        A Pilot Study of Helicobacter pylori Eradication Using a Polymerase Chain Reaction-based Test for Clarithromycin Resistance

        Background/Aims: Clarithromycin resistance is one of the main predictors of eradication treatment failures in Helicobacter pylori infections. The aim of this study was to investigate the ideal eradication rate of more than 90% of tailored therapies using a polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-based test for clarithromycin resistance in patients with peptic ulcer disease. In addition, we evaluated the possibility of sequential therapies for infections due to clarithromycin-resistant strains. Materials and Methods: We prospectively enrolled patients referred to the gastroenterology unit for the evaluation and management of peptic ulcer from January 2012 to January 2014. Histology, a rapid urease test, and a dual-priming oligonucleotide-based multiplex (DPO)-PCR test were performed on gastric biopsy specimens. In the absence of 23S rRNA point mutations in H. pylori, the patients were treated with standard triple therapy, while in the presence of 23S rRNA point mutations, they were treated with sequential therapies. Results: A total of 93 patients had peptic ulcer disease that was associated with H. pylori infections. These patients received eradication therapies, and 78 patients completed the therapies. The total eradication rate was 91% per protocol analysis, whereas it was 78.3% in patients treated with sequential therapies. Conclusions: The eradication rate of H. pylori with tailored therapies using the DPO-PCR test was acceptable. However, sequential therapies were not effective in patients who did not respond to clarithromycin. (Korean J Helicobacter Up Gastrointest Res 2017;17:-207)

        지자체 소유 프로축구 시립/도립 구단의 경쟁력 강화 방안: 델파이기법을 활용하여

        The purpose of this study was to identify ways to improve the competitiveness of local government-owned professional football clubs using the Delphi method and to provide useful information to local government-owned professional football clubs, and local governments. To achieve this goal, twenty experts in the field were selected and a Delphi survey was conducted. As a result of the research, 14 factors were identified: six in the area of financial stabilization, three in policy support, and five in ESG management. These factors are as follows. For financial stabilization sector, the following factors were derived: 1) Attracting many sponsors and improving their public relation effect, 2) Improving K League broadcast rights fees and distributing them to clubs, 3) Increasing transfer fee and solidarity contribution income, 4) Generating revenue by directly operating the home stadium, 5) Maximizing tickets and merchandise sales, and 6) Attracting local sponsors. For policy support sector, the following factors were derived: 1) The construction of football-specific stadiums, 2) The construction of sports clubhouses, and 3) Expanding the budget for turf management. For ESG management sector, the following factors were derived: 1) Reducing carbon emissions in stadiums, 2) Strengthening social contribution activities, 3) Practicing ethical management, 4) Strengthening education on anti-discrimination, and 5) Presenting the team's vision and sharing its core values.

        프로축구 관중증대를 위한 사무국의 경쟁력 강화 방안 – 내부마케팅을 중심으로 -

        The purpose of this study was to draw theoretical and practical implications applicable to the field through structural equation modeling of internal marketing, organizational trust, customer orientation and job performance to promote spectators of professional football. In order to achieve the aim of this study, we surveyed 12 S. Korea professional football clubs’employees(216 effective sample). Seven hypotheses were verified using frequency analysis, correlation analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, path analysis and structural equation modeling through SPSS and AMOS statistics. The results are as follows. First, internal marketing had a positive effect on customer orientation. Second, internal marketing had a positive effect on job satisfaction. Third, internal marketing had a positive effect on organizational trust. Fourth, organizational trust had a positive effect on customer orientation. Fifth, organizational trust had a positive effect on job satisfaction. Sixth, organizational trust was found to partially mediate relationship between internal marketing and customer orientation. Seventh, organizational trust was found to partially mediate relationship between internal marketing and job satisfaction.

        K리그 팀의 AFC 챔피언스리그 성적 향상 및 흥행 성공을 위한 정책 방안

        The objective of this study was to explore policy measures to enhance the performance and popularity of K-League teams in the AFC Champions League. This research aims to elevate the international standing of the K-League, accumulate international experience for players, and boost economic benefits and sports tourism. To achieve this, the study employed a multi-stage methodology: 1) a comprehensive literature review, 2) interviews, 3) focus group interviews, and 4) a content validity test. The results identified eight key factors under the performance category and another eight under the popularity category, leading to a total of 18 critical factors. Specifically, the performance category includes: recruitment of talented domestic players, acquisition and support of outstanding foreign players, adjustment of K-League schedule, establishment of player fitness and injury prevention systems, expansion of international friendly matches and exchange games, appointment of competent coaches and staff, enhanced support for away games (travel and accommodation), transition from a spring-autumn to an autumn-spring league system, and enhancing the club's financial self-sufficiency. In the popularity category, the factors include: promotional activities about Asian leagues and clubs, strengthening social media marketing strategies, strategic marketing partnerships with Asian clubs, marketing utilizing star players, marketing activities linked to Asian home regions, utilization of student and citizen journalists, storytelling strategies about teams and players, strengthening relationships with sports journalists, and proactive utilization of the Southeast Asia quota system. This study provides practical guidelines for K-League teams and offers valuable insights into sports marketing and management strategies.

        국내 골프대회의 성공 개최를 위한 골프 토너먼트 마케터의 직무역량모델 개발

        목적: 골프대회는 골프 산업의 성장에 있어 중요한 부분을 차지하며, 골프대회의 성공적 개최를 위해 골프토너먼트 마케터의 높은 직무역량이 요구된다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 국내 골프대회의 성공 개최를 위한 골프 토너먼트 마케터의 직무역량모델을 개발하는 것이다. 방법: 첫째, 문헌 고찰을 통해 직무영역을 대회 운영, 대회 관람, 대회 홍보로 구분했다. 둘째, 현직 마케터를대상으로 인터뷰를 진행하여 직무역량모델 초안을 도출했다. 셋째, 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 통해 전문가 의견을 수렴했고 직무역량모델 잠정안을 도출했다. 넷째, 내용타당도 검증을 실시하여 CVR, 안정도, 수렴도, 합의도 기준을 통해 최종 직무역량모델을 확정했다. 결과: 첫째, 대회 운영 영역에는 제안서 작성, 대회 장소, 운영 매뉴얼 작성, 인력 관리, 기타의 직무역량으로구분되며, 총 14개의 행동지표(기업에 제안할 때 아마추어 골프대회의 경우 보편적인 틀에 맞춰 작성한다등)가 도출됐다. 둘째, 대회 관람 영역에는 엔터테인먼트, 교통, 안전의 직무역량으로 구분되며, 총 8개의 행동지표(다양한 갤러리 이벤트를 운영한다 등)가 도출됐다. 셋째, 대회 홍보 영역에는 광고, 홍보, 언론 ⸱ 중계의 직무역량으로 구분되며, 총 7개의 행동지표(광고 보드를 제작하여 설치한다 등)가 도출됐다. 결론: 종합하면, 3개 직무영역, 11개 직무역량, 29개 행동지표를 도출했다. 이는 실무적으로 골프 토너먼트마케터의 전문성을 신장하는 데 도움이 되고, 학술적으로는 스포츠 교육학, 스포츠 인적자원관리 분야의 학문적 지식을 확장하는 데 기여할 것이다. Purpose: The golf tournament plays a significant role in the growth of the golf industry. Successful organization of such tournaments requires a high level of competency from golf tournament marketers. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop a competency model for golf tournament marketers for successful domestic golf tournament hosting. Methods: First, a review of the literature classified job domains into tournament operations, tournament spectating, and tournament promotion. Second, interviews were conducted with current marketers to derive an initial draft of the job competency model. Third, expert opinions were gathered through focus group interviews, resulting in a preliminary version of the job competency model. Finally, content validity was verified, and the final job competency model was confirmed using criteria for CVR, stability, convergence, and consensus. Results: Firstly, in the domain of tournament operation, competencies such as proposal writing, venue selection, operational manual creation, personnel management, and other competencies were identified, resulting in a total of 14 behavioral indicators. Secondly, in the domain of tournament attendance, competencies related to entertainment, transportation, and safety were identified, resulting in a total of 8 behavioral indicators. Thirdly, in the domain of tournament promotion, competencies related to advertising, promotion, and media/coverage were identified, resulting in a total of 7 behavioral indicators. In summary, 3 job domains, 11 competencies, and 29 behavioral indicators were identified. Conclusion: This will practically enhance the professionalism of golf tournament marketers and academically contribute to expanding the scholarly knowledge in the field of sports human resources management.

        수영 관련 안전사고 판례 분석을 통한 사고 예방대책 수립방안

        목적: 본 연구는 수영 관련 안전사고 판례를 분석하여 사고 예방 대책을 수립하고, 이를 통해 수영 관계자들에게 유용한 자료를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 방법: 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 문헌 분석을 통해 판례를 분석했고, 이를 바탕으로 1단계 문헌 고찰, 2단계 인터뷰, 3단계 포커스 그룹 인터뷰, 4단계 내용 타당도 검증 과정을 통해 예방 대책 방안을 도출했다. 결과: 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, ‘시설 안전’ 영역에는 ‘예리함 · 파열 · 파손 · 마감처리 불량 시 즉시수리’ 등 총 8개 요인이 도출됐다. 둘째, ‘수영 안전’ 영역에는 ‘충분한 준비운동 및 정리운동 실시’ 등 총 8개요인이 도출됐다. 셋째, ‘대회 안전’ 영역에는 ‘계획단계 – 안전에 관한 계획 수립 및 예산 확보’ 등 총 4개요인이 도출됐다. 넷째, ‘정책 지원’ 영역에는 ‘체육시설 안전관리에 대한 실태조사, 정보관리 시스템 고도화’ 등 총 4개 요인이 도출됐다. 결론: 따라서 수영 관계자들은 해당 방안을 숙지하여 수영 관련 안전사고 예방에 만전을 기해야 할 것이다. Purpose: This study aims to establish accident prevention measures through the analysis of legal precedents related to swimming safety incidents. Methods: To achieve the research objectives, the study employed the following steps: 1) analyzed swimming accident precedents through a literature review, and 2) utilized a 4-stage research procedure (1st stage: literature review, 2nd stage: in-depth interviews, 3rd stage: focus group interviews, 4th stage: content validity verification) to derive a total of 24 final factors across four domains. The specific content of these final factors is as follows. Results: First, in the area of 'facility safety,' a total of eight factors have been identified: 'Prompt repair in case of sharpness, cracks, breakage, or finishing defects,' 'Strict water quality management through regular inspection, replacement, and cleaning,' and 'Efforts to prevent slipping on floors and stairs,' among others. Second, in the area of 'swimming safety,' a total of eight factors have been identified: 'Conducting sufficient warm-up and cool-down exercises,' 'Prohibition of risky behaviors such as diving or jumping in the absence of an instructor,' and 'Maintaining a maximum safety distance between swimmers,' among others. Third, in the area of 'competition safety,' a total of four factors have been identified: 'Planning stage,' 'Preparation stage,' 'Execution stage,' and 'Evaluation stage.’ Fourth, in the area of 'policy support', a total of two factors have been identified: 'Conducting a survey on the current state of sports facility safety management and enhancing information management systems' and 'Improving laws and regulations related to sports facility safety management,' among others. Conclusion: Therefore, swimming officials should be well informed about this measure and strive to prevent swimming-related safety accidents.

        리듬운동에서의 부상 예방 대응: 체계적인 전략 구축을 통한 안전성 강화

        The purpose of this study is to establish systematic strategies to prevent injuries that may occur in rhythmic exercise, thereby providing practical and useful information for participants, instructors, and managers. This study utilized a methodological framework based on the research procedures of Lucia & Lepsinger (1999) and Spencer & Spencer (1993). The methodology comprised four stages: literature review, interviews, focus group interviews, and content validity analysis. Based on the results, discussions were made regarding injury prevention related to tools, facilities, and classes. First, strategies to prevent tool-related injuries include using tools that meet safety standards, choosing the right tool for each type of exercise, and regularly inspecting them. Second, facility-related disaster prevention strategies include regular inspections of facility safety conditions, maintenance and prevention of facility damage, and legal compliance. Third, there are strategies to prevent class-related injuries, including instructors' participation in ongoing safety training programs, assessing participants' medical conditions, and limiting the number of participants per class. Instructors' and administrators' proactive efforts and attention are essential to ensure that all participants enjoy a safe workout.

        골프기업의 CSR활동, 기업이미지, 몰입 및 행동의도의 구조적 관계

        [목적] 이 연구는 골프기업의 CSR활동, 기업이미지, 몰입 및 행동의도의 구조적 관계를 규명하여 골프기업의 사회적 책임활동에 대한 대중의 인식을 확인하고 대중과 상생하는 골프기업의로의 도약을 위한 방안을 모색하는데 있어 필요한 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. [방법] 이를 위해 골프기업 중 사회적책임활동을 다양하게 실시하고 있는 골프존을 이용하는 고객을 모집단으로 설정하여 2023년 5월에서 7월 사이 서울 및 수도권지역의 골프존 스크린골프장을 이용하는 고객 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사는 온라인설문조사를 활용하였으며, 설문조사 전 골프존의 사회공헌활동에 대한 내용을 삽입하여 내용을 본 뒤 설문조사에 참여하도록 하였다. [결과] 첫째, 골프기업의 CSR활동은 기업이미지에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 골프기업의 이미지는 몰입에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 골프기업의 이미지는 행동의도에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 골프기업에 대한 몰입은 행동의도에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 최근 ESG경영 등 사회와 상생하는 기업경영에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있는 현 상황에서 골프기업의 CSR활동은 기업이미지를 긍정적으로 이끌어낼 수 있는 효과적인 방안이며, 지속적인 사회적 책임활동을 통해 골프에 대한 대중의 인식변화와 대중화를 이루어낼 수 있을 것이라 생각한다.

        비즈니스 협상론에 기반한 스포츠 에이전트의 성공적 협상 전략 방안

        요약본 연구의 목적은 비즈니스 협상론에 기반한 스포츠 에이전트의 성공적 협상 전략 방안을 도출하는 것이다. 이를 위해 문헌 고찰, 인터뷰, 포커스 그룹 인터뷰, 전문가 패널 내용타당도 검증을 실시했고, 다음과 같은 결과를 도출했다. 첫째, ‘준비 단계’ 영역에서는 ‘선수의 기본적 인적 사항을 조사한다’, ‘선수의 상품 가치를 철저하게 분석한다’,‘선수의 현재 경쟁력, 경기력에 대해 정확하게 평가한다’, ‘협상에 대한 기본적인 지식을 습득하고 원칙을 이해한다,’ 등 총 16개 협상 전략이 도출됐다. 둘째, ‘초기 단계’ 영역에서는 ‘스몰토크를 통해 어색한 분위기를 누그러뜨린다’ 등 총 4개 협상 전략이 도출됐다. 셋째, ‘진행 단계’ 영역에 ‘우리 쪽에 불리한 부분은 최대한 노출하지 않는다,’‘협상가능영역(ZOPA)에서 합의를 보도록 노력한다’, ‘상대방이 우리의 선수를 귀하게 생각하도록 한다,’ 등 총 12개 협상 전략이 도출됐다. 넷째, ‘평가 단계’ 영역에서는 ‘협상 결과를 철저히 분석한다’ 등 총 4개 협상 전략이 도출됐다. 종합하면, 본 연구는 4개 협상 영역(준비, 초기, 진행, 평가 단계)과 36개의 협상 전략을 도출했다. 본 논문의 의의는 실무적으로 스포츠 에이전트가 협상 전략을 세우고 적용하는 데 도움이 되고, 학술적으로 경영학의 협상론을 스포츠 경영학에 접목하여 해당 분야의 학문적 지식을 확장하고 발전하는 데 기여했다. AbstractThe purpose of this study is to derive successful negotiation strategies for sports agents based on business negotiation theory. To achieve this, a literature review, interviews, focus group interviews, and expert panel content validity verification were conducted, resulting in the following findings. Firstly, in the 'preparation stage,' 16 negotiation strategies were derived, including 'investigating the player's basic personal information,' 'thoroughly analyzing the player's market value,' 'accurately evaluating the player's current competitiveness and skills,' and 'acquiring basic knowledge of negotiation and understanding principles.' Secondly, in the 'initial stage,' four negotiation strategies were derived, including 'easing tension through small talk.' Thirdly, in the 'progress stage,' 12 negotiation strategies were derived, including 'not exposing disadvantages on our side as much as possible,' 'efforts to reach an agreement in the Zone of Possible Agreement (ZOPA),' and 'making the counterpart value our player highly.' Fourthly, in the 'evaluation stage,' four negotiation strategies were derived, including 'thoroughly analyzing negotiation results.' In summary, this study identified 36 negotiation strategies across four negotiation stages (preparation, initial, progress, and evaluation). This paper aids in practical negotiation strategy application and advances scholarly knowledge by integrating business negotiation theory into sports management.

        재무비율 분석을 통한 국내 골프 관련 상장기업의 재무건전성 파악

        코로나19 사태 이후 폭발적 성장세를 보인 국내 골프시장은 최근 MZ세대의 골프 이탈, 엔데믹으로 인한 골프 해외여행 수요 증가 등으로 매출 감소와 주가 하락을 겪으며 위기에 빠져있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 골프 관련 상장기업의 재무비율 분석을 통해 재무건전성을 파악하고, 이를 바탕으로 발전방안을 모색하는 데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 금융감독원의 전자공시시스템(DART)을 활용하여 2019년부터 2022년까지 4년간의 골프존, 까스텔바작, 한세엠케이, 남화산업, 베뉴지, 브이씨, 크리스에프앤씨, MH에탄올의 재무비율(성장성, 수익성, 안정성, 활동성)을 분석했고, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성장성 분석 결과, 골프기업들은 모든 지표에서 전 산업의 중견, 중소기업보다 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 수익성 분석 결과, 골프기업들은 매출액순이익률, 매출액영업이익률은 전 산업의 중견, 중소기업보다 높게 나타났지만, 총자산이익률, 자기자본순이익률은 비슷하게 나타났다. 셋째, 안정성 분석 결과, 8개 골프기업들은 유동비율, 당좌비율, 금융비용부담률에서 전 산업의 중견, 중소기업보다 높게 나타났지만, 부채비율에서는 큰 차이는 없었다. 넷째, 활동성 분석 결과, 골프기업들은 전 산업의 중견, 중소기업보다 높게 나타났다. 종합하면, 8개 골프기업은 전 산업의 중견, 중소기업들보다 재무구조가 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 재무비율 분석은 정확한 미래를 예측하는 데 한계점이 존재하고, 일부 지표에서는 골프기업들의 부정적 요소도 많기에 골프산업에 대한 정확한 이해를 바탕으로 지속 발전을 위한 관심과 투자가 계속 뒷받침되어야 한다. The domestic golf market, which has experienced explosive growth since the COVID-19 pandemic, has recently been in a crisis, experiencing declining sales and falling stock prices due to the withdrawal of the MZ generation from golf and increasing demand for overseas golf travel. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the financial soundness through the analysis of financial ratios of public golf companies and to seek development plans. To this end, this study analyzed the financial ratios (growth, profitability, stability, and activity) of Golfzon, Castelbajac, Hansaemk, Namhwa, Venue G, VC, Creas F&C, and MH Ethanol for four years from 2019 to 2022 using the Data Analysis, Retrieval and Transfer System (DART), and found the following results. First, the growth rate of golf companies was higher than that of mid-sized and small and medium-sized companies in all industries. Second, the profitability rate of golf companies was higher than that of mid-sized and small and medium-sized companies in all industries, but the return on assets and return on equity were similar. Third, the results of the stability analysis showed that the current ratio, quick ratio, and interest expenses sales ratio of the eight golf companies were higher than those of medium and small companies in all industries, but there was no significant difference in the debt ratio. Fourth, the results of the activity analysis showed that golf companies were higher than medium and small companies in all industries. In conclusion, the eight golf companies have a better financial structure than mid-sized and small companies in all industries. However, financial ratio analysis has its limitations in predicting the exact future of a company, and there are many negative factors of golf companies in some indicators, so it is important to continue to support interest and investment in sustainable development based on an accurate understanding of the golf industry.
