidity sensors, using various functional materials. In this study, we optimized the EHD patterning process for AgNPs and MWCNT/PEDOT:PSS materials to fabricate a resistive humidity sensor based on Ag-MWCNT/PEDOT:PSS. After implementing the line patterns using a multihead direct patterning device, we optimized the linewidth values according to the control conditions of the process variables. Based on the optimized process conditions, we printed the AgNP electrode layer pattern and MWCNT/PEDOT:PSS sensing layer to fabricate an all-printed humidity sensor. The fabricated humidity sensor exhibited a sensitivity of 12.13 Ω/%RH in the relative humidity range of 30%–90% RH. The humidity sensor fabricated through the optimized EHD patterning process can be efficiently applied to a wide range of applications, including industrial applications and in the food and medical fields.

This clinical study was done to examine comparison the prevalence of metabolic syndrome and obesity index between patients with silent lacunar infarction and normal controls. We compared the components of metabolic syndrome and obesity index between patients silent lacunar infarction(n=62) and normal controls(n=72). The analysis of the data was done by Frequency Analysis, two sample t-test, Chi-square Test. Hypertension and diabetes mellitus was significantly higher in patients of silent lacunar infarctions. Body mass index (BMI), waist-hip ratio (WHR), body fat percentage, obesity ratio, metabolic syndrome were higher significantly in patients of silent lacunar infarctions than normal controls. Although statistically insignificant, waist circumference showed relatively higher in patients of silent lacunar infarction. This result emphasizes the importance of managing that hypertension, diabetes, body mass index (BMI), waist-hip ratio (WHR), body fat percentage, obesity ratio, metabolic syndrome in silent lacunar infarction.
