        중국어 수업의 PBL 활용과 문제 설계

        In this paper, we focused on the existing teaching methods are limited to improve the learning interest and efficiency, researched the PBL teaching mode in order to solve these problems. Based on the understanding of PBL, examined whether the application of PBL in foreign language teaching especially in Chinese language teaching is possible or not. Then specifically suggested several PBL problems. The following is the general contents of this paper. First, PBL is a new teaching mode, it takes students as the center, in order to elaborate the subjective initiative of student in learning, develop the creative thinking ability of student. Second, through the existing research, we can find that PBL has been used in all kinds of educational courses. Third, through the study of PBL in the second foreign language teaching, we can confirm that in the Chinese teaching, we also can use PBL. Fourth, through the comparison of the traditional problems and PBL problems, we can know the characteristics and design process of the PBL problem and the component elements. Fifth, proposed the learning goals in the teaching of Chinese using of PBL. Finally, turned the traditional problem used in Chinese courses into a PBL problem, at the same time, suggested the current assignment, the subject can be used, limitation of the problems and learning goals.

        돈황본 『太子須大拏經』 언어 문자 비교 - 伯2166 斯2096 舊3403을 대상으로-

        本文以传本《太子須大拏經》的异文为对象,文章主要在语言和文字两个方面进行比较分析并考察敦煌本(伯2166,斯2096,舊3403)的特点。另外对敦煌本的异文进行比勘和分析。在文字方面敦煌本比其他传本俗字与通假字的出现频率高,这属于写本的特点。这些俗字和通假字在刻本里大多数得到纠正。敦煌本的俗字如下:(伯2166, 斯2096) (伯2166) (斯2096) (伯2166, 斯2096) (伯2166) (舊3403) (伯2166) ()(舊3403) (舊3403) (舊3403) (伯2166) (伯2166)。通假字如下:无鞅(伯2166, 斯2096)和中鞅(伯2166)的 鞅是央(再雕本)的通假字, 身(敦煌本, 中华藏)是娠(高丽藏)的通假字,見(斯2096)是现(其他传本)的通假字。在语言方面把传本之间的相差分为三个小类:添加、省略和其他。

        敦煌本과 再雕本 『阿毗達磨大毘婆沙論』의 異體字

        本论文以K0952与P2377V为分析对象,研究目的在于通过敦煌写本与再雕本≪阿毗達磨大毘婆沙論≫的比较考察异体字产生的原因。 通过K0952和P2377V的比较,首先收集异体字。 然后把这些异体字归纳为六种类型。 这些类型如下: 书法不一致;偏旁的省略; 偏旁的代替; 借用同音字或近音字; 误字; 其他。 通过分析和考察得到以下结论。 首先, 引起汉字写得不一致的原因是敦煌写本的汉字是各种书体的或不符合规范的字, 可是再雕本的汉字大部分是符合规范的。 第二, P2377V所用的字是假借字, K0952所用的字是后起本字。 第三, P2377V所用的字是假借字, P2377V所用的字与K0952所用的字之间存在同音或近音关系。 第四, P2377V所用的字是错字。

        니켈 폴리사이드 게이트의 열적안정성과 C-V 특성

        $SiO_2$ and polycrystalline Si layers were sequentially grown on (100) Si. NiSi was formed on this substrate from a 20nm Ni layer or a 20nm Ni/5nm Ti bilayer by rapid thermal annealing (RTA) at $300~500^{\circ}C$ to compare thermal stability. In addition, MOS capacitors were fabricated by depositing a 20nm Ni layer on the Poly-Si/$SiO_2$substrate, RTA at $400^{\circ}C$ to form NiSi, $BF_2$ or As implantation and finally drive- in annealing at $500~800^{\circ}C$ to evaluate electrical characteristics. When annealed at $400^{\circ}C$, NiSi made from both a Ni monolayer and a Ni/Ti bilayer showed excellent thermal stability. But NiSi made from a Ni/Ti bilayer was thermally unstable at $500^{\circ}C$. This was attributed to the formation of insignificantly small amount of NiSi due to suppressed Ni diffusion through the Ti layer. PMOS and NMOS capacitors made by using a Ni monolayer and the SADS(silicide as a dopant source) method showed good C-V characteristics, when drive-in annealed at $500^{\circ}C$ for 20sec., and$ 600^{\circ}C$ for 80sec. respectively.

        코발트 폴리사이드 게이트의 전기적 특성에 관한 연구

        5~10nm 두께의 얇은 산화막 위에 $\alpha$-실리콘과 Co/Ti 이중막을 순차적으로 증착하고 급속열처리하여 코발트 폴리사이드 전극을 만든 후, SADS법으로 다결정 Si을 도핑하여 MOS 커패시터를 제작하였다. 이때 drive-in 열처리조건에 따른 커패시터의 C-V 특성과 누설전류를 측정하여, $\textrm{CoSi}_{2}$의 열적안정성과 도판트 (B 및 As)의 재분포가 Co-폴리사이드 게이트의 전기적 특성에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다.$ 700^{\circ}C$에서 60~80초간 열처리시, 다결정 Si층의 도핑으로 우수한 C-V 특성과 낮은 누설전류를 나타냈으나, 그 이상 장시간 또는 $900^{\circ}C$의 고온에서는 $\textrm{CoSi}_{2}$의 분해에 따른 Co의 확산으로 전기적 특성이 저하되었다. SADS법으로 Co-폴리사이드 게이트 전극을 형성할 때, 도판트가 다결정 Si층으로 충분히 확산되는 것뿐만 아니라, $\textrm{CoSi}_{2}$의 분해를 억제하는 것이 매우 중요하다.

        ‘실무중국어’ 수업에서의 PBL 적용 사례 연구

        This paper is a study on the Practical Business Chinese teaching examples using PBL. In Chapter 1, we examined the theoretical backgrounds of constructivism learning theory, learner-centered teaching methods, and the application of PBL in Chinese class. In Chapter 2, some implications are summarized through Practical Chinese (1) (2). In Chapter 3, Business Chinese classes are designed based on nine teaching strategies. We also analyzed the reflection journal and examined the effect of PBL. 본 논문은 PBL을 적용한 실무중국어의 수업 사례에 대한 고찰이다. 1장에서는 이론적 배경인 구성주의, 학습자 중심 교수방법, 중국어 수업에서의 PBL 적용 등에 대해 살펴보았고, 2장에서는 실용중국어(1)(2)를 통해 몇 가지 시사점을 정리하였으며 3장에서는 실용중국어의 시사점을 바탕으로 수업을 설계하였고 9가지의 수업 전략을 제시하고 성찰일지를 통해 PBL 적용의 효과를 살펴보았다.

        인슐린비의존형 당뇨병 환자에서 말초신경병증과 저인슐린혈증

        Background: There is little information on the risk factors for diabetic polyneuropathy other than glycemic control and duration of diabetes. The relation between diabetic polyneuropathy and hypoinsulinemia is controversial. This study is to determine whether hypoinsulinemia is an additional factor influencing the development of polyneuropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods: We performed an oral glucose tolerance test with C-peptide measurement in 192 patients with type 2 diabetes. Peripheral polyneuropathy was diagnosed when the patients had both typical symptoms of polyneuropathy and abnormal physical findings or NCV. We analysed the relation between metabolic variables including fasting and postprandial C-peptide levels and diabetic polyneuropathy. Results: In addition to retinopathy and nephropathy, duration of diabetes, low C-peptide level (fasting and postprandial), insulin use, and high HDL-cholesterol level were associated with diabetic polyneuropathy. Multivariate logistic regression model revealed that an independent association of diabetes duration and postprandial 2-hour C-peptide concentration with polyneuropathy. When we stratified the patients into the two groups according to the median duration of diabetes (8 years), the association of low postprandial C-peptide concentration with polyneuropathy was significant only in the shorter duration group ($lt; 8 years). However, significant association of HbA_(ic) level was shown in the longer duration group. Conclusion: Decreased insulin secretory function of the pancreas as well as increased duration of diabetes was independently associated with diabetic polyneuropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes. Hypoinsulinemia might be an additional risk factor for the development of diabetic polyneuropathy in type 2 diabetic patients, particularly with short duration. To confirm these relationship further longitudinal study in a large cohort is necessary.
