Recently, the non-fungible token (NFT) market is growing rapidly. NFTs are creating a rise in value in the market by increasing the liquidity of assets such as digital equivalents of rare works of art, digital content of value for rarity, etc. However, unlike real-world goods, NFTs do not limited, exclusive, and inherent characteristics. Considering the reality that NFTs, which are merely digital files, are traded as goods with value in the market, it is very interesting to see what role NFTs will play in the market in the future and what legal issues they will raise. NFTs can allocate the assets to be linked to a specific person on the blockchain. As a result, NFTs can trade in the market by issuing a limited number of tokens for tangible and intangible assets. In addition, the issuer of the NFT can voluntarily give up the right to dispose of the NFT and resell it to a third party. In particular, the NFT is demanding a revision of the jurisprudence on the separation of revenue from use of copyright law and revenue from use of real rights under civil law due to the absence of digital originals. Accordingly, civil law is obliged to formulate a legal logic for transactions within this scope. However, it is not yet clear whether the jurisprudence of the current civil law can be applied to the NFT, and what legal problems will arise when the jurisprudence of the civil law is applied to the NFT. Since NFT is a field that is still evolving, it is not easy to draw clear research results hastily. However, it is necessary to investigate changes in the legal environment according to the development of new technologies. Therefore, in this study, what NFT is, what kind of legal characteristics NFT has, and what kind of legal problems there are were examined.

Today, as the social and economic application areas of artificial intelligence expand and expectations for artificial intelligence increase, discussions on the autonomy of artificial intelligence are actively progressing. The reason is that artificial intelligence has come to be involved in not only physical actions, but also cognitive domains that have been considered exclusively for humans. Artificial intelligence autonomously analyzes and responds to the external environment within the range of situations set by him, and humans can selectively accept the results. Such parallelization of human actors and artificial intelligence is a key element of a so-called “division society,” and division of labor is sharpening not only between humans but also by the part- icipation of autonomous artificial intelligence in the free market economy. In a division of labor society, the actions of artificial intelligence with autonomy and quasi-cognitive capabilities are at least potentially attributed to the human actors behind them. However, the actions of artificial intelligence can produce results that are significantly different from human decision-making methods due to their inherent complexity. In this case, the actions of artificial intelligence may infringe or distort human autonomy instead of supplementing or enhancing human autonomy in human decision-making. Therefore, in order to apply the legal doctrine on the attribution of civil law perception to artificial intelligence, to what extent the norm of attribution of civil law can be applied to artificial intelligence, to what extent it belongs, and to what extent considering the characteristics of artificial intelligence. It is necessary to review whether adjustment of the norm is necessary. In this paper, the concept of autonomy of artificial intelligence and the recognition of the legal meaning will be examined, and based on this, the legal problems arising from human decision-making according to the use of artificial intelligence will be examined.

The purpose of this research was to study the effects of content delivery through means of fairy tales on children's attention span and their overall level of interest towards computers. To this end, the research question was structured as follows: Question 1: Depending on the method of PowerPoint presentation, are there differences in children's attention span towards the delivered content? Question 2: Does the presentation of fairy tales through means of a PowerPoint presentation influence and affect children's interests in computers? The subjects of this research were 40 students from the "H" Kindergarten in Hong Jeh Dong, Seoul. The group was divided into a test group of 20 students who were presented with fairy tale stories told using PowerPoint, and a comparison group of 20 students who were presented with fairy tale stories delivered using pictures. The research was conducted in four sessions over a span of four weeks, with 15 minutes spent per session. For sake of objectivity, an emphasis was placed on using fairy tales likely unfamiliar to students in both groups. The four stories used in this research were "The Lion and the Grandfather" (1997) John Burningham's "Hey, Get Off Our Train" (1995) Annette Tjong's "Baba Baba" (1998) and Kie Nobue's "The Grass Seedling is the Grass' Baby" (1997). For the research, color copies of the stories and a PowerPoint version using spanned pictures were created. The test group was shown the PowerPoint version of the stories, and the comparison group was presented with the picture version using color copies. The researchers in the delivery of the two presentations were teachers with 8 years' experience, 4 of which were ion early education. VTR recordings were made as the children listened to these stories, and their attention spans were timed through replay of the recording on a 29" TV screen and measurement using a stopwatch. As well, the aforementioned PowerPoint program was designed taking advantage of the full capacity of computers' multimedia tools in order that children's understanding/nervousness/interest, as reflective of children's overall interest towards computers, could be assessed by observing changes in interest level, In order to gauge changes in level of interest, tests were conducted using "interest measurement sheets" both before and after telling the stories via PowerPoint. The finding of this research are as follows: Regarding Question 1 : In regards to the effects of the method of delivery of fairy tale stories on the attention level of children, it was found that telling these stories using PowerPoint lead to longer attention span as compared to story telling using pictures only. Regarding Question 2: Stories using PowerPoint were effective in raising children's interests toward computers. Based on these findings, it was ascertained that in comparing the effects of story-telling using pictures versus PowerPoint on a subject group of 5-year-olds, the PowerPoint method of delivery had a greater affect in prolonging attention span and that this method had effect on the children's overall level of interests toward computers.
Vol.29 No.4
Recently, Deep learning analysis of unstructured text data using language models, such as Google’s BERT and OpenAI’s GPT has shown remarkable results in various applications. Most language models are used to learn generalized linguistic information from pre-training data and then update their weights for downstream tasks through a fine-tuning process. However, some concerns have been raised that privacy may be violated in the process of using these language models, i.e., data privacy may be violated when data owner provides large amounts of data to the model owner to perform fine-tuning of the language model. Conversely, when the model owner discloses the entire model to the data owner, the structure and weights of the model are disclosed, which may violate the privacy of the model. The concept of offsite tuning has been recently proposed to perform fine-tuning of language models while protecting privacy in such situations. But the study has a limitation that it does not provide a concrete way to apply the proposed methodology to text classification models. In this study, we propose a concrete method to apply offsite tuning with an additional classifier to protect the privacy of the model and data when performing multi-classification fine-tuning on Korean documents. To evaluate the performance of the proposed methodology, we conducted experiments on about 200,000 Korean documents from five major fields, ICT, electrical, electronic, mechanical, and medical, provided by AIHub, and found that the proposed plug-in model outperforms the zero-shot model and the offsite model in terms of classification accuracy.
