Appropriate ventilation is needed for healthy and comfortable indoor life of residents. The main purposes of a Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) system are to help maintain good indoor air quality through adequate ventilation with filtration and provide thermal comfort. However, in some heat recovery ventilators, there is a problem that condensation occurs inside. Occurrence of condensation may cause propagation of bacteria, mold and consequently pollution, blurring the purpose of using a ventilator, and so the problem of condensation should be handled seriously. But the current condensation-related regulations have the limits in the scope of judgement. In this study, multiple dampers were installed to prevent dew condensation in the ventilation system. The condensation performance of the ventilation system was verified through the implementation of the outside temperature during the winter season.
태양광열 · 지열 하이브리드 시스템의 적정 용량 설계를 위한 동적 에너지 시뮬레이션

Recently, the ground source heat pump (GSHP) system is actively used because it has high performance of system comparing with other conventional systems. However, the systemic performance can decrease due to excessive and prolonged operation periods. This problem can be solved by combining with other heat source systems. In this research, a hybrid system with GSHP and PVT (Photovoltaic-Thermal) system was proposed and the analysis of system performance was conducted. The analysis model was made by TRNSTS17 and annual performance was calculated based on hourly system performance and weather data. In this paper, in order to decide suitable system capacity between GSHP and PVT, case studies was conducted according to the capacity change of individual system. The simulation was carried out considering various building conditions and local conditions. In the results, a hybrid system can achieve 15.5% higher performance at most than only GSHP system.
발효 쌀보리의 급여가 육성돈의 혈중 대사산물, 혈구조성 및 생산성에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 발효 쌀보리 급여가 돼지의 생산성, 혈구조성, 혈중 대사물질에 미치는 영향을 구명하고자 실시하였다. 공시동물은 총 45두의 3원 교잡 육성돈(요크셔×랜드레이스×듀록; 평균체중, 30.33±0.05 kg)을 이용하였고 사료 내 발효 쌀보리(Fermented hulless barley, FHB)는 0, 0.5, 1.0% 수준으로 첨가하였으며 처리구당 3반복, 반복당 5두씩 시험돈사에 임의로 배치하였다. 일당증체량은 0.5% FHB 처리구에서 0 및 1.0% FHB 처리구에 비해 증가하였으나 통계적 차이는 없었다. 일당사료섭취량 및 사료요구율은 처리구간 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 총백혈구, 호중구, 림프구, 단핵구, 호산구 및 호염구를 비롯한 백혈구계 혈액세포 조성은 발효 쌀보리에 영향을 받지 않았다. 혈중 글루코오스는 대조구에서 0.5, 1.0% FHB 처리구보다 증가하였다. 알부민은 1.0% FHB 처리구에서 0.5% FHB 처리구에 비해 감소하였다. 그러나, 단백질, 지방, 에너지 및 광물질과 관련된 나머지 대사적 지표들은 발효 쌀보리 급여에 의한 영향이 관찰되지 않았다. 사양시험기간동안 시험동물에서 환축 또는 폐사가 관찰되지 않아 돼지의 건강관리측면에서는 효과를 나타낸 것으로 보인다. 그러므로 발효 쌀보리가 축산물 안전성에 미치는 영향을 구명하는 추가 연구를 통해 안전 축산물 생산 가능성을 제고하는 것이 필요할 것이다. This study was conducted to investigate effect of feeding fermented hulless barley (FHB) on growth performance and blood metabolites in growing pigs. Forty-five pigs (LYD; initial body weight, 30.33±0.05 kg) were randomly allotted into three dietary treatments that consisted of 0, 0.5 and 1.0% of the FHB in the basal diets. The pigs fed 0.5% FHB showed higher average daily gain than the 0 and 1% FHB treatments, although there was not significant among the treatments. Similarly, average daily feed intake and feed conversion ratio were not different among the treatments. Blood white blood cells, neutrophil, lymphocyte, monocyte, eosinophil and basophil were ranged to reference values, but not difference among the treatments. Serum glucose was increased in the control compared with 0.5 and 1.0% FHB. However, parameters related to protein, lipid and mineral also were not different among the treatments. These results indicate the FHB has no significant effect of growth performance and metabolizable responses in growing-finishing pigs.
