      • Morphine이 굴근반사(Flexion Reflex)에 미치는 영향

        Experiments were conducted to test morphine sensitivity of the flexion reflex in the anemic decerebrate cats. Animals were immobilized with gallamine triethiodide(Flxaedil) and were artificially ventilated. The sural nerve was electrically stimulated(20V, 0.5 msec) and the flexion reflex was obtained by recording compound action potentials from the nerve innervated to the semitendinosus muscle. Intravenous injection of morphine (0.5~2.0 mg/kg) was found to have following effects on the flexion reflex. 1) Morphine tended to depress the early component of the flexion reflex and the effect was widely variable between animal preparations. 2) Morphine significantly depressed the late component of the flexion reflex, the effect being proportional to the dose of morphine. 3) The morphine effect on the flexion reflex was reversed by a small dose of naloxone hydrochloride(0.025~0.1 mg/kg). 4) Naloxone hydrochloride alone did not appear to facilitate the flexion reflex. 5) The main site for the morphine action was found to be the brain stem. From these results and those reported in literatures, we conclude that the late component of the flexion reflex well represents the pain sensation, thus the late component of the flexion reflex can be used as a reasonable subjective index of pain in experimental animals.

        고려인 · 사할린 한인과 한국인의 역사연대와 문화통합

        한반도에는 식민과 이산, 분단의 역사가 지속되고 있다. 남과 북의 주민뿐만 아니라 일제의 지배로 인해 동아시아 지역에 흩어져 살던 코리언 디아스포라 또한 두 분단국가의 강력한 구심력과 지역적인 체제 분단과 대립의 자장에 영향을 받으면서 자신의 삶과 역사를 구축해왔다. 지금까지 동아시아의 식민과 지역적 분단에 대한 성찰과 문제제기는 많았지만, 동아시아에서 한(조선)민족의 식민과 이산, 분단의 상처에 대해서 논의하고, 이에 대한 극복과 통합의 방안을 모색하는 논의는 거의 없었다. 남북의 주민과 동아시아의 코리언 디아스포라는 식민과 분단, 냉전의 역사 속에서 신음해왔다는 공통점을 가지지만, 서로에 대한 역사기억은 어긋나있다. 고려인은 항일운동과 러시아혁명, 사회주의 소련 건설의 주역으로서, 사할린 한인은 일제 강제징용의 희생자로서 자기 역사를 정리해왔다. 한국인은 사할린 한인에 대해서는 일본 제국주의의 피해자라는 공감대를 형성하고 있지만, 한국과 적대적이었던 소련의 충실한 국민으로 살아왔던 고려인에 대해서는 조국을 배신한 ‘배신자’라는 담론을 강하게 투영하고 있다. 어긋난 역사기억은 코리언의 통합을 저해하고, 민족 내부의 갈등을 조장하고 있다. 어긋난 역사기억이 코리언의 문화 공존과 통합을 저해하지 않도록 하기 위해서는 남한 중심의 획일적인 역사에서 벗어나 코리언의 다양한 역사로 민족사를 재정리하는 작업이 필요하다. 고려인, 사할린 한인과 한국인의 문화 공존과 통합은 같은 혈연과 민족이라는 당위성이나, 민족 내부의 위계 속에서 다수와 주류에 일방적으로 적응하도록 강요하는 것을 통해서는 만들어질 수 없다. 민족사의 재구성과 역사연대를 통해 역사적 존재로서 민족을 성찰하고, 불가항력적인 역사 속에서 분열되었던 민족 구성원 간의 차이와 상처, 그들의 성장과정을 온전히 이해하며, 연대하고자 하는 마음을 바탕으로 가르치고 배울 때 만들어질 수 있는 것이다. 이런 의미에서 코리언의 역사연대는 식민과 이산, 분단, 전쟁과 냉전으로 인해 찢기고 상처 입은 동아시아 코리언의 민족적 자존심을 북돋고, 서로를 역사와 문화를 깊이 이해하는 과정이자, 코리언 문화 공존과 통합의 토양이 될 것이다. The Korean Peninsula is still in the middle of continuing history of colonization, diaspora, and division. Not only the residents of South and North Korea but also Korean Diaspora scattered around East Asian regions during the period under the rule of Japanese imperialism have been establishing their own life and history under the influence of the powerful centripetal force of the two divided states and within the magnetic field of division and confrontation among the regional regimes. There have been many reflections and issues raised on the colonization and regional division of East Asia, but few discussions have been made on the wounds of colonization, diaspora, and division of Korean people in East Asia, and few efforts have been made to overcome the wounds and to promote integration. South and North Korean residents and Korean Diaspora in East Asia share the commonality that they have struggled through the history of colonization, division, and the Cold War, but their memory of history goes against each other. Goryosaram has constructed their history as the heroes of the anti- Japanese campaigns, the Russian Revolution, and the construction of the socialist Soviet Union, and Sakhalin Koreans as the victims of forced conscription by Japan. In contrast, South Koreans have formed the consensus that Sakhalin Koreans are the victims of Japanese imperialism, but their perception of Goryosaram strongly projects the discourse of ‘betrayer’ unfaithful to the homeland as they were faithful to the Soviet Union that was hostile to Korea. Such conflicting memories of history undermine the integration of Koreans and instigate conflicts within Korean people. In order to prevent conflicting memories of history from hindering the cultural co?existence and integration of Koreans, it is required to reconstruct ethnohistory by getting away from the South?North Korean?centered fixed history and accommodating various histories of Koreans. That is, the cultural co?existence and integration of Goryosaram, Sakhalin Koreans, and South Koreans cannot be attained merely by appealing to the sameness of blood or ethnicity or by adaptation forced one?sidedly by the majorities and main streams in hierarchy within the nation. They can be achieved when we reflect the people as historical beings through the reconstruction of ethnohistory and historical unity, understand fully differences among different groups of Koreans, their wounds, and the process of their growth, and teach and learn with a desire for solidarity. In this sense, the historical unity of Koreans will encourage the national pride of Koreans in East Asia who have been torn down and wounded by colonization, diaspora, division, wars and the Cold War, promote deeper understanding of each other’s history and culture, and provide rich soil for the cultural co?existence and integration of Koreans.

        폴리감마글루탐산 및 구연산을 혼합한 인산칼슘 시멘트의 역학 및 생물학적 분석

        The purpose of this study was to make and evaluate the injectable alpha tricalcium phosphate(α-TCP) cement mixed with poly-gamma-glutamic acid(PGGA) and citric acid. α-TCP and PGGA component powders and citric acid solution were prepared. After mixing each 5, 10 and 15 wt% PGGA with α-TCP powder, the best match was decided by mechanical study. And then studies of initial setting time, pH, released calcium ion, mechanical strength, dynamic viscosity were done after mixing each 5, 10 and 15 wt% citric acid solution with α-TCP cement incorporated with 10 wt% PGGA. Also, cell proliferation assay using osteoblast and confocal microscope were performed. The results showed 10 wt% PGGA mixed with α-TCP cement was the best mechanical strength(compression strength; 50 MPa & diametral tensile strength; 18 MPa), but the initial setting time was about 90 minutes. After mixing various weight percents of citric acid, mixing with 10 wt% citric acid showed 80 MPa of compression strength, 22 MPa of diametral stensile strength and 5 minutes of initial setting time. As compared to control(MIIG™ 115), this match showed higher absorbance in cell proliferation assay, more individualization of actin and more activation of integrin in confocal microscope. Conclusively, α-TCP cement mixed with 10 wt% PGGA and 10 wt% citric acid showed good mechanical and biologic results. This study can be applied clinically to making injectable calcium phosphate cement bone substitute.

        TFT-LCD BLU용 고압 케이블의 재료특성 및 제조공정 개선을 통한 성능 향상

        To improve the efficiency of the high voltage cable for BLU(backlight unit) of TFT-LCD(Thin Film Transistor?Liquid Crystal Display), the analysis for the trial products(UL3239, UL3633) is conducted by using SEM(scanning electron microscope) and EDX(Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy). The result that it is possible to accumulate the know-how to about stranding pitch through effective improvement of stranding process. The troubles which are the badness of withstanding voltage and tensile strength etc. are solved by development of excellent material. Furthermore, phenomenon of conductor unfasten in the harness work is solved by improvement of the stranding wire process.

        원유유출 모의시험 챔버를 이용한 휘발성유기화합물(VOCs)의 농도변화에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 2007년 12월 태안반도의 원유유출 사고 당시 대기중 방출된 휘발성유기화합물의 농도를 추정하고자 원유유출 모의시험 챔버를 제작하였다. 이 챔버를 이용하여 온도와 기류를 변수로 두고, 시간에 따른 총 VOCs 농도와 개별 VOCs 농도의 변화를 측정 분석 하였다. 기류가 강할수록 VOCs의 농도가 낮고 온도가 높을수록 VOCs의 농도가 높다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 총 휘발성유기화합물(TVOCs)은 원유가 유출된 직후 6일이 지나면서 초기농도 대비 90% 이상이 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. This study prepared and utilized an imitation trial test chamber for a petroleum spill to predict the concentration of discharged Volatile Organic Compounds in the air at the time of Tae-An peninsula`s petroleum spill, which happened in December, 2007. The petroleum spill imitation trial test chamber measured and analyzed the concentration variation of total VOCs. As the ambient air velocity increased, so the concentration of VOCs decreased; and as the water temperature rose, the concentration of VOCs increased. Furthermore, it appears that total concentration of VOCs decrease by more than 90% 6 days after the initial petroleum spill compared to the initial concentration of VOCs.
