        NGN하에서의 접속료 정산체계 대안 분석

        It is important to set the new interconnection system under NGN. The traditional interconnection system is based on traffic, but this is not suitable for IP based service. Therefore, it is needed to ensure the universal access to network without trouble about the network topology. This paper prepares the evaluation criteria and evaluates the alternatives. Specifically, we deduce the alternatives and evaluates the alternatives of interconnection settlement system based on the condition of efficient interconnection, the retail price and access charging model, and the previous studies evaluating and examining the various alternatives. Finally, we evaluate each alternatives by the criteria. 차세대네트워크(BCN, 4G)의 등장으로 융합하의 상호접속에 대한 제도정립이 요구되고 있다. 전통적인 상호접속제도는 시간을 기반으로 통화량에 따라 부과되는 접속료를 통해 확립되었으나, 이는 IP기반 서비스에 대해서는 적합하지 않다. 따라서 융합환경하에서는 망의 형태와 무관하게 다른 사업자의 망을 어떠한 형태로도 상호접속할수 있는 보편적 상호접속에 대한 보장을 확보하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 NGN 환경에 적합한 상호접속제도의 평가기준을 마련하고 이 기준에 따라 다양한 상호접속 모형을 평가한다. 구체적으로는 효율적인 상호접속료 조건, 소매요금 및 접속료 결정모형, 그리고 상호접속료 모형 대안을 평가하고 분석한 기존 연구들을 바탕으로 상호접속료 산정모형을 평가할 대안을 도출하고 이 대안을 평가할 평가기준을 도출할 것이다. 그리고 마지막으로 각 기준에 따라 각 대안들을 평가할 것이다.

        본 연구는 농공단지 입지선정을 위한 요인의 추출과 그 중요도를 평가하고 농공단지 대안으로서의 대구권, 김천권 및 안동권을 대상으로 하여 최적입지 선정을 시도하고 있다. 이를 위해 공장입지론과 입지선정모형을 검토한 후 이의 문제점을 제시하고 AHP를 적용하여 추출된 요인들의 중요도를 결정하고 농공단지입지선정을 위해 관계자들로부터 설문을 통해 실증분석을 행한다.

      • 線型計劃法에서의 單體表의 經濟的 解釋

        Various economic meanings are included in the simplex tableau as a tool for solving a linear programming problem. But the interpretation of its economic meanings has been understood differently by the economists. In this paper we try to clarify the economic meanings included in the simplex tableau. We first review the solution process of the linear programming through the matrix form of the linear programming, and then vectors in the simplex tableau resulted from the matrix form are analyzed according to economic theory. Especially the decision variables in the dual problem of the linear programming are key factors to understand the meanings, sow e concentrated our efforts on those variables to interpret its meanings. We found that the vectors in the simplex tableau had the meanings such as marginal rates of substitutions, free goods, marginal revenue product, marginal physical product, etc. As a result of this study we recognized that we could get information about quality and value with respect to the linear programming problem from the simplex tableau.

        Modern Management is concentrated on the decision-making theory. This paper tells about Quantitative Analysis/O.R., tools of the evaluation for decision-making whose procedure is consisted of a set of problem definition, evaluation, and selection of alternatives. Definition and feature of Quantitative Analysis/O.R and model buildings are involved in this paper and methods of Q.A/O.R are compared with scietific method, decision-making procedure and model building procedure. In addition, main models of Q.A/O.R are analyzed into objective, assumption, constraints, and formulars. Then the fields of management to which Q.A/O.R is well applied are introduced.

      • 寡占企業의 戰略決定을 位한 Game 理論의 適用

        In capitalistic economy, the market are generally classified into four categories pure, monopoly, oligopoly, and monopolistic competition. Because each firm under oligopolistic situation behaves in response of the other party, it is difficult to draw a general theory for strategic decision for a party. Although there at present exist several theories related to this situation, Game theory has been recognized as being the only one tool for business decision-making under oligopolistic. This paper suggests how Game theory is applied to the strategic decision making under oligopolistic competition. In so doing, first of all, the relations between Game theory and oligopolistic competition are examined, and then maketing mix theory is related to the Game theory for strategic decision. Finally, the procedures to practically apply the Game theory are presented along with a flowchart in order to make it more explicit.

      • 計劃型 品質管理圖의 特性分析

        Quality Control Charts(QCC) as a major tool for statistical quality control have different characteristics among them, that is, each of QCC differently reacts to the variations of production process. The purpose of this paper is to analyze these characteristics, comparing the sensitivities among QCC for variables. To achieve the objective, we simulate the situation of production system, in which data are generated according to the specified parameters, and are taken as sample data, in the computer program. These data generated from various parameter are calculated to the upper and lower control limit and central line for QCC and tested to check the process states of the simulated production system. We set hypotheses showing the characteristics of QCC, and the test the hypotheses with statistical method. The results of hypotheses are as follows: It is more efficient for χ^ ̄-R_s to be used instead of χ^ ̄-R and χ^ ̄-R_s charts which are applicated generally to the QCC to attributes in the real industrial scene. R_s charts give us more difficulty than R chart in calculating when we are going to set up control limit. To say in datail, QCC were developed for manual and χ^ ̄-R charts have been used as QCC for attributes. But nowadays personal computers are so available that using R_s charts doesn't matter any longer from the view point of calculating. So the problem of using (what kind of) QCC is considered from the view point of superiority in sensitivity power. Finally, we suggest that QCC for attributes should be studied carefully in the view point of sensitivity power.
