        지역환경계획의 급진행동주의

        Not many years ago environmental planning was synonymous with environmentalism which is a social movement that gained political prominence in the 1970's. Many people find it difficult to define or even to comprehend environmental planning and the idea of environmentalism. Because the movement itself has a built in paradox and is composed of at least four divergent patterns of thought and action. The paradox lies in a powerful resistance to many kinds of change on the one hand and yet a wish for quite, radical forms in the organization and process of government and in the equality of human wellbeing on the other. This article describes the recent discussions of the roles of environmental planning that relies on the modern environmental ideas. The article details main trends of thought on the politics of environmental control and the necessity for societal reform and offers a critical assessment of the practice, growth management.

      • 구조물 벽체로 활용되는 지하연속벽의 품질향상에 관한 연구

        최근에 대도심지의 지하공간 활용 극대화와 인접건물의 민원방지 및 큰 피해방지를 위해 강성이 크고 저소음·저진동의 안전한 공법으로 평가되는 지하연속벽 공법의 활용이 증가되고 있는 실정이다. 이 공법은 도입초기에 붕괴 가능성이 있는 지반의 흙막이용 가설구조물로 이용되다가 근래에는 점차 본 구조물의 지하벽체로의 사용이 증가되고 있는 추세이다. 본 연구에서는 지하연속벽의 시공경험을 기초로 다양한 시공사례를 분석하여 시공중에 발생한 문제의 원인과 해결방안을 찾고, 시공단계별 품질관리 요점을 마련하여 지하연속벽이 구조물의 지하층 외벽으로 사용될 때를 고려하여 고품질, 정밀시공의 연속벽을 시공하는데 필요한 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. Recently in large cities, the Diaphragm Wall which is evaluated as the safe method of construction with big rigidity, low noise and vibration, has increasingly been used for the greatest application of underground space and the prevention of public complaint and badly damage in adjacent buildings. This engineering method has been used as a temporary construction against soil that has possibility to be destroyed in the early import, but nowadays has gradually beeen used for the underground wall of buildings. Based on construction experiences Diaphragm Wall after analyzing various cases, seeking causes and solutions of problems occurring under construction in order to prepare for the quality control point at constructive stage, this study has made efforts to show a necessary system for the high quality and detailed Diaphragm Wall construction on condition that it can be used as underground exterior wall of structure.

        생태계 보전형 도시계획 모형의 개발에 관한 연구

        If cities are at the center of the storm of ecological destruction, they must be central to its solution. An ecological city is as much about balance within human society as it is about balance between humans and nature. Ecocity, a package of concepts, ethics and programs for making cities that are places of ecological restoration. It goes beyond "sustainability". But ecocity is an, as yet unrealized, visionary reponses of some planners and scholars to the environment and social problems facing the world and the city's role in it to date. Also, there are many theoretical problems to be tackled. First of all, there is the matter of identifying relevant indicators of 'ecosystem health' while it does exists in a direct and thoroughly sustained interaction between the economy of urban scale and out-of-town sprawl with the urban environmental degradation. There have been many suggestions, ideas, and movements to sustain city within ecosystem and natural cycles, such as local agenda 21 establishing, ecosystem restoration projects, ecopolis movements, and even the city planning process with environmental assessment. But there are no grandiose schemes efficient to be expectable in these endeavors. Only the ecologically sustainable and co-existing cities with nature wille be brought about by a myriad of open and gradual improvements, each of which may appear to have limited effect, but when the sum total of all the other ideas, represents a comprehensive improvements to the overall quality of city environment. They are the 4 step process of city planning to be able to evolve with the relevant systems. It consists of as follows: First, land use plan, specified the level of ecosystem conservation by land sutability analysis; Second, dynamic balancing system for urban frame; Third, pre-design regulation for urban fabric through environmental assessment; and lastly, Feed-back adjusting by the urban sustainability reporting.

      • Down증후군에 대한 세포유전학적 연구

        The chromosomal studies on the patients who had been initially diagnosed as mental retardation, growth retardation, suspicious Down's syndrome or other genetic anomalies, were performed in the Genetics Laboratory, Yonsei University College of Medicine from January 1, 1974 to March 31, 1976. As a result of that, we present the 15 Down's syndrome karyotpes in this paper. Out of them, 13 cases have possessed the typical Down's syndrome karyptype, i.e., primary trisomy for chromosome 21 (47, XX or XY, -21) and 2 cases have had mosaic patterns (46, XY/47, XY, +21). Not any kinds of translocation of the long arm of chromosome 21 onto either a D chromosome or another G chromosome have been observed. In 2 cases; maternal karyotypes were analyzed but they are found out to be normal chromosomal patterns. One Down's syndrome patient with congenital lukaemia has only trisomy for chromosome 21 but not any other chromosomal abnormality.

        도시공단의 재개발에 관한 연구 : 대전 1·2 공단을 사례로 The Case Study in the Taejon 1·2 Industrial Park

        This paper aims to establish the direction of redevelopment for the industrial parks inevitably included at the inner-city in urban sprawl process and to show its specific method and re-design simulation plan. Lately according to industrial innovation situation there has been postulations to convert existing urban industrial parks into new industrial district or multiple use site which were not oriented mere product manufacturing by overseas order and also accompanied with the related laws amendment to support them, but the application cases are very few. First of all the reason seems that the flexible industrialization must need concurrently the related changes in the whole society, but it is nearly hard to construct it at the short period in the parks accustomed to the Fordism and sub-contracted production. Therefore the paper tries to plot gradual development in them adopting the U. S. business park concept which has been evolved from the more than ninety year history of industrial park development The case study site adopts the concepts permitting mixed uses and redesigns the overall structure of land use and road system, and develops the welfare facilities so that it may introduce the B/Park concept. The paper suggests the efficiency and possibility through the investment analysis of the simulation site design.

      • 공급사슬관리 개념을 활용한 커튼월 생애주기의 프로세스 개선방안

        초고층 빌딩 건설 프로젝트에서, 커튼월은 비용 및 공정관리 측면에서 중요할 뿐 아니라 건물의 외장재로 가장 널리 사용되는 마감재료중의 하나이다. 일반적으로 커튼월은 전체 프로젝트 비용의 10-15%를 차지하고 건설 프로세스상의 주공정에 해당된다. 커튼월의 생애주기 프로세스에는 건축주, 설계자, 건설업체, 커튼월 컨설턴트, 커튼월 전문업체와 제작업체와 같은 많은 주체들이 참여하고 정보와 물류흐름이 참여 주체들간에 공유되고 교환되고 있다. 그러나 참여 주체들간의 비협조로 커튼월 프로세스 관리와 조정이 비효율적으로 나타난다. 그러므로, 본 논문의 목적은 커튼월 생애주기에 공급사슬관리 개념을 적용하여 현재 프로세스의 효율성을 향상 시키는 것이다. 본 논문은, 초기단계의 연구로서 설계와 시공 및 운영과 유지관리에 걸쳐 커튼월 생애주기의 공급사슬에서 낭비요소와 문제점을 분석하는데 초점을 맞추었다. 결론적으로, 낭비요소와 문제점은 생애주기의 공급사슬상에서 참여 주체들간의 정보누락 과 중복, 정보공유 및 의사소통의 어려움, 협력 및 협조 부족이 가장 큰 원인임을 알 수 있었다. 이것들을 해결하기 위해서, 본 논문에서는 낭비요소와 문제점을 근본적 으로 해결 할 수 있는 정보 프레임의 구축을 제안한다. In high-rise building construction projects, curtain walls are one of the most widely used exterior finishing components as well as the key management factors in cost and schedule control. Generally it occupies about 10-15% of a total project cost, and its construction process is on the critical path. The life-cycle process of curtain walls involves a lot of actors such as owner, architect, contractor, curtain wall consultants, specialty contractors, and manufacturers, and information and material flow with being shared and exchanged among them. However fragmentation of actors results in inefficiency in control and management of the curtain wall process. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to improve the effiency of the current process through the application of supply chain mana-gement concept to the curtain wall life-cycle. In this paper, the research results at the early stage are presented with focus on the analysis of wastes and problems in the life-cycle of the curtain wall supply chain spsnning from design to construction, and to operation and maintenance. As a result, it is found that the most of wastes and problems are caused by information lose and redundancy, difficulties in information share and communication, lack of collaboration and coordination among actors in the life-cycle supply chain. To resolve them, this research proposes the construction of an information framework to resolve the root causes of the wastes and problems.
