        특집논문 : 현대영화 이론 연구 ; 정적 리얼리즘: 린 램지(Lynne Ramsay)의 영화

        Lynne Ramsay`s works are linked to the social realism the Free Cinema, British New Wave, and Scottish films of the 1990s mounded. They belong to the British social realism in that Ramsay`s use of landscape is related to the concept of surface and moral realism as which Andrew Higson defined the British realism; Scottish realism because Ramsay`s interests in young people`s lives, especially their brutality and kindness, associate with the tradition of children realism of the 1990s Scottish films. In the strict sense of the British and Scottish realism, however, Ramsay`s work is not social realism. Going beyond the two cinematic tradition, Ramsay`s films move towards a certain kind of realism. This essay defines this realism as ``still`` realism. The aim of this essay is to show how Ramsay moulds the still realism by analysing her use of sound, close-up, and slow-motion in her shot films and first feature film: <Small Deaths>, <Kill the Day> and <Gasman>, and <Ratcatcher>.

        2000년대 한국영화 제작사의 삶 -헤게모니의 문제에서 생존의 문제로-

        For a decade after the new Millenium, the Korean cinema industry was completely reorganized by three major film investment&distribution companies, CJ Entertainment, Showbox Mediaplex, Lotte Entertainment and their cinema chains, which newly emerged in the late 1990s. The results of the major reorganization were not locale, but global enough to give the brand name of Hallyu(韓流) to Korean cinema. Also, by investing mainly on Korea blockbusters and dominating the screen through their multiplexes, they redefined the traditional concept of cinema as a cultural commodity within Korea before the Millenium into a perfectly capitalistic one, consumer goods. Throughout such changes, the three majors became to put under their control the major production companies, which had led the Korean film industry since the 1990s. This paper will attempt to show these fundamental transformations in its all sectors, focusing on the decline of the major productions.

        구조 및 입체 이성질체 디아민 함유 폴리이미드의 구조-특성 상관관계

        본 연구에서는 다양한 구조의 2무수물과 디아민 이성질체를 사용하여 폴리이미드를 합성하고, 폴리이미드의 화학구조-특성간의 상관관계를 연구하였다. 2무수물로서는 방향족과 지방족 구조를 사용하였고, 디아민은 phenylenediamine과 diaminocyclohexane 화합물의 구조 및 입체 이성질체 구조를 사용하였다. 합성된 폴리이미드의 용해성, 광투명성, 열적 특성 등을 조사하여 구조가 특성에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 1,2 디아민 함유 폴리이미드는 1,4 디아민 함유 폴리이미드에 비하여 용해성과 광투명성이 높은 것으로 나타났는데, 이는 1,2 디아민의 도입이 더 불규칙하게 구부러진 폴리이미드 구조를 가지게 하여 조밀한 분자 쌓임을 방해함으로써 결과적으로 분자간의 인력을 약화시킨 결과로 판단된다. 또한 지방족 디아민의 경우 trans < cis < trans-cis mixture의 순으로 폴리이미드의 광투명성이 높아지고 유리전이온도(Tg)가 낮아지는 것으로 나타났는데, 그 이유도 상기의 순으로 조밀한 분자 쌓임이 더 어렵기 때문인 것으로 판단된다. Polyimides have been prepared from a variety of dianhydrides and isomeric diamines, and their structure-property relationship has been studied. Aromatic and aliphatic dianhydrides were reacted with constitutional and stereo isomers of phenylenediamine and diaminocyclohexane. Solubility behavior, optical transparency, and thermal properties of the obtained polyimides were investigated and the effect of their chemical structure on the properties was studied. Polyimides based on 1,2 diamines showed higher solubility and higher optical transparency than those of 1,4 diamine-containing polyimides. This is probably attributed to more irregularly bent structures of 1,2 diamine-based polyimides. The bent structure would result in less close chain packing, and consequently, weaker intermolecular interactions between polyimide chains. In the cases of aliphatic diamine-based polyimides, optical transparency increased and glass transition temperature decreased in the order of trans, cis, and trans-cis mixture. This is also attributable to decrease in the degree of close chain packing in the same order.
