새터민과 남한주민을 위한 문화통합교육의 과제

본 연구는 새터민이 남한사회에 정착하여 생활하는 과정 속에서 겪는 사회문화적 갈등을 새터민의 관점에서 파악하고, 또한 남한사람들이 새터민에 대하여 어떠한 인식을 가지고 있고 새터민과의 관계에서 어떠한 갈등을 경험하는지를 파악하여, 이에 대한 질적 분석을 토대로 남북한주민간의 갈등을 가능한 한 예방하기 위한 문화통합교육의 중심이 되는 주제들을 도출하였다. 이십 세 이상 새터민 성인 남녀 28여명에게 반 구조화된 면접을 시행한 자료와 새터민을 접촉하는 남한사람들인 신변보호담당관들과 새터민 지원단체 자원봉사 교사들에게 집단면접조사를 시행한 자료를 사용하여 질적 분석을 실시하였다. 주요 내용을 범주화하고 주제별 코딩을 실시하여 나온 주제들 중에서 새터민과 남한주민의 문화통합교육을 구성하는데 핵심적인 내용을 이루는 주제들을 선별해내었다. 이 연구는 새터민이 남한사회에 들어와서 남한사회의 문화와 가치관을 일방적으로 수용함으로써 사회 속에서 겪게 되는 갈등을 해결하고 적응한다는 관점에서 새터민의 문화갈등 문제를 다루기보다는 새터민으로 대표되는 북한 문화와 남한의 주류문화 간의 상호작용이라는 관점에서 새터민의 ‘문화통합’ 문제를 다루었다. The study identifies the major themes for integration education program which enhances the relationship between the north Korean refugees and their south Korean hosts. The themes were selected based on qualitative analysis of the socio-cultural conflicts experienced by the refugees and the hosts in the acculturation process. Twenty-eight north Korean refugees over age 20 participated in semi-structured interviews, and two south Korean groups in close contact with the refugees, police and volunteer teachers, were interviewed in focus groups. The interviews were recorded and transcribed for categorization and coding. The study views the acculturation issue as the two-sided integration task for both the north Korean refugees and the south Korean hosts rather than as the one-sided acceptance and assimilation task for the refugees.

리더의 코칭행동이 감정노동자의 행동에 미치는 영향 : 이론적 배경과 제안

This study is to theoretically investigate the impact that leader Ccoaching has on the deep action by emotional labor. To achieve the goal of this study, we reviewed literature in the areas of leader coaching and emotional labor worker behaviors. Base on the existing theories and empirical evidences, the following conclusions were made. 1) Deep action by emotional labor has positive influence on reducing the negative result such as job stress from emotional dissonance and emotional exhaustion, 2) Deep action by emotional labor is likely to be caused by empathy concern, task autonomy, self efficacy, positive affect state and the boss's confidence and support, 3) And especially leader coaching was considered an important factor that can affect deep action by emotional labor. Although this study was to have theoretical review regarding leader coaching and emotional labor, in depth discussion on theoretical and practical meaning of the findings of the study and future study direction were supplied throughout the discussion section.

문화적응이론의 전개와 현황

Research on culture travel, culture contact and acculturation have increased dramatically since the 1980's. The research not only increased in quantity, but also went through qualitative development with the establishment of theoretical paradigms with reference to psychological theories in various fields. This paper reviews the major concepts such as between- and within-society contact, culture shock and psychological acculturation, and consequences of acculturation. It also examines major research topics for various acculturating groups such as immigrants, sojourners, refugees, ethnocultural groups and tourists. The developments in research in major theoretical paradigms, culture learning, stress, coping and adjustment, social identification theory, and Berry's acculturation theory were reviewed. Finally challenges for future research in acculturation and the need for research on the Korean situation were discussed. 문화간 이동과 접촉의 과정에서 발생하는 적응문제에 대한 연구는 1980년경부터 크게 증가하여, 연구성과들이 양적으로도 쏟아져 나왔고, 다양한 심리학 분야의 이론들과 연계하여 질적으로도 이론의 체계를 갖추기 시작하였다. 이 글에서는 문화적응 분야의 이론적 발전과정과 최근의 현황을 소개하고, 평가하였다. 우선 사회내 접촉과 사회간 접촉의 구분, 문화적응을 가리키는 여러 개념, 문화적응의 결과 등, 이 분야 관련 연구의 주요 개념들을 소개하고, 이민자, 체류자, 난민, 토착민, 민족문화집단, 관광객 등 문화적응 과정에 있는 집단 별로 지금까지 다루어온 주요 연구주제들을 살펴보았다. 다음으로는 문화적응 분야의 주요 이론적 패러다임들인 문화 학습이론, 스트레스 대처 이론, 사회 정체감 이론, Berry의 문화적응 이론 등의 전개와 현황을 논의하였다. 결론에서는 현재 한국 사회에서 일어나고 있는 문화적응의 문제들과 이에 대한 연구가 매우 미약한 현황, 그리고 앞으로의 과제에 대하여 논의하였다.

Real time video communication and remote control is an important factor in the development of unmanned combat vehicle. This paper constructs remote control aiming system of unmanned combat vehicle using the panoramic image. Panoramic image is created by using four webcam and it is delivered to the user in the remote location through a wireless communication. The user confirms the target through the real time panoramic image and performs a remote aiming and firing. It implements them in the scaled model.

This Paper is centering around the pastor, sermon on a pulpit, modern pastors and their preaching, and the types of sermon and the church growth. The pastors are chiefly in charge of sermon, education, and administration in the church. As a shepherd, the pastor employs in tending, feeding and guarding the sheep. Preaching can be said to have priority over the other things which a pastor is in charge of in the church. Therefore, as a messenger of gospel he must become an authority on sermon preferentially. For his preaching is the very spiritual and living bread for needy people. Jesus is the very our bread. He is the man from Nazareth, a leader of a new community, a friend of needy people, a teacher of spiritual and living truth, a liberator of people, and Lord of the universe. That is, the Gospel has to do entirely with Christ. However, most of modern preachers are inclined to have had the church grown without taking precedence over preaching the spiritual and living bread. Their consideration is given to church growth before the Gospcel itself. As it is seen in the Bible, the gospel is called the gospel of God, the gospel of Christ, the gospel of the grace of God, the gospel of peace, the gospel of our salvation, and the glorious gospel. And, the tample, the synagogue and the church has been designed chiefly as a place where the profession of preaching has been practiced, by man becoming the human channel through which God sent His message. Therefore, it must always be borne in mind that the profession of preaching takes precedence of the church growth. The church growth can be found to be under the control of the types of preaching such as traditional, progressible, and frantically systic preachings. In conclusion, as a messenger of gospel, only a pastor who preaches balanced and harmonioustypes of sermon is sure to bring about sound growth of churches.

목회자는 '보통' 목회자가 되려고 노력해야 한다. 이 말은 높은 이상, 원대한 꿈을 접으라는 뜻은 결코 아니다. 다만 일약 스타 목사가 되려는 꿈속에 빠진다면 자신도 모르는 사이에 물량주의, 성공주의, 가시적 업적주의의 유혹에 떨어져 목회자의 본질에서 먹어지기 때문에 하는 말이다. 이와 더불어 긴 안목에서 민주적인 목화를 해야 한다. 과거에 목회자가 명령하면 그대로 따르는 것이 미덕이었다. 그러나 요즘에 와서 성도들도 입을 열길 원하기 때문에 성도들의 개성을 살리면서 하나로 조화시키는 능력이 필요하다. 교회의 지체들 사이에 대화가 끊어지고 자유로운 커뮤니케이션이 보장되지 않는다면 건강한 교회를 만들 수 없다.
