Smart Grid is grafting IT(information technology) techniques on existing electric power network, supplier and the consumer to do real-time exchange of information lead to both direction and energy efficiency optimization, it is a next potential electric power network method. Because of applying various distributed electric power sources, the electric power network system will follow in size and it is dispersive and it will operate independently, and it become the intelligent electric power network, which in consumer demand reacts at real-time, because of using various sensors. In this article explain concept, features, and contemporary background of Smart Grid, and describe improve reliability of the electric power quality.

The water is very important resource that we can maintain our life and get the high-quality energy. The water begins with creation of the earth and circulates in the atmosphere, ocean, surface and subsurface in the form gases, liquids and solids. Human has used the water in abundance, however we have polluted water irresponsibly and discharged wastewater into the earth. We must think, how long does areas, pollution, pollution treatment, produce. Consider together about the water shock will occur when in any form.

We have to explore alternate energy sources and utilize effectively domestic resources. The lighting equipments developed Energy saving by using an electric ballast. 본 논문에서는 최대 견인력 제어를 위해서 최소 차원 부하 토크 외란 관측기를 이용하여 점착력 계수를 추정하고 추정한 점착력 계수의 미분치를 PI 토크를 제어하는 Anti-slip 제어를 제안한다. 최소차원 부하 토크 외란 관측기는 회전자의 위치 정보와 토크 전류의 정보를 이용하여 부하 외란토크를 추정하고, 부하 외란 토크에 철도차량 상수를 이용하여 점착력 계수를 추정한다. 또한 부하토크외란 관측기는 구조가 간단하며, 시스템의 외란 및 각종 제어이득, 시스템의 상수 변화에 대해서도 견실한 견인력 제어 특성을 가지고 있다. 이와 같은 시스템의 모델링과 전동기 토크에 대한 회전자의 위치 정보를 이용하여 최소차원 부하 토크 외란 관측기의 상태변수인 점착력 계수를 추정하고, 추정한 점착력 계수의 미분치를 PI 토크 Anti-Slip제어하여, 최대 견인력 제어가 되도록 하였다

The author present a modified multi-loop algorithm including feedforward for controlling a 55kW step down chopper in the power supply of Maglev. The gains of the control algorithm were selected based on pole locations formulated from a prototype Bessel transfer function model. The design incorporate tradeoffs in DC-to-DC converter hard-ware para -meters and pole locations. This perturvation is derived by subtracting the desired output voltage from the actual output voltage. The proportional and integral action stabilizes the system and minimizes output voltage error. In order to verify the validity of the proposed multi-loop controller, simulation study was tried using Matlab simulink.

As for fire statistics about Korean buildings for last several years, it has found that the electrical accidents are the biggest cause of it. Especially. it has found that the occurrence rate of electrical fire in wooden buildings such as traditional Korean houses, temples, etc. is much higher than the one of general buildings. It's because the electrical faults of wooden buildings by the external effect including mechanic impact, etc. are relatively much higher than the ones of general buildings buried and constructed in fire-resistant concrete when they are exposed and installed on the surface of wood according to the structural characteristics of wooden buildings. But even as for the current standards and the relevant regulations or actual fields, the potential fire risk of wooden buildings is always high because the structure of buildings, the quality of the building materials, use and size are constructed without any separately differentiated actions or measures from the general buildings with resistant structures according to fire risk in electric wiring work methods of combustible wooden building. Therefore, this study tries to propose the revised plan of the relevant technical standards and regulations for installment of reasonable electric wiring facilities.

Since the residential load is an AC load and the output of solar cell is a DC power, the photovoltaic system needs the DC/AC converter to utilize solar cell. In case of driving to interact with utility line, in order to operate at unity power factor, converter must provide the sinusoidal wave current and voltage with same phase of utility line. Since output of solar cell is greatly fluctuated by insolation, it is necessary that the operation of solar cell output in the range of the vicinity of maximum power point. In this parer, DC/AC converter is three phase PWM converter with smoothing reactor. And then, feedforward control used to obtain a superior characteristic for current control and digital PLL circuit used to detect the phase of utility line.

The solar cells should be operated at the maximum power point because its output characteristics are greatly fluctuate on the variations of insolation, temperature and loads. To obtain maximum power from solar cell, photovoltaic system cell power system usually requires maximum power point tracking controller. This paper propose Maximum power point tracking method using zero slope of differential value of maximum power. The power compare method traces to maximum power point rapidly but oscillate on the maximum power point largely, when quantity insolation variation is big. The power compare method is traces to maximum power point slowly but oscillate maximum point on the maximum power point smally, when quantity insolation variation is small. To solve two problem of the power compare method, designed zero slope of differential value of maximum power.

냉동 냉장창고용 냉수펌프 시스템을 태양광발전 시스템과 연계하여 펌프의 양정 및 유량의 변화에 따른 압력의 변화에도 불구하고 목표치 압력을 일정하게 제어할 수 있도록 하였다. BLDC 모터를 벡터제어 함으로써 각 운전속도의 영역에서 최대토크 운전 및 높은 신뢰성을 가능하도록 하여 냉동 냉장창고용 냉수 펌프 시스템의 에너지 절감 효과를 실현하였다. We are interaction refrigeration warehouse cold water pump system and photovoltaic generation system. At this time, a target pressure is able to control in spite of change of the pressure according to pump head and rate of flow of pump. Also, we carry out the vector control of BLDC motor with the maximum torque operation and a high reliability from territory of each operation speed. Therefore, in this paper, we conclude energy saving technique of refrigeration warehouse cold water pump system.
