This Study developed 'Environment Management Integrated Leader(EMIL)' program and evaluated the effect of the Program. The procedure of EMIL program development is as follows; 1) Identifying the training needs Through the interview and discussion with corporate environmental staff and research members, training need are collected. 2) Setting the training objectives 30 objectives are developed through specifying and organizing the training needs. 3) Determining the scopes of the program This program consists of the four scopes. First, the scope of Environmentally Acceptable Management is developed based on ISO 14000 and certification of environmentally friendly business. Second, the scope of Environmentally Acceptable Technology includes air pollution, water pollution, solid wasted management, and pollution prevention. Third, the scope of Integrated Environmental Management focuses on master plan, green marketing, green production, and green accounting. Finally, the scope of Integrated Environmental Concepts focuses on food pollution, environmental activities, and bio-diversity. 4) Selecting the training methods Various methods are used such as off-site visits, exercises, case study, workshop, discussion, role-playing as well as lecture. 5) Implementing the program 49 trainees participated the program for 6weeks. All trainees are working for D. Company Group. 6) Measuring training effects To evaluate the effects of the program, pre-post training evaluation method is used. The results are highly significant at all 4 scopes by the p<.01. This study has some implications in order to establish the environmental management climate. First, the development of new environmental education program for management is necessary. Second, Vast investment are required. Third, more systematic approaches are desired in environmental education. Lastly, more customized program development and implementation to fit in industries will accelerate the expansion of environmental concept.

XML 질의의 효율적인 전처리를 위한 시그너처 방법

본 논문은 대량의 XML 문서들이 존재하는 정보 검색 시스템에서, XML 질의의 효과적인 처리를 위한 선 처리 방법을 제안한다. 선 처리를 위해 시그너처 기반의 접근 방식을 사용한다. 기존의 (평면적인 문서를 사용하는) 정보 검색 시스템에서는, 대부분 사용자 질의들이 키워드와 부울 연산자로 구성되고, 따라서 시그너처 역시 평면적인 형태로 구성하고 있다. 하지만, XML 기반의 정보 검색 시스템에서는 사용자 질의가 경로 질의의 형태를 띄게 된다. 따라서, 평면적인 시그너처는 XML 문서에 대하여 효과적이지 못하다. 본 논문에서는 XML 문서를 위한 구조화된 시그너처 방법을 제안한다. 실험을 통해 제안하는 방법의 성능을 평가한다. The paper proposes a pre-processing method for efficient processing of XML queries in information retrieval systems with a large amount of XML documents. For the pre-processing, we use a signature-based approach. In the conventional (flat document-based) information retrieval systems, user queries consist of keywords and boolean operators, and thus signatures are structured in a flat manner. However, in XML-based information retrieval systems, the user queries have the form of path query. Therefore, the flat signature cannot be effective for XML documents. In the paper, we propose a structured signature for XML documents. Through experiments, we evaluate the performance of the proposed method.

B2V - Tree : 무선 데이타 스트림에서 부분 부합 질의를 위한 색인 기법

이동 분산 환경에서는 무선 데이타 방송 기법을 통하여 서버의 데이타 레코드들을 이동 사용자들에게 전달하는 방식이 많이 사용된다. 그리고, 무선 방송 스트림에서 데이타를 에너지 효율적으로 접근하기 위해서는 색인 기법이 필요하다. 하지만, 기존의 색인 기법들은 데이타 레코드의 키 값을 이용한 트리 형태의 색인 구조를 사용하고 있다. 따라서 부분 부합 질의 등과 같은 내용 기반 검색 질의를 지원할 수 없었다. 본 논문에서는 무선 방송으로 이동 사용자들에게 전달되는 데이타 스트림에서 내용 기반 검색인 부분 부합 질의를 지원하기 위해 B2V-Tree라고 불리는 색인 기법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 B2V-Tree는 데이타 레코드들의 애트리뷰트 값을 다중 애트리뷰트 해싱을 통해 비트 벡터로 생성한 다음, 이들을 색인 트리로 구성하는 색인 기법이다. In mobile distributed systems the data on the air can be accessed by a lot of mobile clients. And, we need an indexing scheme in order to energy-efficiently access the data on the wireless broadcast stream. In conventional indexing schemes, they use the values of primary key attributes and construct tree-structured index. Therefore, the conventional indexing schemes do not support content-based retrieval queries such as partial-match queries. In this paper we propose an indexing scheme, called B2V-Tree, which supports partial match queries on wireless broadcast data stream. For this purpose, we construct a tree-structured index which is composed of bit-vectors, where the bit-vectors are generated from data records through multi-attribute hashing.

A study on the implications of Hongik-Ingan (Human) and Brilliance Thought

본 연구는 홍익인간과 광명사상에 대하여 보다 명확하게 밝혀 보기 위한 논문이다. 기존의 연구들은 일반적으로 홍익인간 중심으로 연구된 것이 많으며 광명사상이나 광명사상과 연계된 논문은 적은 편이라 할 수 있다. 홍익인간의 경우, ‘널리 인간에게 이롭게 한다’ 또는 ‘널리 인간세계를 이롭게 한다’라는 해석을 많이 하였다. 이러한 견해는 우리의 정신으로 내려온 자연과의 합일, 또는 천지인 삼신일체 사상의 관점에서 제한된 해석을 제시하는 측면이 있다. 또한 광명사상도 홍익인간과의 관계에서 명확하지 못하고 추상적인 이해에 머물러야 했다. 홍익인간과 광명사상은 불가분의 관계이다. 홍익인간이란 ‘하느님의 바른 길을 널리 펴서 백성을 이롭게 하는 광명한 사람’을 말한다. 홍익인간의 핵심이 광명이며 광명을 품고 있는 우리 인간을 통하여 지상 선경을 이룩하는 세계관이 광명사상이라 할 수 있다. 우리 사서에 나타나는 것을 중심으로 광명사상을 도출하여 보았다. 또한 광명사상이 잘 나타나는 우리 말과 글, 유적 등을 살펴보고, 특히 홍산문화에서 드러나는 유물에서 광명사상이 잘 표현된 것을 살펴보았다. 홍익인간은 이러한 과정을 통하여 우리의 정신인 광명사상이 환인, 환웅, 단군 시대부터 면면히 이어져 오고 있음을 알 수 있다. 또한 현재 진행되고 있는 한류는 광명사상으로 더욱 확산되어 세계평화를 향해 갈 것이다. This study is to clarify the Hongik-Ingan and Brilliance thought more clearly. Former studies had generally focused on Hongik-Ingan, and there were few articles related to Brilliance thought of Korea. In the case of Hongik-Ingan, many interpretations have been made of ‘widely benefiting humans’ or ‘widely benefiting the human world’. This view has the aspect of suggesting a limited interpretation from the point of view of unity with nature, or the idea of the Trinity of Heaven, Earth and Humanity. Also, the meaning of Brilliance thought was not clear in relation to Hongik-Ingan and had to stay in an abstract understanding. Hongik-Ingan and Brilliance thought are closely related. Hongik- Ingan refers to ‘the person who embrace the light and benefits the people by spreading God’s way’. Brilliance thought can be said to be the best world that achieves great wonders on earth through our human beings who embrace the light. Focusing on what appears in our historical materials, I have tried to derive the Brilliance thought. In addition, I looked at the relics where the Brilliance thought was well expressed, and in particular, the relics exposed in the Hongshan culture. Through this process, it could be seen that Hongik-Ingan, our spirit, Brilliance thought, has been passed on from the times of Hwanin, Hwanung, and Dangun. In addition, the current Hallyu (Korean wave) will spread further as the ideology of Brilliance, leading to world peace.

춘천 중도 호반관광지 개발의 환경영향 등 연구

춘천 중도 개발이 시작된 것은 무척 오래되었지만 역사문제로서 국민들에게 알려진 것은 얼마 되지 않은 것 같다. 중도도 중도 문제로만 봐서는 안된다. 우리 역사의 문제요, 환경의 문제이다. 정신 상승의 기회요, 위기 극복의 아이콘이다. 중도의 인연 속에 제1회 중도 역사문화 보존 학술대회에 참여하게 되었다. 실천적인 노력과 함께 학술적인 도전이 힘겹기는 하지만 참으로 의미있는 주제라 생각된다. 중도에는 많은 문제가 포함되어 있다. 그 중에 환경문제는 역사문제와 함께 기장 중요한 문제라 생각된다. 환경영향평가의 측면에서 처음으로 시도되는 내용일 것 같다. 여기에는 법, 제도, 관심, 참여도 등 여러가지 문제가 내재되어 있다. 학술대회를 계기로 중도에 긍정적인 에너지가 모이고 정신적인 상승이 더욱 많아짐으로써 그동안 누적된 많은 문제가 잘 풀려지기를 기대해 본다. It seems that more than two years have passed since I got to know Chuncheon Jungdo. The more I knew the Jungdo, the more angered things were. I can’t understand how to neglect our precious history. It shouldn’t be only viewed as a Jungdo problem. It is a matter of our history and of environment. It is an opportunity for mental elevation and an icon for overcoming a crisis. People understand the word ‘sustainable development’ too easily. It is often used in the meaning of ‘which can be continuously developed.’ It is often misused. Thus we have to think about economic efficiency as well as environmental pollution and social balance from the beginning, in order to survive. But there are many cases where only economic feasibility is concerned. So, environmental pollution is getting worse. In the Jungdo relationship, I participated in the 1st Jungdo Historical and Cultural Conservation Conference, so I think it is a truly meaningful theme, although it is difficult to take practical effort and academic challenge. There are many problems in the Jungdo. Among them, environmental issues are considered to be important issues along with historical issues. It seems to be the first attempt in terms of environmental impact assessment. If we solve it step by step, we will really become a world leader in all aspects sooner or later. With the academic conference as an opportunity, I hope that positive energy will gather in the Jungdo and the mental elevation will increase further, and many problems will be solved well.

무선 XML 스트림을 위한 색인 기법

본 논문은 무선 정보 시스템 환경에서, 서버가 다수의 클라이언트들에게 무선 방송 기법을 통해 XML 데이타를 스트리밍 서비스할 때 필요한 색인 기법을 제안한다. 제안 하는 색인 방법은 XML 데이타의 스트리밍시 클라이언트들의 접근 시간 및 튜닝 시간을 효과적으로 제어하기 위하여, XML 데이타 및 색인 정보를 부분적으로 반복, 배치하여 스트림을 구성한다. 이를 위하여 트리형태로 표현되는 XML 데이타와 색인 정보를 2-레벨로 구분하여, 색인 및 데이타의 중복 배치 영역을 설정한다. 제안하는 색인기법의 성능을 접근 시간 및 튜닝 시간 측면에서 분석하여, 분석의 결과로 최적의 레벨 깊이를 결정한다. In the paper, we propose an index method for XML streaming services, where a server broadcasts XML data to a lot of clients in wireless information systems. In order to control the access and tuning time of mobile clients, the proposed method constructs the XML stream through replicating partial index intermixed with parts of data. For this purpose, we propose a two-level tree structure for separating index and XML data into two parts: replicated vs. non-replicated. We analyze the performance of the proposed method with respect to access time and tuning time. With the analysis result, we derive the optimal level value.

동적 분산 색인 기법

이동 컴퓨팅 환경에서는 에너지 용량의 제한과 주파수 대역의 제약이 중요한 문제점으로 인식되고 있다. 이들 문제점을 극복하기 위하여 방송이라는 통신 방법을 많이 사용하고 있다. 본 논문은 무선 데이타 방송에 사용되는 색인 기법인 분산 색인 방법의 문제점을 지적하고 이를 개선한 동적 분산 색인 기법을 제안한다. 그리고 분석을 통해 제안한 색인 방법이 기존보다 우수한 성능을 지님을 보인다.

무선 정보 시스템에서의 다이버젼스 캐슁을 위한 인덱싱 기법

급속한 전파기술의 발달과 증가하는 사용자의 정보요구는 이동 컴퓨팅(Mobile Computing)이라는 새로운 분야를 만들어 내고 있다. 이러한 분야중에서 전파를 통해 사용자들에게 여러 가지 정보 서비스들을 제공하는 무선 정보 시스템(Wireless Information System)이라는 환경이 있다. 본 논문에서는 무선 정보 시스템에서 방송(Broadcating)의 형태로 제공하는 정보 데이타에 대해서 인덱스를 사용함에 있어 동적 위치 정보와 다이버젼스 제어 정보를 이용하는 방법을 제안한다. 두가지의 캐쉬 제어정보를 인덱스에 포함시킴으로써 데이타의 수신에 있어 이동 사용자로 하여금 최소의 에너지 사용으로 원하는 정보를 얻을 수 있도록 한다. 제안한 방법에 대해 실험을 통해 기존의 방법과의 성능 비교를 보인다.
