        홍삼투여가 최대하 운동시 인체 대사반응에 미치는 영향

        The study was designed to investigate the effects of 12-weeks Red Ginseng administration on the metabolic responses 14 healthy-male physical activity participants (34.4±2.86 yrs). The subjects were asigned randomly to two groups, Ginseng Group (N=7) and Placebo Group(N=7) and asked to perform 40 min-submaximal ergometer exercise at fixed load compromised to each subject's 65% VO_2 _max. Blood samples during submaximal exercise were taken all five times(pre, 10 min, 20 min, 40 min, and post 30 min) and analyzed for various matabolic parameters(Metabolic variables : insulin, glucose, FFA, I.actate). Statistical techniques for data analysis were applied 2-way repeated ANOVA and t-test. On the basis of results analyzed in this study, the conclusion could be drawn as follows ; 1. Energy substrates(plasma glucose, FFA) changes during exercise were not significantly different from placebo group after 12 weeks-ginseng administration. 2. Plsma insulin depression tendency during submaximal exercise in ginseng group was significantly alleviated after 12 weeks compared to placebo group(p<0.05). 3. In submaximal exercise, the significant difference in plasma lactate change between two groups was discovered in pre-40 min time interval from t-test(p<0.05). This result suggests that ginseng may more contribute to the alleviation of metabolic acidosis in submaximal exercise and the alleviative effect may be achieved by the increment of feul storage in muscle and liver through the improvement of insulin sercretion ability.

        생활체육 참여기간이 최대운동능력과 유산소운동시 생리학적 변인에 미치는 영향

        The study was designed to examine the physical fitness of civilians participated with sports for all whether the maximal exercise capacity and physiological factors in aerobic exercise was constant or not. Subjects were divided three groups by the practicing career into exercise 1, exercise 2, exercise 3, Exercise test was used to incremental load methods by erogometer test for maximal exercise capacity and 60% V˙O_2max in aerobic exercise. Results of test to elucidate physiological variance during the maximal test and aerobic exercise in 60% V˙O_2max was as follows : 1. V˙O_2max was not significantly different among exercise groups in maximal test. Total anaerobic threshold measured by ventilation and oxygen uptake ratio was 68.6% V˙O_2max. 2. Ventilation and oxygen uptake were varied into 5% V˙O_2max during the aerobic exercise. 3. Heart rate was increased significantly during the aerobic exercise along time course, but among exercise groups were not differenct. 4. O_2 pulse in Exercise 3 was higher than that of others and constant during the aerobic exercise. 5. Lactate concentration during the aerobic exercise was lower 1 mmol/1 in Exercise 3 group than that of Exercise 2 or Exercise 3. Lactate peak values was showed 6.4 mmol/l in Exer, 1, 6.2 mmol/l. in Exer. 2, 5.5 mmol/l in Exer. 3 at 20 minutes. In conclusion, participating Sports for all per 2 times everyweeks was solved hypokinetic symptom and contributed to increase physical fitness.

        BAE-ESCARGOT 복용이 운동능력에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to determine the physical performance take BAE-ESCARGOT. This study were obtained from pretest (before test) to posttest (after 4 weeks test) and graded exercise by ergometer. Subjects were 7 males elite athletes. BAE-ESCARGOT to be taken three times a day after each meal. Results were as follow: 1. BAE-ESCARGOT don't delaied exercise time (P<0.05). 2. BAE-ESCARGOT don't increased exercise capacity (P<0.05). 3. BAE-ESCARGOT were significant from swimming and 100rm record (P<0. 05). 4. BAE-ESCARGOT were significant from VO_2 max but were not insignificant from heart rate (P<0.05). 5. BAE-ESCARGOT were not accumulated from vein lactate and capillary lactate (P<0.05). 6. BAE-ESCARGOT were increased of CK from exercise capacity (P<0.05).
