문학치료학과 역사적 트라우마

이 논문의 목적은 문학치료학이 어떠한 기본 개념들을 가지고 있는지를 분명히 하고, 문학치료학에서는 역사적 사건의 충격과 트라우마를 어떠한 방식으로 다루고 있으며, 문학치료학에서 역사적 트라우마를 극복하는 원리는 무엇인지를 명료하게 밝혀보는 데 있다. 논의의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문학치료학의 기본적이고 핵심적인 개념으로는 텍스트, 서사, 인생살이, 자기서사, 작품, 작품서사 등이 있다. 둘째, 인생살이는 자기서사에 기반을 두고 있지만, 인생살이의 곡절들이 자기서사를 변화시키기도 한다. 셋째, 작품은 작품서사에 기반을 두고 있으며 작품서사는 자기서사의 영향을 크게 받고 있지만, 작품서사가 오히려 자기서사를 변화시키기도 한다. 넷째, 역사적 사건이 인생살이에 충격을 주었을 때, 기왕의 자기서사가 이 충격을 해석해낼 수 있다면 건강한 인생살이를 유지할 수가 있다. 다섯째, 역사적 사건이 인생살이에 충격을 주었을 때, 기왕의 자기서사로는 이 충격을 감당하지 못할 수도 있는데, 이럴 경우에는 인생살이의 충격을 고려하여 자기서사가 조정될 수 있고, 이렇게 조정된 자기서사가 인생살이의 충격을 해석해낼 수 있다면 역시 건강한 인생살이를 유지할 수가 있다. 여섯째, 역사적 사건이 인생살이에 충격을 주었을 때, 기왕의 자기서사로도 이 충격을 이해할 수 없을 뿐만 아니라, 자기서사의 조정에 의한 새로운 자기서사의 마련도 용이하지 않게 되면 인생살이의 충격은 이해할 수 없는 인생살이의 용종으로 남아 트라우마가 형성된다. 일곱째, 역사적 사건이 인생살이에 충격을 주었을 때, 이 충격에 의하여 자기서사가 조정되기는 하지만 건강하지 못한 자기서사가 형성되는 경우에는 불합리한 신념이 생길 수 있는데, 이 불합리한 신념 역시 트라우마가 된다. 여덟째, 작품서사는 인생살이가 조정하지 못한 자기서사를 조정하게 되는데, 이렇게 조정된 자기서사에 의하여 그동안 해석해 내지 못했던 충격을 해석해냄으로써 트라우마는 극복될 수 있다. 아홉째, 작품서사는 인생살이에 의하여 형성된 건강하지 못한 자기서사를 건강한 자기서사로 변화시킬 수 있는데, 이렇게 변화된 건강한 자기서사가 인생살이를 재해석함으로써 트라우마가 된 불합리한 신념으로부터 벗어날 수 있게 된다. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the basic notions of literary therapeutics, and reveal the principle of overcoming historical trauma in a literary therapeutic view. The results of this paper are as follows. First, text, the epic, life, the epic of self, literary work, and the epic of literary work are the core notions of literary therapeutics. Second, life is found on the epic of self. However, circumstances in life can change the epic of self. Third, literary work is found on the epic of literary work, and the epic of literary work is influenced by the epic of self. However, sometimes, the epic of literary work can change the epic of self likewise. Fourth, if one"s epic of self can interpret a shock from a historical event well, one can maintain healthy life. Fifth, if one"s epic of self fail to interpret a shock from a historical event, one"s epic of self needs to be adjusted. If one succeed to adjust the epic of self for interpreting the shock well, one can also maintain healthy life. Sixth, if one fail to adjust the epic of self for interpreting the shock well, one would suffer from trauma. Un-interpreted shock would be causing for trauma. Seventh, when the epic of self is adjusted because of a shock from historical event, unhealthy epic of self can be formed. This unhealthy epic of self is causing for one"s unreasonable belief, and eventually trauma. Eighth, when circumstances in life fail to adjust the epic of self, the epic of literary work can adjust the epic of self. Based on the adjusted epic of self, one would be able to interpret the shock well, and finally overcome trauma. Ninth, the epic of literary work can change the unhealthy epic of self to the healthy epic of self. The healthy epic of self can re-interpret the shock well, and make one to overcome the unreasonable belief.

문학치료학의 서사이론에 입각한 창작이론

이 논문의 목적은 문학치료학의 서사이론에 입각한 창작이론을 수립하는 데 있다. 논의의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 작품의 창작과정은 작가의 자기서사에 입각하여 작품서사를 구성하고, 이 작품서사를 바탕으로 작품이 창작된다는 것이다. 둘째, 창의성이란 진실을 더 잘 드러낼 수 있는 새로움이다. 따라서 `서사의 주체`와 `서사의 갈림길`에 대한 탐색이 창의성 획득의 핵심이 된다. 셋째, 좋은 작품은 건강한 서사를 구현한 작품이다. 건강한 서사를 구현한 작품은 `흥관군원(興觀群怨)`의 능력을 발휘할 수 있다. 넷째, 작품의 수정은 `작품(텍스트)` 차원의 수정 못지않게 `작품서사` 차원의 수정에 힘을 기울여야 한다. The purpose of this paper is to establish creation theory based on the theory of epic in literary therapeutics. The results are as follows. First, in the process of creation, an author forms the epic of literary work based on his or her epic of self. Then based on this epic of literary work, literary work is created. Second, creativity means novelty which can reveal the truth well. Therefore, searching for `an agent of epic` and `turning point of epic` is the core of obtaining creativity. Third, great literary work embodies healthy epic. And this great literary work can demonstrate the power of `heung(興), gwan(觀), gun(群), won(怨)`. Forth, not only in a `text` level, but also in `the epic of literary work` level, modifying literary work should be done.

구비설화에 나타난 자녀서사의 어머니

The purpose of this paper is to reveal the son and daughter epic more concretely. The focus of this paper is the attitude of son and daughter about their mother. The results of this paper are as follows. First, in < A Green Frog(청개구리) >, < A Straw Rope(새끼 서 발) >, < Agijangsu(아기장수) >, and < Umulmyeongdang(우물명당) > mother is very unbelievable. Second, in < Brother and Sister Who Become Sun and Moon(해와 달이 된 오누이) > mother is very unfaithful. Third, in < Mother who is dying of the cold(밤이 춥다는 어머니) >, < The Bridge of Mother(효불효 다리) >, and < The Lovesickness of Mother(어머니 상사병 고친 효자) > mother is very pitiful.

정언묘선 소재 <장가행> 외 세 수의 번역 문제와 역주

The aim of this paper is to point out the problems in the translation of < Janggahaing(長歌行) >, < Bakdueum(白頭吟) >, < Jeungnai(贈內) >, and < Yeosomu(與蘇武) > in _Jeongeonmyoseon (精言妙選)_, and to produce a lucid Korean translation and detailed notes of < Janggahaing(長歌行) >, < Bakdueum(白頭吟) >, < Jeungnai (贈內) >, and < Yeosomu(與蘇武) >. The first problem is to ignore the grammar in translation Hansi (漢詩). The fact that not only Hanmun(漢文) but also Hansi(漢詩) adhere to grammar is frequently forgotten. The second problem is to ignore the first meaning of the words and to be excessively attached to a metaphor. The first meaning of the words guarantees the productivity of the poetic words. After pointing out the problems in the translation of < Janggahaing(長歌行) >, < Bakdueum(白頭吟) >, < Jeungnai(贈內) >, and < Yeosomu(與蘇武) >, I tried to present a lucid Korean translation and detailed notes of them.

심리학의 지각, 기억, 사고와 문학치료학의 자기서사

이 논문의 목적은 심리학의 지각, 기억, 사고와 문학치료학의 자기서사가 어떻게 관련되어 있는지를 밝히는 데 있다. 논의의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기서사는 지각 작용 가운데 특히 개념주도적인 처리에 관여하고 있다. 둘째, 자기서사는 기억 작용 가운데 특히 작업기억의 체제화와 청크형성에 관여하고 있다. 셋째, 자기서사는 사고 작용 가운데 특히 청크를 활용하고 체계적으로 조작하는 과정에 관여하고 있다. 이제 앞으로는 자기서사가 지각과 기억과 사고에 관련되는 구체적인 양상을 밝혀야 할 것이다. The purpose of this paper is to reveal the relationship between perception, memory, thinking, and the epic of self. The results of this paper are as follows. First, in perception the epic of self correspond to top-down process. Second, in memory the epic of self correspond to organization and chunk. Third, in thinking the epic of self correspond to the systematic operation of chunk. From now on, we should research the details of the relationship between perception, memory, thinking, and the epic of self.

문학치료와 자기서사의 성장

논문은 건강하지 못한 자기서사를 건강한 자기서사로 개선하는 문학치료가 결국 자기서사의 성장을 돕는 일이며, 자기서사의 성장과정이 바로 문학치료의 큰 틀이 될 것이라는 관점에서, 자기서사의 성정과정을 세 개의 단계로 나누어 고찰하였다. 좌절의 서사, 승리의 서사, 상생의 서사가 그것이다. 먼저 좌절의 서사에 대해서는 자녀서사영역에서 「뻐꾸기가 된 며느리」와 「아기장수」를, 남녀서사영역에서 「소 울음소리 낸 시아버지」와 「상사 뱀과 상사바위」를, 부부서사영역에서 「우렁색시」와 「나무꾼과 선녀」와 「아내 질투로 호식 당한 남편」을, 부모서사영역에서 「지붕에 소 올리라는 아버지」를 각각 검토하였다. 이러한 좌절의 서사에서는 기본적으로 울분을 토로하고 있었다. 다음으로 승리의 서사에 대해서는 자녀서사영역에서 「모래 섞어 밥한 며느리」와 「해와 달이 된 오누이」를, 남녀서사영역애서 「며느리의 유혹과 모함」과 「월경 피 묻은 속옷 입고 상사뱀 피한 처녀」를, 부부서사영역에서 「새털 옷 입고 왕이 된 남자」와 「구렁덩덩 신선비」와 「지네각시」를, 부모서사영역에서 「부자간의 친구 시험」을 각각 검토하였다. 이라한 승리의 서사에서는 자기정당성을 내세우는 것이 주안점이었다. 끝으로 상생의 서사에 대해서는 자녀서사영역에서 「돌노적 쌀노적」과 「효불효 다리」를, 남녀서사영역에서 「장모가 된 며느리」와 「상사뱀 위로하여 다시 처녀가 되게 한 남자」를, 부부서사영역에서 「남의 첩 차지한 배포 큰 거지」와 「호랑이 눈썹」과 「도량 넓은 남편」을, 부모서사영역에서 「며느리 자랑하여 효부 만든 시아버지」를 각각 검토하였다. 이러한 상생의 서사에서는 세계경영의 안목과 자질을 보여주고 있었다. The purpose of this paper is to reveal the growth of the epic of self. The results of this paper are as follows. The first step of the growth of the epic of self is the epic of breakdown. In this step there are 「A Cuckoo’s Song and a Daughter-in-law」, 「The Baby General」, 「Father’s Moo」, 「Lovesickness and a Serpent」, 「Snail Bride」, 「A Woodcutter and a Fairy」, 「Wife’s Jealousy and a Tiger Woman」 and 「Cow and Roof」. In the epic of break down pent-up anger is expressed. The second step of the growth of the epic of self is the epic of victory. In this step there are 「Boiled Rice with Sand and a Daughter-in-law」, 「Sun and Moon, Brother and Sister」, 「Temptation of Daughter-in-law」, 「Menses and Snake」, 「A Feather Man and a King」, 「Snake Bridegroom」, 「A Centipede Woman」 and 「Father’s Friend and Son’s Friend」. In the epic of victory self-justification is the point. The third step of the growth of the epic of self is the epic of coexistence. In this step there are 「Stacks of Stone and Stacks of Grain」, 「The Bridge of Mother」, 「A Daughter-in-law Becomes a Mother-in-law」, 「A Man Who Consoles Snake Maiden」, 「A Concubine and a Brave Beggar」, 「Tiger’s Eyebrows」, 「Generous Husband」 and 「A Father-in-law Who Brag about His Daughter-in-law」. In the epic of coexistence the eye and quality for world-management is very important.

문학치료학의 서사이론

이 논문의 목적은 문학치료학의 서사이론을 밝히는 것이었다. 논의의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문학치료학에서 인간은 그 자체로 문학이며 서사이다. 둘째, 인간관계는 문학치료학의 서사에서 매우 중요한 요소이다. 셋째, 인간관계의 주체에 따라서 서사를 자녀서사, 남녀서사, 부부서사, 부모서사로 분류할 수 있다. 넷째, 인간관계의 방식에 따라서 서사를 가르기서사, 밀치기서사, 되찾기서사, 감싸기서사로 분류할 수 있다. 다섯째, 나인가 세상인가, 법칙인가 소망인가는 자녀서사, 남녀서사, 부부서사, 부모서사를 결정하는 네 가지 요소인데, 핵심이 세상의 법칙에 있으면 자녀서사, 나의 소망에 있으면 남녀서사, 세상의 소망에 있으면 부부서사, 나의 법칙에 있으면 부모서사가 된다. 여섯째, 확신인가 의혹인가, 초극인가 추구인가는 가르기서사, 밀치기서사, 되찾기서사, 감싸기서사를 결정하는 네 가지 요소인데, 확신을 가지고 추구하는 경우엔 가르기서사, 의혹을 품고 추구하는 경우에는 밀치기서사, 의혹을 품고 초극하는 경우에는 되찾기서사, 확신을 가지고 초극하는 경우에는 감싸기서사가 된다. The purpose of this paper is to reveal the theory of epic in literary therapeutics. The results of this paper are as follows. First, in literary therapeutics human is literature, human is epic. Second, in literary therapeutics the very important factor of epic is human relations. Third, according to the subject of human relations we can classify into four epic groups, son and daughter epic, man and woman epic, husband and wife epic, father and mother epic. Fourth, according to the mode of human relations we can also classify into four epic groups, dividing epic, pushing epic, recovering epic, protecting epic. Fifth, self or world, principle or desire are four elements concerned in deciding son and daughter epic(world and principle), man and woman epic(self and desire), husband and wife epic(world and desire), father and mother epic(self and principle). Sixth, confidence or doubt, transcendence or pursue are four elements concerned in deciding dividing epic(confidence and pursue), pushing epic(doubt and pursue), recovering epic(doubt and transcendence), protecting epic(confidence and transcendence).

우울증에 대한 문학치료적 이해와 <지네각시>

The purpose of this paper is to understand depression in viewpoint of literary therapy and to accept the result of medical science, psychology, and psychoanalysis. The results of this paper are as follows. First, we could understand depression more deeply in relation to < Jinegaksi >. Second, we could establish literary therapeutic strategy about depression by utilizing < Jinegaksi >. Above all, we could confirm the possibility of mutual understanding between medical science, psychology, psychoanalysis, and literay therapy.

연극성 성격장애의 심층적 원인으로서의 연극성서사

이 논문은 그 동안 심리학이나 상담학의 범주 안에서만 진행되어 오던 연극성 성격장애에 대한 논의가 문학치료학의 범주에서도 논의되고 있는 최근의 연구 동향을 이어받아 연극성 성격장애의 심층적 원인으로서의 연극성서사를 밝혀보고자 하였다. 인간의 심리적 현상보다는 그러한 현상을 일으키게 하는 심층적 원인으로서의 자기서사에 관심을 기울이고, 더 나아가 자기서사의 개선을 추구하는 문학치료학의 근본 취지를 생각할 때, 연극성 성격장애의 심층적 원인으로서의 연극성서사에 어떠한 것들이 있는지 탐색하는 일은 결코 회피할 수 없다고 보았기 때문이다. 먼저 연극성 성격장애의 원인론이라는 맥락 속에서 연극성서사를 고찰하였다. 정신역동 이론에 의거한 원인론의 경우 모성의 결핍으로 말미암아 내적인 자기체계가 제대로 형성되지 않아서 생기는 문제라고 보았다. 인지행동 이론에 의거한 원인론의 경우 어린 시절 부모와의 관계에서 학습된 잘못된 인지도식에 의해서 생기는 문제라고 보았다. 밀론의 생물사회학습 이론 및 진화 이론에 의거한 원인론의 경우 어린 시절 부모와의 관계에서 과잉자극이나 비일관적인 양육방식에 노출되어서 생기는 문제라고 하였다. 그런데 이러한 원인론들은 나름대로의 장점이 있으면서도 좀 더 심층적인 원인에 대해서 유보하고 있거나 모든 경우에 적용하기 어려운 한계점도 보이고 있었다. 문학치료학에서는 작품의 내면에서 작품이라는 현상의 원천이면서 원동력인 작품서사를 상정하고, 같은 방식으로 인생의 내면에 인생이라는 현상의 원천이면서 원동력인 자기서사를 상정하는데, 같은 방식으로 연극성 성격장애라는 현상의 내면에는 이러한 현상을 일으키는 원천과 원동력으로 연극성서사가 있다고 상정하게 된다. 다음으로 연극성서사의 제 양상을 구체적으로 살펴보았다. 연극성서사는 서사영역별로 연극성자녀서사, 연극성남녀서사, 연극성부부서사, 연극성부모서사 등으로 분류할 수 있다. 연극성자녀서사에 속할 수 있는 설화로는 <미인계로 재산과 벼슬 얻은 남자>, <깎은 쌀로 허세 부려 부잣집 사위 된 남자>, <목신 도움으로 과거 급제한 사람>, <주모 아들 칭찬하여 공짜 술 먹은 정만서>, <쥐에게 존대한 꿩과 하대한 메추리>, <이성계에게 음식 대접하고 목숨 구한 왕씨> 등이 있다. 연극성남녀서사에 속할 수 있는 설화로는 <머리에 쓰면 미인으로 둔갑하는 해골>, <유부녀와 동침하고 꿈이라고 둘러댄 남자>, <삼정승 딸을 만나 목숨 구한 총각>, <구멍 내주고 사온 반찬>, <동침 안 돼서 아내 둘 얻은 남자>, <부자 과부 찾아간 금시발복>, <밤마다 옷 벗고 불 밝힌 머슴>, <정절부인 얻은 가짜 정절남자> 등이 있다. 연극성부부서사에 속할 수 있는 설화로는 <첫날밤에 아기 낳고 신랑 붙잡은 신부>, <전생의 인연으로 부부가 된 중과 이와 돼지>, <천 냥짜리 그림 속의 여자>, <구렁덩덩 신선비>, <부자 된 뒤 말 피로 도깨비 떼어낸 사람> 등이 있다. 연극성부모서사에 속할 수 있는 설화로는 <밥 먹여 키운 뱀과 왕이 된 아이>, <백정 당숙 어사 조카>, <무식한 고을의 현명한 원님> 등이 있다. 이러한 논의는 한편으로는 연극성 성격장애의 원인론을 심화시키는 데 기여할 수 있을 것이며, 다른 한편으로는 연극성 성격장애에 대한 문학치료학적 진단과 치료의 체계를 수립하는 데 기여할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this paper is to reveal histrionic epic as the depth cause of histrionic personality disorder. The results of this paper are as follows. First, established etiology of histrionic personality disorder are based on psychodynamics theory, cognitive behavior theory, biosocial-learning theory, and evolution theory. Second, histrionic epic is the cause of histrionic personality disorder in literary therapeutic etiology. Third, < A Badger Game and a Government Post > and < Carved Rice and a Bluff > are histrionic son and daughter epic. Forth, < A Naked Farm Servant Who is Lighting a Candle Every Night > and < A Faithful Woman and A Man Who Pretends to be Faithful > are histrionic man and woman epic. Fifth, < A Bride Who Has a Baby on the Wedding Night and A Tempted Bridegroom > and < Snake Bridegroom > are histrionic husband and wife epic. Sixth, < A Brought-Up Snake and A Boy Who Becomes a King > and < A Wise Magistrate of the Ignorant District > are histrionic father and mother epic.
