졸-겔 방법에 의하여 제조된 TiO2와 TiO2-SiO2 광촉매를 이용한 음용수 중의 대장균 살균과 엔도톡신 제거에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 대장균 살균실험은 대장균이 포함된 물이 순환되는 annular-흐름식 광촉매 코팅 반응기에서 수행되었다. 대장균의 살균능은 TiO2와 TiO2-SiO2 광촉매의 아나타제 결정성피크의 세기와 비례하였다. UV-A 조사하에 TiO2가 코팅된 반응기에서 2시간 내에 대장균을 100% 살균시킬 수 있었으며, 대장균 사멸시 생성되는 독성물질인 엔도톡신이 존재하지 않았다. 그러나 UV-C 조사하에서는 30분 이내에 대장균을 100% 살균할 수 있었으나 엔도톡신이 완전히 제게되지 않았다. 따라서 광촉매와 UV-A 조사가 음용수 살균에 유용함을 알 수 있었다.

Protection of gas turbine blade from its erosion and abrasion at high temperature and pressure is the first goal to cleanup the hot gas upstream for IGCC and PFBC. Ceramic filters represent an attractive technology for particle removal at high temperature and high pressure condition. They have demonstrated being a good system for improvement of thermal efficiency and reduction of effluent pollutants in advanced coal-based power systems such as IGCC and PFBC. Ceramic filter elements currently being developed were evaluated in the previous paper. In this paper, we measured the ash size and distribution on cleaning of ceramic candle filter. The results are as follows : in this experimental range, ceramic candle filter was shown to be fully adequate for the removal process of dust under high temperature and pressure. Also filtration efficiency of ceramic candle filter was higher than 98% compared with the regulation limit of particle size in gas turbine inlet.

This paper describes to observe the combustion process of only one droplet cluster. In this study, liquid fuel was atomized by ultrasonic wave to form an acoustically levitated droplet cluster. In order to elucidate the detailed structure of burning process of the droplet cluster, laser tomography method was applied. Time-series planar images of fuel droplets were processed and diameter of the each droplet was calculated based on the Mie-scattering theory. Using these data, the modified droplet group combustion number was estimated in time-series. As the result, when the internal droplet group combustion occur, the modified group combustion number dose not decrease monotonically, but show a tow-staged decreasing process. In all case of combustion process, combustion reactions were measured two types that combustion speed was fast and slow. It was casued by difference of concentration degree and droplet size distribution.

본 연구에서는 디지털사진의 등장과 더불어 변화하는 시장 환경에 대응하기 위한 새로운 비즈니스 모델 구축을 위해 이용충족이론과 기술수용모텔을 적용하여 소바자혁신성에 따른 디지털사진 이용동기와 디지털사진 인화서 비스의 이용의도와의 관계모형과 가설을 설정하였다. 이에 대한 연구결과는 첫째, 혁신성과 이용풍기와의 관계모형에서는 혁신성이 오락성, 사회성, 경제성에 정적인 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다 둘째, 혁신성과 이용의도와의 관계모형에서는 혁신성이 이용의도에 정적인 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 이용동기와 이용의도와의 관계모형에서는 편리성, 오락성, 경제성, 사회성이 이용의도에 정적인 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study set up a relational model and an assumption concerning how consumer innovativeness could affect the usage motive of digital photos and the usage intention of digital photo printing service, by utilizing the theory of Uses and Gratification(U&G) and Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) so as to cope with the changes in market environment and to construct a new business model. The results for the study were as below. First, innovativeness had a positive effect on convenience, entertaining element and sociality in the relational model of overall innovativeness and usage motive of digital photos. Second, it has been noted that innovativeness had a positive effect on the usage intention of digital photo printing service in the relational model between overall innovativeness and its usage intention. Third, it has been demonstrated that convenience, entertaining element, economic feasibility and sociality had a positive effect on its usage intention in the relational model between overall usage motive of digital photos and the usage intention of digital printing service.

초음파 유량계의 측정 불확도는 일반적으로는 유속 변화, 유속 분포, 난류 크기, 조도 등에 따른 측정회선 배치와 구조와 이들을 활용한 적분법과 같은 다양한 요인에 의해 영향을 받는다. 이러한 요인들의 영향과 크기를 확인하기 위하여 전산유체역학(CFD)을 이용한 모델링 해석을 통해 그 크기 와 영향을 상대적으로 비교하고 이룰 실증을 통해 확인하는 방법이 효과적이다. 본 연구에서는 관로를 통과하는 유체 흐름 단면의 평균 속도를 얻기 위해 측정 회선이 5 회선 평행인 경로의 초음파 유량계에서 유량계 전과 후단의 직관부별로 장애물이 존재할 때, 단면 위치에서의 회선별 유속분포와 변화를 비교하였다. 특히 단일 및 이중곡관부 장애물과 버터 플라이 밸브에 대하여 모델링을 실시하였다. 얻어진 결과는 유속변화, 직관부 거리 및 설치 방향에 따라 다양하게 변화하며 일반적인 설치 환경을 고려하여 장애물과 초음파 유량계와의 회선 진행경로와 유속분포 형태의 교차방법으로 훨씬 덜 민감하게 초음파 유량계를 사용하며 , 더 나은 신뢰성으로 이어진다는 것을 확인 하였다.

We actually installed antibacterial air filter on the air intake route to air conditioner in passenger car and evaluated filters performance on antibacterial effect. And also, antibacterial effect was observed at whole are of filter media by zone of inhibition test. In the evaluation of antibacterial test, it was shown that the air filter has notably sufficient antibacterial efficiency against ordinary filter.
단일 대학병원의 지역의약품안전센터에 보고된 소아청소년의 약물유해반응 분석

Purpose: Adverse drug reactions (ADRs) are a recurring problem among pediatric patients, and the incidence is increasing. However, there have been only a few studies on the clinical presentation of pediatric ADRs in Korea. This study investigated the clinical presentation of ADRs and the causative drugs in pediatric patients from a single university hospital. Methods: We retrospectively collected the data on pediatric ADRs as reported to the Regional Pharmacovigilance Center in Dong-A University Hospital between March 2013 and July 2016. We analyzed clinical presentations associated with the events. To determinate causality, we evaluated each ADR according to the Naranjo probability scale, the World Health Organization-Uppsala Monitoring Centre (WHO-UMC) criteria and the Korean ADR algorithm. Results: A total of 365 ADR cases were reported. Sixty-eight patients (26.5%) responded to 2 or more drugs. Antibiotics (43.3%) were the most common causative drugs, of whom the third generation cephalosphorins caused most ADRs. The most common clinical presentations were gastrointestinal manifestations (36.6%). A total of 312 ADRs were reported in 257 patients based on both the Naranjo probability scale and the Korean ADR algorithm. In addition, 323 ADRs were reported in 257 patients based on the WHO-UMC criteria. Conclusion: Various drugs are related to ADRs in pediatric patients. Further efforts to improve ADR-reporting systems and to increase awareness of ADRs in pediatric patients are needed. (Allergy Asthma Respir Dis 2018;6:263-269)
