학교교육은 각 개인의 전문성을 키워 사회변화에 적극적으로 대응해야 한다. 동시에 학교교육은 개인의 인격도야와 사회적 공동선의 실현에도 노력해야 한다. 현재 학교교육은 명문대 합격을 위해 점수와 성적을 강조하며, 인격도야와 공동선의 실현을 도외시하고 있다. 이런 과정에서 학교교육은 인간가치와 삶의 질 향상에 기여하기보다 오히려 인간삶을 억압하며 강제하기에 이르렀다. 이런 점을 염두에 둘 때 학교교육을 통해 인간의 고유 가치라 할 수 있는 인권실현에 노력할 필요가 있다. 인권신장은 새로운 교육적 질서를 수립할 때 염두에 두어야 할 가장 중요한 기준이 되어야 한다. 먼저, 인권에 대한 간략한 개념규정에 바탕하여 입시교육을 인권차원에서 다룬다. 다음으로, 현행 입시위주 교육상황에서 교사들과 학생들이 인권문제에 노출되고 있는 상황을 현장학교 차원에서 검토한다. 마지막으로, 인권교육의 입장에서 학교교육의 새로운 패러다임을 제시한다. School education should actively cope with the rapid change of society by developing individual speciality. Spontaneously, school education should try to build up individual character and to realize social common good. Today, school education stresses the score and grade for succeeding in the entrance-examination of the excellent universities(Seoul, Yonsei, Korea and so on), but in this process, ignores the aspect of individual character buildup and social common good. School education doesn't contribute to improvement of the human value and the quality of life, but rather repress and coerce the human life in a middle and high school. In this standpoint, we should try to achieve the realization of human rights through school education, because the realization of human rights is the core of school education. We think, human rights will be the most important reference for building up new educational paradigm in Korea. Firstly, we will deal with entrance-examination education in terms of human rights education. Secondly, we will explore the problem of human rights education based on the experience of teachers and students in the field of school. Finally, we will propose a new paradigm of school education on the perspective of human rights.

In this paper, I want to research about the entrance-examination for the excellent universities in standpoint of teacher and student. Of course, my study has been performed in terms of ethnographic research method instead of positivistic methodology. Through this paper, I should propose the most important reference for building up a desirable educational paradigm in korean society. Firstly, I will deal with the entrance-examination education in terms of teachers. Secondly, I will explore the problem of school education based on the students experience in area of the highschool. Finally, I will propose a new paradigm of school education in the field of school rather than school education in the theoretical perspective.
