As North Korea has a sufficient ability to attack our society's vulnerable computer network, various large-scale cyber attacks are expected to be tried. North Korea's cyber military strength is known a world-class level. The number of its cyber agents is increasing consistently. Recently North Korea's cyber attack has been made regardless of trick and target. But up to now North Korea's cyber attack is more of an exploration than a real attack. Its purpose was to check how fast Korea found a problem and recovered from it. In future, cyber attack that damages substantially is highly probable. In case of an attack against national infrastructure like traffic, financial and energy services, the extent of the damage will be great beyond imagination. In this paper, characteristics of recent North Korea's cyber attack is addressed in depth and countermeasures such as the enactment of cyber terror prevention law, simulation training enforcement, private and public cooperation system construction, cyber security infrastructure expansion, etc. are proposed.

기술현황분석 - 초소형 MEMS 마이크로폰 기술의 연구 및 특허 동향

마이크로폰은 소리를 전기적 신호로 바꾸어주는 청각소자이며, 초소형 마이크로폰의 경우 보청기에서 사용되어 왔을 뿐만 아니라, 최근 들어 개인용 휴대전자기기가 널리 보급되면서 그 수요가 크게 증가하고 있다. 초소형 청각소자 시장에서 MEMS 마이크로폰은 반도체 공정 생산기술의 장점과 더불어 CMOS 신호변환기를 MEMS 마이크로폰의 진동막 구조물과 동일 칩에 통합할 수 있다는 점에서 크게 주목을 받아 왔다. 이 글에서는 초소형 MEMS 마이크로폰의 국내외 기술동향과 특허 동향에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

The existing middle-long span railway bridge has been mainly applied to steel box girder bridges. However, the steel box girder bridgeshave disadvantages in securing the space under the bridge, and the main girder is made of a thin plate box shape, resulting in a ringing noise due tothe vibration. Many complaints about noise have been raised. For this reason, there is a need for the development of long railway bridges that can replacesteel box girder bridges. In this paper, the characteristics of the steel composite railway bridge currently developed were introduced and a time historyanalysis was conducted using MIDAS Civil reflecting the speed of KTX load for 40m and 50m bridges. In addition, from the analysis results, the dynamicbehavior of target bridges were verified and it was examined whether they meet the dynamic performance criteria proposed in the railway designstandards. As a result, all of the bridges under review satisfied the dynamic safety criteria, however, in case of 40m of span, the vertical accelerationvalue was very large. In order to solve this problem, authors proposed the improvement plan and corrected the cross section to confirm that the verticalacceleration decreased. 기존의 중-장경간 철도교량에는 주로 강박스 거더교가 적용되어 왔다. 하지만 강박스 거더교는 교량 아래의 공간확보가 불리하고,주거더가 얇은 박판의 박스형상으로 이루어져 진동에 의한 울림소음이 발생하여 소음에 대한 많은 민원이 제기 되고 있다. 이와 같은 이유로 강박스 거더교를 대체할 수 있는 장지간 철도교량의 개발에 대한 필요성이 대두되었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 이유로 최근에 개발된 강합성 하로철도교에 대한 특징을 소개하고, 이 철도교의 주요 적용 지간인 40m와 50m 교량을 대상으로 실제 운행열차인 KTX 하중의 운행속도를 반영하여 상용유한요소프로그램인 MIDAS Civil을 이용하여 시간이력해석을 수행하였다. 또한 해석결과를 분석하여 대상교량의 동적거동 특성을 확인하고 철도설계기준에서 제시하고 있는 동적성능 기준을 만족하는지에 대해 검토하였다. 그 결과, 검토 대상 교량 모두 동적안전성 기준을 만족하였으나 지간 40m의 경우 연직가속도 값이 상당히 크게 나와 이에 대한 개선 방안을 제시하고, 단면을 수정하여 연직가속도의 감소를확인하였다.

Heraklit erblickt den Logos, die Einheit der Gegensa¨tze, den Fluβ der Welt, die transzendente Gottheit und sieht den moglichKeit Aufschwung des Menschen zur Weisheit. Nach Heraklit geschieht Alles gema¨β dem Logos. Er ist verborgen, Solange der Denker ihn nicht zeigt. Die Frage aber, Warum er verborgen ist, wird nicht gestellt, auch nicht die Frage, Warum die Welt sei und nicht nur das reine, gegensatzlose, friedvolle Feuer, dieser Ursprung, diese ewige Vernunft. Das Heraklitische Denken ist keine systematische Konstruktion, sondem eine in Spru¨chen formulierte denkende Anschauung. Entwurfe werden innerhalb einer umfassenden Denkweise je in kurzen Sa¨tzen gezeigt. Bei Heraklit eine widerspruchlose Konstruktion des Seins im ganzen zu suchen wa¨re verfehlt. Das Ethos Heraklits na¨hrt sich denkend im Grund des Seins, im Logos, im Sophon. Wenn der Logos das Gemeinsame ist, das offenbar werden kann, so ist in Heraklit die Spannung, einerseits des Willens, im Verku¨nden den Logos dem Menschen bewuβt zu machen, dem Menschen dadurch zu bessem im gemeinschaftlichen Leben, und andererseits des Verzichts, in einsamer Ohnmacht, angesichts der Vielen, die unvera¨nderlich sind, dic denkende Anschuung des Logos nur in der eigenen stolzen Lebenswirkhchkeit zu vollziehen.
