Nano-indium-coated ZnO:In thick films were prepared by a hydrothermal method. ZnO:In gas sensors were fabricated by a screen printing method on alumina substrates. The gas sensing properties of the gas sensors were investigated for hydrocarbon gas. The effects of the indium concentration of the ZnO:In gas sensors on the structural and morphological properties were investigated by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. XRD patterns revealed that the ZnO:In with wurtzite structure was grown with (1 0 0), (0 0 2), and (1 0 1) peaks. The quantity of In coating on the ZnO surface increased with increasing In concentration. The sensitivity of the ZnO:In sensors was measured for 5 ppm $CH_4$ gas and $CH_3CH_2CH_3$ gas at room temperature by comparing the resistance in air with that in target gases. The highest sensitivity to $CH_4$ gas and $CH_3CH_2CH_3$ gas of the ZnO:In sensors was observed at the In 6 wt%. The response and recovery times of the 6 wt% indiumcoated ZnO:In gas sensors were 19 s and 12 s, respectively.
Bi를 첨가한 백색 LED용 ZnS:Mn 황색형광체의 발광특성

Bi co-doped ZnS:Mn,Bi yellow phosphors for white light emitting diodes were prepared by the conventional solidstate reaction method. The optical and structural properties of ZnS:Mn,Bi phosphors were investigated by x-ray diffraction, scanning electro microscopy and photoluminescence. ZnS:Mn,Bi phosphors showed XRD patterns of hexagonal structure. The photoluminescence of ZnS:Mn,Bi phosphors showed spectra extending from 480 to 700 nm, peaking at 580 nm. The photoluminescence of 580 nm in the ZnS:Mn,Bi phosphors was associated with the 4T1 ${\rightarrow}$ 6A1 transition of the Mn2+ ions. The highest photoluminescent intensity of the phosphors under 405 nm and 450 nm excitation was obtained at Bi concentration of 7mol%. The optimum mixing conditions with epoxy and yellow phosphor for white light emitting diodes were observed in a ratio of epoxy:yellow phosphor of 1:3.5. The CIE chromaticity of the white LED at the 1:3.5 ratio was X = 0.3454 and Y = 0.2449.
한방치료를 적용한 퇴행성 척추전방전위증 환자 치험 1례

본 논문은 좌하지비증(左下肢痺症)및 보행장애와 간헐적인 하지통증을 주소로 하며 Meyerding 분류 상 grade II에 해당하는 퇴행성 척추전방전위증 환자에 대한 증례로 기존에 많이 시행되어 오던 치료방법인 침구치료 및 약물치료에 추나치료를 추가 시행하여 통증 호전 및 한 번에 이동 가능한 보행 거리의 증가와 영상의학적 변화를 보였다. 향후 척추전방전위증 환자의 한방적 치료에 대한 보다 다양한 연구와 임상적 고찰이 이루어져야 한다고 사료된다. Objectives : This study was performed to report the effect of oriental medical treatment including chuna manual therapy for the spondylolisthesis patient. Methods : We treated him by oriental medical treatment including acupuncture, herb therapy and chuna manual therapy. And the result was assessed by numerical rating scale(NRS), walking distance at once and radiological examination. Results : After treatment, NRS changed from 8 to 4, walking distance at once changed from 175m to 500m, percent of slip changed from 28.62% to 19.80% and slip angle changed from $20.0^{\circ}$ to $22.8^{\circ}$. Conclusions : In this study, oriental medical treatment including chuna therapy was effective in spondylolisthesis patient. But additional studies will be needed.

자바 스크립트는 정적인 HTML 문서에 동적인 기능을 제공하기 위해 자주 사용되는 언어이며, 최근에 HTML5 표준이 발표됨으로써 더욱더 관심 받고 있다. 이렇게 자바 스크립트의 중요도가 커짐에 따라, 자바 스크립트를 사용하는 공격( DDos 공격, 개인 정보 유출 등 )이 더욱 더 위협적으로 다가오고 있다. 이 악성 자바 스크립트는 흔적을 남기지 않기 때문에, 자바 스크립트 코드만으로 악성 유무를 판단해야 하며, 실제 악성 행위가 브라우저에서 자바 스크립트가 실행될 때 발생되기 때문에, 실시간으로 그 행위를 분석해야만 한다. 이러한 이유로 본 논문은 위 요구사항을 만족하는 분석 엔진을 소개하려 한다. 이 분석 엔진은 시그니쳐 기반의 정적 분석으로 스크립트 코드의 악성을 탐지하고, 행위 기반의 동적 분석으로 스크립트의 행위를 분석하여 악성을 판별하는 실시간 분석 기술이다. JavaScript is a popular technique for activating static HTML. JavaScript has drawn more attention following the introduction of HTML5 Standard. In proportion to JavaScript`s growing importance, attacks (ex. DDos, Information leak using its function) become more dangerous. Since these attacks do not create a trail, whether the JavaScript code is malicious or not must be decided. The real attack action is completed while the browser runs the JavaScript code. For these reasons, there is a need for a real-time classification and determination technique for malicious JavaScript. This paper proposes the Analysis Engine for detecting malicious JavaScript by adopting the requirements above. The analysis engine performs static analysis using signature-based detection and dynamic analysis using behavior-based detection. Static analysis can detect malicious JavaScript code, whereas dynamic analysis can detect the action of the JavaScript code.
