This report was concerned with the isolation and identification of bacterial flora in the human dental plaque and the dextransucrase activity of isolated species. The results were obtained as follows: 1. The bacterial flora, isolated from the human dental plaque, was identified as 3 species of resembling streptococci, Streptococcus salivarius strain SD-1, Streptococcus bacilli, Lactobacillus brevis strain SD-3, Lactobacillus acidophilus strain SD-2 and SD-7, resembling Staphylococcus sp, and one species of resembling Leuconostoc mesenteroides strain SD-6. 2. The dextransucrase activites of resembling Streptococcus mitis strain SD-9 and Streptococcus salivarius strain SD-1 were exhibited the highest among the isolated species of human dental plaque.
高溫環境이 反芻家畜의 체온 및 혈장 Cortisol 농도에 미치는 影響

Temperatures of blood and skin, respiratory rate and plasma cortisol concentration in sheep at a warm (average ambient temperature of $15.3^{\circ}C$) and a hot (average ambient temperature of $27.0^{\circ}C$ environment were measured to investigate the effect of hot environment on the physiological responses in ruminant. Temperatures of core, mean skin and mean body in sheep were tended to increase at day time and to decrease at night time at both warm and hot environment, while 24-hr average for those temperatures were significantly higher at hot environment than at warm environment (P<0.05). The calculated body heat content was higher in sheep at hot environment than at warm environment (P<0.05). Respiratory rate and plasma cortisol concentration had no significant differences between warm and hot environment, suggesting that sheep were not stress by the hot environment in this experiment. It is, therefore, suggested that sheep were well adopted to hot environment by increasing body heat content against heat stress.

The estimation of vehicle lateral velocity is essential to development of integrated vehicle dynamic control system. A conventional vehicle stability control system contains yawrate sensor and lateral acceleration sensor, and both sensors are affected by bank angle directly. By using existing vehicle sensors, we validate various bank angle estimators and vehicle lateral velocity estimators via vehicle test.
신경망 기법을 이용한 강섬유 혼입율, 형상비에 따른 전단강도 추정모형 개발

본 연구에서는 신경망 기법을 이용하여 SFRC의 전단 강도 추정 모형을 개발하였으며, 모형 개발을 위해 선행 연구자료들을 수집, 분석한 결과 SFRC의 전단강도에 영향을 미치는 변수로는 전단지간·깊이비가 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. SFRC의 전단강도 추정 모형 개발에 총 5개의 신경망 모형을 개발하였으며, 5개의 모형 중 모형개발 및 검증에서 NN-3 모형이 가장 높은 결정계수 r<sup>2</sup>=0.918를 나타내어 전단강도 추정 모형에 가장 적합하다고 사료된다.
Human-in-the-loop 시스템을 이용한 차량 안정성 제어기 성능검증

This paper presents Human-in-the-Ioop evaluations of Vehicle Stability Control(VSC) system using a driving simulator. Human driver-VSC interactions have been investigated under realistic operating conditions in the laboratory. Braking control inputs for vehicle stability enhancement have been directly derived from the sliding control law based on vehicle planar motion equations with differential braking. A driving simulator is consists of a three-dimensional vehicle dynamic model. interface between human driver and vehicle simulator, three-dimensional animation program. Closed-loop simulation results at realistic driving situations have shown that the proposed controller reduces driving effort of a driver and enhances stability of a vehicle. 영업관리자의 코칭이 직원의 직무성과에 미치는 영향 분석: 평생학습 및 HRD에서의 코칭성과와 신뢰의 매개효과 중심으로

본 연구는 영업관리자의 코칭이 직원의 직무성과에 미치는 영향과 신뢰의 매개 효과를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연구 목적을 달성하기위하여 서울과 수도권에 근무하고 있는 자동차 회사 영업직사원 274명의 응답을 표본으로 SPSS 12.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 영업관리자 코칭의 네 가지 구성요인중 방향제시 요인을 제외한 모든 요인은 직무성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 영업관리자의 신뢰 역시 영업관리자의 코칭이 직원의 직무성과에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 매개효과를 발휘하는 것으로 확인되었다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 도출된 영업관리자의 코칭과 HRD에 대한 시사점, 그리고 연구의 한계점 등을 제시하였다. This study inspected empirically the effect of sales managers` coaching and mediating effect of manager`s reliability influence on employee` job performance. and for research purposes. Data obtained from 274 employees working in motor company in seoul and metropolitan area were analyzed by using SPSS 12.0. For research purposes. This study set up two question of study. The first, Will sales managers` coaching has a significant positive effect on employee` job performance? The second, Will sales managers` confidence mediate in the process that sales managers` coaching has an effect on employee` job performance? The examination showed that all factors excepting a direction proposal factor out of 4 structural factors of sales managers` coaching have a significant positive effect on the job performance, and sales managers` confidence mediates in the process that sales managers` coaching has an effect on employee` job performance. Consequently, what is very important in maximizing employee` job performance is that sales managers have to break from guidance-centered management for sales peoples to provide self-control and responsibility on the basis of confidence, foster self-confidence and ability based on human relations of harmonious communication, and keep a fair assessment. Based on these findings. This study presented the implication and limitations of the study on sales managers` coaching and HRD.
