본 논문에서는 Marching Cube(MC)의 알고리즘을 이용하여 3차원 모델을 빠르게 복원하기 위한 방법을 제안한다. MC 알고리즘은 대용량의 데이터를 복원하기 때문에 많은 수의 복셀로부터 등가면을 추출하는데 오랜 시간이 걸린다. 또한 많은 수의 삼각형 패치 생성은 빠른 렌더링을 수행할 수 없다는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 등가면 추출 및 형성시간을 단축하고 형성된 등가면을 통합하는 과정을 통해 실행시간과 렌더링 시간을 단축할 수 있는 방법을 제안함으로서 MC의 문제점을 해결한다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship achievement goal orientation and intrinsic motivation in ball gall athletes. A total of 168 active athletes were surveyed including 80 hockey athletes and 88 handball athletes. The average age of the men are 21.74(SD=4.36) and 19.54(SD=3.02) for the women. The study used adapted versions of the Task and Ego orientation in Sport Questionnaire(Duda & Nichills, 1989) and the Intrinsic Motivation Inventory(Ryan, 1980). Multivariate analysis of variance and two-way ANOVA were used for statistical analyses. The conclusions from the findings are; (1) there is a positive relationship achievement goal orientation and intrinsic motivation. (2) task orientation was significantly different main effects according to sport type, gender, and school career, also, there are different no interaction effects. (3) ego orientation was significantly different main effects according to sport type and school career, but gender was no different. also, ego orientation was different no interaction effects. (4) task orientation according to sport type, gender, and school career was significantly different interrest, perceived competence, and effort. (5) ego orientation according to sport type was significantly different interrest. According to gender and school career was significantly different interrest, perceived competence, and effort. The paper concludes with future derections for work on goal perspectives and intrinsic motivation in sport.

우수 농구 코치들의 코칭지식에 대한 질적연구

본 연구의 목적은 코칭지식의 우수성이 검증된 여고농구 코치 5명을 대상으로 훈련과 시합상황에서 나타나는 코칭내용과 방법을 어떻게 사용하였는가를 심층 분석하는데 있다. 개별 인터뷰를 통한 코칭지식에 대한 자료분석 결과, 훈련상황에서는 태도 및 철학, 전문지식, 전술 및 전략, 팀 관리 등 4개 차원으로 분류되었다. 시합상황에서는 심리적 기법, 전술 및 전략, 그리고 경기운영 등 3개 차원으로 분류되었다. 구체적으로 훈련상황에서 태도 및 철학 차원은 끊임없는 노력, 페어플레이 정신, 책임감, 승부 근성, 따뜻한 마음, 인내력, 정직함, 낙관성 범주로 나타났다. 전문적 지식은 기초체력, 기본기술 및 전문기술, 철저한 분석, 운동처방, 스포츠 영양학 범주로 나타났다. 전략 및 전술은 선수특성 전략, 실전과 유사한 전략, 팀웍 전략 범주로, 심리적 기법은 목표설정, 피드백과 의사소통, 자기암시, 긍정적 강화, 분위기 환기, 패션감각 범주로 나타났다. 팀 관리는 팀의 안정성과 원만한 대인관계 범주로 분류되었다. 시합상황에서 심리적 기법은 심리적 안정, 자신감 고취, 긍정적 강화, 심리적 역이용, 심상훈련 범주로 분류되었고 전략 및 전술은 기술적 전략으로 경기운영에는 경기운영 능력 범주로 분류되었다. 이러한 결과는 코치가 선수들을 지도할 때 어떠한 코칭지식을 갖고 있어야 하는 경험적인 측면과 앞으로 코칭지식 연구의 방향성을 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the coaching knowledge of five successful basketball coaches in woman`s high schools. They were interviewed and answered half-structured questions asking them for their coaching methods and contents used training and competition. The data were drawn from verbatim transcriptions of the interviews and were inductively content analyzed. Five major dimensions emerged from data in training: Attitude and philosophy, technical knowledge, psychological strategies, team management. Three major dimensions emerged from data in competitive: psychological strategies, technical strategies, game management. These results were discussed in terms of coaching knowledge for basketball coaches and some future studies were suggested.

여자프로농구선수들이 인식하는 코치-선수의 상호작용

The purpose of this study was to investigate how basketball players perceived the coach-player relationship factor on the groundwork of Kelly & Thibaut's mutual dependence theory as social psychological aspect in sport. Nine woman basketball players were individually interviewed in depth with player's direct perspective according to three types of situation practice, tournament, general. Response date was categorized into common context and then context was analyzed inductively. As a result, 230 raw data was categorized into 8 sub-division which were trust, respect, conversation, encouragement, complement, team atmosphere, cooperation, and skill & strategy and into four general division which were intimacy, interest, complementarity, and professionalism. Each relationship factor according to situation was variously presented, conceptualizing personal connection and interpreting it as a series of coach-player social-psychological process. This result showed that in sport context, coach-player's interdependency is essential and what they perceive from their relationship helps them to carry on their role and responsibility. In addition, the relationship between variables such as the form, level, and cultural aspect of sport was discussed.

검사의 역할과 검사 직업윤리의 필요성

수사의 주재자로서 구속에 관하여 전권을 행사하며 독립된 국가기관으로서의 검사의 처신과 행동은 바람직한 상은 무엇인지, 규율을 지키는 것 이전의 검사개인의 윤리의식의 함양은 언제 어디서 어떻게 이루어지는지의 문제에 대해 검토는 중요하며 검사 윤리의식 함양을 위해 무엇보다 중요한 것은 검사 개개인의 윤리의식의 확립이다. 최근 빈발하는 검사비리사건의 근본원인을 검사의 역할에 대한 관념결여와 교육의 부재에서 찾을 때, 이러한 문제인식으로부터 법조인양성의 단계에서부터 개인의 윤리의식을 함양하는 것의 중요성을 이끌어낼 수 있다. 윤리의식 함양의 교육의 통로로서 검사의 윤리규칙을 확립하는 것은 의미 있는 작업이며 일본에서는 이와 같은 검사윤리규칙의 모델 안을 작성하는 것을 통해 모델안의 개별조항의 검토를 통해 배후의 검사의 역할관의 차이가 명확해짐을 인지하고 로스쿨의 법조윤리시간에 검찰의 역할에 대해 가르쳐야 할 필요성 있음을 근거로 선행연구가 진행 중에 있다. 본 논문에서는 당사자주의 하에서의 검사의 역할과 그를 위해 요구되는 검사윤리규정의 재고를 위해 각국 특히 일본의 법조윤리, 특히 검사의 비리 태양와 그 차이, 검사 윤리규정의 내용을 검토하고, 일본에서 최근 행해지고 있는 법조윤리, 특히 검찰윤리관련 연구동향을 살펴 한국에의 시사점을 찾고자 한다.

인문사회 : 국가대표 여자 농구 선수들의 은퇴에 대한 지각 탐색

이 연구는 국가대표 여자 농구 선수들의 목표, 은퇴에 대한 심리적 및 정서적 반응, 은퇴 후의 예상되는 어려움, 은퇴를 위한 준비, 그리고 선수들이 원하는 은퇴 지원 프로그램 등 은퇴에 대해 어떻게 지각하고 있는가를 귀납적 방법으로 내용분석을 하였다. 개별 면접을 통해 은퇴에 대한 자료분석 결과, 선수들의 목표는 최고수행, 고등교육 진학, 지도자, 명예로운 은퇴, 가정생활 등 5가지 차원으로 나타났다. 선수들의 은퇴에 대한 심리적 및 정서적 반응은 애상(哀傷), 불안감, 수용 등 3개 차원으로 나타났다. 선수들이 예상되는 은퇴 후의 어려움은 사회적응문제, 기본소양 부족, 가사 경험 부족 등 3개 차원으로 나타났다. 선수들의 은퇴를 위한 준비는 경력 개발, 교양 습득, 일상 경험 등 3개 차원으로 나타났다. 선수들의 원하는 은퇴 후 지원 프로그램은 사회 적응프로그램, 소양교육 프로그램, 전문인 양성 프로그램, 상담프로그램 등 4개 차원으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 여자 선수들의 은퇴에 대한 전반적인 인식을 파악하고 차후 연구의 방향을 제시하였다. This study inductively analyzed how women`s national basketball team players perceive retirement in terms of their goal, psychological and emotional reaction to retirement, expected difficulties after retirement, retirement preparation and retirement aid. As a result of data analysis for the retirement based on individual interview with players, it turned out that their goals are composed of the following five dimensions: best performance, higher education, leader, honorable retirement and family life. Psychological and emotional reaction to retirement turned out to be composed of the following three dimensions: grief, anxiety, acceptance. Expected difficulties after retirement turned out to be composed of the following three dimensions: adaptation to society, lack of elementary knowledge, inexperienced housework. Retirement preparation turned out to be composed of the following three dimensions: career development, culture acquisition, daily experience. Retirement aid turned out to be composed of the following four dimensions: program for adaptation to society, cultural education program, expert training program and counsulting program. Based on the research results, this study grasped the overall perception of women athletes` retirement and proposed the development of retirement aid program.

형사절차에서의 피해자참가제도 도입을 위한 비교 연구 : 피해자권리의 보호·지원을 위한 일본 담당기관의 역할을 중심으로

형사사법절차에서의 피해자 보호의 필요성이라는 세계적 조류와 국내의 상황적 필요에 의해 공판단계에서의 피해자의 참가와 권리에 대한 논의는 더욱 활발히 이루어졌고 피해자보호 관련 입법이 진행되는 계기가 되었다. 또한 최근 성폭력 범죄와 아동․청소년 대상 범죄의 급증으로 인한 피해자에 대해 관심이 증가하는 사회분위기 속에서 피해자에 대한 입법적 대처와 보호가 두텁게 이루어지고 있는 가운데 피해자참가제도의 도입 논의 중에 있다. 우리의 경우 피해자의 형사절차 참여 제도 도입을 검토함에 있어 2008년부터 이미 시행 중인 일본의 피해자 참가제도를 모델로 참고하였다. 양국에 있어 범죄 피해자 보호에 대한 인식과 대처가 각국의 상황과 필요에 의해 진행되고 있는 바 각 제도와 법률의 내용과 운영현황의 비교는 의의를 가진다. 이에 우리 법문화에 맞는 제도 도입과 성공적 정착을 위해 선행경험국인 일본의 피해자참가제도의 도입과정에서부터 운영현황과 그 경과분석, 학계와 실무계의 평가와 시행착오, 문제점 등을 다각적으로 검토 한다. Awareness and handling of the protection of victims of crime in both our countries are by their respective circumstances and needs be carried out by the content of each institution and what legal and operational status of a comparison with the significance.
