        상아질 산부식 처리 및 복합레진 충전이 성견치수에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험적 연구

        For the purpose of the assessment of the effects of dentin-acid-etching and composite resin restoration on the pulp, the cavities were formed on the teeth of the adult dogs. The specimens were classified by the presence of base on the cavities, and filled the composite resin in those cavity. And the response of pulp tissue was ovserved. The following results were obtained, 1. No specific differences but, mild response of pulp tissue was seen in experimental group and control group after 3 days, whether acid treated and the base applied or not. 2. No inflammatory teaction of pulp tissue was observed in both acid-treated dentin and non-acid-treated group, after 2 weeks and 4 weeks. 3. No specific dirrerences in the degree of pulp tissue response observed between the base-applied group and non-base applied group. 4. No specific differences in the degree of pulp tissue response observed between ??applied(filling) group and zinc-oxide-eugenol cenment-filling group,after 2 weeks and 4 weeks.

      • 원통치차의 강도평가 시스템 개발연구

        본 연구에서는 강도의 측면에서 인벌류트 원통치차의 설계 및 성능평가를 돕 기위하여 퍼스널컴퓨터 상에서 간편히 수행할 수 있는 치차의 강도평가 시스템을 개발 한다.즉, 원통치차의 굽힘강도 및 면압강도와 이들과 관련하여 기하학적인 형상, 재질, 운전상태, 신뢰성, 안전계수 등 강도에 영향을 미치는 거의 모든 인자를 일목요 연하게 평가하고 이들이 강도에 미치는 영향을 판단할 수 있는 치차의 강도평가 과정 을 하나의 시스템으로 구성함으로써 설계현장 등에서 간편히 이용할 수 있도록 하고 최종적으로 설계의 자동화를 이룰 수 있도록 한다. A strength and durability estimation system of involute cylindrical gears which are commonly used as power transmission devices is developed on the personal computer, which analyzed and/or evaluates the gear design and the service performance at the point of view of strength and durability. The typical considerations are the bending strength and the sunface durability, and the strength and durability estimations are carried out using the reliable standards of AGMA&ISO. In addition, the finite element analysis (FEM) of tooth bending stress is conducted in order to compare the real maximum stress with the estimaed bending stress by the standard. Therefore, the system is built so that the variables or factors considered differently in those standards and the strength & durability are appraised seperately by each method, and a series of the estimation processes is integrated into the system can be used in the initial design at the view point of strength and durability. And it is useful to the purpose of the trouble-shooting of gear system and the purpose of introducing the methods for maintaining design strength in service, with appraising the strength and durability after design or with appraising the influencing factors, as a whole. Therefore, this strength and durability estimation system can help the aim of automatic design of cylindrical gears.

      • 내접치차의 굽힘강도에 관한 연구-피지점 부근의 응력상태 파악을 포함하여-

        When designing an internal gear. the bending strength around pitch point as well as that at tooth root fillet should be considered because the bending stress around pitch point may occur as high as that at tooth root fillet. In this study, including stress state around pitch point, the bending strength (tensile side and compressive side) of internal gear tooth is investigated by the use of the finite element method(FEM) with regarding many influencing factors of cutter and gear geometries. Then, the critical sections around pitch point and at tooth root fillet are determined, and the simple formulae based on nominal stresses(bending, compressive, and shear) are derived for the calculations of actual stresses as the functions of tooth thicknesses and radii of curvatures of involute and fillet curve at those critical sections. The stresses calculated by the formulae agree well with those by the FEM. And the bending stresses around pitch point and at tooth root are easily estimated by the use of those formulae, therefore, those formulae are useful for the purpose of the design or the bending strength estimation of internal gear.

      • 동력전달용 베벨기어의 강도평가 및 설계시스템 개발 (1) -AGMA규격 강도기준설계법-

        A design system for power transmission bevel gears(straight, zerol, and spiral) is developed, in which the strength and durability of bevel gears can be estimated and the size of bevel gears can be minimized by introducing optimal techniques. The size of bevel gear pair as the object function to be minimized is the volume of equivalent spur gear pair at mean normal section, and the design variables to be determined are considered as the number of teeth, face width, diametral pitch, and spiral angle in spiral bevel gear. The strength(bending strength, pitting resistance) according to the AGMA standards, geometrical quantities, and operating characteristics(interference of pinion, contact ratio, etc.) are considered as the constraints in design optimization. The optimization with these constraints becomes nonlinear problem and that is solved with ALM(Augmented Lagrange Multiplier) method. The developed design method is applied to the example designs of straight, zerol, and spiral bevel gears. The design results are acceptable from the viewpoint of strength and durability within the design ranges of all other constraint, and the bevel gears are designed toward minimizing the size of gear pair. This design method is easily applicable to the design of bevel gears used as power transmitting devices in machineries, and is expected to be used for weight minimization of bevel gear unit.

      • 동력전달용 치차설계 전문가 시스템 개발연구(I) -치차파손의 원인과 대책의 진단-

        본 연구에서는 동력전달용 치차설계 전문가 시스템을 구축하기 위한 일단의 연구로서 먼저, 치차의 시험중 또는 사용중에 일어나는 파손에 대하여 파손의 원인탐 색과 대책수립을 위한 전문가 시스템을 개발한다. An expert system is developed which can diagnose the causes and remedies of the failures of power transmission gears. The basic components of the expert system are knowledge base, inference engine, and working memory. The knowledges in knowledge base are classified into the knowledges for determining the failure types and for diagnosis of causes and remedies of the failures. The former is represented hierarchically into the main category of eleven groups by rules and the sub category of twenty four groups by facts, while the later is represented by facts according to the each group of knowledges. In the inference engine some considerations are implemented, i.e., the backward chaining method and depth first search to determine the category of the failures, the meta-knowledges to shorten the search space, the certainty factor to evaluate the reliability of result, and the unification strategy to diagnose the causes and remedies of the failures. The working memory is established to hold the results during inference temporarily. In addition, knowledge acquisition facility, explanation facility, and user interface are included for the usefulness of user. This expert system is written with the PROLOG programming language on IBM-PC compatible computer operated by MS-DOS and be executed alone.

        고분자 수지를 이용한 자동차 에어컨용 압축기의 씰에 관한 연구

        The existing compressor steel seal used in automotive air-conditioner has the problem of oil leakage and deterioration in shielding performance, due to the abrasion and corrosion of the material. A new type of polymer resin seal studied in this research has the characteristics of high anti-abrasiveness and anti-corrosiveness, which can overcome the defects of the steel seal. In addition, the seal needs lower manufacturing cost and is appropriate to mass production, because it is made by the injection molding method requiring no mechanical processing. The profile generation program for seal mold has been developed using the gradient method, and the molding characteristics of the seal have analyzed through the flow analysis and the warpage analysis. The program has been verified by comparing the analysis results with the measured data of the test product. The research might be said to provide the basic method to produce the polymer resin seals with various types and dimensions.
