변기 내장형 의료용 전동 침대: 안전성과 내구성 시험 표준 개정 및 사용자 현황

노인 및 장애인의 용변 처리를 위한 기저귀 착용은 환자 본인의 자존감을 크게 훼손시키며, 간병인에게는 일정시간 간격으로 기저귀를 갈아주어야 하는 과정에서 근골격계의 질병을 유발하는 가장 큰 요인이다. 환자의 자존감을 지키고 간병인의 노동 강도를 줄이기 위해서는 환자의 용변을 처리해주는 기기의 개발이 매우 시급히 요청되고 있다. 환자의 배뇨와 배변을 감지하여 흡입 펌프로 이송하여 폐기물 저장 용기에 저장하는 자동 배설 처리장치는 아직까지 많은 해결되지 않은 문제점들을 가지고 있다. 이 문제점들은 환자의 허벅지 사이에 위치하여 움직임을 방해하는 부피가 큰 용변 수집 장치와 세척 및 살균이 어려운 길고 좁은 오수 처리관 등이다. 자동배설처리기의 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 방법으로는 환자의 침대에 변기를 내장시키는 방법이 있으며, 이 경우 변기의내장으로 인한 침대 구조의 변경이 수반되므로 안전성과 내구성의 확보가 선행되어야 한다. 본 연구팀은 변기 내장형 의료용 전동 침대를 개발하여 안전성과 내구성 시험 문제를 성공적으로 해결했으며, 이 제품은 최근 보건 복지부 장기 요양 보험에 등재되었다. 본 논문에서는 새롭게 개발 된 변기 내장형 전기 의료용 침대의 평가 과정에서 발생한 문제점과 해결책을 보고하고, 이 새로운 의료용 침대의 사용자 현황에 대한조사 결과를 논하고자 한다. 우리나라는 65세 이상 인구 비율이 14% 이상인 고령 사회에 진입하고 있으며, 노인 용변 관리는 매우 시급하게 개선되어야하는 분야이며, 변기가 내장 된 의료용 전동 침대의 케이스는 관련 기술 개발과 함께 적용 가능한 시험 표준 개발의 중요성을 일깨워준다. Wearing pads for disposal of urine and feces of the elderly and the disabled greatly damages self-esteem of the patient, and frequent pad changing at regular intervals is the biggest factor causing musculoskeletal diseases of the caregivers. In order to protect the patient s self-esteem and reduce the labor intensity of the caregiver, developments of urine and feces disposal systems for the bed-bound patients are urgently requested. Automatic urine and feces disposal systems, which detect the patient s urination and defecation, transfer it to a waste storage container by a suction pump, have not been widely used for the bed-bound patients due to various unresolved issues. The problems of this system include bulky urine/feces collection device placed in between the thighs of the patient that interfere with patient’s movement, and long and narrow waste disposal channel that is difficult to clean and sterilize. As a way to bypass the problems of the automatic urine and feces disposal systems, there is a method of incorperating a portable toilet in a patient s bed. In this case, a change in the bed structure is inevitable and safety and durability issues must be addressed first. We invented a toilet-incorporated medical electric bed, and resolved the safety and durability issues successfully, and it was recently listed in Korean Ministry of Health and Welfare’s Long-term care insurance. In this paper, we report the problems and solutions that occurred in the evaluation process of the newly developed toilet-incorporated electric medical bed, and discuss the survey results on the user status of this new medical bed. Korea has entered an aged society with more that 14% of its population aged 65 and above, urine and feces care for the elderly is an area that needs to be improved very urgently. This case of medical electric bed with incorporated toilet provides a good example of awakening the importance of the development of applicable test standards along with the development of related technologies.

스마트관광지도에 대한 관광객의 기술수용력 분석

스마트관광은 관광객들이 스스로 자신의 여행을 관리하고 계획할 수 있는 핵심적 영역으로서 많은 관광목적지들에서 이에 대한 개발이 증가하고 있다. 스마트관광지도는 스마트관광의 주요 기술 중 한 영역이지만, 선행연구들은 개인에 따라 새로운 기술에 대한 수용력이 다르다는 것을 증명하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 관광객의 스마트관광지도에 대한 기술수용력을 확장된 기술수용모델을 바탕으로 구조모형분석을 통해 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과, 스마트관광지도의 정보품질은 지각된 용이성과 지각된 수용성에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 또한 지각된 용이성과 지각된 수용성은 행동의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있었다. 따라서 스마트관광지도는 사용자의 기술수용력과 행동의도를 강화하기 위해 사용자 친화적 콘텐츠 개발이 필요하다는 것을 시사하고 있다. Smart tourism is a buzzword applied to describe the increasing reliance of tourism destinations on technology to enable tourists to manage and plan their trips. A smart tourism is a key smart tourism technology which has been used globally; however, studies have demonstrated that individuals hold diverse perspectives regarding new technology acceptance. The study, therefore, employed structural equation analysis to investigate tourists’ technology acceptance of a smart tourist map based on an extended technology acceptance model. The results showed that information quality of the smart tourist map had a positive regression weight on both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness; moreover, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness had a positive regression weight on behavioral intention. The findings indicated that a smart tourist map is to provide user-friendly contents to users for enhancing both acceptance technology and use of the map.

구조모형분석을 통한 지역축제 방문객의 환경단서, 내적반응, 행동의도의 영향관계 분석

지역축제는 개최 지역의 사회적, 경제적, 그리고 문화적 혜택을 제공하고 있으며, 또한 축제 개최지의 장소마케팅과 지역활성화에 이바지하고 있다. 이에 따라 학자들과 정책가들은 지역축제 활성화 방안에 관심을 가지고 있다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 지역축제 활성화와 지속가능성을 추구하기 위하여 지역축제 방문객이 지각하고 있는 환경단서, 내적반응 및 행동의도 간의 영향관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 구조모형 분석결과, 지역축제 방문객이 지각하고 있는 환경단서의 3개 하위 요인 프로그램, 매력성 및 안내성은 내적반응에 정(+)의 방향으로 내적반응에 유의적인 영향관계를 나타낸 반면, 환경단서의 2개 하위 요인인 청결성과 접근성은 내적반응에 유의한 영향관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 지역축제 방문객이 지각하고 있는 지역축제에 대한 내적반응은 행동의도에 유의한 영향관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과들은 지역축제가 그들의 지속가능한 운영을 위해 지역축제의 다양한 프로그램 개발과 축제 정보를 제공하는 것이 중요하다는 것을 시사하고 있다. Local festivals provide social, economic and cultural benefits to the communities in which they occur, and contribute to destination marketing and promotion. Scholars and practitioners, therefore, have paid attention to research local festivals in order to suggest implications for festivals’ promotion and sustainability. For this reason, the primary purpose of this study is to examine the relationship among environmental cues, internal responses, and behavioral intention of local festival visitors. The result of the structural equation model reveals that three factors of environmental cues of the local festival such as program, attraction, information have a positive regression weight on internal responses while two factors of environmental cues, cleanness and accessibility, have not. In addition, a factor of internal responses has a positive regression weight on behavioral intention of local festival visitors. These results indicate that local festivals are to make efforts to develop diverse programs, and provide festival information for their sustainable operation.

관광교통 중심지 개발을 위한 민간공항 통합에 대한 지역주민의 사회정치적 제어능력, 개발 영향인식, 개발지지도 간의 영향관계 분석

사회정치적 환경 변화는 지역주민의 역량강화를 지역개발에서 의사결정의 초석으로 만들었다. 따라서 선행연구들은 심리적 역량강화의 내재적 요인을 측정하기 위해 사회정치적 제어능력 척도를 사용해 왔다. 본 연구는 무안국제공항의 민간공항 통합에 대한 지역주민의 사회정치적 제어능력, 개발 영향인식 및 개발 지지도 간의 영향관계를 규명했다. 본 연구의 가설검정을 위한 데이터를 수집하기 위해 무안군에 거주하는 주민들을 대상으로 현장 설문조사를 실시했다. 가설검정 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지역주민의 인지된 리더십 역량은 개발 영향에 대한 부정적 영향인식에 부(-)의 영향관계를 나타냈다. 둘째, 주민의 정책통제력은 개발영향에 대한 긍정적 인식에는 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 개발영향에 대한 부정적 영향인식에도 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 개발에 대한 지역주민의 지각된 긍정적 영향인식은 공항통합에 대한 개발지지도에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 또한 개발에 대한 지각된 부정적 영향인식은 개발 지지도에 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 분석 결과들은 개발 당국이 개발 목적을 이해하고 지역사회의 개발과정에 참여할 수 있는 주민들에게 다양한 기회를 제공함으로써 지역주민이 심리적 역량강화을 강화하도록 해야 함을 시사하고 있다. Changes in sociopoltical environment have made local resident empowerment a cornerstone of decision-making in local development. Scholars, therefore, have widely employed the sociopolitcal control scale to measure the intrapersonal component of psychological empowerment. The present study investigated the relationship among local residents’sociopolitical control, perception of development impact, and development support toward civil airport consolidation at Muan International Airport. The study conducted a field survey of a judgement sample of Muan County residents to collect data for testing the research hypotheses. The results of the hypotheses are as follows. First, local residents’ perceived leadership competence had a significant negative influence on negative perception of development impact. Second, the residents’ policy control had not only a significant positive impact on positive perception of development impact, but also negative impact on positive impact on negative perception of development impact. Third, the residents’ perceived positive perception of development impact had a significant positive influence on development support toward the airport consolidation; furthermore, their perceived negative perception of development impact had a significant negative influence on development support of the consolidation. These results indicated that the development authority should enhance local residents enhance psychological empowerment through providing diverse chances for the residents who understand the development purpose and encourage them to participate in the development process in their local communities.
