        표면 효과를 고려한 극박 SS304 스테인리스 강판의 굽힘 거동 분석

        The surface region of a sheet metal may have different characteristics from the inner region because the surface region is less restricted than the interior. In addition, the grains on the free surface are less hardened because of surface adsorption of the dislocations, rather than piling up. In the case of bulk or thick sheet metals, this effect is negligible because the fraction of the surface region is much smaller than that of the inner region. However, this surface effect is important in the case of ultra-thin sheet metals. In order to evaluate the surface effect, tensile and bending tests were performed for the SS304 stainless steel with a thickness of 0.39 mm. The bending force predicted using the tensile behavior is higher than the measurement because of the surface effect. To account for the surface effect, the surface layer model was developed by dividing the sheet section into surface and inner layers. The mechanical behaviors of the two regions were calibrated using the tensile and bending properties. The surface layer model reproduced the bending behavior of the ultra-thin sheet metal.

        Neurofibroma, the hallmark of neurofibromatosis, is cutaneous or subcutaneous lesion with variable clinical presentation. Neurofibroma contain both neural and dermal components which may be under different regulatory control, perhaps explaining. the phenotypic variability of the lesion. Histologically, neurofibroma consists of proliferation of nerve derived cellular elements, together with an abundant collagenous extracellular matrix. Specifically, neurofibroma has been shown to contain 30 - 50 % collagen in its matrix. The expression of extracellular matrix genes (collagen, fibronectin, laminin) , TGFP and Ha-ras gene were studied by using N orthern and slot-blot hy bridization and immunoperoxidase stain. In slot-blot analysis, in patients with neurofibroma the quantitative levels of the type 1 and fibronectin were 2, 401 ± 210, 540 ± 43, respectively. So there were 3. 7 fold, 2. 1 fold, differences respectively, in comparison with normal control. In terms of the transcriptional levels of type IV collagen and laminin B1, there were no significant changes between neurofibroma and nonnalskin. The expression of Ha-ras gene and TGF- βgenes were 1. 9, 2.0 fold in-creased than control group. Immunoperoxidase stain by monoclonal anti-type IV collagen antibody in neurofibroma, type IV collagen is diffuse weakly stained in tissue and by monoc1onal anti-laminin antibody laminin is stained in matrix and around vessels. In summary the increased expression of extracellular matrix genes may suggest that there are their subpopulation of fibrotic cells in neurofibroma probably stimu-lated by TGF-β. Ha-ras gene which might have amounted with the differentiation of neural tissue may be related to the pathogenesis of neurofibroma tissue formation. Further studies are needed to detennine whether the other factors are related to the pathogenesis of neurofibroma.

        유기된 환경이 상이함에 따른 돼지사체의 분해양상과 곤충분포

        유기된 환경이 상이함에 따른 변사체의 사후경과시간(PMI)을 추정하고자 연구된 바 없는 목맴상태의 조건에서 돼지 사체의 분해속도와 곤충상에 관하여 연구된 결과는 다음과 같다. 목맴 사체의 분해는 누운 사체에 비하여 매우 느리게 진행되었다. 목맴 사체의 분해가 느린 원인으로는 부화한 파리유충이 지면으로 많이 떨어진 점, 또한 나출된 면이 보다 넓음으로 인해서 사체의 건조가 빨리 진행된점, 그리고 주위의 나무 그늘로 인해서 사체의 온도가 지면보다 낮았던 조건 등을 들 수 있다. 채집된곤충은 누운 사체에서는 총 4목 10과 17종, 목맴 사체에서는 총 3목 9과 14종으로서 누운 사체에서 약간 많이 채집되었으나 가장 먼저 채집된 곤충은 두 사체 모두 검정파리과의 연두금파리였다. 다수 출현하는 파리의 종류와 출현 기간 그리고 딱정벌레목 곤충들의 처음 출현 시기는 두 사체 간에 차이를보였으나 이는 사체가 설치된 환경적인 미소한 차이에 기인한 것으로서, 사체의 유기조건과 미소환경적인 차이가 사체의 분해속도와 곤충상에 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

To estimate the post-mortem interval (PMI) in the human body abandoned in different conditions, the decomposition patterns and entomofauna in the hanging pig carcasses which have not yet been studied were investigated as follows. The decomposition rate was slow in the hanging carcass compared to in the laying one. The delayed decomposition in the former carcass seems to be caused by the decreased number of fly larvae remained in the carcass, rapid desiccation of the carcass due to its wider naked surface, and the lower body temperature in the hanging carcass than in the laying one due to the shade of trees. As for the entomofauna, the first visitor was L. illustris (Calliphoridae) in both carcasses, although three more species were collected from the laying carcass i.e. 17 species of 10 families belonging to 4 orders, than in the hanging one i.e. 14 species of 9 families belonging to 3 orders. Moreover, there were somewhat differences in the two carcasses in the number of frequently visiting species and the period of appearance of flies, and the first visiting time of Coleoptera, which might be due to differences in the micro-environment around the carcasses. Conclusively, the decomposition pattern and the entomofauna seem to be largely affected by the condition of carcasses, hanging or laying, as well as the micro-environment around the carcasses.
