        사파이어 기판에 펄스 레이저 증착법으로 성장된 AlN 박막의 특성

        AlN films with c-axis orientation and thermal conductivity characteristics were deposited by using Pulsed Laser Deposition and the films were characterized by changing the deposition conditions. In particular, we investigated the optimal conditions for the application of a heat sinking plane AlN thin film. Epitaxial AlN films were deposited on sapphire ($c-Al_2O_3$) single crystals by pulsed laser deposition (PLD) with an AlN target. AlN films were deposited at a fixed pressure of $2{\times}10^{-5}$ Torr, while the substrate temperature was varied from 500 to $700^{\circ}C$. According to the experimental results of the growth temperature of the thin film, AlN thin films were confirmed with a highly c-axis orientation, maximum grain size, and high thermal conductivity at $650^{\circ}C$. The thermal conductivity of the AlN thin film was found to increase compared to bulk AlN near the band gap value of 6.2 eV.

        일개 대학병원 간호사의 근골격계 부담작업 분석

        Severities of musculoskeletal diseases (MSDs) have been recognized at the regular work such as manufacturing but incidence of MSDs are increasing also at the atypical work. The examples of those are health medical workers, office workers and service workers etc. Nurses among health medical workers are accomplishing to manage and recover the patients' health in the first place. Therefore, they are exposed to very stressful work conditions during caring the patients. This study was performed to analyze the musculoskeletal burdened work among nurses at a university hospital, in order to grasp the realities of the MSDs, analyze and prevent MSDs. We surveyed risk factors for ward, intensive care unit, delivery room, newborn room, operation room, function test room and central supply room at a university hospital in Seoul. It was executed for 2 months as the field study that was composed of simulation, real measurement, work motion assessment and subjective assessment. And the results were analyzed into ergonomics techniques. Works according to the criteria of musculoskeletal burdened work by the Ministry of Labor were scrub in operation room and heart ultrasonic function test. And a lot of works that need attention and management were also detected. So it should be required the education and systematic managements of MSDs for nurses.

        한국산 팥꽃나무과 잎과 엽병의 해부 및 분류학적인 검토

        한국산 팥꽃나무과에 속하는 5속 9종(팥꽃나무속: 4종, 아마풀속: 1종, 삼지닥나무속: 1종, 피뿌리풀속: 1종, 산닥나무속: 2종)의 잎의 해부학적인 두 가지 형질(중륵 횡단면, 엽병 횡단면)을 광학현미경과 전자주사현미경으로 연구하였다. 잎의 중륵의 외형은 3개의 유형 즉, 주맥부의 돌출 양상에 따라 상측이 '평평한 유형', '함몰된 유형', 혹은 '돌출된 유형'으로 구분되었다. 엽병횡당면의 윤곽은 대부분은 반달형이거나 원형으로 분류군마다 다소 차이가 있었고, 날개가 뚜렷하거나 미약하게 발달한 유형, 혹은 날개가 없는 유형으로 구별되었다. 유관속조직, 표피상납질, 결정체, 탄닌 등, 추가적인 해부학적 형질에 대해 상세히 기재하였다. 끝으로 조사된 잎의 해부학적 형질이 한국산 팥꽃나무과 분류군의 동정에 유용한가에 대하여 검토하였다. Two anatomical features of leaves, transverse section of midribs and petioles, were examined for nine species of five genera of Thymelaeaceae, Daphne L. -4 spp., Diarthron Turcz. -1 sp., Edgeworthia Meisn. -1 sp., Stellera L. -1 sp., Wikstroemia Endl. -2 sp., using light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. In terms of shape of upper side, three types were observed, i.e., flattened, depressed, and raised. Outline of petioles is mostly semi-circular or circular in transverse section, with two distinct wings/weakly developed wings or without wings. Other characters besides anatomical features of leaves such as vascular bundle tissues, crystal, tannin are also described in details. Finally, we briefly discussed the systematic significance of the anatomical features of leaves for identification of Korean Thymelaeaceae.

        어머니의 취업여부에 따른 중ㆍ고등학생의 식행동 비교

        The purpose of this study was to compare the dietary behavior of middle school and high school students who had working mothers with students whose mothers were no employed. Self-reports on their dietary behavior and one-day dietary records were, obtained from 396 middle school students and 364 high school students using anonymous questionnaires. The results were summarized as follows; the students with working: mothers were more likely to not to eat properly and their dietary behavior was generally: inadequate, showing a greater irregularity for meals, more of a tendency to skip breakfast less diversity of food intake, and a higher incidence of drinking and smoking. One-day dietary records obtained by 24hr recall methods showed less diverse food intake and a higher rate of skipped meals in students with working mothers. Drinking and smoking were more prevalent among middle school students whose mothers were working than among those students with unemployed mothers, but in the case of high school student the difference was not significant. With more and more housewives seeking jobs, more attention needs to be given to the dietary and nutritional intake of their children, especially among middle school students. High school students seem to be less affected than middle school students by their mother's employment.

        거주형태에 따른 충북지역 여대생의 식행동 비교

        This study was performed to compare dietary behaviors based on residence types of female college students. Self reports on dietary behavior and one-day dietary records were obtained from 227 female college students using anonymous questionnaires. The mean age of the subjects was 20.4±1.43, and the height and weight were 162.5±4.8㎝ and 52.3±7.9㎏, respectively. The dietary behavior of female college students was inadequate, showing indifference to dietary balance, irregularity of meals, skipping breakfast, and high experience of drinking. One-day dietary records were obtained from 24hr recall methods also showed a high number registering skipped meal status (55.3%) and less diverse food intake (DVS, 12,5; DDS, 3,93). The students in self boarding residence were especially more likely not to eat properly and their dietary behaviors were found to be significantly poor. In the case of home residence, food intake frequency scores for milk and dairy products, fruits, and fishes were significantly higher, however the students in self boarding residences showed hign food intake frequency scores in salted food, retort food, canned food, and especially instant ramyun. Therefore, more attention needs to be given to them to recognize the problems in their own dietary behaviors and more practical nutritional supports, like developing a menu for breakfast in college cafeterias, would be helpful to improve their dietary choices.

        영양관련 교양과목을 수강한 남자대학생의 거주형태별 식생활비교

        This study was performed to investigate the dietary habit based on residence types of male college students who registered nutrition course for nonmajor. Self reports on dietary habit and one-day dietary records were obtained from 158 male college students in Chungbuk area. The distribution of residence type of male college student was as follows; self-boarding(43.0%), home(41.1%), boarding with meal(12.7%), and others(3.2%). The mean age of subjects were 22.6±2.5, and the mean height and weight were 175.0±5.6㎝ and 69.1±9.3㎏, respectively. The dietary habit of male college students considered to be taken more care of, showing indifference to dietary balance, irregularity of meal, and skipping breakfast. One-day dietary records by 24hr recall methods also showed less diverse food intake(mean DVS, 12.7; mean DDS, 3.92). Especially, the students with self boarding residence were more likely not to eat properly, including indifference to dietary balance, irregularity of meal, skipping breakfast, frequent dining-out, high experience of smoking and drinking, and low DVS and DDS. Also the students with self boarding residence seemed not to make a good choice for food, showing high food intake frequency score in canned food, fast food and instant ramyun, while low score in fruit and fishes. More attention should be taken for self-boarding students to recognize the problems in their own dietary behavior, and more practical suggestion to improve their dietary status would be necessary.

        충북 일부지역 대학생의 음주정도에 따른 식생활비교

        This study was carried out to investigate alcohol consumption and dietary behavior of college students in the Chungbuk area. Alcohol consumption, dietary behavior, food preferences, food intake frequency and one-day dietary records were surveyed using questionnaires given to 387 college students. The mean heights and weights of subjects were 175.0±5.6㎝ and 69.1±9.3kg in males, and 162.5±4.8㎝ and 52.3±7.9kg in females. About 89% of subjects (male 90.6%, female 87.3%) consumed alcohol, and most of them had experienced their first drink due to peer pressure in high school. Usually the subjects were drinking with their friends 1-2 times/week and the amount of alcohol consumed was one or more bottles of Soju. More than 69% of the subjects had tried to quit drinking but more efficient campaigns promoting non-drinking behavior are still necessary since the recognition of the hazards of alcohol seemed not enough to convince college students to stop. The dietary behavior of college students was generally inadequate showing indifference to dietary balance, irregularity of meals, and skipping breakfast. It was more inadequate in the frequent drinking group. In the drinking group, while the food intake frequency scores for milk & dairy products, and fruits were significantly lower, the scores for fast food, frozen food and instant ramen were significantly higher. The mean DVS and DDS were found to be 12.61 and 3.93, respectively, and there was no significant difference shown by alcohol consumption. The dietary management of college student needs to be improved in many aspects. It is further troubled by alcohol consumption. Therefore, a nutrition education program including information on the hazards of alcohol and responsible drinking should be developed and provided.

        This Study is aimed at clarifying that the language is the path toward the world as if the body that is the subject of perception, as mentioned by Merleau-Ponty, enters into a relation toward the world experiencing the language like the human body. Here, the language is the means that connects out bodies with the world, mobilizes ex-sistence, and pulls it into the peculiar body. Language expresses the spatial position of the body in an emotional gestures. Merleau-Ponty regards the words to be the mode of expression. Both sowing and speaking are done by the body. Speaking to the language, the words open the world that keeps silent toward the thought for us. The world vitalizes our bodies so that the words could exist and the body could be opened to the others through words. Likewise, the words pull in the direction of the body instead of pulling with the force of thought looking for the origin of the meaning. Word is a phase of gesture. gesture means a form that enters into relation with the world. Word is gesture, which varies the geography of the world. Merleau-Ponty defines the world where we live as the linguistic and inter-subjective world right away. It would be possible to discover a peculiar and comparable relationship between speaking and spoken in connecting the discussions on statement and perception of the language. As if the function of language as an extension of our body of letting us into the world represents our entering into the relation and the path toward the world is the awareness, the language creates a special situation and makes the dots inside the bodily space. Within the virtuality that enables ex-sistence in the languages of the 21st century, can linguistic activity and existent linguistic use enter into any relationship? Is virtuality just virtuality itself? The intention that we are saying can be discovered from open experience only. The words have the function that gather and start again to make projection beyond their acts of considering the natural existence as the ground. It would be necessary through this opportunity to look for the ex-sistent meaning of the body in the 21st century that creates new interface between the reason and human emotion on cyber to open the door of communication.

        충북지역 일부 여자대학생들의 건강관련행동과 식행동 및 그에 따른 영양섭취수준 비교

        This study was intended to investigate dietary behavior, health related behavior and the effects of nutrient intake of female college students. Dietary behavior, health related behavior and the perception of the body conditions were surveyed with anonymous questionnaires, and 24hrs recall method for nutrient intake was obtained from 161 female college students in Chungbuk area. The mean height and weight of the subjects were 161.4±5.0㎝ and 53.8±7.4㎏, respectively. The dietary behavior of female college students was generally inadequate. More specifically, irregularity of meals, indifference of dietary balance, and skipping breakfast, showing 4.77±2.20 for dietary behavior score, 11.76±3.89 for DVS and 3.58±0.82 for DDS, respectively. It was found that almost 63% of subjects did not anything for health care and the frequency of exercise of subjects was low. The perception of body conditions of the subjects seemed to be generally positive. However, satisfaction levels on body shape was very negative showing that only 12.4% of subjects answered as ‘very satisfied’ and ‘satisfied’. When nutrient intake of the female college students was compared with Dietary Reference Intake for Korean, folate(45%), potassium(55%), vitamin C(59%), Ca(72%), fiber(72%), Fe(79%) and energy(80%) were found to be insufficient. But protein(138%), P(122%) and Na(179%) were found to be oversupplied. The nutrient intake of fiber, plant Ca, vitamin A, β-carotene, vitamin B6, vitamin C, folate and vitamin E weresignificantly higher, and those of Fe, Zn and protein were a little high in the high score group of dietary behavior. Also Food group intake, DDS and DVS were higher in the high score group of dietary behavior.
