        사용자 레벨 가상화에서 가상화 영역 성능 비교

        In this paper, we proposed new virtualization technology that is more convenient and stable in local computing environment, then found technique elements need to desktop virtualization which is based on clients in various virtualization technologies. After running excution of process explorer utility in user level virtualization and VMWare, we found memory capacity that is used 30.1MB in VMWare and 16.6MB in user level virtualization respectively to compare private bytes each of process. We found no significant difference of CPU utilization which is executed application program in local computing environment and user domain with user level virtualization. In this result, proposed virtualization technology is able to minimize performance degradation of local computing environment. 본 논문은 가상화 기술에서 클라이언트 기반의 데스크톱 가상화에 필요한 기술 요소를 찾아내고 로컬 컴퓨팅 환경에서 보다 편리하고 안정된 클라이언트 가상화 기술을 제안하였다. 유저 레벨 가상화와 VMWare를 로딩하여 처리 익스플로우 유틸리티를 실행시킨 후 각 프로세스의 Private 바이트를 비교해보면 VMWare에서는 30.1MB의 메모리 용량이 사용되었고, 유저 레벨 가상화 프로세스에서는 16.6MB의 메모리 용량이 사용되어짐을 알 수 있었다.클라이언트 가상화를 이용한 가상화 사용자 영역과 로컬 컴퓨팅 환경에서 응용 프로그램을 실행시킨 후 CPU 사용율을 비교한 결과 큰 차이가 없음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 가상화된 사용자 영역에서 로컬 컴퓨팅 환경의 성능 저하를 최소화 하여 사용자가 필요한 기능을 효율적으로 사용할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

        뇌졸중 환자에게 적용된 흡기근 훈련에 관한 국내 연구 동향 분석 : 체계적 고찰

        Purpose : This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of inspiratory muscle training(IMT) studies for stroke patients conducted over the past 10 years(2011–2020) in Korea. Methods : Previous literature was electronically searched using the RISS, KISS, KCI, and NDSL databases. Tree databases were searched for stroke IMT articles. A total of 12 studies were selected according to the PRISMA guidelines, and the Jeong’g qualitative evaluation criteria were used to refer to the checklist presented by the Scottish Intercollegiate Guideline Network. Results : Twelve studies met the criteria. In a qualitative evaluation on the papers, one study scored 8 out of 10, seven scored between 6 and 7, and four scored 5. Intervention sessions were conducted between 20 and 30 min, each at a frequency of three to five sessions per week, for a total of 4–8 weeks. The results indicated that IMT effectively improved respiratory function, physical activity, and respiratory muscle function in stroke patients. Conclusion : IMT was found to have a positive effect on respiratory function, physical activity, and respiratory muscle function in stroke patients.

      • 주민번호 대체수단(i-PIN) 개발을 위한 기술표준과 서비스 프레임워크

        국내 인터넷 사이트의 60% 이상은 회원가입시 본인확인 등을 위해 주민번호를 수집?저장하고 있다. 인터넷 사이트의 주민번호 수집 목적은 개인식별(중복가입여부 확인)과 본인확인, 연령확인, 마케팅 활용을 들 수 있다. 그러나 인터넷 사업자들의 주민번호 수집이 증가하면서 개인정보 유?노출로 인한 피해도 늘고 있다. 인터넷 사이트에서 주민번호 수집을 제한하면서 주민번호 기능을 제공?유지하기 위해 마련된 것이 주민번호 대체수단(i-PIN)이다. 본인확인기관이라는 다수의 제3의 신뢰기관이 인터넷 이용자의 개인정보를 받아 저장하고 인터넷 사이트 가입 등 필요할 때, 인증을 해주는 방식이다. i-PIN 서비스의 구성요소와 기능, 제공 서비스 등 i-PIN 서비스 프레임워크를 설명하고, 복수의 본인확인기관이 이용자의 인증을 위해 주고받아야 하는 메시지의 종류와 형식, 방법에 대한 국내 기술표준을 소개한다. 또한 중복가입 확인이 필요한 인터넷 사이트를 위해 유일 식별값으로 사용되는 중복가입확인정보 생성방법과 메시지 교류 방법 등을 소개함으로써 인터넷 사이트가 주민번호 대체수단으로서 타 수단과 차별화된 전략을 소개한다.

        뇌졸중 환자에서 주관절 각도 변화에 따른 상완이두근의 근구조 및 탄성 변화에 관한 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 뇌졸중 환자에서 주관절 각도 변화에 따른 상완이두근(biceps brachii)의 근구조 및 탄성 변화에 관하여 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 주관절 수동 ROM범위가 10°∼90°가능하며 MAS(modified Ashworth scale) 1∼3등급인 뇌 졸중 환자 12명을 대상으로 하였다. 이완(resting) 상태의 건측과 환측 상완이두근의 우모각, 근섬유속길이, 근탄성의 측정 은 초음파 영상 촬영장치와 근긴장도 측정기(myotonometer)를 이용하여 주관절을 10°∼90°로 변화시키면서 측정하였다. 본 연구 결과, 환측 상완이두근을 건측과 비교 시 우모각은 신전위치(<40°)에서 큰 값을 나타냈으며(p<.05), 근섬유속길이 는 굴곡위치(>20°)에서 짧은 길이를 나타냈으며(p<.05), 근긴장은 신전위치(<50°)에서 전위 값이 낮게 나타나 근긴장이 높 아짐을 나타냈다(p<.05). 이렇듯 이완 시 상완이두근의 근구조 및 탄성은 주관절 각도에 의해 영향을 받는다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 결과를 뇌졸중 환자의 근구조 변화 및 임상치료의 연구 자료로 사용할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. The aim of this study was to find on muscle architectural and tissue compliance of biceps brachii in stroke patient based on elbow joint angle. The subjects of this study were twelve hemiplegic adults after stroke with passive range of motion in the elbow from 10° to 90° and Modified Ashworth Scale score 1 to 3 were recruited. Ultrasonography and Myotonometer was used to measure biceps brachii muscle pennation angle, fascicle length, and tissue compliance at the rest condition and pennation angle, fascicle length, and tissue compliance of the biceps brachii muscle were measured in the affected and unaffected sides of people after stroke at 9 different elbow angles ranging from 10° to 90° at the rest condition. The results of this study, comparisons found that the pennation angles of the affected biceps brachii muscle were significantly larger(p<.05) than the unaffected muscle in the most extended positions(<40°), whereas the affected fascicle lengths were significantly shorter(p<.05) than the unaffected muscle in most flexed positions(>20°), and the affected tissue compliance were significantly lower(p<.05) than the unaffected muscle in most extended positions(<50°) Therefore, pennation angles, fascicle lengths, and tissue compliance were found to be joint-angle-dependent in both the affected and unaffected sides at the rest condition. Suggest that, the results data can be used as a muscle architectural changes and clinical treatment research in stroke patients.

        발목 불안정환자에 대한 전신음파진동기와 토구를 이용한 불안정 지지면 운동의 효과 비교

        Purpose : Chronic ankle instability can lead to problems in balance and gait due to weakness of the ankle muscles and decreased proprioceptive sensation. Balance training that stimulates proprioceptors is necessary to improve ankle stability. We aimed to compare the effects of unstable support balance exercises using whole body sonic vibration and an aero-step (TOGU) on proprioception and balance in individuals with unilateral functional ankle instability. Methods : Thirty-six participants with unilateral functional ankle instability were randomly recruited and divided into two groups (group 1 = sonic whole body vibration, group 2= TOGU). Individuals in each group participated in training for 5 weeks, 40 minutes per session, 5 times per week, and performed weight-bearing exercises in five postures on different unstable support surfaces. Proprioception was measured by digital inclinometer (Dualer IQ), and balance was measured by force platform (Biodex balance system). Results : Significant differences were observed in proprioception before and after intervention within both group (p<.05). Significant differences were also observed in the balance index before and after intervention within both groups (p<.05). Conclusion : As a result of this study, it is suggested that for individuals with ankle instability, unstable support surface training using a whole body sonic vibrator and TOGU can have a positive effects on proprioception and balance ability.

        반신욕을 병행한 유산소 운동프로그램이 체성분과 폐기능에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : This study aims to investigate how aerobic exercise and aerobic exercise programs with half bath can affect body composition and pulmonary function. Methods : A total of 20 subjects were enrolled in this study. The subjects were divided into two groups: aerobic exercise with half-bath program (n = 10) and only aerobic exercise (n = 10). The two groups performed the exercise four times a week over a period of 5 weeks. The Wilcoxon test was used to compare the data before and after significant difference of factors in each group;and the Mann-Whitney test was used for a comparison between groups. Results : In this study;the results showed the following. On the aerobic exercise with half-bath program group;by comparing the body composition before and after intervention;there was a significant difference in the amount of skeletal muscle and body fat. However;by comparing pulmonary functions before and after intervention;there was no significant difference in FVC;FEV1;and VC. Conclusion : According to our results;it seems that the aerobic program with half bath might have an effect on body composition.

        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of inspiratory muscle training and aerobic exercise on respiratory function in sedentary adults. Methods : This study was performed on 19 subjects. They were divided into two groups; inspiratory muscle training with ultrasound image(n=10), aerobic exercise(n=9). Both of group performed the exercise 3 times a week for 4weeks. The data was analyzed by the wilcoxon test to compare before and after significant difference of factors on each groups and the mann-whitney test to compare two groups. Results : The results were as follows. There was statistically no significant difference on FVC, FEV1, VC, IC between the groups(p<.05). Conclusion : As a result of this study, it seems that inspiratory muscle training with ultrasound image might be effective like aerobic exercise for sedentary adults.

        피드백 호흡운동과 스트레칭 운동이 머리전방자세와 둥근어깨환자의 폐기능에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to compare the effect of the feedback respiration exercise and stretching exercise on the pulmonary function of forward head posture and round shoulder patient. Method : This study was performed on 30 subjects. 30 subjects were divided into two group; feedback respiration exercise group(n=15), stretching exercise group(n=15). Both of the group performed the exercise 3 times a weeks for 4 weeks. The data was analyzed paired t-test for comparing before and after changes of factors in each groups and the independent t-test for comparing the between groups. Results : The result are as follows, on the feedback respiration exercise groups, there was statistically significant difference on the amount of FVC, FEV1, IC, but there was no statistically significant difference on VC by comparing pulmonary function before and after. On the stretching extercise group, there was statistically significant difference on the amount of FEV1, VC, IC, but there was no statistically significant difference on FVC by comparing pulmonary function before and after. By comparing between the two group, there was no statistically significant difference on pulmonary function. Conclusion : As a result of this study, we thought that It can be used as a basic data for the development of an exercise program to improve the pulmonary function of the head posture and round shoulder patients. Clinically, the therapist may be able to selectively apply the stretching exercise and the feedback breathing exercise to improve the pulmonary function according to the characteristics of the patient s disease and the treatment conditions.

        필라테스 운동과 서킷 운동이 정상성인의 폐기능과 배곧은근의 근두께에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of pilates exercise and circuit exercise on abdominal muscles and pulmonary function of normal adults. Method : This study was performed on 20 subjects. 20 subjects were divided into two groups; pilates exercise(n=10), circuit exercise(n=10). Both of the group performed the exercise 3 times a week for 5 weeks. The data was analyzed by the paired Will-coxon test for comparing before and after changes of factors in each group and the Mann-Whitney U test for comparing the between groups. Results : The result are as follows. On the pilates exercise group, there was significant difference on the amount of FEV 1 , VC but there was no significant difference on FVC, FEV 1 /FVC, PEF by comparing pulmonary function before and after. Also, there was no significant difference on thickness rectus abdominis. By comparing abdominal muscles thickness before and after. On the circuit exercise group, there was significant difference on the FVC, FEV 1 , PEF, VC but there was no significant difference on FEV 1 /FVC by comparing the pulmonary function before and after. And, there was no significant difference on thickness rectus adominis. By comparing abdominal muscles thickness before and after. By comparing between the two group, there was no significant difference on pulmonary function and thickness rectus abdominis. Conclusion : As a result of this study, we thought that pilates exercise and circuit exercise was more effective for increasing pulmonary function than muscle thickness of the abdominis.
