        스마트워크 시스템 성공을 위한 사용자 만족의 영향요인에 대한 연구

        At the center of the repeating evolution of IT industry, there is mobile computing in the ubiquitous environment, and the increasing usage of smart phones contribute more to its growth. P corporation co-developed with Google and implemented smart work system called SWP for the purpose of ‘communication and collaboration with co-workers" beyond the general goal of increasing productivity and comfort of employees. The primary objective of this study is to objectively analyze the influence of the effect factor from end user"s perspective and user satisfaction on SWP usage, intention for continuous usage and individual performance. To accomplish this research purpose, this study established research models and hypothesis by collective review about information system success models, and tested the research hypotheses using the structural equation modeling technique by data collected from 320 SWP system users of P corporation. Variations for system satisfaction evaluation standard are 1)SW system usage 2) intention for continuous usage 3) individual performance, effect variations are 1) social factors 2) technical factors 3) combination of social and technical factors. Therefore, this study is about influence factors on success of SWP system and how the factors impact the outcome. The test results of this research model is summarized as follows. Firstly, system user"s satisfaction had positive impact on all three; SWP system usage, intention for continuous usage and individual performance. Secondly, social factor ‘SWP control system" and technical factor ‘information quality" and ‘system quality" had positive impact on SWP system user satisfaction, while social factor ‘shared value" and technical factor ‘service quality" did not have significant effect on user satisfaction. Shared value however, had interactive effect with ‘information quality" and ‘service quality". This study is expected to contribute to spread of academic research on smart work system by suggesting a model that can show important factors for corporation while explaining the successful implementation of SWP and its continuous usage.

        1967년 노동당 제4기 15차 전원회의 김정일 연설

        Kim Jong Il drove the systemization of Juche ideology and establishment of a monolithic ideological and ruling system in the party, military and the state apparatus of North Korea. After being designated as the successor of Kim IL Sung with the first generations’ support, he constructed the current North Korean party-state system through ideologically and theoretically systemizing the first generations’ outcomes and introducing an operation guideline for the party-state-military with the help of the second generation. Thus, it is important to recognize Kim Jong Il as an individual representing the North Korean “second generation” rather than an “individual”. This is because “the first generation of partisans” placed considerable interest in and the second generation backed Kim’s personal growth and power consolidation. In this context, the 15th Plenary Session of the 4th Term Korean Workers’ Party Central Committee in 1967 where Kim Jong Il made his first official speech should be re-examined. The speech was the prelude to the Kim Jong Il’s grasp of power and the signal for the emergence of the second generation as the core of the Party through a shift in generations. At the same time, the Plenary Session was the starting point of implementing a monolithic ideological system by purging the Kapsan Faction that included Park Geum-cheol and Lee Hyo-sun who remained passive during the process of construction. In 1974, seven years after his first speech, Kim Jong Il was officially designated as the successor of Kim Il Sung. The North Korean Suryong system which began to be strengthened organizationally and ideologically with the August Faction Incident in 1956, was well established by the late 1960s. It was perfected in the 1970s with the establishment of Kim Jong Il’s monolithic ruling system based on the Suryong’s monolithic leadership system. After the establishment of the monolithic ruling system, Kim Jong Il became the supreme power, even when Kim Il Sung was still alive. He was not only the de facto real power commanding the party-state-military apparatus from the 1980s, but also the Supreme Leader who has the sole right to interpret Juche ideology. The absence of serious conflict or confusion in the succession process even with the abrupt death of Kim Il Sung in 1994, should be understood in this context. North Korea successfully handled the construction of the succession regime and the death of Suryeong in 1994. This historical experience helped North Korea to establish Kim Jong Un’s succession regime within the relatively short time of 3 years and further facilitated a rapid shift in power without any serious problems after Kim Jong Il’s sudden death in 2011.

        실습선 한바다호의 운항성능에 관한 연구(I)

        최근에 선박이 대형화, 고속화되면서 선수 충격파 영향으로 인하여 선체 또는 화물에 잦은 손상을 초래하기도 하고, 극판적인 상황에서는 선박이 절단되기도 한다. 본 논문에서는 내항성능 평가요소 중 하나인 상하가속도 값을 선교에 설치된 선체감시장치를 이용하여 해상상태별 변화량을 계측하고, 이를 모형시험 및 이론계산 결과와 상호 비교하였다. 또한 ITTC에서 제시하는 내항성능 기준치와도 비교함으로써 실습선 한바다호의 내항성능을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과는 앞으로 경험할 수 있는 다양한 해상상태에서의 작업가능성 및 위험성 정도의 예측을 가능하게 함으로써 선박의 안전운항에 큰 도움이 될 것으로 판단되며, 또한 다양한 실선계측 자료를 통하여 조선소에서는 보다 우수한 성능의 선박 건조가 가능하리라 본다. As the ship is getting bigger and faster lately, ship's structure or cargoes might be often damaged and the ship might be cut in two in extreme conditions by a wave impact on its bow. In this paper, the vertical acceleration, which is one of factors for evaluating seakeeping performance, was measured under the various sea states by the hull stress monitoring system(HMS) on the bridge, and the result was compared with those of model test and theoretical studies. Then, we confirmed the seakeeping performance of T.S. HANBADA by comparing it with ITTC seakeeping criteria This result will be a great help for the safe navigation by making it possible to estimate the possibility of work and the amount of risk under the various sea conditions with which may be confronted, and the shipbuilding yard can be possible to construct the vessel with superior performance through these data measured on the actual ship.

        실습선 한바다호의 운항성능에 관한 연구(II)

        해상 상태가 거칠어짐에 따라 선체동요로 인하여 선박에 승선 중인 승객 및 승무원은 멀미 증상을 호소하기도 하고, 졸음 증상, 어지럼증, 두통 및 복통 등을 초래하기도 한다, 심한 경우에는 생리적으로 회복하기 힘들 정도의 심각한 장애를 겪기도 한다. 또한, 의욕(동기부여) 감소, 숙련도 저하, 인지능력 및 판단력 저하 등 정신적 활동의 지연이나 오류를 유발하는 둥 활동성 및 작업수행 능력이 현저히 떨어지기도 한다. 본 논문에서는 멀미의 발생 맞 작업수행과 관련된 대표적인 국제 표준안을 살펴보았고, 실습선에 승선 중언 실습생들을 대상으로 수차례에 걸쳐 설문조사를 실시하여 승선감을 평가하였다 그 결과, 멀미 중상을 유발하는 주요소가 상하가속도임을 확인하였고. 그 크기(수준)는 0.2g 이상으로 분석되었다. 또한, 속력 또는 침로를 변경하여 파도와의 만남주기가 4~8초의 범위에서 벗어나도록 항해함으로써 멀미 증상을 완화시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. When a vessel is underway in a heavy weather, passengers and crew suffer from seasickness caused by ship motions such as pitch, heave or roll, or all combined Sickness induces drowsiness, dizziness, headache, stomachache etc, in extreme conditions, they are met with a serious trouble which is physiologically unrecoverable. It results in weakening of spiritual activities or making errors from decrease of motivation, dropping off skills, poor recognition and poor judgement. In this paper, it was examined the international standards concerning the occurrence of sickness and the execution of works, also evaluated the boarding comfort by conducting several times of questionnaire on cadets boarding on the training ship HANBADA As a result, it was confirmed that the main factor of occurring the sickness was the vertical acceleration and the level was more than 0.2g. Also, it was presented the way how to reduce the sickness by changing the speed and/or course in relation to the encounter period.

        조타기 신호를 이용한 선회조기감지 방안에 대한 연구

        If we were in a head-on or crossing situation with a target ship and did not know the target ship's intention to change her course, we might be confused about our decision making to change our course for collision avoidance and be in a danger of collision. In order to solve these problems, we need to develop an automatic system which enables mariners to easily detect a change in the target ship's course and efficiently avoid being on a collision course. In this paper, we proposed an early detection method on altering course of a target ship using the steering wheel signal. This method will contribute to the reduction of collision accidents and also be used to the VTS system and the analysis of marine accidents.
