        한강의 Microflora 에 관한 연구 (제2보 ) - 춘천 및 청평저수지를 중심으로 한 한강의 식물성 plankton 과 그 계절적 소장

        The Han River was investigated monthly from April through Septemher, 1967 at Chunchon reservoir, Shin-yean, So-yang, Chung-pyong reservoir, Yang-soo-ri and Gi-doo-won to clarify the phytoplankton and to study its seasonal variation. At the same time, vertical distribution of phytoplankton was also studied from June through September at Chun-chon and Chung-pyong reservoir. The results obtained are as follows: As the environmental conditions, water temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH, and transparency were determined. The plankton samples collected from six stations were identified and classified by Engler`s classification system. It resulted in 4 phyla, 4 classes, 3 subclasses, 13 orders, 27 families, 5 tribes, 71 genera, 222 species, 1 subspecies, 51 varieties and 2 forms. The total number of Phytoplankton identified was 276. Of them, 84 species, 1 subspecies 26 varieties, 2 forms were recorded in this paper for the first time. Considering with the habitat of the total number of phytoplanktons, the highest percentage of Limnoplankton existed in the Chung-pyong reservoir. It suggests that the Chung-pyong reservoir is becoming to have the character of lake. The planktons appeared comnonly during six months at six stations belong to Chrysophyta including 22 species in 11 genera. Among these 22 species. Navicula, consists of 6 species, was the most abundant. The number of species identified uniquely at each station were 5 species in the Chun-chon reservoir, 6 in Chung-pyong and Yang-soo-ri, 8 at Shin-yean, 11 at So-yang, and 18 at Gi-doo-won. The number of species occurred at all stations were 29 in spring, 42 in Autumn and during investigation period. The maximum production of total phytoplankton was generally shown in the late spring and the early fall with differences in quantity at six collecting stations. In the Chun-chon reservoir, the high concentration of approximately 1,190,000 cells per litter in the months of August and September was due to the increase of Chrysophyte genus, Melosira and the highest concentration of approximately 2,000,000 in July at Gi-doo-won was caused Chlorophyte genus, Secenedesmus. The Chun-chon reservoir of three years old was different from the Chung-pyong reservoir of 25 years old with respect to increase in Melosira genus in August and September. After the completion of the Ui-am reservoir, though there was an increase in total density, the number of species of phytoplankton was not changed. It suggests that Ui-am reservoir is similar to the Chun-chon reservoir under the influence of the latter. The density of total phytoplankton was generally high at the depth of 2m to 5m for the two reservoirs.

        한국 고유식물의 종속지 (種屬誌) 11. 산앵도나무속 식물의 분류와 종간유연관계 (種間類緣關系)

        This research was intended to discuss the taxonomic problems which have been raised up to now in the study of the genus Vaccinium in Korea. This taxon has been recognized as 16 kinds, belong to 8 species, 4 varieties and 4 forms. During this research, characters of leaf, flower and trichome were invastigated. In taxonomic treatment of the examined materials, the varieties of V. bracteatum, V. koreanum and V. oldhami had no more varietal ranks because leaf character previously recognized as varietal character were only within the range of variation of its species. And, variety of V. japonicum was included by trichome characteristics in its species. The diagnostic characters of Korean Vaccinium species were leaf morphology, trichomes of twig and style, number of stamen and ovarial locule, and corolla shape. In conclusion, the genus Vaccinium in Korea can be rearranged as 8 species ; V. uliginosum, V. vitis-idaea, V. bracteatum, V. oldhami, V. koreanum, V. japonicum, V. oxycoccus and V. microcarpum.

        한국 고유식물의 종속지 (種屬誌) 10. 괭이눈속 식물의 분류와 종간유연관계 (種間類緣關系)

        This research was conducted to discuss the taxonomic problems in the genus Chrysosplenium in Korea. Materials used in this research were collected from Cheju island, Mt. Odae, and Mt. Cheonma, etc. and cultured in the greenhouse at Seoul National University. Specimens deposited at several university herbariums were also used. The external morphologies of leaf, flower, fruit, pollen, and seed were investigated with the stereo microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. As the results, C. Grayanum and C. macrostemon were proved as taxa not ditributed in this country. The C. trachyspermum and C. barbatum were synonymous of the C. pseudo-Fauriei, C. pilosum var. fulvum respectively. The C. pilosum var. valdepilosum was recognized and its new Korean name was proposed. The types of theeth, flower, fruit and seed were considered as the diagnostic characters in this taxon. Conclusively, the Korean Chrysosplenium could be rearranged as 7 species, 1 variety: C. flaviflorum, C. pilosum var. valdepilosum, C. pilosum var. fulvum, C. pseudo-Fauriei, C. ramosum, C. alternifolium var. sibiricum, C. japonicum, and C. flagelliferum.

        함안소재 자연늪의 수생관속식물상 (水生管束植物相)

        The aquatic flora and ecological properties were studied by the transect method at the three natural swamps in Haman county, Kyungnam province. These natural swamps seem to be a kind of backswamp originated from the floodplain. The aquatic flora, inculding 68 kinds of hydrophytes, consists of 25 families, 42 genera, 56 species, 11 varieties and 1 forma. The dominant species throughout the three swamps are Trapa japonica, Ceratophyllum dermenum, Hydrilla verticillala. The species diversity is reduced in order of Daepyeongneup, Yujeonneup and Jilnalneup. A comparison of the total individual number and biomass among the three lakes represents the maximum value in Daepyeongneup. The similarity index of the community between the Daepyeongneup and Yujeonneup is higher than any other indices.

        북한강의 수원인 대암석 용늪 ( 고층습원 (高層濕原) ) 의 식물성 플랑크톤

        Planktonical researches have been earned out at the Swamp Yong-Neup located in Mt. Daeam, as a water source of the North Han River, in May, June and November 1968, and in May, July, Agust and September 1969. the amount of rainfall and snowfall, water temperature and hydrogen ion concentrations were also studied as environmental factors. Collected samples were classified by Engler`s classification system. It resulted in 3phyta, 3 classes, 2 subclasses, 10 orders, 5 suborders 17 families, 36 genera, 74 species, 25 varieties and 1 forms. Total numbers of identified phytoplanktons are 100.3 species and 3 varieties are recoreded by this work for the first time in Korea.

        조계산권역에 대한 녹지자연도의 사정과 (査定) 식물상

        Study on determination for Degree of Green Naturality and flora of vascular plant was surveyed in chogyesan district from 5 to 8 July 1985. Four different Degree of Green Naturally: 2, 6, 7, 8, have been reported and determined the Average Degree of Green Naturality of 5.31 for the 155 meshes. The flora of vascular plant investigated in this district was a total of 728 kinds belonging to 122 families, 428 genera, 610 species, 1 subspecies, 107 varieties, and 10 forms. The forest zone of this district was a boundary of temperate zone and subtropical zone represented as Quercus-Carpinus, Carpinus-Lindere, and Quercus-Sasa community.

        한국산 장고말속식물의 분류학적 연구 (1) - 5종류의 한국산 미기록종과 식물목록 -

        In this study, genus Cosmarium was sampled 4 stations from August 1987 to July 1988. The plants were cultured for the study of character variation and the cell wall by SEM. As a result, the unrecorded species in Korea were found 5 kinds, Cosmarium hammeri var. homalodermum, C. hians, C. meneghinii, C. pusillum and C. subspeciosum. The list of genus Cosmarium were arranged to 121 species, 99 varieties and 23 forma in this study.

        양양 (襄陽) 남대천 (南大川) 수역의 식물성플랑크톤에 대한 분류와 구계 (區系)

        Phytoplanktons and environmental conditions in the Yang-yang, Nam-Dae-Cheon River were investigated at four stations on July 24, 1981. In physicochemical conditions, water temperature at all of four stations was lower than air temperature, and pH might have some difference between station 1,3,4 (pH value=6.5) and station 2(pH value=6.2). But it might be no significance to discuss about the difference of pH value ranges of the two water bodies. Total number of phytoplanktons identified were 80: 3phyla, 3 classes,2 subclasses, 12 orders, 2 suborders, 19 families, 25 genera, 66 species, and 14 varieties. The number of occuring species of phytoplanktons was higher at station 1 than station 2,3, and 4. It was found that 30 species 6 varieties from station 1 25 species 5 varieties from station 2; 27 species 6 varieties from station 3; 22 species 5 varieties from station 4 were occured. The common species of the Yang-yang, Nam-Dae-Cheon River in the summer season were recorded to be Synedra ulna, S. ulna var. amphirhynchus, Cymbella affinis, C. cuspidata. Particularly in the diatom river communities, all of these four stations were characterized as the free-flowing water type of upperstream because of occuring the mountaneous or subalpine species, Diatoma anceps, Navicula alpina, and N. lata.

        한강의 Microflora 에 관한 연구 ( 제4보 ) - 1967 - '68년 의암인공호에 있어서 식물성플랑크톤의 금계변화 -

        In this study, phytoplanktons collected monthly from three stations A, B and C of Ui-am Reservoir for six months (from April through October except July in 1968) were clarified and those were compared with planktons identified previously before the Reservoir was completed. The plankton samples were identified and classified by Engler`s Classification System. On this reports, it resulted in 4 phyla, 4 classes, 3 subclasses, 13 orders, 4 suborders, 20 families, 47 genera, 109 species, 29 varieties and 1 form. Of them, 21 species, 9 varieties and 1 form were recorded in this paper for the first time. As a result of the above, 1 class, 3 orders, 2 suborders, 5 families, 11 genera, 56 species are newly added to the phytoplankton flora for the area of the Chun-chon Reservoir. Up to the present, therefore, the phytoplankton flora of this area is reported 239 species which are composed of 185 species, 1 subspecies, 50 varieties, 3 forms belonging to 4 phyla, 4 classes, 3 subclasses, 15 orders, 7 suborders, 29 families, 68 genera For this Reservoir, the total kinds of phytoplankton species in May were the greatest, in September the least. As compared with the number of species occurred in April, May and June in 1967 (when the Reservoir was not completed), the kinds of species of the station C tend to increase and that of station A and B to decrease.

        오태천의 (五台川) 식물성 플랑크톤

        Phytoplankton and environmental factors were investigated at Odae cheon from 20 July to 21 July, 1981. Seventy four species of phytoplanktons were identified. Of these, nine species which were all epiphytic and small in size were shown at all stations. The presence of Synedra ulna var. ramesi, Ceratoneis arcus var. amphioxys and Gomphonema constrictum var. capitata was a unique phenomenon in this studied area. Water body going down to lower stream, species number of phytoplankton increased except for the lowest station, station 6 and pH value increased gradually. But diatoms were found in abundance at all stations.
