정장면 한국복음주의실천신학회 2009 복음과 실천신학 Vol.20 No.-
이 논문은 선교사의 설교를 연구한 것이다. 우리에게 복음을 전해준 기독교 초기 선교사의 설교는 오늘날 까지도 한국교회를 지배하고 있다. 한국의 강단 역시 설교에 대한 이해나, 설교내용, 성경본문, 설교형식과 전달에 이르기까지 선교사의 모범을 따랐고 그들의 지도 아래 그 틀이 형성되었다. 따라서 선교사의 설교를 살펴보는 것은 한국 설교자에게 어떻게 전수되고 영향을 끼쳤는가를 알아보는데 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 선교사의 설교에서 보여 지는 것은 신학적으로 거의 구분이 없고 매우 복음적인 노선을 지향하고 있다. 비록 각 교파마다 강조하는 면이 다르지만 신학은 기독교 복음주의적 공통점을 보이고 있다. 기독교 선교사는 신앙적인 강조에서 공통적으로 청교도적 엄격성을 강조했지만 선교사 설교 가운데 사회적 국가적 주제를 다룬 설교는 거의 찾아볼 수 없다. 이는 한국교회의 신학 전반이 선교사로부터 기인한 정교분리의 보수적 성격을 견지하고 있음을 볼 수 있다. 선교사의 설교형식이나 수사학적 치장은 전체적으로 주로 연역적 대지설교 방식을 사용하였고 설교 속에 나타난 심각한 문제는 성경의 편견성을 들 수 있다. This study is on preaching written by missionaries. The preaching ofearly protestant missionaries who shared gospel with us have dominat-ed Korean Church. Those standing on the speakers’platform also tookthe examples by missionaries on the areas from understanding preach-ing, contents of sermons, the bible text and form to the delivery of themessages and the formula had taken shape under their teaching.Accordingly, looking into the sermons of the early missionaries havesignificance to find out how they were handed down and impacted on Koreanpreachers. No clear denominational division is shown in the missionar-ies’preaching. They have very evangelical points of view. Even thougheach denomination has different emphasis, it is common that theologyitself is evangelical. All Protestant missionaries commonly had takenpuritanical strictness as high priority on the emphasis of faith. it also requiresthe Christians to live with distinguished life style in the areas of ethicand morality. It is hard to find the preaching which dealt with topicsrelated to societies and nations. The reason for this is that the overalltheology of Korean Church has a conservative viewpoint that religion shouldbe separated from politics under the influence of the missionaries. Themissionaries had used three point preaching as the form and rhetoric inoverall. The serious problems found in the preaching of the missionar-ies are unbalanced and unfaithful to preach the whole Bible.

하천을 설계할 때 적절한 호안공법을 선정해야 하지만 이에 대한 가이드라인이 없는 실정이다. 따라서 하천설계시 채택한 호안공법들의 적합성 여부를 판단함으로서 예산의 낭비를 막을 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 하천설계시 채택한 호안공법들이 적합한지를 평가하는 방법을 개발하고, 이를 8개 하천에 적용함으로서 개발된 방법의 타당성을 검토하였다. 평가방법은 계층화분석법(AHP)을 사용하였으며 각 하천에 적용된 호안 공법의 적합도(SI)를 분석하여 평가하는 방법을 사용하였다. 최적 호안공법이 선정되기 위해서는 설계대상지점의 모든 환경변수가 고려되어야 할 것이다. 따라서 설계호안을 평가하기 위해서도 대상지점이 가지고 있는 모든 변수가 포함되어야한다. 호안평가항목은 호안의 수리적 안정성, 환경생태성, 경제성, 어메니티의 4가지 항목을 사용하였으며 각 항목은 4~5개의 소항목을 포함하며 각 소항목은 대상지점의 조사결과를 반영한 자료이다. 평가방법은 8개 하천을 대상으로 적용되어 평가되었으며 설계된 호안의 SI를 판정하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 특히 자연친화적인 호안공법을 평가하는 데 적합할 것으로 생각되며 부적절하게 설계된 호안은 적절한 공법을 선정하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다. When designing a river, it is important to select the appropriate bank revetment methods, but there are no specific guidelines until now. Accordingly, it is important to prevent over-budgeting by deciding the suitability of the adopted bank revetment methods when designing a river. In this study, an assessment method was developed to assess the suitability of the adopted bank revetment methods when designing a river. By adopting this method to eight rivers, its validity was examined. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used for the assessment, along with suitability index (SI) of the adopted bank revetment methods when designing a river. In order to select the best bank revetment methods, all environmental variables of the selected location have to be considered. Accordingly, to assess the designed bank revetment methods, all variables of the selected location have to be considered. The assessing items include hydraulic stability, environmental-ecological feasibility, economy, and amenity of the bank revetment. Each item includes four to five sub-items, and each sub-items reflect survey results on the locations. The assessment method was adopted and assessed for eight rivers, and bank revetments was designed to determine the SI. The result of this study is considered to be appropriate when assessing an eco-friendly bank revetment methods, and inappropriate designed bank revetments will guide future planners for selecting the most appropriate construction method.

Christianity is century over which have come in this country. so far the thing to look into how the church have continually developed with what kind elements is important. In the preaching there was a period spirit of preacher how to understand the world. The preaching to shout from the pulpit is the mirror of that time to the church and society. Because the messages which the preacher delivers had the form of peculiar message in each periods. The national destinies declined when Christianity came into this country. It was the time all race lost the hope and wander. The beginning Pastors were pioneer and the spiritual supporter toward the nation which lose the national rights by the aggression of Japan empire. The preaching of pastor who brought out the pulpit with the words of God was important words of the people which fills empty heart. At that time pastors had the theology trend and the thought. They could listen the personality of the preacher, the problems and the appearances of that time churches, the problems of the society and nation and sad stories of the race in the preaching. When we see these facts through the Korean church history, We can say. it is important thing to search that how to be formed the sermons by preacher of the pulpit. Also. through the appearance of the preachers of old days to recognize the importance of the sermon's value which had been preached in dismal reality of the social, the economic and the political make an aware of the importance of the preaching to us who lives today even though the period is different. he preaching ministry is the existence purpose of the church and the first mission which all assents. Finally to think back on the one century of the preaching with the reflection sight is surely need for the preaching keeps the heritage of the past, opens eyes toward new century and develope into the painting of the future newly.
