드론의 발전현황과 향후 시장전망

드론은 군사용으로 제일 먼저 개발되어 시장을 형성했지만, 오픈소스 드론의 제작이 많아지면서 소비자 시장도 급속도로 확대되고 있다. 최근 중국의 DJI는 기업가치 100억 달러 이상을 넘볼 정도로 급성장을 하였고, 드론용 소프트웨어나 플랫폼을 확보한 스타트업 기업들에 대한 투자도 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 구글이나 페이스북, 아마존 등은 자사의 서비스 강화를 위한 목적으로 드론 기술을 적극적으로 활용하고 있으며, 드론의 시장 확대에 따른 드론 시장 생태계도 크게 확장되고 있다. 최근 드론에 대한 관심이 뜨겁다. 특히 중국의 DJI는 모형 헬리콥터의 비행조종 시스템을 만들다가 전격적으로 소비자 드론 시장에 뛰어들었는데, 2014년 약 5억 달러 정도의 매출을 올렸다고 한다. 이는 2013년과 비교할 때 4배가 증가한 것이며, 2015년에는 또 다시 2배 이상 성장을 할 것으로 보여 올해에는 소비자 드론을 만드는 기업중에서 세계 최초로 10억 달러 매출을 달성할 것으로 예측된다. 당연히 기업가치도 크게 상승해서, 실리콘밸리에서는 DJI의 기업 가치를 100억 달러 이상으로 보고 있다.

높은 광출력을 갖는 Laser Diode Bar의 열응력 개선: 마이크로-홈 도입을 통한 응력 분포 변화 분석

Relief of thermal stress has received great attention, to improve the beam quality and stability of high-power laser diodes. In this paper, we investigate a microtrench structure engraved around a laser-diode chip-on-submount (CoS) to relieve the thermal stress on a laser-diode bar (LD-bar), using the SolidWorks® software. First, we systematically analyze the thermal stress on the LD-bar CoS with a metal heat-sink holder, and then derive an optimal design for thermal stress relief according to the change in microtrench depth. The thermal stress of the front part of the LD-bar CoS, which is the main cause of the "smile effect", is reduced to about 1/5 of that without the microtrench structure, while maintaining the thermal resistance. 열응력 완화 기술은 고출력 레이저 다이오드의 빔의 품질과 안정성을 향상시키기 위한 주요 요소기술로 큰 주목을 받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 레이저 다이오드 바(LD-bar) chip-on-submount (CoS)에 발생하는 열응력 분포 양상을 SolidWorks 소프트웨어를 사용하여 해석하고, 마이크로-홈 구조 도입에 따라 열응력 완화에 미치는 영향을 체계적으로 분석한다. 마이크로-홈 구조는 누적응력을 차단하는 효과가 있는 반면, 열흐름을 방해하는 역기능도 있으므로, 시스템 구조와 방열금속판 두께에 따라 홈 깊이를 최적화할 필요가 있다. 간단히 도입된 예시구조에 대하여, LD-bar CoS의 칩 홀더 금속판에 도입하는 마이크로-홈 구조 최적화를 통해 칩 전면부 표면 응력을 마이크로-홈 구조가 없는 경우의 약 1/5 정도로 낮추었다. 향후 초고출력 시스템에서 방열을 위한 열저항과 광출력 빔크기를 최소한으로 유지하면서, 열응력을 효과적으로 완화시키는 구조로 활용이 기대된다.

최근 VR(Virtual Reality)와 AR(Augmented Reality) 관련한 기술 개발과 사업화로 커다란 글로벌 기업들이 치열한 경쟁을 하고 있다. 이런 상황에서는 흔히 기술 그 자체와 산업적인 부분에 매몰되는 부작용을 간과할 수가 있는데, 특히 의학분야에서도 우려가 되는 부분들이 없지 않다. 그렇지만, 역설적이게도 VR과 AR이 활용될 수 있는 가능성이 가장 높은 산업분야도 건강의학 분야다.

니체의 ‘위대한 정치’에서 위계질서

본 논문은 니체가 ‘위대한 정치’에서 위계질서를 어떻게 구상했는지 해명하는 것을 목표로 한다. 그리고 본고는 그것은 무엇보다 「안티크리스트」에서 제시된 생리학적 위계질서로서 파악하였으며, 이를 보다 분명히 하기 위해 당대 진화론과 신체에 대한 니체의 관심이 ‘신체의 귀족주의’로 표현되고 있음을 보이려고 했다. 한편 이 위계질서에서는 지배하기에 적합한 자가 소수로 그려지는데, 이런 관점이 ‘위대한 정치’는 인류를 전체로서 육성한다는 니체의 말과 어떻게 모순되지 않게 이해될 수 있는지 밝히려고 했다. This paper aims to elucidate the concept of rank-order that Nietzsche designed in ‘Great Politics’. As to this rank-order, I understand it as the physiological rank-order as presented in The Anti-Christ. To explain this more clearly, I demonstrate that Nietzsche"s interest in body and contemporary theory of evolution was expressed in ‘aristocracy of body’. On the other hand, it is delineated in this rank-order that the individuals who are entitled to rule are few, and I show that this view is not contrary to Nietzsche"s posthumous note saying ‘great politics’ will breed humankind as a whole.

니체의 위대한 정치와 하나의 유럽

본 논문의 목표는 니체의 위대한 정치에서 ‘하나의 유럽’이 중요한 하나의 축을 형성하고 있음을 분명히 드러내 보이는 것이다. 저 표현은 니체의 위대한 정치에 대한 구상이 당대의 구체적인 현실적 문맥 속에서 이루어졌다는 것을 보여준다. 하지만 그동안 ‘하나의 유럽’은 그 중요성에 비해서 다소 덜 주목받았으며, 그래서 위대한 정치는 자주 현실적 문맥 없이 철학적이고 이념적인 지평에서만 주로 설명되어 왔다. 이런 상황에서 본 논문은 출판된 저서뿐만 아니라 유고와 편지에 흩어져 있는 니체의 언급들을 면밀히 추적하여 위대한 정치와 ‘하나의 유럽’의 깊은 연관을 밝히려 했다. 이를 통해 본고가 보일 것은 먼저 니체가 ‘위대한 정치’라는 말로써 새로운 지배구조물을 세우려고 한다는 것, 그리고 그 지배구조물이 세워질 터 혹은 위대한 정치가 수행될 지평이 바로 ‘하나의 유럽’이며, 그것은 단순히 공간이 아니라 무엇보다 문화적 의미에서의 지평이라는 것이다. This paper aims to demonstrate that the expression ‘One Europe’ is an important pillar in Nietzsche’s ‘great politics’. The expression indicates that the concept of ‘great politics’ was formed in the concrete context of contemporary situations. However, ‘great politics’ has been explained simply from philosophical and abstract perspectives, often without considering the concrete context. In this respect, this paper tries to demonstrate the deep involvement of ‘One Europe’ with ‘great politics’ by tracing Nietzsche’s texts, including letters and posthumous works, not only published books. What I will clarify from this examination is that through ‘great politics’, Nietzsche wants to build a new ruling-structure (Herrschaftsgebilde), and One Europe is the setting for this proposed structure of ‘great politics’ to preside above all in a cultural sense.

교사의 의사결정 반영 및 학교만족도와 학교장의 변혁적 리더십의 관계에 관한 문헌분석

본 연구는 교사의 의사결정 반영 및 학교만족도와 학교장의 변혁적 리더십의 관계에 관한 문헌분석을 하였다. 한국교육학술정보원 사이트(www.riss.kr)에서 교사의 의사결정 반영, 학교만족도, 학교장의 변혁적 리더십과 관련한 키워드를 중심으로 검색하였고, 국내학술지 61편을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 교사의 의사가 적극적으로 반영될수록 학교에 대한 만족도는 높아지고, 학교장이 변혁적 리더십을 발휘하여 교사의 의사결정 반영 정도가 높아지면 학교만족도 역시 함께 향상되는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 학교장의 변혁적 리더십에 따라 교사의 의사결정 반영과 학교만족도가 다르게 나타나는 것이다. 본 연구는 학교 현장뿐만 아니라 정책적으로도 유의미한 시사점을 제공해줄 것으로 기대된다. 학교장의 학교경영에 유용한 자료로 활용될 것이며, 효율적 학교경영에도 시사하는 바가 크다고 볼 수 있다. 정책적으로도 교사의 학교만족도 제고 및 학교의 민주적 의사결정 문화 형성에 유의미한 기초 자료로 활용될 것이다. This study conducted a literature analysis on the relationship between teacher decision-making reflection and school satisfaction and school principal's transformational leadership. Keywords related to teachers' decision-making reflection, school satisfaction, and school principals' transformational leadership were searched on the Korea Educational Research and Information Service website (www.riss.kr), and 61 domestic academic journals were analyzed. According to the analysis, the more actively the teacher's intention is reflected, the higher the satisfaction level of the school, and the higher the level of reflection of the teacher's decision by the principal of the school, the better the school's satisfaction level. In other words, teachers' decision-making reflection and school satisfaction are different depending on the transformational leadership of the school principal. The study is expected to provide significant implications not only for school sites but also for policy. It will be used as a useful material for school management by school principals, and it also has great implications for efficient school management. Policy-wise, it will also be used as a significant basis for enhancing teachers' school satisfaction and forming a democratic decision-making culture in schools.

스피노자 철학에서 국가에 대한 정서론적 설명과 그 한계

본고는 우선 관계론적 이해에 입각하여 스피노자의 국가론을 살펴본다. 그것은 원자론적인 개인을 모델로 하는 홉스적 설명과 달리, 마트롱이 지적하듯 대중의 정서들의 놀이를 통해 국가를 설명하는 것이다. 본고는 이러한 설명의 장점을 인정하면서도, 그것이 다시 어떠한 난점을 만나며 그럼으로써 홉스적인 틀을 완전히 벗어나지 못하게 된다고 파악한다. 이런 면에서 본고가 보이고자 하는 바는 관계론적 이해가 국가의 성립에 대한 그 자체로서는 완결될 수 없는 설명방식이라는 점이다. This paper first discusses Spinoza’s theory of the state from the perspective of the relationalist understanding. From this understanding, which differs from the Hobbesian explanation construed on the model of atomistic individualism, as Matheron points out, Spinoza’s theory of the state is explained based on theplayoff affects. While recognizing the strong points of this explanation, I again see that this comes to face with some difficulties, thereby it cannot be entirely away from the Hobbesian frame. In this respect, this paper shows that the relationalist understanding is an interpretation which cannot be completed in itself regarding the state.
