        노인들의 신체 활동량에 따른 대사증후군 위험 요인 아디포넥틴 및 심폐능력과의 연관성에 관한 연구

        This study aims to examine the correlation among adiponectin, cardiorespiratory fitness and metabolic syndrome risk factors, according to medium(6MET's) to high levels of physical activity in the elderly. Total 115 subjects worn Sense Wear Armband (USA) for 7 days and it measured the time they do physical activity at 6MET's or more (min/week). As it compared and analyzed the correlation among diponectin, cardiorespiratory fitness and metabolic syndrome risk factors according to physical activity levels, it concluded the followings. First, when it compared body composition, lipid, glucose, adiponectin, maximal oxygen uptake (VO₂max) depending on physical activity levels, glucose concentration was higher in B group than in C and D groups (p<.05); the level of adiponectin was significantly lower in C and D groups which show high levels of physical activity than in the group with low level of physical activity (p<.05); and VO₂max was significantly higher in D group which presents the highest level of physical activity, compared to A and C groups (p<.05). Second, in regard to the correlation among adiponectin, cardiorespiratory fitness and metabolic syndrome risk factors according to physical activity levels, %fat was positively correlated with BMI(r=0.692) and TG (r=0.403) (p<.05), but negatively correlated with VO₂max(r=0.330) (P<.05); BMI was positively correlated with TG(r=0.213) (P<.05), but negatively correlated with VO₂max(r=-0.268) (P<.05); TC was positively correlated with TG(r=-0.213) HDL(r=0.730) and LDL(r=0.848) (P<.05); TG was negatively correlated with LDL (r=-0.223) and VO₂max(r=-0.275); HDL was positively correlated with LDL(r=0.582) (P<.05); and glucose was positively correlated with adiponectin(r=0.18) (p<.05). It presented that medium(6MET?s) to high levels of physical activity in the elderly are correlated with metabolic syndrome risk factors and that high cardiorespiratory fitness positively affects such risk factors. Therefore, it may be required to steadily do exercise at medium(6MET?s) to high levels to maintain and improve cardiorespiratory fitness.

        8주간의 유산소 운동 트레이닝 중 L-carnitine 섭취가 비만 여고생의 그렐린, 렙틴, 및 성장호르몬에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of carnitine supplementation with aerobic exercise on precent blood ghlein, leptin and growth hormone in obese high school girls. 14 subjects randomly received a placebo(2g/day n=7) or L-carnitine(2g/day n=7) with aerobic exercise for 8 weeks. For aerobic exercise, they performed with treadmill(55~65%HRR, 6d/w, 30min/day) and bicycle erogometer(55~65%HRR, 6d/w, 30min/day), during the same time. Blood samples were taken before four weeks, eight weeks. Statistical analyses were performed with SPSS 12 software and Every statistical processes were performed at the significant level of .05. The result and conclusion of this study were as follows. The changes of plasma ghrelin was increased significantly after 8weeks of all the groups(p<.05). Compared with carnitine, placebo- supplementation value was significant (p<.05). The changes of serum leptin were decreased significantly after 8weeks of all the groups(p<.05). Compared with carnitine, placebo-supplementation value was not significant(p>.05). The changes of serum GH were increased significantly after 8weeks of EG(p<.05). Compared with carnitine, placebo-supplementation value was significant(p<.05). In conclusion, these results show that aerobic exercise is favorable effective in ghrelin, leptin, GH in high school girls. Especially, the observed carnitine supplementation grhelin value were significant. Therefore, It`s a conclusion that oral carnitine supplementation does provide additional benefits for fats metabolism and ghreline activity of obesity, whether it is associated with an effective nutritional supplements or not.

        비만 여자청소년들의 뇌건강 평가를 위한 심폐체력과 혈중 BDNF, 심혈관질환 위험요인의 유용성 평가

        이 연구는 여자 비만 청소년들의 신경영양성인자와 연관된 심폐체력과 우울증 증후, 혈중 BDNF (brain-derived neurotrophic factor), 심혈관질환 위험요인과의 관계를 밝혀 비만 여자청소년들의 뇌 건강 예방 및 치료를 위한 변인들이 가지는 의미를 연구하는데 목적이 있다. 여자 중학생 19명(연령 15.0±0.82 세, BMI 30.66±1.88 kg/m2)이 연구에 참가하였다. 심폐체력과 우울징후 (r=-0.57, p<0/05), 혈중 콜레스테롤 (r=-0.54, p<0.05), 중성지방 (r=-0.47, p<0.05), 저밀도 지단백 콜레스테롤(r=-0.72, p<0.05), 글루코스 (r=-0.65, p<0.05)는 유의한 역상관을 보여주었고, 심폐체력과 혈중 안정 시 BDNF(r=-0.49, p<0.05)와 고밀도 지단백 콜레스테롤 (r=0.59, p<0.05)은 유의한 정상관을 보여주었다. 심폐체력 1ml/kg/min의 증가는 안정 시 혈중 BDNF 0.49ng/ml를 유의하게 증가시켰으며, 심폐체력 1ml/kg/min의 증가는 우울징후 점수 0.47을 유의하게 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 심폐체력과 심혈관 질환 위험요인 관련성에 대한 보다 심층적인 연구가 필요하며, 혈중 BDNF 뿐 아니라 혈소판, 근육에 내재된 BDNF 수준도 같이 고려하는 연구가 필요한 것으로 보여 진다. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship in cardiorespiratory fitness, depression symptoms, blood BDNF (brain-derived neurotrophic factor), and cardiovascular disease in female obese adolescents. Forty-eight female adolescents were participated in this study (age 15.0±0.82 yrs, BMI 30.66±1.88 kg/m2). Cardiorespiratory fitness was negatively associated with depression symptoms(r=-0.57, p<0/05), blood cholesterol(r=-0.54, p<0.05), triglyceride(r=-0.47, p<0.05), low density lipoprotein(r=-0.72, p<0.05), and glucose(r=-0.65, p<0.05), respectively. Cardiorespiratory fitness was positively associated with resting blood BDNF(r=-0.49, p<0.05) and high density lipoprotein(r=0.59, p<0.05). Regression data showed that an increase by 1ml/kg/min in cardiorespiratory fitness significantly increased blood BDNF by 0.49ng/ml and significantly decreased depression symptoms by 0.47 point. Future search is needed to determine cardiorespiratory fitness and cardiovascular disease risk factor as well as considering platelet and muscle BDNF levels.

        도시와 농촌 노년연령의 신체특성과 라이프스타일 요인, 체력특성 차이규명을 위한 사전연구

        The aim of this study was to examine difference in physical characteristics, lifestyle factors, isokinetic strength, and physical fitness between rural and urban older residents in Korea. Urban older residents were voluntarily recruited in Seoul, Korea, and rural older residents were voluntarily recruited in Yong-gwang, Jyulado which is one of the most rural areas. All isokinetic strength factors, including extension peak and average powers and flexion peak and average power, were measured using IsoMed 2000, bioelectrical impedance equipment was used to measure muscle mass, fat free mass(FFM), total body fat mass(TBF), and % fat mass(%FM). All the participants were questioned by one interviewer who checked their questionnaires, and their weight and height were also measured. There was no significant difference in the lifestyle factors between two resident areas, but significant differences in LS and SS were found between two groups(p<0.05). Significant differences in BMI(p<0.001), %FM(p<0.01), physical activity level(p<0.001), and all power factors(p<0.001) were observed between urban and rural older adults. These findings suggest that, there are significant differences between rural and urban areas in shoulder powers, body components, exercise habit, and BMI.

        초유의 섭취가 최대 운동 시 Cortisol, Immunoglobulin, T-cell, NK-cell에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 건강한 남학생 7명을 대상으로 하여 7일 동안 초유를 섭취하게 하고 최대 운동을 실시하여 면역글로불린과 T-cell, NK-cell, 코티졸의 변화를 관찰하였다. 피험자는 K대에 재학 중인 체육을 전공하는 남학생 7인으로 하였다. 초유 섭취 전 트레드밀을 이용하여 점증부하방법으로 최대운동을 실시하였고, 7일간의 초유를 섭취한 후에 동일한 방법으로 운동을 실시하였다. 채혈은 안정 시와 운동 직후, 회복 15분, 30분에 전완 정맥에서 각각 10㎖를 채혈하였다. 채혈한 혈액으로부터 면역글로블린과 T-cell, B-cell, NK-cell, 코티졸의 변화를 관찰하였다. 그 결과 T-cell, B-cell, NK-cell, IgA, IgG, IgM. cortisol은 운동을 통한 채혈시점에서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p<.05). 그러나 T-cell, B-cell, NK-cell, 혈청 IgM, IgG, IgA는 초유 섭취 전과 후의 비교에서는 통계적으로 유의하게 나타나지 않았다. 코티졸의 농도는 초유의 섭취 전과 후의 비교에서 안정시, 운동 직후, 회복 15분, 회복 30분에서 모두 유의한 차이를 나타내었다(p<.05). 결과적으로 초유 섭취 전과 섭취 후, 두 번의 측정에서 운동을 실시함으로써 면역 세포와 Ig, 코티졸은 유의한 차이를 나타내었으나, 초유 섭취 전과 섭취 후를 비교하였을 때 코티졸을 제외하고 Ig과 T-cell, B-cell, Nk-cell 에서는 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 따라서 초유의 7일간 섭취는 코티졸의 농도를 증가시키는 것으로 생각된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of 7days of bovine colostrums supplementation on immunoglobulin and T-cell, NK-cell during maximal exercise with 7 healthy males. Blood samples were taken before maximal exercise test, during maximal exercise test immediately after exercise, recovery 15, 30 minutes. Subjects were measured and compared with pre, and post-supplementation. Each experiment monitored and analyzed the change in immunoglobulin, T-cell, Nk-cell, cortisol. Serum IgM, IgG, IgA cortisol concentration were shown graded increase, each experiment were significantly increased in post-exercise (p<.05). Compared with pre, post-supplementation value were not significantly (p>.05), but cortisol concentration were different significantly (p<.05). B-cell, T-cell concentration were shown graded decreased, each experiment were significantly (p<.05). Compared with pre, post-supplementation value were not significantly. NK-cell concentration was graded increase, each experiment were significantly increase in post-exercise (p<.05). Compared with pre, post-supplementation value were not significantly. As the result, it was shown that bovine colostrum supplementation increased the cortisol level significantly.

        운동프로그램을 수행중인 중년비만 여성의 복분자 분말 단기투여가 신체조성, 최대산소섭취량 및 혈중지질성분, 젖산, 암모니아에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of ingesting Rubus Coreanus Miguel flour on body composition, blood lipid, maximum oxygen intake and fatigue of overweight middle-aged women and present potential of Rubus Coreanus Miguel for health supplement. The targets of this study were 14 women who couldn't lose their weight, even if they kept exercising and we started this research after separating them to two groups that are control group 7 women (45.8±4.6 yrs, 154.3±3.7 ㎝, 62.4±5.1 ㎏, 32.1±1.4 body fat) and trained group 7 women (45.8±7.1 yrs, 152.4±3.9 ㎝, 56.2±4.3 ㎏, 31.1± 1.0 body fat). The result of the research was that weight, body fat, and 8MI of the group who ingested Rubus Coreanus Miguel for 20days showed significant decreasing in the statistics and maximum oxygen intake showed highly oxygen inhalation according to increasing training time. There was no significant difference of blood lipid between two groups. The result of research about change of fatigue lactate and ammonia showed that trained group showed decreasing of fatigue compared to control group and present significant difference between two groups. Rubus Coreanus Miguel is estimated that the material has positive influence to weight, maximum oxygen intake and fatigue of overweight middle-aged women according to this study. But blood lipid didn't show significant difference.

        2004-2008시즌 스노우보드 상해에서 상지의 상해 형태 분석

        The following conclusions deduced from the data of upper limbs injured persons 966 (total: 2,294) who visited first aid center located in ski resort in Kangwon province during every winter season from 2004 to 2008. The researcher themselves looked into the data accumulated and organized with respect to frequent types, and frequent parts of upper limbs injury. The most frequently injured body parts found from this investigation were upper limbs (42.1%), trunk region (30.7%), lower limbs (27.2%) in order. The injury of upper limbs (42.1%, n=966) was the most frequently cited snowboard injury. Among the patients of upper limbs injury, the male comprised of 23.9% (n=549) and female comprised 18.2% (n=417). The common parts of injuries were hands (50.3%, n=486) and shoulder (17.6%, n=170). the general types of injury of hands were fracture (15.4%, n=149), sprain and ligament injury (13.0%, n=126), dislocation (12.5%, n=121), contusion (7.9%, n=76), laceration (1.4%, n=14) in order.

        최대운동 시 Bovine Colostrum의 섭취가 Immunoglobulin, Cortisol에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of 7day of bovine colostrum supplementation on immunoglubulin during maximal exercise with 7 healthy males. During maximal exercise test blood collection was performed in rest, post-exercise, recovery15, 30minutes. Subjects were measured and compared with pre, and post-supplementation. Each experiment monitored and analyzed the change in immunoglobulin, cortisol. The results as follow : Serum IgM, IgG, IgA concentration were show graded increase, each experiment were significantly increased in post-exercise(p<.05), Compared with pre, post-supplementation value were not significantly(p>.05). Serum cortisol concentration were show graded in crease, each experiment were significantly increased in post-exercise(p<.05). Compared with pre, post-supplementation value were significantly(p<.05). As the result, it was showed that bovine colostrum supplementation increase the cortisol level significantly.

        지구성 운동시 운동전 음료섭취 유형이 혈중 전해질 및 비혈장특이성효소에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this research was to examine effects of endurance exercise after taking beverage on concentration of serum electrolytes, and of Creatine Kinase (CK) and Lactic Dehydrogenase (LDH), and to identify its role as aids for exercise. To test this, 14 participants were sampled from K university and were divided into 2 groups: first group was to drink water and second group was to consume ion beverage, and asked to drink 250㎖ of water or ion beverage 30 minutes before exercise. And then, they were asked to perform aerobic exercise for 50 minutes under a space having normal temperature and humidity, and their blood were collected at the time when their body condition were stable, after consumption of beverage, and right after completion of exercise, and 15minutes after recovery and their blood were analyzed accordingly. Results of analysis ascertained the following changes in electrolytes that interaction effects between blood collection before beverage consumption and groups were significant, and that in case of electrolytes, K?, Cl?, interaction effects between blood collection before beverage consumption and groups were not significant, and that in case of serum, CK, interaction effects between blood collection before consumption and groups were significant, and that in case of LDH, interaction effects between blood collection before beverage consumption and groups were not significant. Therefore, ion beverage ingestion is thought that it will help increase capability of winning game.
