        일본의 신민족주의(新民族主義)운동:‘ 자유주의사관’(自由主義史觀)운동을 중심으로

        최근 일본사회에는 '건전한'민족주의를 주장하며 일본의 근대사를 국민들의 자긍심을 높이는 방향으로 재평가해야 한다는 지식인 중심의 운동이 사회운동의 폭넓은 지지를 획득해나가고 있다. 소위 '자유주의사관(自由主義史觀)운동이 그것이다. 이 운동은 전후 다소침체되었던 일본의 민족주의운동에 새로운 활력을 불어넣으며 일본사회 신민족주의의 만개를 예고하고 있다. 이글은 이 자유주의 사관운동이 일어난 과정과 운동의 성격을 고찰 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이 운동이 일어난 과정을 추적하기 위하여 이 글은 근대화 초기에 이루어져 전쟁을 이끈 전전의 민족주의와 전후의 상황을 먼저 고찰하였다. 전전의 민족주의가 민간에서 시작되었으나 곧 국가주도로 바뀌었던 데 비해, 최근의 신민족주의는 끊임없는 국가의 우경화를 배경으로 하고, 정당 내의 움직임과 긴밀히 연결되어 있긴 하지만, 지식인 주도의 사회운동세력이 중심이 되고 있다. 전전의 민족주의운동이 비판세력을 차례로 흡수하여 전시에는 거의 사회 전 부분을 통합시켰으며, 전후에도 소위 양심세력이 존재했다고는 하지만, 하나의 세력을 이루거나 또는 민족주의나 우경화된 정부에 도전하는 운동세력은 1960년대 신좌파 이후 찾기 힘들었다. 그러나 최근 전쟁책임문제를 둘러싸고 형성되었고, 구체적으로 자유주의사관운동에 반대하는 운동세력이 규모는 작지만 이전과는 다른 진지함과 응집성을 나타내고 있다. 장기적 경제침체 상황에서 앞으로 자유주의사관운동을 비롯한 신민족주의운동이 일본에서 당분간 계속 확대될 것과, 타 사회운동에서와 같이 국가와의 협력이 보다 강화될 것은 예측할 수 있으나, 이 운동이 전전처럼 전 사회영역으로 침투될 것인지, 그리고 국가주도로 바뀔 것인지는 두고 볼 일이다. Recently, the social movement for so called 'sound' nationalism led by the intellectuals is being widely spread in Japan. It is the movement of 'Liberalist View of History'(LVH). The intellectuals of this movement insist on re=evaluation of Japanese modern history in order for the yuoung people to have the pride of Japan. This movement seems to lead full bloom of neo-nationalism in Japen where nationalist movements became weak after the war. In this paper I aim to investigate the characteristics of the LVH movement. In order to trace the development process of this movement , I examin the pre-war nationalist movement which arose in the beginning of the modernization period and led to the war, and the post-war situation where nationalist movement became weaker. While the pre-war nationalist movement began in the civil area and then became a state-led movement , the recent n대-nationalist movement has been developed mostly by the intellectuals conservative state. The pre-war nationalist movement absorbed civil groups one by one, and finally at war time, almost all groups were integrated into this movement. After the war it was also very difficult to find the movement in the 1960s. However, recently there is a formation of a critical power having real sincerity and integrity though it is small scale. We can easily predict that this n대-nationalist movement will continuously expand within a short considrable period of time, and cooperation with the state will intensify during a long economic depression. The question remains whether this movement will incorporate all social areas and whether it will become state-led.

        깊이 측정이 가능한 마이크로 압입 시험기 개발 및 성능평가

        We developed a compact micro indentation testing device (designated SNUT) which is capable to measure Young’s modulus of a sample using depth and applied load data during indentation. Performance of this device was evaluated using pure Ti, pure Ni, and die steel (SKD11). As a result of analysing the indentation test data, the frame compliance Cf was found to influence mainly the modulus by 80% among several factors affecting accuracy of Young’s modulus. Project area, which was determined by indirect indentation method, was modified using direct SEM observation. Finally, Young’s modulus error was reduced to 5% after taking into consideration the frame compliance and modified projected area from 80% error without any these two correction factors. The performance of SNUT and MTS instruments was compared using same specimen (pure Ti).

        AZ31 마그네슘 합금의 고온 크리프 특성

        The creep deformation behavior of AZ31 magnesium alloy was examined in the temperature range from 573 to 673K (0.62 to 0.73 Tm) under various constant stresses covering low strain rate range from 4×10-9s-1 to 2×10-2 s-1. At low stress level, the stress exponent for the steady-state creep rate was ∼3 and the present results were in good agreement with the prediction of Takeuchi and Argon model. At high stress level, the stress exponent was ∼5 and the present results were in good agreement with the prediction of Weertman model. The transition of deformation mechanism from solute drag creep to dislocation climb creep could be explained in terms of solute-atmosphere- breakaway concept.

        Tuberculous Abscess of the Psoas Muscle in a Patient with Acute Lumbar Burst Fracture: A Missed Diagnosis

        The authors present a rare case of tuberculous spondylitis and a large abscess in the left psoas muscle that occurred after spinal surgery for an acute traumatic burst fracture of the L2 vertebral body. We retrospectively reviewed the patient’s first magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) we found that some unusual findings, indicative of psoas abscess had been over- looked. As a result, diagnosis and treatment of tuberculous psoas abscess and spondylitis were considerably delayed. Despite the critical condition of patients in a similar emergency, surgeons should always pay close attention to the radio- logical findings and clinical symptoms of the patient before considering a surgical intervention or biopsy.

        영양 , 사료 채종류의 겨자씨분말에 의한 가수분해와 암모니아처리 및 옥도첨가가 쥐에 미치는 영향

        In order to study the effect of feeding rapeseed oil meal (ROM) treated with enzyme hydrolysis, ammoniation and iodine supplementation on rats, a feeding experiment was conducted. Thirty-six male Wistar rats of 25-27days old were divided into 6 groups and housed randomly in the individual cages. Each group was placed on one of the following six experimental diets; Basal+ROM (Local), Basal+ROM (Canadian), Basal+ROM (Local) hydrolyzed with mustard seed powder, Basal+Ammoniated ROM (Local), Basal+ROM (Local)+lodine (KI) supplementation, and Basal+ROM (Local) hydrolyzed with mustard seed powder+lodine supplementation. Rats were kept for 6 weeks. Weight gain, feed intake, feed efficiency and weight of thyroid glands, kidneys and liver were measured. The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. Weight gains of the rats fed Basal+Canadian ROM (225.7g), Basal+Ammoniated Local ROM (219.5g) and Basal+Local ROM (218.6g) were significantly (P$lt;0.01) greater than that of Basal+Local ROM hydrolyzed with mustard seed powder+Iodine (173.7g). 2. Feed intakes of rats fed Basal+Ammoniated Local ROM (683.8g), Basal+Canadian ROM (663.3g) and Basal+Local ROM (662.7g) were significantly (P$lt;0.01) greater than that of rats fed Basal+Local ROM hydrolyzed with mustard seed powder+Iodine (542.1g). 3. The differences among treatments in feed efficiency were not statistically significant. 4. The weights of thyroid glands (per 100g body weight) of rats fed Basal+Local ROM hydrolyzed with mustard seed powder (0.285g) and Basal+Local ROM hydrolyzed with mustard seed Powder+Iodine (0.263g) were significantly (P$lt;0.01) heavier than those of the rats fed Basal+Local ROM+lodine (0.123g), Basal+ Canadian ROM (0.137g), Basal+Ammoniated Local ROM (0.142g) and Basal+Loca1 ROM (0.184g). 5. The liver weight (per 100g body weight) of rats fed Basal+Local ROM (0.137g) was significantly (P$lt;0.01) heavier than those of rats fed Basal+Local ROM+Iodine (0.104g) and Basal+Local ROM hydrolyzed with mustard seed powder+Iodine (0.109g). 6. The weight of kidneys (per 100g body weight) of rats fed Basal+Local ROM (0.027g) was significantly (P$lt;D.O1) heavier than those of rats fed Basal+Local ROM+Iodine (0.021g) and Basal+Loca1 ROM hydrolyzed with mustard seed powder+lodine (0.020g).

      • 자발성 후골간신경 손상

        요골신경의 분지인 후골간 신경손상은 주로 요골골두 손상이나 골절에 의해 나타나며, 지방종, 결절종, 점액낭염, 섬유종 또는 류마티스양 활막염 등의 비 외상성 압박에 의해서도 발생할 수 있으나 특별한 원인 없이 자발적으로 발생하는 후골간 신경손상은 비교적 드물다. 저자들은 수면 후 발생한 좌 상지 근력저하를 주소로 내원하여 시행한 신경학적 검사와 전기 생리학적 검사에서 특별한 원인 없이 자발적으로 발생한 후골간 신경손상을 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Posterior interosseous nerve, deep muscular branch of radial nerve, can be compressed by tumor, ganglion, fibroma, bursitis, or rheumatoid synovitis. But, spontaneous posterior interosseous nerve neuropathy is relatively rare. We report a case of spontaneous, non-traumatic paralysis of the posterior interosseous nerve.
