        The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the plantar pressure index and dynamic unbalance. Furthermore, to offer a fundamental treatment to patient who have poor dynamic balance considering the plantar pressure with applying balancing exercise. 45 candidates participated in this study. Plantar pressure index and dynamic unbalance were obtained by 3D foot scanner and Optojump system. All the data was collected and statistically analyzed. This study showed that the correlation coefficients between the index of the plantar pressure and the dynamic unbalance appeared positive values in the stance phase (r=0.60, p<0.05) and the swing phase(r=0.50, p<0.05). In conclusion, this study showed there is a positive relationship between the plantar pressure index and dynamic unbalance. According to the results of the research above, plantar pressure is a consideration in order to achieve a better prognosis of the patient who has dynamic unbalance. Further study is suggested with a larger sample size and wider age range.

      • 카이로프랙틱 교정이 체중분배에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        This study is to examine whether the chiropractic cervical vertebral correction has an effect on the posture and the balance, the main factors of weight distribution by adding stimulation to the nervous system through stimulation of proprioceptive sense acceptor of chiropractic correction for scalar vestibuli, visuometer, somatesthesia, the main factors of posture control or not. This study has a purpose of examining whether the chiropractic correction of cervical vertebral has an effect on weight distribution through foot pressure measure, one of the evaluation methods of body balancing ability or not. The study procedures were carried out for the 40 subjects (male 20, female 19) from Suan remedial exercise cure center within Chinese medical clinic of Hanseo University, and from Hanseo University students, located in Seosan city, Chungcheongnam-do from Oct. 18 to Nov. 20, 2010. Of the selected 40 persons, 26 persons were in chiropractic treatment group, and 14 persons were in myofascial release treatment group, and among the chiropractic treatment group, 20 persons (male 10, female 10) received chiropractic treatment 3 times a week for 4 weeks to verify whether the chiropractic cervical vertebral correction has an effect to body balance or not. The result of study is as follows. As the result of measuring foot pressure of 1 time chiropractic treatement group, it changed from 42.13% before treatment to 43.99% after treatment at front foot pressure distribution, and from 57.66% to 55.76% at rear foot pressure distribution, from 50.40% to 50.68% at left foot pressure distribution, and from 49.63% to 49.09% at right foot pressure distribution. So, it showed there was no change after 1 time chiropractic treatment as it was bigger than significance probability p < 0.05. Comparing the average difference before and after the treatment, it showed no change after 1 time chiropractic treatment because it was bigger than significance probability p < 0.05 as front 1.86% increase, rear 1.9% decrease, left 0.28% crease, right 0.54% decrease. In the result of measuring the foot pressure of the 1 time myofascial release treatment group, it showed the change from 40.14% at front foot pressure distribution before treatment to 40.48% after treatment, from 60.03% to 59.53% at the rear foot pressure distribution, from 49.49% to 51.20% at the left foot pressure distribution, from 50.44% to 49.02% at the right foot pressure distribution. Comparing the average difference before and after the treatment, there was no change after 1 time myofascial release treatment because it was bigger than the change after 1 time myofascial release treatment because it was bigger than the significance probability p < 0.05 as front 0.34% increase, rear 0.5% decrease, left 1.71% increase, and right 1.42% decrease. In the result of measuring the foot pressure of total 12 time chiropractic treatments group during 4 weeks, it was changed from 40.99% before treatment to 45.96% after treatment at front foot pressure distribution, from 59.12% to 54.04% at rear foot pressure distribution, from 50.81% to 48.25% at left foot pressure distribution, and from 49.25% to 51.74% at right foot pressure distribution. Comparing the average difference before and after the treatment, it showed it didn't have any effect on the change after 4 week- chiropractic treatment because the change of front and rear foot pressure measurement was bigger than the significance probability p < 0.05 as front 4.97% increase, rear 5.8% decrease, left 2.56% decrease, and right 2.49% increase, but, the change of right & left foot pressure measures was statistically smaller than significance probability p < 0.05, so, it represented that the 4-week chiropractic treatment had an effect on the weight distribution by means of left and right foot pressure distribution analysis. According to this result, we could know that 1 time treatment of chiropractic cervical vertebral correction and myofascial release doesn't have an effect statistically on the weight distribution examined by foot pressure measure. But, in the chiropractic cervical vertebral correction carried out for 4 weeks, there was a change in left and right sides. Therefore, we could know it has an effect on weight distribution by body balance when treated long time not 1 time.

        전해환원수 음용이 마우스의 혈액과 장기조직에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 전해환원수 음용에 대한 안전성을 조사하기 위하여 실험동물을 이용하여 사망률 확인, 체중 비교, 혈액의 생화학적 변화, 염증, 면역세포의 비교, 내부 장기의 형태적 변화, 장기의 무게 변화 및 조직학적 검사를 통하여 전해환원수가 생체에 미치는 영향을 확인한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 전해환원수를 급이한 실험군에서 사망, 행동 및 외형 이상 유무 관찰 결과 아무런 증상이 나타나지 않았으며, 체중은 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 실험군에서 혈액의 생화학적요소인 K^(+), Cl^(-),Ca^(2+), GPT, GOT, CRE 및 ALP에서는 유의한 수준의 변화가 관찰되지 않았으나 Na^(+)와 BUN에서는 실험군이 대조군에 비해 더 감소되었다. 혈액 내 면역세포를 비교한 결과 호염기구, 호산성구 및 단핵구 등은 큰 차이가 없으며, 실험군에서 호중구는 감소하였고, 림프구는 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 또한 위, 소장, 심장 및 간을 조직학적으로 관찰한 결과 모든 장기에서 병리적 이상 소견은 관찰되지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구를 통하여 전해환원수는 생체에서 큰 문제를 유발시키지 않는 안전한 물임을 알 수 있었고 국내에서 전해환원수에 대한 연구가 거의 없는 실정이기 때문에 전해환원수의 안전성을 입증하기 위한 기초자료 마련 및 제공에 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of electrolyzed reduced water (ERW) on blood components and electrolytes, as well as elected tissues on mice. The mice were supplied either tap water (control group) and ERW (experimental group) for two months. There were no significant different between two groups anatomically and physiologically. In the blood electrolyte study, the experimental group had less Na and BUN compared to the control group. In the blood component study, the experimental group had less neutrophiles and the control group had more lymphocytes. In histological study, no tissue changes were noticed in various organs, including the stomach, small intestine, heart, and liver tissues. In conclusion, ERW has no noticable side affects on blood and organ tissues, and might be safe to a living body.

      • 기립시 족저압과 요통의 상관관계와 디지털 발 스캐너 기기에 대한 효율성 조사

        The purposes of this study were to measure the index values of plantar foot pressure applied on both legs in standing position and to explore if there was correlation with low back pain, and further to examine the reliability of digital feet scanning devices. A total 125 college students(50 male students and 75 female students, aged from 20 to 29) participated this study. The foot plantar pressures were measured by Associate® Platinum V7+ Digital foot scanner. The reliability of Associate® Platinum V7+ Digital foot scanner was measured by two inspectors. Index values of plantar foot pressure measured at standing position were higher in the low back pain group then the normal population. Hereupon, it has been confirmed that back ache influenced on the plantar foot pressure. There was also a correlation between low back pain and foot pressure(r = 0.93, p < 0.01). There was also correlation between foot pressure and pain in standing position(r = 0.47, p <0.01). In addition, according to the result of reliability on the Associate® Platinum V7+ Digital foot scanner, measured SEM was 3.22 on both groups along with MAD of 1.98±0.14 on each group as well. In addition, two groups had the same ICC3,1 as 0.75. In addition, it has been identified that there was a high reliability on the Associate® Platinum V7+Digital foot scanner by examining variables other than ICC3,1. This study showed a higher plantar in standing position under imbalanced condition. Therefore, it suggests maintaining a proper posture and precaution with exercise through education in a daily life. In addition, the results and methodology of this study could be served as a criteria used for measuring and evaluating postural imbalance of college students.

      • 카이로프랙틱 척추 교정이 안구의 사위량에 미치는 영향

        The main purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of chiropractic spinal manipulation on improving heterophoria causing various symptoms, such as headache, asthenopia, blurred vision and diplopia. There were 85 participants which were divided into an experimental group that served as upper cervical manipulation(n=37), the control group A that served as the pseudo-treatment group(n=22) and the control group B that served as soft tissue release technique on suboccipital muscle group(n=26). After experimentation, there was no significant difference on the control group A after false treatment(p>0.05), there was significant difference on control group B after Suboccipital release technique(p<0.05) and also, there was significant difference on experimental group after chiropractic spinal manipulation(p<0.05). In conclusion, this study shows that chiropractic spinal manipulation and suboccipital releasing technique are effective on improving heterophoria by directly decreasing heterophoria values therefore helping the patients

        LSTM-GAN 기반 이상탐지 모델을 활용한 시계열 데이터의 동적 보정기법

        본 논문은 시계열 데이터에 존재하는 이상값을 정상값으로 변환하는 새로운 데이터 보정기법을 제안한다. 최근IT기술의 발전으로 센서를 통해 방대한 시계열 데이터가 수집되고 있다. 하지만 센서의 고장, 비정상적 환경으로 인해, 대부분의 시계열 데이터는 다수의 이상값을 포함할 수 있다. 이상값이 포함된 원천 데이터를 그대로 사용하여 예측모델을 구축하는 경우, 고신뢰도의 예측 서비스가 실현되기 어렵다. 이에 본 논문은 LSTM-GAN 모델을 활용하여 원천 시계열 데이터에 존재하는 이상값을 탐지하고, DTW(Dynamic Time Warping) 및 GAN 기법을 결합하여 분할된 윈도우단위로 이상값을 정상값으로 보정하는 기법을 제안한다. 기본 아이디어는 탐지된 이상값이 포함된 윈도우에 인접한 정상분포 데이터의 통계정보를 DTW에 적용하여 연쇄적으로 GAN 모델을 구축하여 정상적 시계열 데이터를 생성하는 것이다. 오픈 NAB 데이터를 활용한 실험을 통해, 우리는 제안 기법이 기존 2개의 보정기법보다 성능이 우수함을 보인다.

        방출 수 에너지 하베스팅을 위한 수차 설계에 관한 연구

        We modeled the helical turbine and three modified helical turbines for the structure of the hydraulic turbine for discharge water energy harvesting. A structure that can reduce the load applied to the blade by placing a center plate is our basic concept. The shape was reduced to 1/5, fixed to a size of 240 mm in height and 247 mm in diameter, and modeled by changing the width and the angle of the hydraulic turbine blade. The pipe inner diameter of the simulation pipeline equipment is 309.5 mm, and the simulation section was 4 m in the entire section. The flow velocity was measured for two cases, 1.82 m/s and 2.51 m/s, with the parameters being the amount of power generation, hydraulic turbine's torque, and hydraulic turbine's rotation speed. The measurement results confirmed that the flow velocity at the center, which has no pipe surface resistance, has a great influence on the amount of power generation; therefore, the friction area of the turbine blade should be increased in the center area. In addition, if the center plate is placed on the helical turbine, durability can be improved as it reduces the stress on the blade.

        척추 질환으로 내원한 일본 직장인의 허리 통증 경험이 신체 부위 근골격계질환과의 관련성에 관한 연구

        The study targeted Japanese employees who have visited hospital for spinal disorder. The study analyzed work environment and pain relief methods of work-related back pain patients, and the relationship between back pain and other body parts. The purpose of this study was to provide draw up measures for patients with back pain and to provide basic data for the sustainable prevention program. The study result of back pain, in other words, employees suffering from lumbago, had disparity between occupations; the highest number of patients were made up of 16-years or above long-serving employees, and below 5-years of short-serving employees. There were more patients complaining of chronic lumbago than acute lumbago, and patients recognized poor posture as the primary cause of lumbago. Furthermore, 99.5% of spinal disorder patients complain back pain, 23.2% use only alternative therapy, and 15.2% visit clinic and hospital with alternative therapy. Patients showed pain reduction and high satisfaction after using alternative therapy. The study targeted Japanese employees where complement therapy is more generalized than that of Korea, and thus there should be multilateral management programs provided in Korea as well.
