The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing the Exercise Performance of elderly patients with diabetes. The subjects were 153 elderly patients with diabetes who were selected from the public health center in Gwang ju. The data collected was analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and stepwise multiple regression. This study found that approximately 52.9% of the subjects were exercising regulary. Exercise performance was significantly different according to education level, family income by month, and level of diabetes education. Significant factors influencing exercise performance were exercise self-efficacy, exercise social support and exercise benefits. The most powerful predictor of exercise performance was exercise self-efficacy(34.2%). This study suggests that nurses should emphasize exercise social support. and exercise benefits as well as reinforce exercise self-efficacy to improve exercise performance of the elderly patients with diabetes.

Eosinophilic gastroenteritis is a rare inflammatory disease characterized by diffuse or scattered eosinophilic infiltration of the gastrointestinal tract. Furthermore, it is rarely associated with eosinphilic infiltration of gallbladder. A 30-year-old man was repeatedly admitted to the hospital with recurrent biliay colic. An endoscopic ultrasonograpy revealed sludge of gallbladder, and laparoscopic cholecystectomy was performed. Histological examination of the cholecystectomy specimen revealed no calculus, and marked eosinophilic infiltration of the gallbladder. There was no peripheral eosinophilia and history of allergy. The patient became asymptomatic. However, one month later he presented with a new type of epigastric pain unlike the previous ones that he had. Additional biopsies of the stomach and duodenum showed focal mucosal eosinophilic infiltration, and it was diagnosed eosinophilic gastroenteritis in conjunction with eosinophilic cholecystitis. The patient was treated with prednisolone (1 mg/kg) and improved. (Korean J Med 69:S758-S762, 2005)

본 연구는 이혼으로 인한 심리사회적 어려움을 느끼는 중년기 이혼남성의 사례연구로 미술치료가 중년기 이혼남성의 자기개념에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구 참여자는 3년 전 이혼을 경험한 40세 중년남성으로, 주 2회 90분씩 총 22회기에 걸쳐 미술치료를 진행하였다. 측정도구로는 성신자기개념 검사와 동적 가족화(KFD), 이야기 그림검사(DAS)를 실시하였고 사전사후 검사를 통해 변화를 살펴보았다. 자료수집은 매 회기 녹음 및 전사한 축어록, 수퍼비젼 자료, 연구자의 관찰일지, 참여자의 감정노트, 미술작업 및 작품사진 자료, 사전사후 면담자료 등을 참고하여 질적 분석하였다. 성신자기개념검사의 구성요소인 자기존중감, 정서안정감, 대인신뢰감 등을 중심으로 분석을 한 결과, 미술심리치료적 접근이 자신의 억압된 부정적 정서를 건강하게 발산시켜 내면의 욕구를 해소하고 분노에 대한 내적통합이 이루어지게 도와줌으로써 자기개념이 긍정적으로 변화되었음이 확인되었다. 본 연구가 중년기 이혼남성의 미술치료 단일사례연구로 이혼으로 인한 심리사회적 어려움의 문제를 해결하고자 하는 연구자들에게 하나의 자료가 되어 임상현장에 도움을 줄 수 있는 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다. This is a case study on art therapy in a middle-aged divorced man who feels psycho-social difficulty due to divorce, and its purpose was to determine how art therapy affected self-concept of a middle-aged divorced man. For this purpose, art therapy was provided to a 40-year-old man who had been divorced for three years in a total of 22 sessions―two sessions a week, 90 minutes per session―from January 30 to April 16, 2017. The Sungshin Self-Concept scale was used to determine the quantitative changes after therapy and the Kinetic Family Drawing (KFD) test and the Draw-a-Story (DAS) test which were performed to see the changes after therapy. The results were analyzed on the basis of the components of the Sungshin Self-Concept scale: self-esteem, emotional stability, and interpersonal reliability. On the basis of this conclusion, art therapy activity helped him express his repressed negative emotions in a healthy way, have his needs satisfied, and make internal integration against anger, thus making anxious emotions stable. The researcher s hugging environment provided him with receptive experience, so that he could perceive himself positively and have stable and ideal other-awareness. So art therapy positively affected a middle-aged divorced man s self-concept formation, and this case study on personal art therapy in a middle-aged divorced man is expected to give basic data that can be of help in clinical practice for researchers who try to solve psycho-social problems caused by divorce.

The supply rate of renewable energy has been increasing under the influence of an energy scarcity. Government has supported the use of renewable energy by government subsidies. The operation of renewable may not been operating appropriately, although increasing the use of renewable energy. We found out some problems of the operation of renewable energy and offered some improvements. This research proposes the efficient operation method for the solar thermal system, and proposed operation method was compared and evaluated with existing operation strategy after selecting one building installed solar thermal system. Recently, the interest to renewable energy has increased because of the environmental issues and energy crisis. However the utilization of the renewable energy system is low because of the use of renewable energy system and existing renewable energy system independently, although supply rate of renewable system isincreasing. Especially, in the case of solar thermal system heating load is not responsible for the load of hot water supply in many cases. Therefore, suggesting efficient operation plans and evaluations of the energy consumption and efficiency of a solar thermal system is needed.
