시스템 다이내믹스의 정책지렛대를 활용한 RTE 핵심성공요인 도출에 관한 연구

본 연구는 실시간 기업(Real-Time Enterprise:RTE)의 핵심성공요인(Critical Success Factor: CSF)을 도출에 관한 내용으로써 기존에 연구되었던 ``시스템 사고로 분석한 RTE 주요성공요인``의 연구 방법론을 개선하기 위해 동일주제로 연구되었다. 본 연구에서 도출된 성공요인의 결과를 기본 연구와 비교하였을 때 기존보다 크게 개선된 바는 없지만, 연구방법론 측면에서 시스템 다이내믹스의 정책지렛대라는 문제해결 방안도출 방법론을 활용함으로써 기존보다 객관화된 요인 도출과정을 설명할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 기존에 연구되었던 정재운 외(2006)의 ``시스템 사고로 분석한 RTE 주요성공요인``의 내용을 개선하기 위한 것으로써 기존 연구의 내용 및 내용 전개방식의 상당부분을 별도의 표기 없이 참조하고 있음을 서두에 밝혀둔다.

Compartment models, a type of mathematical model, have been widely applied to characterize the changes in a dynamic system with sequential events or processes, such as the spread of an epidemic disease. A compartment model comprises compartments, and the relations between compartments are depicted as boxes and arrows. This principle is similar to that of the system dynamics (SD) approach to constructing a simulation model with stocks and flows. In addition, both models are structured using differential equations. With this mutual and translatable principle, this study, in terms of SD, translates a reference SEIR model, which was developed in a recent study to characterize the transmission of the Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS) in South Korea. Compared to the replicated result of the reference SEIR model (Model 1), the translated SEIR model (Model 2) demonstrates the same simulation result (error=0). The results of this study provide insight into the application of SD relative to constructing an epidemic compartment model using schematization and differential equations. The translated SD artifact can be used as a reference model for other epidemic diseases.

갈수록 증가하는 불확실한 경영환경에 대응하기 위한 방안으로 실시간기업(Real-Time Enterprise)이라는 개념이 대두되고 있지만, 현재 이를 구체적으로 실행하기 위한 연구들이 미흡한 샹황이다. 이에 본 논문에서 가트너가 제시한 RTE정의를 바탕으로 RTE 활동 및 구체화 방안을 살펴봄으로써 RTE의 주요성공요인(Critical Success Factors)을 도출하는 연구를 수행하였다. RTE CSF를 도출함에 있어서 시스템 사고(System Thinking)를 통해 생성된 인과지도를 이용하였다.

Prolonged recession has caused the youth unemployment rate in Korea to remain at a high level of approximately 10% for years. Recently, the number of unemployed Koreans in their 30s and 40s has shown an upward trend. To expand the government’s employment promotion and unemployment benefits from youth-centered policies to diverse age groups, including people in their 30s and 40s, prediction models for different age groups are required. Thus, we aimed to develop unemployment prediction models for specific age groups (30s and 40s) using available unemployment rates provided by Statistics Korea and Google search queries related to them. We first estimated multiple linear regressions (Model 1) using seasonal autoregressive integrated moving average approach with relevant unemployment rates. Then, we introduced Google search queries to obtain improved models (Model 2). For both groups, consequently, Model 2 additionally using web queries outperformed Model 1 during training and predictive periods. This result indicates that a web search query is still significant to improve the unemployment predictive models for Koreans. For practical application, this study needs to be furthered but will contribute to obtaining age-wise unemployment predictions.
An Improvement of Coherence and Validity between CLD and SFD of System Dynamics

시스템 다이내믹스(SD)는 복잡계 이론 중의 하나로서 사회과학 분야에서 동태적 문제의 분석 및 정책(전략) 개발을 위한 컴퓨터 기반의 시뮬레이션 연구방법론으로 많은 관심을 받아 왔다. 하지만 지난 50여 년간 다양한 분야에서 이 방법론으로 만들어진 모형 중에는 아직 검증이 제대로 되지 않은 채 시스템다이내믹스의 구성이론을 대표하는 모형으로 활용되는 사례들이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 SD의 이론을 설명하는 데 자주 활용되는 인구 동태학 모형을 대상으로 인과적 피드백 구조와 지배적 피드백 루프의 추론 오류를 증명하고, 인과지도(causal loop diagram)와 저량-유량 다이어그램(stocks-and-flows diagram) 간의 일관성 강화 전략을 통해 기존 모형의 타당성을 개선하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 기존 시스템다이내믹스의 이론적 발전과 시스템다이내믹스를 활용한 정책 연구모형의 타당성 강화에 기여한다. System Dynamics(SD) is one of the complexity theories that has attracted attention as a computer-aided simulation methodology to analyze a dynamic problem and to develop a policy(strategy) in social science. Though there are properly unproven cases in research models which were developed in various fields by SD methodology during the last five decades, they are utilized as models to represent SD sub-theories. For this reason, this study targeted the population dynamics model which was frequently utilized to explain SD fundamentals and it proved errors of reasoning a structure of the existing causal and dominant feedback loop. Consequently, we presented a strategy to strengthen the coherence between CLD(causal loop diagram) and SFD(stocks-and-flows diagram) for improving validity of the existing model. The findings of this study contribute to the advancement of the existing SD and to the reinforcement of validation for policy research models of SD.

YBa2Cu3O7-x (YBCO) is the material of choice for second-generation superconducting wires and is the only current option for critical current density (Jc)> 1 MA/cm2 at 77 K [1]. YBCO belongs to a class of copper oxides well known for their superconducting properties. Its conduction properties can be changed from metallic (0.5 < x < 1) to insulating (0x0.5) by suitably decreasing the oxygen content [2]. The structural, electrical and optical properties of YBa2Cu3O7-x can be varied by adjusting the oxygen content x [3, 4]. As x is decreased to 0.5, the crystal undergoes a phase transition to a tetragonal structure and it exhibits semiconducting conductivity characteristics as it exists in a Fermi glass state. YBCO precursor solutions were prepared by the sol-gel method YBCO films were fabricated by the spin coating method, and structural and its electrical were studied at various oxygen partial pressures. The films Ar/O2 at 7 : 3 showed the more obvious YBa2Cu3O7-x phase and tetragonal phase. The thickness of all the films was approximately 0.23 ~ 0.31 µm and the average grain size of the YBCO film Ar/O2 at 7 : 3 was about 50 nm. Temperature resistance coefficient (TCR), responsivity, and detectivity of the YBCO film Ar/O2 at 7 : 3 were 3.2%/K at room temperature, 14.72 V/W, and 2.27 cmHz1/2/W, respectively.
