Orbital blowout fracture (BOF) is quite common in maxillofacial trauma. In recent years, withthe development of endoscopic technique, endoscopic endonasal reduction (EER) has beenwidely performed for medial BOFs by otolaryngologists. After EER for medial BOF, nasalpacking may be necessary for sustaining the reduced orbital contents. When we applied thepacking method using Merocel® (Medtronic) in a glove finger, we found that it could reducethe operation time as well as difficulty. In addition, pain and bleeding during packing removalwas minimized. In this article, we share our experience by introducing this novel packingmethod using a glove with Merocel®.

Many tools in classical type for the production management have been used in industrial cells. In spite of their powerful logic and historical success, many appliers could not take but a little effectiveness in current economic conditions. The major reason is that the chronical production control methods are too narrow in its applicability to cover the problems occurred under such a high-speed changes. Therefore we need to develop the new concept of production management for the higher adaptability and outcome which can support vitablities to enterprises in severe condition. The essential points in changing the viewpoint of new production management concepts are valuable to the group of new management.
마이크로 셀 환경에서 멀티미디어 서비스를 위한 분산 호 수락 제어 기법

유선망에서 이루어지는 다양한 멀티미디어 서비스를 무선망에서 지원하기 위해서는 단말이 최초 서비스를 받기 시작할 때와 단말의 이동에 의해 핸드오프가 일어날 때에 주위 셀의 상태와 다양한 클래스의 트래픽 특성을 고려한 무선 호 수락 제어 문제가 해결되어야 할 것이다. 본 논문에서는 2차원 셀룰라 구조 환경에서 가상 클러스터 개념을 이용한 신뢰성 있는 분산 호 수락 제어 기법을 제안하고 한다. 임의의 호의 진행시간동안 신뢰성 있는 호의 진행을 위해서 모든 호들의 호 수락 제어 단계에서 서비스를 받으려 하는 호가 직접 속해 있는 셀의 1ㆍ2차 인접 셀까지의 상태를 고려한 좀 더 신중하고 신뢰성 있는 호 수락 제어의 모델이다. 수학적 분석 및 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안된 모델의 성능을 평가한다. In order to provide various multimedia services in a wireless network, the call admission control for wireless channels should be resolved at the time of call setup and handoff by moving mobile terminal. In this paper. we propose a reliable DCAC( Distributed Call Admission Control)scheme using virtual cluster concept. The proposed DCAC scheme considers the state of $1^{st}$ and $2^{nd}$ adjacent cells to provide a reliable call handling. The proposed scheme is analyzed by simulations and mathematical methods.
Methodological approaches for the clinical routine production of [11C]raclopride

In carbon-11 labeling, [11C]methyltriflate (methyltrifluoromethanesulfonate, MeOTf) is the most widely used through mild reaction condition with high yield. Strong inorganic bases, KOH, NaH and so on, were chosen to activate precursors that have phenolic alcohol as a nucleophilic moiety, because of its poor nucleophilicity. However, these catalyst can also react with radioactive intermediate, [11C]MeOTf to afford side products. We will briefly discuss the history of the effort to increase the yield of [11C]raclopride and suggest the alternate method for better radiochemical yield and consistency.
