        자기균형척도의 2차 요인 개발과 타당화에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 자기균형을 양적으로 측정할 수 있는 척도를 제안하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 문헌 및 선행연구 고찰, 대학생 50명을 대상으로 인터뷰 실시를 통해 문항을 개발하였고, 문항의 내용타당도 검증을 위해 3인의 전문가패널을 대상으로 델파이조사를 실시하였으며 문항이해도 평가를 위해 대학생 215명을 대상으로 예비조사를 실시하였다. 455명을 대상으로 본 조사를 통해 수집한 자료를 토대로 탐색적 요인을 실시한 결과 자기인식, 자기자각, 자기조절, 자기성찰의 요인은 사고와 감정, 행동, 신체적 반응, 관계를 각 이차요인으로 하여 신뢰도와 타당도 검사에서 40문항을 추출하였다. 1요인 자기인식은 자신을 정확히 인식하고 이해하며 받아들이는 능력이고, 2요인 자기자각은 주관적인 경험 능력으로 자신의 지각을 자각하는 것으로 자신과 일상생활 속에서 경험한 사건들을 명확하고 통합된 시각으로 인식하는 것이며 3요인 자기조절은 자기 행동을 스스로 원하는 방향으로 조절할 수 있는 것이고, 4요인 자기성찰은 자신의 내적 마음을 반성하고 살피면서 마음 상태와 움직임을 바라보고 변화를 갖는 과정이다. 각 요인들은 사고와 감정, 행동, 신체적 반응, 관계가 자기균형에 필요한 공통 요소로 이차요인이라 할 수 있으며 자기균형척도의 분석결과 이차요인인 사고와 감정, 행동, 신체적 반응, 관계는 서로 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구에서 개발된 자기균형척도는 신뢰할만한 타당도를 지닌 것으로 평가되었다. 이로써 본 연구에서 개발한 자기균형척도의 활용방안과 연구의 제한점에 대해서 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to propose a scale that can quantitatively measure self-balance. To this end, questions were developed through a review of literature and previous research, and interviews with 50 college students. A Delphi survey was conducted with a panel of three experts to verify the content validity of the questions, and 215 college students were asked to evaluate question understanding. A preliminary survey was conducted targeting people. As a result of conducting exploratory factors based on the data collected through this survey targeting 455 people, the factors of self-awareness, self-awareness, self-regulation, and self-reflection were found to have thoughts, emotions, actions, physical reactions, and relationships as secondary factors. Forty questions were extracted from the reliability and validity tests. Factor 1 self-awareness is the ability to accurately recognize, understand, and accept oneself, and factor 2 self-awareness is a subjective experience ability that is aware of one's own perception, and recognizes oneself and the events experienced in daily life with a clear and integrated perspective. The 3-factor self-regulation is being able to control your behavior in the direction you want, and the 4-factor self-reflection is the process of reflecting and examining your inner mind, looking at your mental state and movements, and making changes. Each factor can be considered a secondary factor as thoughts, emotions, actions, physical reactions, and relationships are common elements necessary for self-balance. As a result of the analysis of the self-balance scale, the secondary factors, thoughts, emotions, actions, physical reactions, and relationships, are correlated with each other. It turns out that there is. Therefore, the self-balance scale developed in this study was evaluated as having reliable validity. Hereby, we discussed ways to utilize the self-balance scale developed in this study and the limitations of the study.

        농촌 노인의 복합만성질환에 대한 대청 경험

        Coping with Experiences in Multiple Chronic Diseases in the Rural Elderly Joung, Eun-Ok․ Kwon, Sung-Bok Ahn, Ok-Hee Purpose: The purpose of this study was to describe how the rural elderly cope with experiences in multiple chronic diseases. Method: Data were collected through participant observation and in-depth interview using ethnography. The participants were 9 women and 2 men who aged over 65, were living in rural community, and had experienced two or more chronic diseases. Results: According to the results of this study, those who had experienced multiple chronic diseases went through the stages of 'recognizing of revealed symptoms', 'discovering of disease', 'overcoming', 'neglecting', 'discovering another disease', 'being frustrated' and 'living with suffering'. Conclusion: The results of this study are expected to be utilized as basic materials to develop a nursing intervention program for effective management of chronic diseases.

        We show that the Auslander index is the same as the columninvariant over Gorenstein local rings. We also show that Ding'sconjecture ([3]) holds for an isolatednon-Gorenstein ring A satisfying a certain condition which seems to be weaker than the condition thatthe associated graded ring of A is Cohen-Macaulay.

        MULTIDIMENSIONAL OPEN SYSTEM FOR VALVELESS PUMPING

        In this study, we present a multidimensional open system for valveless pumping (VP). This system consists of an elastic tube connected to two open tanks filled with a fluid under gravity. The two-dimensional elastic tube model is constructed based on the immersed boundary method, and the tank model is governed by a system of ordinary differential equations based on the work-energy principle. The flows into and out of the elastic tube are modeled in terms of the source/sink patches inside the tube. The fluid dynamics of this system is generated by the periodic compress-and-release action applied to an asymmetric region of the elastic tube. We have developed an algorithm to couple these partial differential equations and ordinary differential equations using the pressure-flow relationship and the linearity of the discretized Navier-Stokes equations. We have observed the most important feature of VP, namely, the existence of a unidirectional net flow in the system. Our computations are focused on the factors that strongly influence the occurrence of unidirectional flows, for example, the frequency, compression duration, and location of pumping. Based on these investigations, some case studies are performed to observe the details of the flow features.

        VALVELESS PUMPING IN OPEN TANK SYSTEM USING ENERGY CONSERVING COMPARTMENT MODEL

        A compartment model of the flow driven by pumping without valves (valveless pumping) in an open tank system is proposed. By the open tank system, we mean that two rigid cylindrical tanks are connected with an elastic tube. An incompressible fluid fills this system up to a certain level in tanks under the gravity. The compartment model for analyzing such open system is derived from the energy principle which will be called the energy conserving compartment model or shortly the ECCM. Based on this ECCM of valveless pumping, we explore the occurrence of directional net flow or directional net power by a specific excitation at an asymmetric part of the elastic tube. The interaction between deformable elastic tube and the fluid inside is considered in the ECCM. The reliability of the ECCM is investigated through some physical examples. The ECCM shows the existence of directional net power of the valveless pump system with open tanks and confirms that the direction and magnitude of the net power depend on the pumping frequency as well. Furthermore, the phase synchronization in time between the fluid pressure difference and the external pinching force over the pumping region is highly related to the direction of energy storing or net power.
